Jessie, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and offer thoughtful advice that made a real difference. Kiaira, the receptionist, was equally fantastic—her professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for a great visit.The entire practice is outstanding, and I highly recommend Glow Anti-Aging Center to anyone looking for top-notch care. I really enjoy seeing Jessie when I come in for appts. She really takes her time and is as thorough as I need her to be. We need more providers who arent too busy to listen to their patients.

I really wanted to like this spa. Ive been getter laser hair removal treatment for almost a year, and was excited to find somewhere that could provide the service on brown skin for a reasonable price. Yet, after two cancelled appointments (on their part) and a 40+ minute wait during my appointment, I will be cancelling my membership and finding somewhere else. I can not recommend this business.

Dr. Frederick is wonderful! He listens to his patients and provides the best possible care based on their needs.

I have been coming to Glow Anti-Aging Center for 2 years. The service is exceptional and every facial treatment or other various services I have received, delivered immediate results. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and extremely focused on delivering quality results NOT sales. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I have had such a great experience at Glow. Ive been three times for laser treatment and have noticed a great difference in my hair growth. Twana takes great care of me each visit. She is gentle and patient. I highly recommend her and Glow.

I write this review very hesitantly. First off let me say that the staff is friendly and LISA who is the injector does a wonderful job and knows how to get the best results. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the HCG diet has really left me disappointed. After purchasing it I have not been able to obtain the product. I have spoken with the manager and asked her to call me when they receive more. She has told me no I must call. I have continued to call but to no avail. They have none of the product I purchased four months ago. What is even more frustrating is that they sent another email recently with a Special on it even though I am still waiting. Most recently I called and spoke with a Carol who put me on hold. After she came back on the phone she said it will be in on Friday but she wont be in. I told her I would call first thing Friday but after three messages left I received no response. I am extremely disappointed and expect more of them since I have going there for about a year. Beware.... If its a Special Price it might just be because you will not receive the product.

I recently moved from Florida and a a very difficult time finding a doctor that did bio identical hormones after seeing several doctors I finally found Dr.Frederick at Glow anti aging. I have been doing hormones for many years and found Dr. Frederick to be very professional. After my visit I was informed of all the services they offer and scheldued several.Everything I had done was amazing. The staff make me feel very comfortable.I would recommending calling and getting info on on their services and scheldue an appointment you want be disappointed.Thanks all of you at Glo for taking care of me in a very comfortable and professional way.

Dr. Frederick and all of the staff at Glow Anti-Aging Spa truly show the utmost respect, care, and personal concern. Dr Frederick cares for not only your aging let your overall health and will being! I had been sick, fatigued for over ten years and he got me on the healthiest anti-aging regimen that totally reversed the bad health.My husband and I both now at Glo its anti-aging spa patients and will be for a lifetime! This spa center gives excellent services. I got peel facial over there and I feel it was amazing.Particularly, miss. Jill Scaff she is excellent aestheticians. She is very polite and good at facial.

Excellent experience in every way. Very professional in every way and they made me feel very comfortable. I wasnt sure what to expect but everything was explained thoroughly and the doctor spent just the right amount of time with me answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend.

My husband went in for blood work weeks ago. They said they would contact him the following week. Now nobody answers the phone nor returns calls. Poor customer service.
