Best urgent care Ive been to!⭐Clean clinic⭐Friendly and professional staff⭐Quick visit⭐Wide range of insurance accepted⭐Speedy blood workI have never had such a pleasant visit to the urgent care clinic before!This is not a big clinic so appointment is recommended on busy times. Dont forget to check in using QR code. I was done in 20 minutes after talking to a doctor, urine test, and blood work done, wow! Definitely will visit again. Accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

Walk in. Had multiple burns on left hand that was painful 3 hours later. Dr applied ointment and wrapped. The pain was reduced greatly. Dr was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice as how to take care of my hand. Great visit!!!

Was in and out in 40 min on a Saturday as a walk in patient for suspected flu. The staff are efficient and friendly, and Dr Andrea was thorough and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Walgreens did have a problem with not receiving my prescriptions, but the office called them for me and kept me updated on ETA.

Efficient. Professional. Doctor was extremely informative, I learned a lot from my visit. Friendly staff picked up the phone and welcomed me in at 8:20pm. Would recommend, great care.

I hate to have to post such a horrible review but here we go. I’ll start with the pros first: the staff was friendly and I didn’t wait long.My husband and I have each had a horrible experience at New Med Immediate Care in the last three months. First, his hernia was misdiagnosed as a bacterial infection and he was prescribed a flox antibiotic despite clearly indicating that he is a high intensity athlete (he told them this when describing his symptoms). He did not realize the likelihood of side effects and had an adverse reaction that landed him in the ER where he was told that given his high intensity athletic lifestyle he never should have been prescribed this type of antibiotic, especially as a first round of treatment (not to mention they did zero testing to indicate he may have an infection. Again, it turned out to be a hernia!)As for myself, I visited this urgent care in Dec not realizing it was the same one that my husband had visited in the fall. I was told that I had pneumonia in one lung. I was not given a chest x ray. I was given amoxicillin, an inhaler, and a benzo cough suppressant to treat what they told me was pneumonia. I returned five days later because my symptoms had gotten worse rather than improved. This time I was told I just had viral bronchitis and given prednisone steroids. The doctor that saw me on this second visit told me that he didn’t have any record of my first visit and he was confused why the first doctor told me pneumonia. He told me that the Covid/flu panel assigned by the first doctor was never actually sent to the lab and he wasn’t sure why. I was also given a benzo cough medicine in the first visit and when I told the second doctor that it didn’t do anything he told me, and I quote, “Yeah, it doesn’t do much but we give this so patients feel like they’re getting something. Try mucinex now.” When I returned home, my husband realized I had gone to the same UC as he had visited in the fall for his own terrible visit. Felt like an idiot, of course.My symptoms did not improve over the next week and I ultimately went to a physician through Northwest Community Hospital who was utterly baffled by my experience at New Med. She told me pneumonia cannot be diagnosed without a chest x ray, which she had me do. She then confirmed I have pneumonia which has progressed now to both lungs. She told me amoxicillin will not help with pneumonia, as a stronger double antibiotic is the accepted course of treatment. I felt silly telling her my experience because she said it was so, so far off the mark of how one should deal with suspected pneumonia.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me, etc.Do not go here. End of story.

I will not be returning to this urgent care. The staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long, but I was misdiagnosed and prescribed antibiotics for an illness that was not bacterial. Additionally, they sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy (something I may be allergic to, and discussed with the doctor), which I had to sort out on my own. After going to my primary care doctor today they said it definitely looks viral and were perplexed as to why I would have been given antibiotics at all. I personally do not take antibiotics lightly, so I’m upset to have taken them for nothing.

Such a great clinic! The staff is soo kind and understanding! There is never a wait time! Always clean. Lab results come back in a timely manner. All providers and MAs are the best!! The manager is also very kind and cares about all patients! 10/10 recommend!

We usually go to pm pediatric but it has been very backed up lately. The pediatric doctor at New Med was fantastic I highly recommend and will be going here as we got in quickly.I updated my review because their labs are incredibly slow. To the point of it being a waste of money. We had our labs done on Saturday and turned them in the morning. Still no labs and it’s Wednesday. If you need any lab work be aware the lab they use is useless. The doctor was good lab is terrible.

