Planned Parenthood - Mar Monte Community Clinic

If there was Zero, I would have given the zero star. While the lady in the counter was somewhat nice, the Clinician on duty on Thursday September 19, 2024 for morning (10:15am or there about) refused to service for vaccination for my kid which was a school requirement claiming we were few minutes late. Even after proofing to them that we were mixed up by their own appointment system that led us to a nearby sister facility instead of their. It was very mean and inflexible on the clinician’s part if what the receptionist told me was factual. Very bad experience.

I’ve been here twice. Facilities are clean, everyone is super nice and attentive, and I was in and out in 45-60 min both times. I made an appointment both times and got treated for what I asked for and sent off with a goodie bag with information or prescription meds as needed. Honestly the best experience and I will always support PP.

The nurses really don’t care they’re just in and out they the worker that was attending me. I went in for a treatment and I had to go to do another treatment, but she never gave me an appointment or talked about treating the condition.

Emanuel made me waited 1.5 hours and I got him to leave within the first 60 seconds of “consultation” so that my nurse can come back in and finished the job.The next time you’re gonna make me wait for a 60 second birth control consultation I better not be waiting on a guy.

I visited Dr. Abraham Cabebe there a few times. It was so frustrating. In my two last visits, for the first one, just for a vaccine, I waited for more than 2 hours. The last time, after being there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, I asked where is the Dr and they said he’s with another patient. I left. Waste of time. Will never go there again.Another issue is, they totally ignore what happens and he follow ups. My vaccination had a follow up. They said we’ll text, they never did nor gave me an appointment. I also needed a follow up for my lab results from last year. They never scheduled one

The worst I had cancel my appointment due to rude staff she knew nothing about insurance. It’s sad to see how little care this plan parenthood has. It should be safe spot for women very disappointed.

Despite the long wait the service I received was amazing and the staff was nice. They were really busy and apologized for the wait.

Rude and unprofessional. Cut me off on a telephone visit and hung up. Also seemingly untrained. Front desk sent me to a triage appt which is only available for people who have already been seen at this location. Triage appt did not call me back after they had technical difficulties.

All the people on this clinic (doctors, nurses and front desk) were so nice and welcoming. The examination was so gentle, I’m always so nervous about such sensitive topics, but they made my experience as best as possible.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The lack of compassion for people who are experiencing difficult times and the effects of trauma. The lack of accommodations and condescending staff is unacceptable especially for a Planned Parenthood. Deeply disappointed.

The Dr.s at this clinic go above and beyond to make sure youre health is as good as it should be. Dr. Samantha Webb and Dr. Teresa Robbins are some of the best Dr.s that I have ever had and they truly care about your health. Then not to mention Sarah who makes sure all appt. are made and she does a fantastic job at making sure all the Dr.s needs and their patients needs are kept, shes my lifesaver. And I cant forget Luz, she will make sure you know how to take care of yourself, by eating the right things, taking your meds and if your not sure, she will be there for you. They have the best staff who follows all the CDC rules and safety procedures. I wouldnt leave my Dr. for the world!!

Usually were pretty nice here every time we did walk ima up until actually making a appointment. We were literally 8 minutes late and they made a big deal out of it saying they couldnt see us. Then they said they have too talk to their team of highly trained professional doctors .lol . Then they told my fiance they would make a one time exception next time they would not see us (we wont be coming back) mind you there was literally one person in the lobby the whole time and more then 6 nurses inside.

I came in for my appointment. The African woman with glasses rudely stared at me (me, being mexicana i’m like TF uuu staring at) she had an attitude that was unprofessional and should not be acceptable at a place of work. Hope planned parenthood does better!

Everytime I’ve been here I’ve been impressed by how kind everyone is. My recent visit however, really made me appreciate this place even more. I forgot her name, but she made my experience a much more pleasant one! Thank you for your help!😄

Staff is very helpful, polite, and very positive attitude. Place is really SMALL though so dont bring all your kids.

The only bad part of this clinic is the parking lot!! just had a lady try to box me into the parking lot since she was trying to enter the lot when it was obviously the exit -____-

The best place. To get your self taking care of 💯👍✌️✌️ they respectful and professional. So be honest with them

They were so helpful, they all went out of their way to provide great service.

Easier than a regular ongyn for...maintenance 🤫
