Utah Fertility Center, St. George

Nothing was explained well to us and pricing was confusing. The doctor barely said anything to us our first visit and charged $200. They missed a cycle of mine after I said I would be ovulating early. Terrible communication. They never responded to my text messages about concerning reaction I was having to the treatments. I liked the nurse Tammy so thank you Tammy. The rest was a bad experience and I feel very sad thinking about my experience and the money I spent on it.

Dr. Parker and his team were AMAZING to work with. We got a very special baby boy and we are currently starting the invetro process again. Utah Fertility Clinic was so good to us we have referred family and friends to them as well and everyone has had an amazing experience.

I don’t know where to begin but all I can say is that I’m eternally grateful for this team. My IVF cycle was stressful but this team helped me through it and now we have a beautiful daughter! We followed UFC’s instructions and somehow we ended up with only one embryo after our egg retrieval. It’s no one’s fault and one was better than none. Knowing this was our only shot at a baby, Dr. Foulk did everything he could (ERA, mock cycle, etc) to give our little embryo the best chance. Our only embryo became our first and only baby after 5 years of infertility. Thank you Dr. Foulk, Bridgett, Anne-Marie, and Celeste! I appreciate all of your support, honestly, and expertise! I’m sure I was a hot mess to work with and I am grateful for your patience!

I owe everything to Utah Fertility Center. The staff there is INCREDIBLE! They had a way of making me feel like I was their only patient. When things got tough they kept me positive all while still showing sympathy towards us. I truly love them all so much. Without them we would have not been able to grow our family. I can’t say enough good things about them. They always have smiling faces and big hearts!! They are the best!!

I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for this amazing fertility center. Ever since we walked in the door we instantly fell in love with the whole staff. Every time we had an appointment we were so excited to go because of how kind and uplifting everyone was. They gave us so much hope and love especially going through the whole process of trying to get pregnant and how hard it is emotionally, we couldn’t be more thankful for the support and help we received from this place. We absolutely adored Michelle, Tammy, and Megan and the relationships and friendships we built with them. Love them all and so grateful for all they did for us!

Utah Fertility Center is AMAZING!!! Dealing with infertility is very hard, but they made it as stress free as the situation could be. Dr Floulk and the St. George office are amazing, they make you feel like number 1. It is very comforting knowing that someone truly cares and there entire job is to help you. We could never have enough good to say about them! I thank god for what they do and the passion they have for it!

My wife and I had a really good experience with the Utah Fertility Center. Heather and her nurse, Megan, were compassionate, understanding and made sure my wife felt heard during our time with them. We were blessed to become pregnant after a few months. Heather was always attentive to my wife and made sure we felt their love and encouragement during our time with them. I can not say enough good things about Anne-Marie Martin and her nurse that has been helping her I really wish I remembered her name! they were both AMAZING!!! they made me feel comfortable. though all of my testing and have been amazing with my anxiety with the treatments i have done and am about to undergo. I cant thank them enough!

We have been so grateful to have this clinic in St George. We have appreciated the care and expertise of the providers and everyone in the clinic who made us feel like we were their only patients. Things worked out for us, but even if they hadnt we would still give a 5-star review because service has been outstanding.

After meeting with several fertility providers we decided upon Utah Fertility Center. It was the best decision we ever made.From start to finish, our experience was always handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dr. Foulk was always kind and clear in his explanations.For the first time we had answers and hope. We decided to move forward with IVF and were blessed with twins! We couldn’t be happier and credit our dreams of a family to Dr. Foulk and his wonderful team.

I don’t know what we would have done without Utah Fertility Center! The staff and doctors are amazing and beyond helpful! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fertility clinic. Thank you for helping us bring our beautiful baby girl into the world!

My husband and I went in after trying for 9 years to start a family. we went back in 2015 and tried an iui and unfortunately it did not work. Fast forward to 2019 and we decided to try one more time. I worked a lot on myself inside and out and when we went it the second time everything was different. Dr. Faulk is a great dr. And funny too! After we left we felt very positive vibes. We went in to do our first iui in November and on Thanksgiving day, we found out we were pregnant! Its a miracle, it usually never happens the first time. And we couldnt believe it. Its a blessing beyond anything we could ever ask for. Thank you guys for the love and support. The whole staff is amazing and detailed. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for giving us our angel baby.👼❤❤❤

I have loved working with Michelle MacFarlane! We are only a few months into this journey but she has gone above and beyond to explain and answer every question I throw her way. She is so invested in helping make our dreams of a little one happen. Very grateful to have her through this process, I would highly recommend their office to anyone wanting to conceive.

Dr. Foulk is incredible, he never gave up hope for our family and we ended up having two healthy baby boys via IVF. He was able to figure out why I was having trouble maintaining a pregnancy and I don’t think many other doctors would’ve put so much time and heart into one patient like he did. I travelled all the way from Oklahoma to keep as my doctor because I trust him so much.

Utah Fertility Center has been amazing at helping have our babies. Their success rates are nearly the top in the nation! The staff and doctor are respectful and caring and very knowledgeable in the field.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. They take advantage of people not understanding what is going on. My husband and I had no time to decide on our options. We asked about what the overall cost was going to be and was assured that everything was covered under the $500. That turned out to be a major lie. We ended up being charged over $2,000, including all of the hormones that we had to purchase. Run away from this place and avoid at all costs.

Good at giving you the go around. Froze unviable sperm only to continually bill us, even after we dropped off the paperwork in person and signed with a notary to discontinue storage. We didn’t even know why they would have froze anything in the first place.We ended up using University of Utah St. George’s extension and had successful results in less than the time we spent with Utah Fertility Center; plus, U of U is more affordable.

It was a very pleasant visit at the clinic. All the staff members were very nice to us and the clinic was sparkling clean. It took 2 hours to drive there, but it was worth the time and we came home with positive energy. Thank you 🙏

Everyone at UFC is so friendly and professional. Thanks to Dr. Foulk and the staff in their St. George office we have two perfect babies. ❤️
