I am so THANKFUL for Pearl Mini IVF!! I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and could not be more happier on my first try!! The whole team was amazing and I appreciate everyone who helped me through the way!! I could have not asked for a better group of woman to walk me through this new experience!! Dr Davis was amazing and would recommend anyone there! Going back to give goodie gifts soon !! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

We are so grateful to Dr. Davis and the entire team at Pearl! After working with 2 other SD area clinics with no success we are so happy we moved forward with the Pearl team. Everything about our experience at this office was 1000% better than our experiences with other clinics. Dr. Davis is very personable and always listens to our questions and concerns with compassion, understanding, and knowledge. I saw her personally at almost all of my appointments which helped keep open lines of communication and quickly get answers to questions. I also had a great experience working with Shannon as my nurse and the rest of the nursing staff was always very helpful and friendly. Communication through the patient portal was answered usually within a few hours. I felt like I was treated like a person and not just a number or a science experiment. And most importantly we had success and are currently pregnant! I couldnt recommend Dr. Davis and her team more. She offered us hope and her approach with mini stim is exactly what my body needed. I have to write a gleaming review for this clinic. I have been hesitant to seek fertility services but this clinic really made me feel comfortable. From the moment of calling to schedule, to the care I received from Dr Davis, her PA, and RN - I felt listened to, cared for, and understood. Dr Davis takes time to explain your labs, details about reproductive health which most doctors never take the time to explain, and her care I was at ease. I also appreciate they take the time to speak about the foundations of health such as diet, lifestyle, sleep and other care modalities which can be helpful like acupuncture. As a person who tries my best to put my health first, it was a relief to see some clinics speaking about the foundation before any type of fertility treatment. 5 stars to an awesome team and clinic. Pearl mini IVF is a hidden gem. After going through painful years of infertility my husband and I decided to try them out. We did 3 rounds of IUI and subsequently IVF as the IUI’s failed. During both IUI/IVF Dr Davis and her team were incredibly kind and supportive to my husband and I. The entire team really cheers you on every single step of the way..for anyone who has gone through fertility treatments, it’s a lonely and exhausting journey so having a team that cares about you definitely helps.Dr Davis is also incredibly patient and knowledgeable; she is attuned with the latest evidence based medicine in reproductive fertility .My husband and I are incredibly thankful to Dr Davis, Hope, Katie, Shannon, Meredith and rest of the team for everything. I cannot keep recommending this place enough.If you are seeking fertility treatments and have lost all hope with fertility centers that don’t pay attention to your needs..run don’t walk to pearl mini IVF and thank me later 🤗

This review is long overdue but I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Davis and the entire team at Pearl Mini IVF! My husband and I had been doing fertility treatments for a year at another office and weren’t seeing the results we were hoping for. We decided to make the switch to Pearl after my acupuncturist recommended Dr.Davis and it was the best decision we ever made! The entire staff is so friendly and personable - which really makes all the difference when you’re struggling with infertility. Dr. Davis really took the time to listen to us and suggested we try a new approach which did result in pregnancy. I’m now 24 weeks along with our rainbow baby and I truly don’t think we would have made it this far if it weren’t for the entire team at Pearl. I am sooo incredibly thankful for Pearl Mini IVF! They were so comforting and listened to me and help me on my journey to get pregnancy! The office was comfortable and the staff was so kind, especially Hope! She made sure to check in on me every time I was there and make me feel like I was hanging out with a friend. I cannot recommend this place enough to everyone!

My husband and I have had the most caring, attentive, and positive experience at Pearl with Dr. Davis and her incredible team. Like us, most probably don’t know until you go through it, that IVF can take longer than expected and there are a range of emotional highs and lows throughout the journey. But Dr. Davis and her team were reassuring, persistent with our care, and always greeted us with a smile throughout our entire time there. Dr. Davis always explained all of our options clearly & even worked with us when we preferred to do things a bit out of the ordinary with regards to keeping the process as natural as possible. Dr. Davis and her staff are incredible. We felt welcome with open arms, love, and positivity. You spend a lot of time here with these people, and they feel like family. We wanted to go to a fertility clinic that treated you like people and not a number, this is the place for sure. Dr.Davis takes her time with you, answers any and all questions. You never feel rushed. Your questions, phone calls messages are always answered and you are never to feel like an inconvenience. We are 20 weeks pregnant and will never forget Dr.Davis and all the staff at Pearl. We can’t wait to bring our maybe girl to the office to meet all the people that made her possible.

