Lana literally changed my life - she took time to truly get to know me to understand my body and customize my treatment. She walked me through each and every moment (as it was my first experience with acupuncture) to explain what every step will do for me. I absolutely look forward to my next treatment with Lana!! Lana is freaking awesome - I’ve been dealing with a very stiff back for months and I’d been getting massages for a while and their helpfulness had plateaued. I opted to see how acupuncture would help and holy cow, I wish I’d been able to have this experience sooner.I’m not usually one to sign up for another treatment on the spot, but I was so fast to agree to come back. This place is so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and authentic. I had suggestions both times to slightly tweak my experience and neither time was it an upsell - just a true suggestion to best help my current issue.Def also suggest to come early and get the included tea they offer prior to treatment!

I honestly did not want to write this review and feel quite uncomfortable writing it now. I am loathe to speak ill of anyone in this profession, and do not like to negatively impact someones business. However after hearing from yet another person who had the same experience I did, I felt it necessary to write this.At the beginning of the year I was suddenly in an extreme amount of pain in my right axilla (armpit) that I knew a good lymphatic massage would fix. I googled places in the area and Redmint was very highly recommended. I was very grateful they were able to take me last minute, and couldnt wait to feel relief.Unfortunately, they do *not* do lymphatic massage here. It is false advertising, and frankly they should be ashamed saying they offer it. I felt absolutely no relief from whatever massage was given to me, and the techniques that were used were not proper lymphatic techniques. The work was incorrect, but I stayed for the whole service as I was so desperate for some pain relief. The reason I know for a fact that I was not given a proper lymphatic massage is because I am a certified lymphatic massage therapist. I did not disclose this to the therapist working on me because that shouldnt be necessary to receive adequate care.I sincerely hope they either make sure their therapists have the proper accreditation before claiming they can offer modalities they are not proficient in, or else stop offering it all together.I cannot speak to the other services here. I assume they are lovely. But do not go here for a lymphatic massage.2 stars because the place is very clean and quiet. The staff were very kind, and I appreciated their being willing to take me in so quickly.

I loved my facial experience here. Sabrina was super knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through some of the causes of / remedies for my skin issues, even airdropping me more information that I could action at home - I really appreciated this as this has been a source of stress for me and it felt very above and beyond effort-wise. Besides that, the space is very calming and inviting, and was the perfect way to close out my Sunday night. Can’t wait to go back!

I had the TMJ massage for the first time. I came in because of a headache. I suspect it could be my jaw, so I tried the TMJ massage. Lana was a pro. She did a quick assessment and worked on all the intricacies of my shoulder/neck/head/face. I left feeling great and no headache and noticeable straighter, more aligned face. She released much tension in my jaw and neck that it helped me recover and heal. Thank you Lana for your dedicated work. I found the location from the best massage list in SF. And it is the best!

The union sanctuary was lovely and the staff, phenomenal. The services were top-notch. I experienced acupuncture and a facial. — I will return!! : )

80 min. Acupuncture & cupping combo with Patricia was phenomenal! I’d follow her anywhere. She customizes each session based on what my body’s needs are and listens intuitively, and communicates with me to make adjustments as she goes. The space is clean, with beautiful decor that is thoughtfully designed.

I have never in my life had an experience like the one I had when I found Redmint.From the moment you walk in and throughout your entire experience here.. it’s a sensory sensation! You will walk out centered, calm, relaxed and totally grounded .. On a completely different level than when you walked in. I can promise you that. A beautifully elevated level. The experience I had at Redmint was amazing and the aesthetic was beautiful. The only thing I missed was a shower of hot tube section before/after getting a massage. Other than that it was a 10/10

What a great experience. I had a weekend in SF and wanted a spa weekend. A friend recommended Redmint. I easily booked online. The location was easy to find. Heidi the manager was so accommodating. My massage therapist was amazing!! Kavi really worked on my tight and sore areas. I feel like a new person today.I the received a classic facial with Shakira. She took the time to understand my needs, facial routine, and educated me along the way without pushing products. My face was clean, glowing and hydrated when I was done!

