Ive been a patient here for decades but they seem to be in the worst shape Ive ever seen them. Today I was checked in by a staff member who was so sick she couldnt get a sentence out. When I asked her why she is at work in that condition, she said I dont want to lose my job. Then I was told that they cant accept my payment because all the employees are temps and not authorized to process payment. I asked what if I go to another floor, and they said the situation is the same on all floors. I just have to put the additional time into making a payment online or by phone at a later time. I asked to talk to the reception supervisor and was told there is nothing she can do for me. They did not relay my request to see a supervisor and it was not clear whether anyone is in charge really. Ill be talking to my insurance to see how I can change my primary provider and move away from this office. Do not recommend.

Everyone at womens health on Sutter St. is amazing, caring and kind. Even at Mission Bay. Ive been a patient with UCSF for several years now and very pleased overall with the staff and facilities.Thank you UCSF for everything!!

After my first visit, Bennett struck me as one of the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough OB/GYNs I’ve had! The whole staff was also kind, competent, and prompt.

It’s a Woman’s Clinic but staffed by Family Practice Doctors—If you are over 60, this is NOT the Primary Care you need.

They called an hour before the appointment to cancel, notifying me that the NP for my appointment isn’t available and we need to reschedule. then when I asked for the next availability, they said I need to call back. terrible experience.

The primary care doctors seem so bothered sometimes. Others that may fill in for your doctor can sometimes be worse; like your wasting there time. The gynecologist are way nicer. I might just have to start seeing a gynecologist instead. Sucks to not have that personal relationship with a Dr like it is meant to be.

Try to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment.I have been calling twice a day 3 days in a row... little music for 20 minutes...Dont seem to care about getting any business.I send email though my chart. they tell me to call this number...Are we in a 3rd world country? Are we in Silicon Valley, the center of innovation... but we still have to make a phone call and waste an hour of our life just trying to reach a secretary to book a doctors appointment?Oh... and how much do we pay for healthcare...unbelievable..

They will literally attempt to kill you.Went to a doctor here with a serious medical condition. After having no imaging tests done whatsoever and wasting my time for months, they concluded I had nothing. I went to a different doctor and they, did a physical and concluded I did. Wow, a single physical was all it took! And then when I complained, they investigated and asked me no questions, did not contact me for any details, then concluded nothing wrong had happened. Best rated hospital in California is their ad, which is funny as Ads are apparently what they spend their money on, instead of treating patients.

These Drs here are egotistical quacks! I saw a Dr here for 2 years and I was almost dieing. They tried to accuse me of being depressed when I was really deathly ill. I asked to be referred to Infectious Disease as I had drank Contaminated Water and they refused to refer me. They didnt even test me for all waterborne illness or help me in any way and I was a single Mom desparate for help as my health was declining fast. I asked one who was joke yale Dr to please test me for Lyme Disease but she declined .I had to pay private Drs for diagnosis and it ended up I DO have LYME DISEASE. These quacks wasted 2 years of my life and so much Suffering!! UCSF DRS ARE HORRIBLE!! Save your own life and go somewhere else! These Drs should have their licenses stripped they are so terrible!! I should have sued them.

Very unprofessional front desk. Called me literally as my appointment was starting to tell me that my insurance was unconfirmed and that I would have to pay out of pocket. AVOID THIS CLINIC.
