CAPS Pregnancy Medical Clinics

I made an appointment with CAPS as I had visited an imagining center and they couldn’t find my fetus (they referred me to CAPS). I met 4 different staff during my visit and they were all wonderful. I did end up getting bad news about a possible miscarriage but gosh, they delivered the news in the most humane way possible. I left the center heartbroken, of course, but happy that I got the news here. A couple weeks later I received a call to follow up on my diagnosis and I confirmed my miscarriage. I have a coworker who is now pregnant and I definitely recommended this place to her while she waits for her OB appointment.

I can’t say enough good things about the CAPS team on Convoy! The team in Convoy is so wonderful and had been there for me throughout the first semester of my pregnancy. They are caring, compassionate and the ultrasound is incredible. I’ve met with Courtney 3 times during my visits at the clinic and she’s incredible and makes you feel extremely comfortable especially in such a vulnerable state.

From the day I found I was pregnant they were there to help me and were such a breath of fresh air let me tell you. At the time I had no medical coverage found out I was pregnant at 23 weeks they gave me so much help and so many references to get my care in place they followed up with me through the rest of my journey and even reached out after the twins were born. Called me to tell me they wanted to meet my boys and had a gift for them :) when they came out the door with diapers and a beautiful gift box of so many amazing things it really warmed my heart they are so personable and caring I’m so grateful for them all from the receptionist to intake to ultra sound and physician/nurse each one was amazing

Such an incredible place! The staff are so welcoming and professional. So kind and efficient. They love women deeply and well. They pray over you and model Jesus’s love. Truly caring for the whole person.

What a blessing this facility is! If you looking for a pregnancy resource center this is where you want to go! They treated me so well. They Gave me so much important information about my baby, my body and my choices. The love and respect I got while being a patient blew me away. Caps was such a blessing for myself and my family. Great experience with CAPS on El Cajon! Very warm, great information, did an ultrasound on my first visit and they offered to do one more if it took a while to get set up with an OBGYN. We were in between insurance so this was a great free option to get care right away.

I was experiencing some spotting in my first trimester and wanted to get an early ultrasound done for peace of mind. CAPS was able to schedule me the day of and everyone there was welcoming, professional, and helpful. I was so relieved to get some immediate reassurance that things looked good with my baby and CAPS was invaluable to us in our time of need. Thank you so much!

Wow, I am blown away at how amazing this place is. I came here not knowing what to expect and was so pleasantly surprised. Every single touch-point, from when I called to make an appointment, to checking in, to the ease the paperwork, to the cleanliness of the office, to every single person I encountered, was a perfect 10/10. Best experience I have ever had in any type of medical office. I didnt get the news I was expecting/hoping to get, but I felt so supported from start to finish. I cant thank that entire team enough for doing what they do and being who they are.

Im forever grateful for CAPS. Holly and Courtney I hope I spell their names right were so welcoming and just listen to me. I have a lot of postpartum anxiety and depression from just having my daughter who is turning one soon. I had a previous miscarriage before as well. I haven’t been tracking my periods due to still breastfeeding and stress. So I had no idea how far I was along in this pregnancy. Instead of having to wait 18 days with the military they gave me the answers that day. They knew how important it was for me to have that sense of knowing.

My experience was overall amazing! First of all their office looks clean and very welcoming. I was greeted by a very nice Lady Her name Was Jennifer. I was walked through everything they were going to do by Kim such a nice lady she asked how I was taking everything, If I had medical if I needed any help with applying. I have been to Planned Parenthood and I have never gotten that treatment they are only there for their paycheck and that’s about it. What I also loved about Caps is that they made an ultrasound same day :) Thats a first! Usually in other places they make you wait a few weeks for one. The nurse that helped me was Correy She was also amazing! Thanks ladies!

Caps is such an amazing place. I had No insurance and needed to get an ultrasound to see how far along I was. The staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable, especially since this Was my first baby. They answered all my questions. I highly Recommend this establishment

Ive came here twice once at the mesa one and then college and theyre the absolute sweetest and best of all they have free services! So lucky i was able to go and see baby bc other places were making it harder to do! They also gave me a hand knitted hat for my baby! Couldnt be more happy with their services and their help!

I came here to verify that I was indeed pregnant last year around the end of September. I was told before I could not have children till my body could start dropping eggs again. I remember looking for someone that would able to help me out and not charge me. I had no health insurance, no plan and absolutely terrified of what was going on. Hillary attended me and once I did the ultrasound it was game over for the rest of whatever was keeping me together. Me and my husband were told we were 25 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Man did I completely lose it. Hillary sat me down separately at first to help me see things more clearly. She gave me everything I could possibly need when it came to resources and also helped my husband see what was needed of him. I was such a mess and I didn’t exactly know what it was I needed from him so to have someone else help was amazing. I am extremely grateful for EVERYONE in that office. They were all amazing and super considerate. The lengths they go to make sure you leave prepared is extremely extraordinary.P.S Once I gave birth they gave me this amazing gift basket and I’m proud to say my 7 month old daughter still plays with the cute little elephant toy that was in it.

I came in about 9 months ago to verify if I was pregnant or not and honestly I was terrified. But I got in and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They checked in on me throughout my pregnancy and I have the most respect for this clinic and how they treat people.

Highly recommended! I went here today feeling uneasy about my pregnancy - because let’s be honest we don’t know what symptoms are good and which ones can cause concern. I was immediately put at ease with Kim helping me with paperwork. As I went to the back I spoke with Teresa and she was truly a sweetheart - from there I was already feeling better about my situation and went from nervous to excited about my ultrasound with Renee. I’m so grateful I was able to share apart of my pregnancy with these ladies. Any questions or concerns AT ALL, GO THERE! They have nothing but information for you and will take the time to answer ANY questions you have. Even the awkward ones. Thank you SO much, CAPS. I’m truly grateful. ❤️

I came here back in October, everyone was incredibly nice. I was so happy to meet joon, she had a huge impact on my perspective on this second pregnancy. I was seen and given resources, it was too early for a scan so I was scheduled out further. Within that wait time, my Medical became active.... Im about 9 weeks now and Ive yet to have an ultrasound , I dont have my 1st appointment until 11\27 if I went with caps I would have had my scan on the 14th. So tempted to go back for a scan! But I dont want to be greedy lol thank you CAPS!

What Can I Say About The Place Where Do I Even Begin...Well My Back Story Back In 2016 I Was Pregnant With My First Child The Father Of My Child did Not Want the Baby And So I Went to CAPS And Talked With Them To See My Options They Were So Nice And Generous And Talked To Me For An Hour About My Options I Ended Up Keeping Him And Now Hes 18Months I Thank This Place Soo Much!!! For All The Help They Gave Me When I Needed It 😍