Service was fast, staff very generous and kind. Got me in and out in no time! I will definitely go back if need to for any reason.

The service at the place its good. I went to do some blood test and they told me they gonna call me in 2-3 days no one did I call them after a week and they also charge me $75 extra for explain me the results what the hell? I paid $350 for 5 blood test and the consultation, and no one told me about this $75 extra. Lack of communication bad service.

Dr Brian was very kind and informative, my problem is I dont remember everything he said. Are you about the medicine he prescribed for the second day with absolutely no improvement. Office staff was sweet and kind overall I give them five stars.

Great experience with the staff, very friendly and prompt. Made my 4 yr old feel very comfortable even though he didn’t feel well. They put him at ease, made him laugh! Overall a good visit.

I’m confused on why there are so many great reviews. My 6 year old an I went in for testing in August 2024. Maybe one other patient there but waited over an hour. Doctor was nice took the test and sent some labs offsite. Never got the results but got a bill via email and text from “cermak” saying I owed money through a service I’ve never heard of. Called about what this was for and got a minimal English speaking call center that took over 10 minutes to figure out what I was being charged for.

I came in with lots of pain and discomfort and ladies at the front desk were so friendly and doctor Julia was so friendly and understanding of the issues I was having and even with just being a walk in. they got me in so quickly which was very appreciated.

Dr didn`t help at all. Bad service! We spent 10 SECONDS with dr. Had a small cut on a finger. Dr said better go to the emergency room ( reason why - because we came 30 minutes before clinic was closing ) So total - 10 seconds with the doctor and 5 minutes at the waiting area. Ended up paying $150?! WHY.. No one helped us. Just because it’s a private clinic and they make money this way?! Note: Emergency room put 3 stiches, was very small cut..

It was horrendous. Not only was the staff incompetent, but they lacked urgency and professionalism. I did not feel in any sort of proper care and we were forced to go the ER. I will need to be fully compensated at bare MINIMUM, let alone for charges given the stress endured. They squeezed my open wound into a bucket and made us wait in an overheated room for an hour. They did not seem like licensed doctors.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. From the team, to the facilities cleanliness. The staff is welcoming and caring. Julia Edwards is a rockstar! She takes her time to chat with you and get to the bottom of what your visit is for. Unfortunately I have had to use their services twice and both times have been above and beyond my expectations. I am so grateful to have them accessible and help me asap. I wish all healthcare facilities used the same methods! Thank you Julia and Team!

THE PLACE TO GO FOR THOROUGH & COMPASSIONATE CARE! Ive been going to NewMed in Rolling Meadows for years now vs. my primary doctor because of their teams empathic and well rounded care. The staff is always so kind and gets you seen/ taken care of in a very timely manner. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. Im always able to book same day appointments & treated with respect. Ive been seen by Dr.Rego as of lately and she is THE BEST. She has wonderful bedside manner and always has me leave with confidence and a well rounded care plan. If youre an anxious person about doctor visits PLAN YOUR VISIT HERE. Im certain you will be well taken care by everyone there.

The triage was super nice and sweet. Doctor was good. The only problem was that prescriptions didnt went through at both times I was there. It took hours on end and multiple phone calls to get strep throat med filled.

Dr. Harvey was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a morning appointment and was seen almost immediately.