Dr. Davis and her team are truly the best there is - they are compassionate, thorough, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable. I came to Pearl having decided to become a single mom by choice - it has always been my dream to be a mom, and at 32 I felt like it was finally time, partner or not.Dr. Davis is something special - I have never had a doctor that felt so much like a champion. I feel like she understood my decision, and not only supported me, but provided such love in her care. She was extremely present during my entire treatment, doing every ultrasound and administered my IUI with so much excitement. She was available for all my questions I had along the way and never hesitated to offer support when I was feeling nervous. My first IUI in December 2021 unfortunately did not take and Dr. Davis was there to help me through the emotions and to make a plan to move forward. I had initially thought I would take some time off before my second attempt, but with how smooth and wonderful my first attempt was, I decided to go right into another cycle in January 2022. Dr. Davis really looked at my first cycle and what we could change to be successful - we decided to try a natural cycle and I got pregnant that month. I now have a beautiful, healthy 8 month old baby boy who is the light of my life. Dr. Davis and Pearl made my dreams become a reality and they will forever feel like family to me. Dr. Davis followed me through my pregnancy and was so wonderful and loving when I announced my sons arrival.The staff at Pearl is unmatched as well - from the front desk team who answer calls so warmly, and take the time to remember my name and make me feel special at each visit, to my nurses who where always a call or portal message away if I had any questions or just needed some support. Their staff feels intimate and it truly feels like everyone knows who you and cares deeply. The MA staff is so calming and personable, they made all the blood draws not feel so daunting. And I even got to meet the Andrology team on the day of my IUI - again, it felt very special and like they all took an interest in me as a patient. The most important thing to me was feeling safe and well cared for and Pearl Mini-IVF went above and beyond all my expectations.If you are interested in fertility treatment, I cannot sing their praises enough. Dr. Davis is wonderful about educating you and making sure you understand every stage of treatment. I cant wait to come back and be with the team again if I decide to have baby #2!

Let me start by saying that my wife and I were referred to Pearl Mini IVF in June of 2023. Dr. Davis was incredibly kind and helpful during our time there, but unfortunately, we had some concerns about the staff. There were a few instances of miscommunication regarding the necessary steps to start the process, and we also had an unexpected outstanding balance of $70 even though we had been self-pay patients from the start. We had informed Crystal and the other staff members about our plans to relocate back to Guam in September 2023, and since we hadnt been successful in getting pregnant by August, we decided to discontinue our attempts. We made sure to let the staff know that we wouldnt be moving forward due to our upcoming relocation and we wanted to confirm that we didnt owe anything else. They assured us that everything was taken care of and that we didnt owe anything more. However, in November 2023, we received a bill for $70 from Pearl Mini IVF. Naturally, we immediately called to address the issue and spoke with Crystal and Meredith. They checked our account multiple times and assured us that it was an error and that they would handle it with their billing department. Despite these assurances, we received another reminder bill in December for the same $70. We called again, and once again, we were reassured that it was a mistake. Its January 2024, we have received a letter stating that if we dont pay this $70, Pearl Mini IVF will send us to collections. Its frustrating because at this point, no one at the clinic seems to want to answer our calls or address the issue. After spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, it feels unfair that they cant waive this small amount that was their mistake in the first place.

It is impossible to summarize the love, appreciation, and gratitude that we have for Dr. Davis and the Pearl family! We met with Dr. Davis after numerous failed attempts at traditional IVF with 2 other doctors, one in Beverly Hills and another one here is San Diego. What immediately impressed us was during our very first visit was Dr. Davis, she focused on the positive factors instead of all the negatives and what we had going against us- as with all the other IVF clinics. We obviously know our hurdles having to go through IVF to begin with, so hearing about the hope was such a wonderful change of pace. And we were not an easy case- both my husband and myself have our own individual issues, and it took time to figure out what was going to work. I don’t think we could have made it through so many attempts had it not been for Dr. Davis, and her compassion and dedication with our case. And I have to give so much credit to the entire staff, because I was not always an easy patient- after years of trying to start a family (coupled with a ton of hormones) you lose patience and understanding. But regardless, the team always had patience and understanding for my husband and I, and that meant the world to us! Dr. Davis also spent the time to work with my husband’s doctor to understand his case and help us prepare for retrievals and what was needed for best success when things were not looking so great- how extraordinary is that! I am so immensely overjoyed to announce that we are currently pregnant with our first son, and we have our future healthy embryos with Pearl for when those times come to continue to grow our family. We would not be where we are today had it not been for how phenomenal Dr. Davis is at what she does. When others gave up or ran out of answers for us, Dr. Davis had hope and took the time to figure out what we needed to do to create our family. I always knew in my heart that my husband and I could create children that are biologically ours, and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Davis and the amazing team at Pearl for sticking it out with us and also sharing our belief to create our family. Again, it is impossible to put into words exactly how tremendous Pearl IVF is- but if you are questioning your ability to start a family, trust in Dr. Davis and the team at Pearl to make your dreams come true. That is exactly what they did for us- the seemingly impossible dream to have our future family. Love you all so very much!!!

