I’ve been visiting this place over the place year and I love it. Everybody is the office very knowledgeable about all of their programs. They are always willing to make sure you are making the best decision for you. The prices for the programs are resonable and worth every penny. I’m currently signed up for a weight loss program and it’s been very helpful in helping me lose weight. Best people around.

I bought a take-home dosage for the first time and I was not told that the medication sometimes goes into the cap when I opened the cat. The medication went everywhere when I contacted the office. They told me that there was nothing they could do about it so I wasted money on a weeks dosage basically

So I kept seeing this place on my IG feed check the rating 4.9 awesome this place must be the real deal.... Atleast thats what I thought!!! I inquired about testosterone therapy so I spoke to a rep on the phone I mention hay I have high BP does that disqualify me from the treatment he said no we do need to do a blood test see your levels etc so this is July 4th week they having sale. I drive about hour to this get there go in room one of the workers take my BP told them its going to be high they say dont worry about it then NP comes in the room says we cant give u TRT cus your BP is high I said I told the person on the phone this and he said that wouldnt disqualify me then NP says well it does then a worker shows me product called AOD METABOLISM BOOSTER DAILY INJECTION SAYS ITS GONNA GOVE ME METABOLISM OF 16 YEAR OLD.THAT WAS MY CONSULTATION. SO ISPENT ABOUT 300$ DROVE 2HRS 4 WEEKS LATER NOT 1 POUND DROPPED. IT DID NOTHING. I AM JUST 1 BAD REVIEW I HOPE NO ONE HAS BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID.

While the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, educational, and supportive, my overall experience was mixed.The online chat support was responsive and friendly, providing assistance when needed. However, I encountered issues with the product itself. Despite being labeled as the same semiglutide, it didnt work as effectively as a similar product I had tried elsewhere.The major disappointment came when I discovered the costs were 30% higher than initially expected, granted I should have asked more questions before coming in. These additional expenses were attributed to lab costs, which, surprisingly, werent submitted for insurance. Moreover, credit card fees were applied without any prior mention, making the final bill higher than anticipated—an aspect that left me frustrated.On a positive note, the staff remained incredibly polite and patient throughout the process, which somewhat softened the impact of the unexpected financial burden. Overall, there is room for improvement in terms of cost transparency, but the exceptional customer service did leave a positive impression.

On my recent visit, I was dispensed medication that has reached its Best By date. While I understand this may indicate a slight potency loss, Id prefer a fresh vial, considering the cost and the need for self-injection over several months. When I requested a replacement within the expiry window, I was told it wasnt necessary, was interrupted several times, and was rudely told it was how it was done.

I went in due to being low energy and not seeing the results from strength training I had in my early 20s. With the well trained and thorough staff’s guidance, I got my levels checked and proceeded with recommended treatment. He gave me a sheet of all my blood work, I don’t know if this is his name but on the sheet it shows an S. Henry. - He explain everything in technical terms well but what’s amazing is that he was able to “DUMMIFY” what he was saying using comparative bridges and examples to explain to me what the heck was actually happening in my blood and how that effects the body.4. SOLUTIONS WERE PROVIDED!!!(ALL DONE IN LESS THEN 24 HOURS- including blood work, results & treatment)5. Cost competitive.6 . RESULTS (I’ll check back in 2 months)7. WEEK 3 —- DOWN 5 POUNDS!!!!! (That’s with the Lowest dose)8. WEEK 6 —- I started at 210lbs today 196lbs9: July 25th 2023 - I’ve lost 19.6 pounds! I’m having better social interactions and I’m closing more deals!10. It’s unfortunate to have to leave a bad review before even stepping foot in the door. I was referred to this facility by a current patient. I called on Monday during their Labor Day sale… not looking for a sale just simply to schedule an appointment. I spoke to a man who took my information and never called me back. When I called back today I spoke to a curt women who was very passive with her explanation of me “failing through the cracks” and “now that we don’t have 150 patients in front of us, I can talk to you” It’s not what you say but how you say it. As a business owner myself, I would never allow my front desk to give any type of tone other than professional, caring and empathy. So thanks to this rude office receptionist, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I just simply told her never mind and hung up. What a shame as I never even got the info that I needed.

Highly recommend the different services and the amazing staff at Innovation. I had lost an unhealthy amount of weight and was always tired due to a long course of antibiotics that wrecked my gut biome. I couldn’t seem to regain weight even after I finished the full course. Hands down one of my best experiences in clinic that I tried via word of mouth. From their friendly staff, great customer service and knowledge keeps me returning week by week. Their weight loss services works! I am in my 7th week of their 10 week program which includes a weekly injection of Semaglutide and I am 22 lbs down with (3) more injections remaining. The price I pay per injection is at least 50% cheaper than most Spa and clinics around town. The customer service is the best! I had really excellent experience with Innovation Health on my first visit. Lab work was completed very quickly - within 24 hours - and then I met with a clinician who was very professional and thorough. I was glad they werent one of those clinics pushing stuff on people but rather seemed interested in doing what is really best for me. The facility was very clean and very nicely appointed. I cant say enough about the staff, owners, and extensive level they went through to make sure I was safe. I have a heart transplant, and they would not make any decisions until they spoke with my transplant team. After speaking with them, I was not eligible for the original plan of action, but it didnt stop them from finding a new solution. That was not only safe, but effective! Feeling and looking the way I did pre-tranplant!

I am very disappointed with their weight loss program. This company was not fourth coming about their prices, medication was administered prior to having blood work results. I did not lose a single pound. When I reached out for assistance, all they could tell me was to change the injection site and take a higher dosage. Needless to say this did not work either. However after a few days of back and fourth they did offer to have me come in and start the process over or they would just refund my money. I chose the latter and was made whole.

Maybe they should change the name because they have no idea what they’re doing related to hormones. I wonder how they have so many good reviews-being the reason I choose to go here. I wasted over $300 with zero results. At 10 weeks, the end of my medication they never did any type of follow up to schedule me or check on how I was doing. I decided to get another opinion from a personal friend in the industry and when I told him what I had been perscribed with no results and showed my labs it’s ridiculous. The doctor I got my second opinion from told me this; When you tested me you left out about 4 other important things to show the whole picture. You never considered gut health. Never considered cortisol. Didn’t test free testosterone, estrone or A1C. The perscribing, you did so wrong, and without knowing other important factors you could have caused damage down the road. Also you got the dosing and the frequency all wrong. Your dosing biweekly and it only has a 6.5 day half life. So you only caused a hormonal roller coaster. When administering these types of medications you should be keeping a close eye on your patients and checking in frequently.

I was able to walk in without an appointment and get my labs done right away. The results were back the next day and I was able to meet with the nurse practitioner. They took the time to explain the meaning of all my lab results and provided a complete breakdown of my endocrine system. Can not recommend innovation health enough!!

And I was right, literally when I came back after the initial consultation/blood work I was given a testosterone and their mega burn in a shot and leaving the clinic I already had energy from the mega burn. I also had a progesterone imbalance so I take that every night in pill form and since day one I haven’t had any trouble falling asleep, I actually have to make sure I’m ready to fall asleep before taking it and that’s crazy to me because I was struggling with insomnia for months. They told me give the testosterone a few weeks but I am already feeling back like myself. I’m only 24 years old so it shocked me how much of a difference getting my hormones check made.
