My husband and I would like to thank Dr. Contreras and her team as they made a dream of conceiving another child come true. We successfully conceived and welcomed our son on June 1, 2023. The entire experience with Ingenes San Diego was phenomenal. Look no further and trust Ingenes with your journey. Ingenes San Diego was the second fertility clinic we had sought services but they were the only ones who were successful in helping us conceive on one round of IVF.

From the moment I came to Ingenes, I felt welcome and that the staff truly cared about my fertility journey. Daley Portillo was my P.A. and she was available any time to answer all of my questions and concerns and if she wasnt available, Dr. Contreras stepped in to assist. The support staff, medical staff, everyone cared about my dream in getting pregnant and I highly recommend this fertility clinic. Thank you!

Best Fertility clinic I highly recommend it. Doctor Contreras was very Helpful gave us info about everything. Always very professional great costumer service clean facility. Never ever had an issue and if I had a question they were there to answer any concerns. Definitely I will be coming back in the future! My wife and I had been struggling with infertility for 4 years. We tried several IUI’s, timed inseminations with fresh and frozen sperm, but nothing work. We were frustrated, sad and hopeless. We decided to move forward with IVF, and due to the expense of the procedure we only had one chance. We researched several clinics, Ingenes San Diego had excellent reviews and offered rIVF. It was the best decision we could have done!We were more than lucky to have Dr. Daley guide us in our journey. Dr. Daley is compassionate, sincere, knowledgeable, and she really made us feel at ease. Our fertility journey, like so many others, has been rough. We have had an amazing experience with Ingenes Institute in San Diego. Dr. Daley Portillo, Dr. Contreras, Tina, Judith, the rest of the staff, and even the wonderful staff in the Tijuana office. After going to other fertility centers in La Jolla, the big difference has been the personal touch that Daley and Dr. Contreras has provided. We never felt like a number or a dollar sign, simply were treated as if we were the most important couple in the world.The care youll find with Ingenes Institute is unmatched. As a woman, we are constantly worrying about everything and Daley never had me feeling stressed, simply informed. Being over 40 has its challenges, but neither Dr. Contreras or Daley or Tina ever made me feel it was impossible to conceive. Im forever grateful to the entire Ingenes Institute teams in San Diego and Tijuana because youve made this difficult journey bearable. We are still on our IVF journey but with Ingenes Im certain well bring our little bundle of joy into this world soon. Si lo crees, lo creas! If you believe, it will be!

While my husband and I have not finished our journey at Ingenes yet as it has been some waves, one consistent aspect has been the compassion, support and effort from our doctor Daley Portillo. Living in Florida, while them being in San Diego poses a lot of challenges, she (& her staff) go over and beyond to prepare us and answer all my 500 questions. Its uncommon in the fertility world to find a clinic/doctor that makes you feel important and not just like another number. Daley will answer us outside of work hours if needed & always has this positive attitude, makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Although we don’t have a success story yet, we feel very at peace that we are under the right guidance & support. We cannot thank her enough!

Dr. Contreras is the absolute best doctor to help anyone through this journey! We wish she could deliver our baby! She made us feel confident and comfortable which helped us in conceiving our beautiful girls…yes twins! Thank you Ingenes!

I’m having a wonderful experience with ingenes. Everything has gone so smoothly and currently 6weeks pregnant from the first round of ivf. The whole process is daunting and for a person that doesn’t speak Spanish, the thought of going through this procedure in Mexico was nerve wrecking but I’m so happy I decided to move forward with my fertility journey with them. A huge factor was the affordability due to the ivf procedure being done in Mexico. Our package came w 2 cycles of ivf, genetic testing of 4 embryos per cycle, and including the cost of the medication all equal to the amount of just one cycle alone in the US. Fortunately they have someone who can shuttle you to the Tijuana clinic and also pick up medication for you. Dr Contreras has been wonderful and the whole staff as well have all been attentive, caring and friendly. If I can give advise is ask a lot of questions and if you don’t speak Spanish or not fully comfortable going to tj, I suggest taking the shuttle service or have someone you know who speaks Spanish chaperone on your trip to the tj clinic. I 100% recommend going to Ingenes for your infertility journey.

Truly a nightmare!This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered in my life!Infertility just in general is a hard journey but having your clinic be against you makes it 3 TIMES WORSE!I Been TRYING TO BE SO PATIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THIS CLINIC ONLY PLAYS WITH THEIR PATIENTS EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS!I started my journey with Ingenes SAN DIEGO in Mid July of 2023 we did our first IUI horrible experience due to the Dr. & staff.Then, they offered us promo deal to move to IVF to have a better chance. We took the deal.WORSE IDEA EVER! OUR IVF JOURNEY ON CYCLE #1 was so much worse!Dr. Contreras gave us the worse experience.We been trying to come to a solution since January 9 2023 with Maribel the manager and until this day we still can’t come to a solution! This is because of them and not us.It’s been a nightmare we keep getting told theyll have an answer for us by tomorrow . Telling us everything that we want to hear. They have promised to make things right and they still keep disappointing us.At this point we just want to give up and get our refund back!Avoid yourself a heartache and stay away from Ingenes San Diego!

Dr Michelle Contreras is amazing , Dr Michelle is one of the best doctors I have ever met, she is an excellent human being, very patient, affectionate, she knows how to listen to her patients, she is an excellent gynecologist, she is a super intelligent specialist and above all dedicated, Thank you for helping me fulfill my dream of being a mom after years of trying, God put me on the right path and very soon I will have my miracle baby in my arms. Thanks to Dr Michelle Contreras.

Dr. Portillo is absolutely the best! She is such a sweetheart and has always been very informative and attentive with our procedures. I’ve had such a great experience at Ingenes overall. Everyone responds in a timely manner and are genuinely kind. Totally recommend this clinic.

The clinic guarentees the entire process of IVF with Tijuana Ingenes at first meeting. Paid $18000 USD. In some details, the clinic cant do it. The process of refund was so slowly and they try to keep amount my money. Finally I got fully refund after 4 month.

Daley, Michelle and the whole staff are awesome. They are always willing to help and get back to you as soon as they can regarding any questions or concerns you have. I was trying to conceive for over ten years and was able to do it in my first IVF cycle thanks to all the wonderful staff!!!

Dr Daley could not be better. Her combination of grace, empathy and sense of humanity make her unique and perfectly match with her competency and knowledge. We had visited several specialized places in the past but after our visit we feel confident that we took the right decision. Great experience.

I love this office. It’s clean & nice. I came for my 1st ultrasound. The Doctor was so sweet. The staff was really welcoming & nice. I was so nervous & they really made me feel relaxed & safe. I was happy to choose my journey with them. Thank you :)

Great staff and very organized! I do like the fact that no one forces you. My procedure was unsuccessful but I did notice that they only keep following up with you till you sign and submit payment. After the payment you are just a number. After my unsuccessful procedure no one has contacted me or my husband. We had gone through so much emotionally.

I can honestly say that Dr Contreras and her staff are amazing. They gave us hope and results through the entire process. Dr Contreras has gone above what I have experienced previously and I would surely recommend Ingenes to anyone.

The San Diego office was easy to find. The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Just completed my first in person appointment and they answered all my questions! Highly recommend. Prices are unbeatable.