I had a wonderful experience here! Came in with my husband to book a massage and was accommodated on very short notice. Really appreciated the flexibility and friendliness of the staff. The space itself is gorgeous and welcoming. I love all of the natural accents and calming vibe. I especially loved the back patio waiting area. It was super peaceful as I waited for my therapist. My husband had a latte from the bar and said it was delicious so next time I come in I’ll have to get one. The 80 min deep tissue massage was absolute heaven and I felt like I was transported to a different planet. Shakira was wonderful and took the time to ask what was going on with my body so I felt like it was very customized experience. I would 100% come back and get another service from Redmint!

Woo! Its such amazing place served Traditional Chinese medicine, like GuaSha. They also provide facial SPA and body deep tissue service. Its such a quiet place and super privacy.

I’ve been a long time lover of Redmint. It’s one of the best spas in SF. I’ve done acupuncture and cupping at both locations, facials and massages. Yesterday I had one of the best deep tissue massages of my life with Tanya. She relieved so much tension and pain and had the perfect pressure. We even had a great convo after and she gave me some tips to feel better. I can’t rave enough about this spa. Thank youI had a negative review a few weeks ago that Im happy to update based on my service last weekend. After an issue with my appointment in July that was lost since a massage therapist left, Redmint made every effort to welcome me back to the spa. They helped me re-book a complimentary deep tissue massage with Eliza who was wonderful and got to the root of my pain in my shoulders, lower back and hip flexors. I have recommended a few more friends for Acupuncture, Body Alignment and Lymphatic Detox and Ill definitely be back.

I love Redmint! I have been to both locations in the city are they are both great, very peaceful welcoming atmosphere. I have been many times and the services and practitioners are consistently amazing. I’ve had many massages in the city and this is my favorite place by far. I had a massage with Irena this week and she helped work out a lot of the pain I had in my lower back. I can’t say enough good things about Irena and the entire Redmint staff!!

I’ve been to Redmint twice now and each time has been a great experience. I went for a facial the first time and they helped fine tune the service just for me. The staff there are always calm and greet you with a smile. From beginning to end I felt taken care of, and treated with really great customer service. I’m definitely bringing my girlfriends here for a self care date.

The massage itself was great but for the price I wouldn’t return. If you’re looking for a true spa experience with sauna/hot tub/shower and relaxation this is not the place. One of the staff members was quite rude to me. The doors are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on. Again, if you’re sore and just want a good massage and get in and out quick- Irina does a wonderful massage. But if you’re like me and like to go and enjoy the whole experience, better to book somewhere else

I had the best massage at Redmint last week with Shakira! She is a gem and a fantastic body worker. I also absolutely recommend Redmint’s herbal lattes before or after your session they are amazing!

I went to Redmint for the first time and tried out their radio frequency facial. The esthetician asked detailed questions about my skin type and provided valuable tips and solutions. Throughout the facial, she continuously checked on my comfort level and made sure I was doing okay. The ambience and decor of the place also played a role in enhancing my relaxing and positive experience. Only thing that I would advise people is to not book too far in advance as i think they are still a relatively small spa. I booked some months in advance and the location and times needed to be changed to the staff they had available that day.

Clean facility and the massage therapists are kind, but the actual massage is not worth $220 (or at least, the quality you get is not consistent). Ive now been to Redmint 4 times, and 2 were good, and 2 were bad. After the latest session last week, I unfortunately had to go to another shop because I woke up the next morning with a pinching pain every time I turned my neck to the right, which ended up costing additional $ on top of the $220.

