Planned Parenthood - Santa Rosa Health Center

Probably the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Every single person I interacted with was kind, warm, helpful, and clear. Information about privacy, cost, services, etc was made completely available with time to read it and ask questions. My complicated situation with income and housing was treated with enormous care and respect. Gender-affirming care — across the board — was stellar and treated as a given, not an exception. Wait time was short. I feel so beyond grateful to the folks at this clinic!

Amazing doctors, nurses & staff respectfully provide integral knowledge & services to the community. Made me feel comfortable and cared for, they went out of their way to work with me, despite my complicated circumstances. Wasnt expecting the level of compassion and professionalism I received, especially with medi-cal.

Not sure if she is a doctor there or not, everyone refers to her a practitioner Gail. anyways practitioner Gail, is very rude and unwelcoming and any question I asked her she responded mean, Ive seen her twice and both times she is just rude and goes in and out, she acted almost like if I was wasting her time. If you are seeing patient you are. a healthcare provider you should at least be in a better mood and be more welcoming patients are going in there because they want to its because they are going through something and they need help and comfort. Not going back there again, ill take my money elsewhere.

Very grateful to all the doctors, nurses, assistants and receptionists. Beautiful people, they supported me emotionally, they answered all my doubts, they were always with me. The procedure was quick, I felt no pain and they always asked me how I felt. Excellent professionals, very sensitive and humanitarian. Thanks

I am really pleased with this staff and office! I have been to a few since moving here and I would definitely recommend this one.The doc that I worked with today is very friendly and comfortable to talk to. Even after being in the same profession for many years she still treats you kindly and professional and listens clearly. I feel like an actual patient here rather than jus another vagina. :0)

I’ve been to this planned parenthood many times since I was fifteen years old, and have had care from many different staff members, as well as many different appointments and procedures done there. I can say 100% that they will do everything to make you feel safe, secure, and respected. I have never had a negative experience with them not once, as I’ve had with “regular” clinics such as Kaiser. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for care and a non judgmental environment.

When I went into planned Parenthood I received excellent care and treatment. All of the staff treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and professionalism. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it, it is absolutely the best I have ever been treated while on medical. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I have come here for years and always appreciated the help of these women. Today I went in and saw the clinician Gail. I had the worst experience ever. She was completely dismissive of what I said and made me so uncomfortable. If you got to this office make sure you arent receiving help from Gale. Everyone else rocks!!

My nurse Janice was amazing and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb I thought they were. She made me feel heard and well cared for. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

I thought the whole point of Planned Parenthood was that it was no charge to keep people safe, they gave me a total and were saying that I had the pay money which Im pretty sure they only made me do because I was white and they thought that I had the money. If I looked low income Im sure they would have gave it to me complementary but no

Everyone I interacted with at this location was kind, capable, patient, and professional. Good covid protocols in place. Ill definitely be back. Easy free parking and only one jerkface lazily protesting out front.

The Dr. billed me directly, for a conversation about insurance and a pap smear. My insurance wouldnt pay it, because it was a conversation. I asked the billing department why? And was told, it was because you were asking the Dr. questions. My mother also went here and was given all sorts of tests she didnt need. The doctors here dont listen. Find another gynecologist.

Wonderful organization and location - they were so kind and caring, and really took the time with me when I needed it.

Probably one of the best first experience i’ve had, super grateful for the staff and people there…they were so kind and understanding and made me feel so comfortable.

This is a great establishment. The staff of friendly, prepared and professional. Services are fast and efficient. Give these folks ALL the money to help people!
