Working with Conceptual Options has been amazing. They have taken such good care of me during my egg donation process, and were very communicative along the entire way. They went above and beyond during the entire process and I’m so grateful for that. They really care about their clients, and it shows in their interactions. I would be honored to work with them again.

First of all, I want to start by saying Conceptual Options has been an amazing agency to be a part of. I have been a part of this amazing agency for 3 separate journeys and have had a lot of support with each one. I have really come to appreciate everyone in the staff especially Stella, Melanie, and Jenny for always being there for me and treating me like family. They have always been quick to pick up the phone to answer any and all my questions and return my text messages promptly. When looking for an agency I am glad I went with Conceptual Options. It has been a rewarding feeling being able to help build so many families. If you are looking to do the same, I suggest you go to stop looking and go with Conceptual Options. They are truly an amazing agency to work with.

It was my very first time doing anything like this before. I was nervous, but they were AMAZING! They worked with me every step of the way, even through the process of deciding if I wanted to move forward with donating my eggs. They were clear in the explanations, and truly took care of me. I would like to give a special shout out to the wonderful and beautiful (inside and out!) Aracely Lara for her support and check up before and after. They not only sent me to a fantastic doctor, but they made all of the accommodations and worked around my schedule the best they could. I even told them that, because of work, for the approval process I had to be there and back all in the same day and they made it happen. I felt informed, safe, and truly cared for throughout the entire process. When I first signed up as a donor, years before I was actually chosen, I had no idea of how much was truly involved. But I can honestly say, it was a great experience and it was for a great cause.

I recently went to Conceptual Options regarding surrogacy. Sarah who is a client relations specialist was extremely helpful to me during the long process. She was with my every step of the way and guided me in the right direction since I had no idea how surrogacy worked. I couldnt be happier with my experience. I really loved working with Kim Taylor! She was so knowledgeable and really comforted me through my whole experience. She was able to tell me what to be prepared for every step of the way and really took the time to answer all of my questions. This is such a wonderful way to give to another family. Not only was she very kind and professional to my specific questions, but one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable experts I have ever dealt with, in any industry. I just finished my first donation cycle with Conceptual Options and it was a wonderful experience. Jiaqi helped me every the step of the way, always right there if I had any questions, making it an extremely easy and painless experience. I highly recommend to work with Liu and the agency. I was referred by one of my friends, and she had a pleasant experience working with her as the coordinator. She couldn’t get a hold of the clinic at midnight, but Liu quickly responded and got her help. My flight got delayed and I arrived in Los Angles at 2am by myself. She stayed awake to make sure I arrived at hotel safe. Because of the clinic’s schedule, my screening results was not ready on time, I almost thought my cycle will be not be possible before my trip plan. But Liu talked to her manager and the clinic staff, and we were able to finish it off on time. My precious cycle with Thousand Oaks I had pretty bad post retrieval symptoms. She sent me other donors’ suggestions and drink /diet recommendations before the retrieval. Other than feeling bloated, I feel much better for this cycle. She took time to check in with me after the retrieval and made sure I was doing okay. The reimbursement process is really easy. All I needed to do is to forward her the receipts and sign some forms, and she took care of everything to make sure I got reimbursed correctly for the mileage and parking. She’s always caring and easy to talk to. I feel a lot of agencies out there are only on the side of the parents, but you can tell she puts donors’ health and safety as priority. I would work with her again if I ever want to donate, and I already referred a couple of my friends to work with her company!

Conceptual options is by far a great company they make you feel like family they help you through every process. I have had an amazing experience being a surrogate with them. All the staff is amazing always so friendly and putting your needs first. I would highly recommend this agency.

From a mans point of view, infertility is incredible difficult to relate to. The team at Conceptual Options truly help my wife and I through a very emotional time as we struggled to conceive our first child. We were not educated about our options and they took the time to work with us until all possible avenues were exhausted. Our little Max is the joy we had waited for. I just wanted to take a moment and say thanks!

Had a great interview with them today! What a great facility! It was huge and they were so inviting. spoke with the doctor and she was really so nice. Looking forward to hearing back again.

Maybe this facility has fancy websites, dedicated staff. It appears so when I browse the pictures on the website. Once I started contacting their personnel via WeChat, I felt extremely despised and humiliated. Its like an answering machine tells you to fill out the form and get in line. Someone might answer your inquiries for god knows how long. If I were an experienced professional doctor working in this facility, I wouldnt hire a staff who responds to intended parents worse than SIRI

This company is absolutely amazing, I love them. I just wanted to say Aracely is amazing. She has been their for me through this long journey, thank you girlie.