This place is such a great concept for a healing center. It’s not a traditional spa in the sense of no bathrobes or jacuzzi, etc. But it offers way more than most, if not all spas in San Francisco—acupuncture, an amazing variety of massages and facials. The therapists seem incredible, though, I’ve only seen Gregory so far. But I’ve had two of the best massages I’ve ever had from him.The other thing that I think is so amazing is that the staff get that a bodywork treatment is not just about the therapist’s technique. It’s also about their energy. At the other place I used to go one of the therapists was so anxious, it ruined my experience, even though they were technically quite skilledTheir membership service is great too. In fact, after my first visit I ended a membership at another place and will be here often.

This place is really special and the vibe is amazing. I had one of the best massages of my life with TR, who was diligent and really effective at helping relieve some pain while creating a really nice, relaxing experience. I will be coming back.

UPDATE: I am updating this from 1 star to 3 stars because the site manager was very proactive in reaching out to me and they immediately gave me a refund, unprompted, even before I had seen her messages. I will say that I was very impressed that they did that without even the guarantee of me editing my review.In terms of my skin, its finally calmed down, which took about a full week. My best guess is that I reacted to the exfoliant that was used. Its still more textured than usual, but I think it will go back to normal within this week.Would I give Redmint another try? Yes—its a beautiful space with lovely people, but probably would get a massage next time, lol.---------------I went here this past weekend for a Signature Facial with Geraldine. It was a birthday treat for myself and while the experience itself was very nice, the day after, my skin turned into literal SANDPAPER!!My skin is normally pretty good, so it’s not much work for the med spa. I just wanted a little pampering for my birthday, but the day after, I noticed that my skin is rough to the touch and the surface looks like a million little bumps!! I’ve gotten many facials in my lifetime and have never had a reaction like this!! Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend.

I could not recommend this place more! I felt like I was in an extreme need of relief from very a tense neck and shoulders causing a migraine and general stress reduction. I reached out to a friend who recommended this establishment and was fortunate enough to find an opening within the hour. LaRoz was the wonderful person who provided my massage, and I could not be more grateful! I genuinely felt like she had exorcised some darkness out of my body, and I left feeling so cared for and pampered by all that I interacted with including the front desk staff person and her manager. If you have a friend who has a birthday coming up, a newer mom, a coworker who you discovered to be your soul sister, or anyone else in your life that you would like to treat to some body care (including yourself) do not hesitate to come to Redmint.

Best deep tissue massage I have had in a long time. Red Mint is clean and pleasant environment. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I especially recommend Tanya for deep tissue.

Redmint Union is a beautiful spa! You start to feel relaxed and immediately leave the stress of city living behind the minute you walk in to their beautifully curated space.Tanya has a calming, lovely energy and gave me the most amazing massage. Truly the best I have ever had! She worked out a lot of tension without causing me discomfort with her techniques. McKenzie, with her lovely smile and welcoming presence, made me a delicious herbal elixir to help with relaxation. My girlfriend got me a massage for my birthday here - I’ve dealt with chronic pain for years due to injuries and regularly go to a sports therapy massage spot in Colorado.Tanya was a wonderful masseuse. The check in was easy and welcoming. The massage itself was fantastic. I generally prefer a lot of pressure and she had a great amount and also checked in with me to see if I wanted more or less.I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage!

Update Feb 2023: Space is beautiful and big but definitely an opportunity for administrative and billing improvement. In my time as a member, I have had several issues arise with being overcharged, my membership being switched when not requested, being sold used products, and even my membership terminated when not requested. They are always resolved, but you will be babysitting your billing and overall admin.June 2022: This place is a sanctuary. Great for acupuncture, facials, and massages. Love the decor and vibe. Its super calming. All their practitioners are amazing. Whatever service you sign up for youre definitely in good heads. Highly recommend their Earth membership package ($138 a month) that can be use on any of their services for 50 min.

I was referred by a friend and I can’t thank him enough. My therapist was Jason and he was just amazing. He carefully listened to me regarding the aches and pains I’ve been experiencing and he catered my 1st treatment around them. It started off with a great massage and then onto the acupuncture session. As every needle that was attached to me… he explained on why the placements of the needles were so important. After the acupuncture session, he started the cupping session and once again explained on why he chose the locations of the cups. I felt so at ease as I thought to myself this guy truly knows what he is doing. After my session, I felt so relaxed… and felt that my body was immediately responding to my first treatment.It’s day two after my initial visit and I’m feeling really good…. I’m looking forward my next visit, which I scheduled already.Thank you Jason and Redmint.