When looking for a fertility clinic it was important to my husband and I to not feel like just a number. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. From the front desk all the way back.If you want a doctor that’s enthusiastic and happy for your achievements-go see Dr. Davis! She provided a level of safety and care that I’ve never had with any other doctor. Every appointment she gave us all that she had and it was evident. You can feel her heart and soul is invested in what she does. We are beyond grateful!Wish there were more stars to give because I would!

As I write this review, I am 8 weeks, 6 days pregnant and have officially graduated from Pearl.In July 2022, I was diagnosed with Diminished Ovarian Reserve with an incredibly low AMH & AFC. After two unsuccessful IVF rounds at a different clinic in San Diego, I was advised to consider alternatives like egg donation, embryo adoption, or adoption. All of these are wonderful ways to build a family but having just turned 35, I wasnt ready to give up on my body just yet.A close friend introduced me to Dr. Davis at Pearl. Their confidence in my ability to have a biological child was a stark contrast to my previous experiences. We started a modified mini IVF cycle in October 2023, with a cautiously optimistic outlook.To our surprise, the results surpassed our expectations:4 eggs retrieved100% fertilization rate2 healthy, PGT-tested embryos (one boy, one girl)To say we were in disbelief is an understatement. We went from having virtually zero hope to the possibility of having not one but two children. We transferred one embryo on December 16th, 2023, and received the best Christmas gift ever: a positive pregnancy test.Pearls clinic, aside from delivering remarkable medical results, impressed me with its aesthetic and cleanliness. It was a haven where individualized care shone through every detail, from real sheets in the exam rooms to the calm, unhurried atmosphere, a stark contrast to the impersonal nature of my previous clinic.Last but not least, it is the staff who truly made our experience not only successful but enjoyable. Anyone who has gone through IVF knows how heavy the burden is – mentally, physically, and financially. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel like we were part of their family, cheering us on every step of the way. The front desk, the amazing nursing staff (who always responded right away when I had a question), Anastasia, and, of course, Dr. Davis made our experience one we will never forget.We are so grateful to the entire team for giving us this opportunity to start our family. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My only regret is not coming here first. With every chapter, this is a bittersweet end, but we could not be more excited for the future and to welcome our sweet little bean into our family this September. We’ll be back for baby #2 before you know it.

There are truly no words to thank Dr. Davis and the Pearl Mini IVF team. Long before they gave us the gift of our baby, they gave us the gift of hope. Dr. Davis has the most incredible bed side manner and her team has spoiled us with such highly specialized care.We began our journey to have a baby many years before seeing Dr. Davis and had 2 failed cycles prior to starting our care with her. We had retrieved eggs, made embryos and all of them were abnormal. It is a grueling process physically and financially, but the place we need the most strength was mentally. When we came to Pearl, we spend nearly 2 hours talking to Dr. Davis about what we had done, who we were, our lifestyle and our goals. She explained her philosophy and why “mini” IVF would work better for someone my age.With our first cycle we retrieved less eggs, made less embryos but we did have one normal embryo! This meant we had a chance!! My husband and I were thrilled. We went on to do 2 more cycles, which produced no normal embryos and as the year drew to a close I thought let’s give it all we got! We signed up for one more cycle and this time we tried it all - Omnitrope, PRP ovarian rejuvenation, red light therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, no dairy, no alcohol….basically everything possible. Dr. Davis gave us her opinions and advice, all while supporting us in the things we wanted to try. Our 6th and final retrieval gave us 3 more normal embryos!!When it came time to transfer we decided to do the Alice/Emma/ERA and mock cycles. Dr. Davis walked us through everything before we implanted our precious embryo. Two looooong weeks later we got the call everyone going through fertility treatments dreams of: we were pregnant!!Dr. Davis is not a miracle worker and can’t guarantee you will have a baby. But through it all, I knew I had someone on my side rooting and caring for me!Some Tips -- Always do your own research!- Advocate for yourself!- Keep records of all protocols because you won’t remember and it can help when you need to pivot.- Surround yourself with a care team that you can trust - RE, Acupuncturist, Chiro, friends, etc. You need people who believe in you.Buckle up, this is the hardest thing I have EVER done and took years and years. My husband and I never gave up, even when we struggled and withdrew from life. Believe in yourself and your future baby.