Julie and her intern pulled some crazy mystery bug bite residue out of my back and buttcheek (bless y’all) and unfortunately I do not remember the angel of a PA and her nurse that irrigated my EARS (!!!) and of course Andrea who made sure my wrist wasn’t rebroken after I had to do CPR on an animal at a vet office days before. And front desk/techs? Especially secretary who shares my December 5th birthday… y’all killin it. Love this urgent care so much I don’t remember the last time I actually saw my general practitioner 😂 Thank you got the empathy, your grace and candor, your ability to know when to laugh with a patient of their situation (or at least me) and still have discretion and stay sympathetic…. Really what we need in medical care. A1 service: thanks so much and I’m sure I’ll be back soon with my next bizarre ailment! Xoxo

I wish everyone to stay healthy but if you have any health issues I absolutely recommend to get an amazing care at NewMed immediate care. All staff and doctors are super friendly and helpful. I just was shopping and saw MD Clinic and I have a rash. Im in the mist of working with a dermatologist with skin cancer , and my dermatologist office said no we dont have opening for emergencies!! So I stopped in at your place. The PA that saw me was attentive and very good listening skills. I must say the front desk girls, dont act like they are in a office environment. They acted like I was bothering the... All I ask is a smile and ask me to fill something out nicely. They just seemed like I was bothering them. But I will say the girl then brought me in room and then she was very good.

I came here for an employment physical and I liked it. Its clean and quiet with friendly nurses and a PA. I will definitely come again if I get sick.

It was my visit in this clinic and it was a very good experience. No waiting time, everyone was super polite, professional, it took almost no time to register. The physician a very nice lady, very knowledgeable and experienced. She took time to explain all my questions. She gave a very accurate diagnosis. Clinic doesnt have an imaging equipment but they will write order.Im sure that in the future I will visit this clinic if I have an emergency situation that doesnt require hospital emergency.Highly recommend NewMed Immdiate Care.

Had an incident at Costco where a broken wine bottle sliced open my finger and hand pretty deep. My husband picked me up took me to this New Med just cause it was the closest place he could find and we were very impressed with the team. Alexandra was so kind while checking me in, taking my vitals and helping me get cleaned up and then brought Andrea in to get me stitched me up. They worked so well together and kept me and my husbands spirits up with humor and calm energy while providing excellent care. Im so glad they were able to see me very quickly and Ill be happy to return in a week to get the stitches out. Thanks ladies!

We were able to make a last minute appointment and get seen quickly. The office was clean and all staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I was very impressed with the care they provided. My son felt welcomed and comfortable. We will go here the next time immediate care services are needed!

I went to the Rolling Meadows location seeing they had 4.8 rating. On arrival there were no apparent patients in the place. I waited 15-20 minutes to get in a room, then another 15-20 minutes to be seen. Once seen it seemed the PA wasn’t sure what to do with the laceration on my thumb. They flushed it and glued it, within 10 minutes of leaving it began to bleed and I had to go back again. Had to wait to be seen by the PA again. I finally convinced him to put sterile strips instead of glue. They prescribed antibiotic but the prescription never reached my pharmacy ( so they claimed). I had to call twice to finally get my prescription called in. They were nice, but I was disappointed in the service received. Their kindness was the only reason for 2 stars and not 1.

My little infant had a severe allergy and difficulty sleeping, walked in staff was professional but not friendly at first then eased up later. Dr. Andrea attended to my baby, very friendly, patient in and out in about 30-40 minutes.Will totally recommend for quick and adequate care!

From out of state helping family move to Arlington Heights IL. Have asthma and peak flows started to drop and needed evaluation for Prednisone boost. Registered online via SOLV and connected with New Med Immediate Care. The process was easy & quick and the staff and PA at NMIC were genuine and compassionate as well as efficient. They certainly made my out of state need for care a positive experience! Recommending to my family who are nowresidents!

I went in after a fall and needing stitches. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful- the nurse who came in was reassuring and the PA who took care of my stitches was professional and also reassuring. There was good education. It was a way better experience than I was looking forward to. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if the staff would wear name tags with their position. They all introduced themselves but I didn’t see tags. Than you for good service

I received wonderful service at New Med Immediate Care. I made an appointment online and was called in right at my appointment time. The nurse and doctor were great. I was checked out thoroughly, received a diagnosis, and my prescription was sent immediately to my pharmacy. I could not have been happier with the care I received and will definitely return if the need arises. If you need to see a doctor, you will not be disappointed if you go to New Med Immediate Care!