Had an amazing sports recovery massage with Gregory (80 minutes). Felt like a new woman after and was given a gift bag set after since it was my first time. Amazing! 5 stars!!

We went to the Fillmore location for a couples massage this past weekend. The space is amazing and serene. Both us thoroughly enjoyed our massages and left feeling relaxed after hanging out at the tea/coffee bar. Will be back!

Redmint is truly a hidden gem. My friend and I were just passing by on Union street one Saturday when we were drawn into this calm oasis. Entering in we were warmly greeted by Servando, who explained all that Redmint is and does as a beautiful business in SF. We were pampered without even getting an actual treatment. Left an hour later after chatting, enjoying soul warming herbal tea blends, and basking in every staff me members kindness! Even booked a massage for the next day and it was AMAZING. Definitely recommending Redmint to anyone visiting or living in the Cow Hollow area!!

I’m a new client. I made an appointment and decided to try it . From the moment I went in I was treated so nicely . I had an acupuncture session with Dr. Shanna , she’s great and she really cares about each of her patients. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

The experience at Redmint is fabulous! The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and the space luxurious. As soon as you step in, your energy shifts and you know you are in good hands. The staff is friendly, kind, and resourceful. They made me feel so safe and comfortable - warm, personable, and expert in technique. I am so grateful for the introduction. I went yesterday and got the best nights sleep. I haven’t had such good energy levels in a long long time.

Ive had a membership here since it opened last year and I absolutely love Dulce, Tanya and Liuhong. They are the best and I highly recommend.However, the front desk people at Redmint can be extremely rude, even with regular customers. They have no customer service skills and act entitled. Yesterday after my relaxing acupuncture service I went to check out and told the front desk person to add a $20 tip for the acupuncturist, which I thought it was fair and generous. She IGNORED me and added a 20% tip, I asked her to change it and she was so deliberately RUDE. This went on for about 5 min or so and the entire time she acted extremely condescending. This experience completely cancelled out my acupuncture service that I just had and I left feeling anxious and stressed. I would like to note that Ive been coming here for almost a year and this has never happened before, Ive been always able to chose the tip amount and I have always tipped! Im also adding in that Ive spent thousands of dollars here so far, so its not a money issue but a principles issue. In fact, this was my second service this month alone.Also, I have recommended this place to over 15 people between friends and work colleagues and heard similar things about the front desk people but I had never encountered any issues until my experience with the woman working the Tuesday evening shift.They have messed up charges and double charged me in the past but I never cared because mistakes happen and I love investing and self care. But this person chose to be rude. I would still recommend the services here but make sure to tip the person in cash so the front desk cant trick you.

I had a fantastic facial from Dulce. She was very thorough and gentle. It was so luxurious, and smells SO amazing there! I would definitely recommend going. The only thing I would suggest is that they offer tea to their clients before or after the treatment.

I really enjoy the calming abs relaxing interior with vibrant lush greenery and the earth tones they feel very grounding. I am new to acupuncture so I was surprised and glad to feel no pain and feel very relaxed. I did the 80min session with Patricia abs I highly recommend her. The turning forks, and sound healing is very calming. Reminder to be mindful of your breathe and a release of negative energy from the body. I felt very refreshed, energetic and the release of toxins is real. I highly advise you to drink plenty of water before hand.

Today I was lucky enough to spend the afternoon at Redmint Holistic Health. A long hallway of clematis takes you back to a beautiful oasis tucked away from Union Street.Elsa made a real difference in my back and legs with a therapeutic deep tissue massage. She could feel where the tightness was in my body and stayed focused every minute of the massage. Tattianna gave me an exquisite facial and face massage. I didn’t want it to end.The frosting on this day was the sound therapy with Patricia. This was my first experience with tuning forks on the body yet it won’t be the last! I’m astounded that a little sound wave can feel so good in pressure points and meridians.The service was perfection. The ambiance is dreamy. The tea was intoxicating. I’ll be taking a monthly self love day at Redmint! Thank you to everyone here for helping me stay healthy in body and soul. See you soon.