Ive tried calling this place multiple times and pressed the new customer option and NOBODY picks up the phone. And when I finally get through to someone, this lady was SUPER RUDE. Her attitude was, this is a fertility clinic, what do you want?I ended up going with another clinic. Wow! Just WOW.

I really like Dr. Davis and her team.My partner and I are currently undergoing the IVF process in the United States for the first time. I had a detailed plan and used an app that connects me with a nurse named Katie.Ideally, I would love to write a review with a baby in my arms, but at this point, it feels like we are starting from scratch again. Unfortunately, our first IVF attempt was unsuccessful and it was a tough blow. However, we decided to move forward and are now planning a second try with Dr. Davis.Im not sure how to explain it better, but now I truly understand the meaning of compassion. When I see other women waiting in the clinics lobby, I want to give them a smile and wish them strength and success. Remember, if it doesnt work out the first time, know that you are not alone. In every smile and kind word from Dr. Davis and her team, I feel a sense of support and a genuine desire for our success. This is incredibly important to me and I truly believe that we will achieve our goal in the end.

I’m forever grateful for Dr. Davis and the rest of the staff at pearl mini-IVF. Dr. Davis came highly recommended by my fertility acupuncturist. She always spent lots of time with us listening and explaining everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed or like just another patient. Each treatment is highly individualized. Dr. Davis has a genuine passion for helping women conceive and having gone through fertility treatments herself, is extremely empathetic. I was lucky enough to conceive on my own prior to starting IVF and Dr. Davis still supported me in early pregnancy. That pregnancy unfortunately ended in a miscarriage but Dr Davis and her entire team compassionately supported me through that as well. I was then able to start Mini-IVF and was extremely successful with 4 healthy embryos on the first round of retrieval. I was able to do a FET the next month that has resulted in a healthy pregnancy! We will be welcoming a healthy baby girl this summer thanks to Dr Davis and everyone at Pearl mini-IVF. I love this office so much!

Ive been a fertility patient at a variety of clinics for the past 7 years. Ive seen the good and bad of the industry and I can say without a doubt that Pearl Mini IVF is a place I would recommend without hesitation. Even on the hard days, the whole team manages to make each visit a positive experience. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I love that I see Dr. Davis at every appointment (so many doctors dont do that!) and that she is willing to incorporate more natural treatment approaches too. If youre looking for a friendly, compassionate clinic that also provides high-tech treatment options, alongside an eye for holistic care, this is the hands-down the best place to get it in San Diego.

Update:I ended up requiring IVF and we decided to go with Pearl without hesitation after our consult with Dr. Davis. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Davis and her staff. They are attentive, kind and always made me and my husband feel in good hands. There really aren’t enough words to thank them for making our dreams as parents come true. Our miracle Jack was born last Sunday❤️Gorgeous office. Lovely staff. My HSG today at Pearl was quick and easy! And I’ve had an HSG done before elsewhere and it was not a good experience so I am SO glad I found Pearl Mini-IVF! Dr. Davis is wonderful. She went over everything before and after in her office. I felt very comfortable and informed throughout the entire procedure. My experience overall was exceptional and if I need to have IVF in my future I will be coming here.

So thankful for Dr. Davis and her compassion with me and my complicated IVF case. She is willing to be creative based on what my body is doing in order to reach out goals. I feel cared for, supported and like she really wants to help. I travel halfway across the country to see her because she is just that good! I wish there were more RE’s like her, but I so thankful I found her when I did!

The best ivf center I have been to and this is my fourth one. The staff is friendly and fast. No waiting for an appt. Dr. Davis is the best..she takes time..friendly..and explains well..and honest. Everyone works hard and makes you feel at ease. Easy to get to and parking is available. She makes sure she doesnt let you graduate till she knows for sure. We are now 5 weeks and 4days along.

The staff at Pearl are so nice an welcoming. It’s like I’m visiting friends each time I go in the office. Dr. Davis is thorough, patient, and incredibly smart. Her staff are top notch and on top of it all, the office is beautiful.

Front desk is a mess! No one gets back to you when they say they will. You have to follow up and be your own advocate here. Not a proactive team at all and no one seems to know what’s going on. I don’t have enough confidence in the operations team to continue my fertility journey with this office. Don’t waste your time.
