On Aug 2nd at 2:53 pm ET, I called on behalf of a friend whose English is his fourth language, and was promptly interrupted and told that they do not speak to second parties. Nothing about receiving permission from the first party, just we dont speak to second parties. Yet my friend has to call in broken English just to prove he cant speak it well, then all of a sudden the receptionist changes her tune when she hears that, along with being nice to the other second party I had speak for him, since she was rude not 20 minutes prior. Guess she had to hear they really couldnt speak English to believe me. Thanks for the lack of information beforehand. Great job.

This organization is bad I bought from them one time and my at home kit was broken. The second time I ordered from them i reqest the sperm to be delivered to a clinic, I called ahead to get genetic test results and I was unable to get them ahead of time and was told I would have to wait for arrival. when it was shipped to the clinic the genetic testing was insufficient and the clinic refused to do the insemination. If you are in the USA do not order.

They are so easy and friendly to deal with. I live local and they have always had a quick turn around. Additionally, definitely the most cost effective option I looked in to!

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. Very friendly and helpful. This is going to be my 2nd time getting help from them. I am very pleased. I cannot say thank you enough.

Instead of trying to sell “doom and gloom” stuff like a typical customer service rep in metro Detroit does, how about you tell me the ways I can be a sperm donor? That would be much more helpful than telling me all the unnecessary loopholes and hoops that are enacted to get a donation done. That’s what drew my ire when I had that encounter.

They have been wonderful, caring, and encouraging. We intend to go through them for future cycles if need be.

What a waste of time looking it up. It only for people that go to medical school. Which implys only smart and wealthy people. There are way smarter people that dont even go to college or universities. This idea is bias.