Had a great first time experience! I did the combo acupuncture and cupping service. Really loved it! I felt SO good afterwards and I especially loved that they included sound bath therapy in with the treatment. My only regret is not booking a longer treatment! Will definitely return :)

Actual deep tissue massage from Tanya was awesome, the space is adorable and clean. The herbal tea bar was supposed to open at 9am today Saturday but didnt open until the guy at the front desk/latte bar arrived a few minutes before 10am. I almost left without closing my bill and had to wait 15 min or more for the coffee machine to turn on and heat up my latte. My drink was luke warm. Would have been nice to have the herbal bar open on time and have the front desk person servando arrive on time.

Had my first session with Jason and he was incredible! It was my first time having acupuncture, but also added cupping and massage to deal with my hip pain. Jason made me feel really comfortable and relaxed, and explained the process throughout the session to help me understand my hip pain and recovery better. Definitely coming back and would recommend Jason to anyone!

Redmint is an unexpected oasis and gem. I went to the Union location. The front desk service was lovely thanks to Janelle and Joana. Joana was super helpful in helping me book the service best fit for my needs. I had an incredible massage from Tanya who I highly recommend. Very much looking forward to coming back.

Edit- Horrible service. Don’t expect the tranquility of spa experience.After my first review, the manager reached out and offered 50% discount. I went and the massage person was male, (I had asked women) and the reception person was super entitled and rude. I didn’t get the massage after all.This place has the aesthetics but need to work on the service. I don’t need to get spa service where they leave bitter taste in the mouth.First review:Massage was great, but the sales staff on the front was not attentive at all. It really diminished the service. Massage (deep tissue) quality was good.

I had the face and body glow treatment with Patricia. She is a super skilled acupuncturist - I felt well balanced, calm and had an inner glow after this treatment with her. It was very relaxing and restorative. I recommend this treatment wholeheartedly to those you benefit from acupuncture. Thanks so much Patricia!!

Hidden gem! You are transported to a serene and tranquil place.Antoniy is an amazing masseuse. His corrective postural balancing is one of the best practices I’ve ever had. I’ve been having back pain for two plus years. In one to two sessions I’m not having any pain. He tells you which muscles are weaker and need to be addressed. I will keep doing this service indefinitely.Dulce also does great work. Her facials are relaxing and leave my skin feeling good!!!

Wonderful experience!!!! - from the ease of booking, to the beautiful space, to the wonderful treatment. I had 80 minutes of accupuncture, cupping, guasha, and head/neck/shoulder massage with Patricia. She hit every point with precision and purpose which helped significant reduce the pain I was experiencing from tightness in that area. Bought a membership & can’t wait to go back!

Loved my experience at Redmint and so glad I found it. It’s a little hidden oasis right in the middle of Union Street in the Cow Hollow neighborhood. They have an amazing range of services, including truly therapeutic massage. I have had acute sciatic problems for years and had a flare up this week. Luckily I found Redmint and Mark (my massage therapist) and I couldn’t be happier.They also do memberships which I have had a hard time finding anywhere in SF. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Redmint is the best - Ive had a great experience with all masseuses, you cant go wrong!That being said, I wanted to give a special shoutout to Tanya. I tend to steer away from the deep tissue massage because Im a wimp, but she applied the right amount of pressure and used caution to ensure I wasnt in pain. This past time, I had some pain in my lower back and she spent a lot of time making sure I walked out of there feeling 100% better. Thank you Tanya!

