I recently had the pleasure of working with Asian Egg Bank as an egg donor, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. From the very beginning, they made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. They took the time to explain each test and procedure thoroughly, and I felt like I was in very capable hands throughout the entire experience.One thing that particularly stood out to me was how accommodating they were to my schedule. I had a few unexpected conflicts arise, but they worked with me to find alternative dates and times that fit into my busy schedule. This level of flexibility and understanding was truly above and beyond what I expected.Moreover, I was impressed with how reliable Emily is! She always made sure that I was prepared for each appointment. She also kept in touch with me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of the donation process.Overall, my experience with Asian Egg Bank was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to donate their eggs. As a first time donor, I had a great experience with Asian Egg Bank. I wanted to choose a donor bank that related to my own nationality and they were a perfect fit.Staff members were very communicative and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Again, being a first time donor, I had many questions which were all answered and helped me feel as prepared as possible for this process! I felt cared for and accommodated. As an extremely analytical and practical person with a critical mindset, and a tough grader, I had performed a lot of research on other egg banks. My final decision was AEB. Vivian Tang was the very first front-line person I had numerous phone conversations about what AEB could do and what the anticipated expectations were. I gained confidence from AEB from speaking with Vivian and learning from her solid program knowledge - she never had to say let me put you on hold to check with my staff! because she had the answers for all my questions at her finger tips. My husband and I were very satisfied with AEB for the end-to-end process. The anticipated results were what we experienced. The entire process was a success to us!

It was a pleasure getting to work with Asian egg bank as a donor! All the staff were wonderful and friendly. It was a pleasured to be assisted by Kaori and Savannah. They were very patient and informative. There are alway staffs to help you on call!

The agent, Fay is very nice, she’s always being patient to solve all of your problems, be considered to take care things with your perspective. And the Chinese nurse, Daphne is very nice too, very friendly to answer questions about all your medication. Wonderful ppl there!

I had such a great experience with this clinic. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We paid over $30K in total and it did not result in a pregnancy. For liability reasons we will not say more.
