Stay away from the grossmont location worst service and attitude especially the girl at the checkout not sure of her name.no one knows why ur appointment being cancelled and they tell you after visit that they gonna call to schedule next visit and never do and then you find out that you are fired.

Been waiting over 1 hour. When I spoke the the desk she was so bad attitude this is my 2nd time visiting here it been worse place ever in my life. I never saw like this attitude before.My appointment was 3pm I waited til 4:45 then she said you might gonna be 15 minutes or so. We left them without getting our ultrasound done.

Think this place needs better attitudes. Greetings aren’t as pleasant. Even the ultrasound lady. These are pregnant women that are going through it & are the most sensitive. Positive attitudes & a Hi hello how are you doing today? Or even Nice compliments. Or can I have you move this way or move that way please & thank you during ultrasounds would be nice. You expect for ladies working there to know decent manners & be more sweet to these pregnant women.

Showed up for my 11:15 appointment and they told me it was cancelled once I had already shown up. No phone call. I took a half day off work for this. Especially unacceptable for tests associated with a high level of anxiety.

This is my second pregnancy and everytime I have been here they are informative and kind. This is where you go to have anatomy scans so particular ultrasounds, I think many people get confused as they think this place is supposed to serve them like the obgyn its not this is for specific anatomy appointments you see your assigned obgyn for all normal routine visits then this place at around 20 weeks and few times after that to ensure baby is growing accordingly. Depending on insurance there may be a copay as this is not your normal obgyn visit it is a specialty center like I said. But besides that they are great I usually arrive 15 minutes early and have no issues so far. I also have my obgyn downstairs and she is great aswell last pregnancy I had family health centers for my obgyn and I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I wanna say that I love this place. I have had all my babies with them. Everyone is always so nice to you. My doctor has always been Dr. Schwendemann. He cares a lot about his patients. I will honestly tell you he’s one of the best doctors out there. He will always answer any questions or concerns you have. I miss going to the office and seeing everyone. I miscarried in December of last year and it was one of the hardest things I’ve been through, but Dr. Schwendemann made me feel so much more better by just explaining everything to me and checking up on me. Before you read the negative comments on here read the positive ones because I have never had a better care from any obgyn until I came here. I will be back hopefully soon.

Best. Medical. Group. Ever! All the doctors are extremely knowledgeable. Top of their class expertise. The nurses are all friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful, stress-free pregnancy thanks to the talented team of caring doctors, nurses and staff. We never felt like a number, rather, they all took the time to sit down with us and truly answer our questions. Their explanations were honest, straight-forward and appreciated. Additionally, through the labor and delivery process, our doctor delivered our baby with confidence and ease. When mothers talk about birth stories, Ill be proud to share my pain-free, happy and good time labor experience. 100% recommend, they are wonderful professionals and we are so thankful that they were our doctors, nurses and birth team. Thank you!

The doctors here are so caring and welcoming. I had a great experience here throughout my pregnancy as well as my delivery.

I just got off the phone with a scheduler. I cancelled my appointment due to her extremely rude service. Being pregnant I should be able to ask questions about the services I will be receiving. Scheduler had no patience or willingness to answer my questions. Scheduler also gave attitude when I was not willing to drive to a location that is AN HOUR AWAY from me.