Booked an acupuncture + body massage combo for my partner as a gift and was so disappointed. Not only did his treatment feel rushed, the staff attending him were making rude comments about the session ‘not being long enough’ and commenting negatively about his body!! Apparently this person wouldn’t stop talking about how she needed more time and was visibly flustered until my partner told her it was a gift so he didn’t get to choose necessarily. Keep in mind we got there early, so if she felt rushed it was not our fault. To top it off, when we were leaving, he discovered that she had left a needle in his leg which had cut him due to it being stuck and moving around as we walked to our car. We were already in our car but we called immediately and the person who answered seemed to not believe us and only offered a sorry as a response. Terrible customer service and would not recommend!!! We thankfully called the next day again and someone else was able to help us but only offered to comp the acupuncture portion, keep in mind I had tipped her well before we discovered the needle so she kept her tip and it is pricey so I would expect more from a place like this.

This was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Antoni is so skilled at doing a combination of balance work, massage and chiropractic work to create a relaxing and restorative experience. I have already booked two more appointments to go back.

Ive been to Redmint a handful of times for massages (swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic) and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed. The moment you step into the alley off of busy Union St you find a serene, modernly designed oasis with a tea bar and quiet space to relax. Kudos x 1000 to whoever designed this space and pls come redesign my apartment.Im not particularly loyal to any of the masseuses since I usually book last minute and Ive loved my experience every time. They usually leave me with a few exercises/stretches I can do on my own to get rid of tightness. Highly recommend!

Love Redmint! I’ve been seeing Liuhong for a little over 6 months now and highly recommend her for acupuncture & cupping. She listens to my needs carefully each time I go in and I leave feeling 100% more balanced. She is the best!

I visited today for the hydra facial. It was $260 for 45 minutes (before tip obviously) - it’s not cheap . I was waiting a while before I was taken to the room and then there was the obvious chit chat - I feel like the actual facial was more like 20-25 minutes which makes it not worth it for me.Relaxing and professional are the plusses .I enjoyed the results but overpriced and I think that if you’re 10 minutes late starting the facial then you should add on the 10 minutes at the end. I was on time !

Not worth the $165. The massage element was longer than the actual facial time. There was nothing professional about the quality of the facial. The esthetician didn’t seem to have much experience from her technique during the facial. I did look online before the appointment and asked the booking reception about bios for their esthetician’s but they didn’t seem to have any. That tells me everything I need to know. I would highly not recommend going here for a facial.

This is an oasis and sanctuary in the city! Not only is the ambiance charming and tranquil, but the staff are kind and very helpful. Stephanie made me the most delicious latte, I had an amazing massage with David, and afterwards I spoke to a highly knowledgeable acupuncturist, linhong, who I hope to visit soon! Can’t speak highly enough about this place !

Red mint is an oasis in the middle of the city. I’ve gotten several treatments there and would highly recommend. I did a TCM Signature with Patricia and it was a total body re-set. Also got a deep tissue massage with Eliza which was one of the best I’ve ever had, she listened to my body concerns and went right to fixing them. Will definitely be back again!

Tried to schedule a couples massage and additional services. Receptionist was extremely rude and seemed as if she has no clue how to handle customer service. Was told I would receive a call back shortly. Waited 3 hours and received no call. Not willing to beg a business to take my money. Will NOT be going here!Judging by previous reviews many others found the receptionist unpleasant as well.

Received my first “red carpet” facial from Tatiana. It was AMAZING how my face felt afterwards! I highly recommend this facial and Tatiana was a joy to work with. She was respectful of my requests, clearly explaining the processes and enjoyable to communicate with. She made me feel like I had a new friend by the time I left😊

First of all, kudos to the interior designer of this place. I love the vibes, the color, the plants etc, it will set you on the zen mood right at the door. And it feels like I’m in the forest, “Forest in the City”.I booked the acupuncture with Jon and he addressed all my medical needs not just acupuncture. He went over and beyond and showed me his skills. He’s very informative and he guided me on each every step. I’m so glad I found this place! And I signed up for Earth membership right after my session lol I’m excited to try their other services.

Redmint and Jason was a dream. I felt rejuvenated, cared for, and proactive about my wellness journey.Many spas will look beautiful but do not match in the quality of the service. Not here.Redmint’s treatments were even better than their aesthetic which was also thoughtful and congruous with their mission.I’m glad to have finally found a new 💆‍♀️ home.

I have been to Redmint for couple of months now. They saved my life. Their facial acupuncture treatment is amazing. It definitely makes me younger :) My friends all commented on it. The TCM also helps on my sleeping problems and digestive issues. Every visit made a positive impact on my overall well-being! So thankful to find a little gem like this in SF!

The lymphatic massage was amazing. Nothing like a traditional massage but my energy and positivity were through the roof after. Making this a monthly thing for sure.

Once the lockdown ended, I felt the need to nurture myself with a body treatment. Having read excellent reviews about Redmint, I eagerly booked a facial. Walking into Redmint is like walking into an oasis with its Zen aesthetic, friendly staff, natural wood accents, and beautifully appointed waiting room and session rooms. There is a coffee and tea bar as well.The facial was so amazing that I joined Redmint as a member receiving a slight discount on treatments once a month. Ive enjoyed a Combo massage/Acupuncture session with Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Jason; Chi Nei Tsang (internal organ massage} as well craniosacral work with Aleksey; and, a corrective body balancing session with Anthony.Going to Redmint on a regular basis is the treat I eagerly look forward to monthly. Highly recommended!

I very much enjoy Redmint! I had ACL reconstruction on my left knee late February 2021, I’ve been seeing Jason Wu for lymphatic massages and acupuncture regularly. He’s fantastic! And, he has a PT background as well. I always feel relaxed afterwards. I’ve seen much improvement with my knee/leg recovery (reduced edema and improved muscle tone due to atrophy). Lastly, the indoor and outdoor space is beautiful where the mineral rocks add the perfect energy to complete the peaceful ambience.

Redmint is a hidden gem in Cow Hollow! Such a relaxing outdoor waiting area. Had a lymphatic detox with Jon. He made sure to answer any questions I had before and asked me quite a few questions to make sure he could provide me with the best experience. Will definitely be trying other services here.

It was just magical. I had 50 minutes with Antoniy Guueorguiev and I cannot praise him enough. I have had some very debilitating lower back pain but without even telling him about it he found it immediately and I feel like a new woman. I’ll be going back!! He is gifted and professional. The location is very relaxing. Such a gem. It turned a bad day upside down for me and I was able to put my shoes on again without agony! Thank you Redmint !

Not very impressed…I was hoping that their service was going to be amazing but unfortunately my husband and I had an okay experience. Booked a combo for me and sport massage for my husband and it was okay…nothing special for the fees you pay. Okay therapists, mediocre rooms, and no welcome tea or water…there are better centers in the city like Pearl Spa…

My treatments with Patricia have changed my life. I was referred to her by my overall acupuncturist for specific facial acupuncture.My original goal was to get ahead of these very fine lines I saw beginning on my forehead. I did not want to get involved with Botox or any other fillers and I thought this type of treatment was worth a try.Patricia immediately identified that I was holding a lot of tension in my jaw (yes, Im a long time teeth-grinder). We then began a particular type of craniosacral release as a part of the Face and Body Glow treatment. This has been truly life changing. 20+ years of various forms of pain. Im finally getting to the root of the problem and I am having sustained relief. My migraines, myofascial knots, and various pain issues have gotten so much better in just a few treatments... and the bonus is that those lines have also faded as well :-).I truly hope more practitioners learn this technique.... its needed.

Mark was amazing. He asked me what was bothering me then coached me through some deep breathes as he worked in synchronization with my breathing and holding to get very deep to my pain spot. Felt so much relief. Will be back to see him again. Loved the facilities too.

My deep tissue massage with Nicha was amazing. Had sort/tight shoulder & neck on one side, and she worked wonders. Painful, but not too painful, and felt amazing afterward.