As a first time mom everything is so new and I am learning as I go. SD Perinatal has made it soo much more difficult. Even before I stepped into their facility things had already started to go wrong.1. I called to make an appointment, they booked me A MONTH OUT. Then they called the doctor who referred to me and LIED to them. They told the lady that I was told I needed to go to Urgent Care and get confirmation that the pregnancy was viable. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS, imagine my worry when the lady called me to confirm I had done as I was supposedly instructed. I let her know I was not told this and was so close to going to the ER because I thought my baby was in danger.2. When I went into my first appointment I made sure to get there at least 15 min early. I was made to wait close to an hour after my actual appointment time and was charge $80 for an ultrasound - just an ultrasound.3. I take high blood pressure medication and I informed the nurse that I needed a refill because I would be running out at the end of the week. She said I had to wait until my next appointment because the doctor could not refill it until them. MY NEXT APPT WAS NOT UNTIL 2 WEEKS LATER.4. I had my second appt, I received a call about 2 hrs ahead and asked if I could come in 30 min early. I left work early and showed up only to be told I was in the wrong floor. I was never told that there were multiple suites in different floors.5. I walked in and was charged again $80, which I was confused since I thought it was a regular doctor visit, at which time I was asked who was my OBGYN and I kept responding that this was the reason I was there. I had not been assigned an OBGYN yet, she kept asking me the same question.At that point I left, my anxiety was through the roof I was in tears because I was soo confused and lost. I still have not received my refill, I now have to ration my medication because no one can give me an answer or provide any help.

Worse place ever ! I went because my Ob suggested to go there to see why my miscarriges. The doctor I got was the worse !! Instead of trying to find a solution she kept feeling bad for me for having miscarriges and said maybe I need therapy when she kept repeating it more than 3 times!! Obviously it was going to get me emotional if she keeps repeating it and my loss was recent!!! Then out of the situation she mention I should test for diabetes because Im fat???? I dont even know what that has to do with my miscarriges just thought it was ridiculous I know Im fat I would had been diagnosed with it from so many times I been in the hospital!!!! I dont suggest this place the doctor wasted my time

Rude receptionists, bad customer service, they messed up my ultrasound appointments twice. Not reliable, all they will do is stress you out! Run!People have lives and can’t miss work because of their mess ups and gas’s ain’t cheap. And the receptionist laughed at me because I didn’t want to reschedule with them. Never coming here again

Ive tried calling over and over to schedule an ultrasound and they keep saying that Im not in their system. Ive been waiting for A MONTH now and the doctor office refaxed my referral but I keep getting the run around. They tell me that it takes a while to get my referral into the system but that they have not received my paperwork and so Its been a month now and they still dont have my paperwork. IM IN MY 3RD TRIMESTER and its so sad I dont even know if my baby is growing ok, if hes looking ok! This office says they are unable to check if my referral fax has been received they just keep telling me to check back in a week! The customer service is so bad. Seems like I wont be able to get an appointment before the baby is BORN! SO SAD.

I cannot recommend enough. Furthest pregnancy Ive had after multiple losses. I call Monday afternoon to just even check if they will see me, by Wednesday Im in with a doctor at 8 am. True happy tears of pure joy.

PLEASE AVOID! Very inconvenient support staff. Reports were asked to be faxed multiple times to the same number, later to find out they have been receiving those but havent been keeping records properly. Delayed the acceptance citing waiting for records then decline to admit sating you are too far in pregnancy. As if they discovered that after receiving the records.

I seen this wonderful group of doctors in 01 upto 2005. At 42 and pregnant with my 6th child the San Diego perinatal center is amazing and taking good care of me. Every doctor Ive seen, every doctor is amazing.

Dr.Daneshman is the best on what he does. Hes an angel from heaven on every one who crosses path with him. He has the best bedside manners,hes caring and understanding in every aspect. He makes you relax and believe that anything is possible. Highly recommended,hes number 1.

Literally, life savers!!! If you are older or high risk, do not even think twice. This is who you want to be with. They are the sharpest, most experienced, compassionate group of professionals I have ever witnessed!

Worst place for care and if u need to contact a doctor there with questions be prepared for no response for days!!!! they pressure you to have your baby early here and are just a ridiculous provider… beware!!!!

Loved it here. Everyone was really nice and professional. Even the cafeteria food was great. I was there for 3 diffenret appointments and dont mind the time spent.

They have the worst staff, the nurse who did the ultrasound for me wasn’t friendly at all.

Worst place ever rude doctors they cancelled my same appointment like 3 times most people in the ultrasound are are unexperienced honestly is the worst place I’ve ever been if I could give this place 0 stars I would.