I cannot say enough about this place. My husband and our two kids and I have been going here for 2-3 yrs. We go frequently because the doctors are excellent and the place is SO well managed...the exception as we all know in todays world! Today I was there again with serious headache related issues. They were so kind with me. From the medical assistant, who is amazing, to the people who welcome you, to the docs (we have had them all), this place is great. We are very thankful we found it.

Long wait if you are a walk in. Try to book appointment in advance. 1 doctor working on saturday shift. You can wait for hours.

My husband cut his finger. We informed at the front desk that cut was deep. Lady said no problem. We will change you $150 for the consultation and $250 for stitches. We waited 5 minutes before doctor could see us. She just looked at the finger and said - go to emergency room. It’s to deep. And for this 30 SECONDS check we ended up paying $150. We went to emergency room and they just put 6 stitches and said that it was deep but it was not something crazy. Regular cut and probably they didn’t wanted to take care of it because it was almost the time when they close for the day. There was no consultation. There was no advice given. We spent 30 SECONDS with doctor and 5 minutes at the waiting area. Why we ended up paying $150?! Just because it’s a private clinic and they make money this way?!

Came in 15 minutes before closing- yes I get it, could be annoying at other establishments and staff just wants to leave on time. We’re all checked in using the provided barcode 15 minutes prior to closing, and I could tell the 2 hispanic lady receptionists were not happy. Later on said to each other, “uh, we should have locked the doors!!” out loud— in front of me, and the family members of this other patient who got there before us. Maybe speak in your language next time so no one will understand? 😃I work in healthcare too (12-14 hours shift), and this level of professionalism is just unacceptable. I make sure that no matter how busy I get, my patients needs are still taken care of. I hope one day these two receptionists (or their loved ones) do not encounter this type of attitude or comments when they seek medical help. I hope nobody shuts their door at them when they seek help.Side note: the physician who took care of us today was very pleasant and have very good bedside manner. She was very helpful. And did not make us feel that coming in 15 minutes prior to closing was the end of the world. 5 stars for her.

Since my visit on 11/27, Ive had 2 follow up calls by 2 different PAs from the practice after lab tests came back. The PAs here are very thorough and take time to explain medicine options to me. Coming to New Med is a much faster option when I want to be seen and get answers quickly, rather than always going to my regular internist. Very happy with my recent visit again!

Amazing experience. All of the staff were kind and welcoming. Very little wait time. I scheduled ahead of time online and went in a little early. They were able to take me back within five to tens mins. They tested me for strep, covid and the flu. They had the Dr there with my results within ten minutes. Very happy with this experience.

This place has a great system. Appointments are easy up book online, testing process is efficient, friendly staff, insurance accepted, results in 15 minutes.If we need anymore tests in the future, we will go to NewMed.

The nurses here are very kind! Doctor is amazing!!My kids have been suffering from coughing problems for two or three months! We see a doctor before two time but the doctor didnt prescribe the right medicine and just told me to take allergy medicine bought at the pharmacy!Until see the doctor here this time, the doctor conducted a very careful consultation and prescribed antibiotics andInhalation to relieve the childs cough at night. She was a very patient and careful examination doctor. Highly recommend.

There are few people at this clinic that are actually nice or even know what they are doing, you can tell they don’t like their job, are rude and the doctors just always want to say kids get a cough. I keep giving benefit of the doubt twice they blew me off and I went to er where they listened and got treatment. I would never go to them again

They are my back when I cant get to my primary care. They open late and they are very pleasant. Warning the providers here are extremely gorgeous!!!!! I was not ready for that. I think Ill be visiting more often; my primary Doctor is getting old any way lol.

I have found that other urgent care centers do not treat or listen to patients’ concerns very well but this practice is well run, from front desk to the nurses and doctors employed. I was here with my son. We sat in the waiting room for approximately 5 minutes, no longer, which is super fast. Inside is clean, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

The PA doesnt know a thing about asthma and she always comes in with an attitude, of what do you want, like your bothering her. I would normally go to my main dr but her office was closed. Only one dr there knows about asthma and chest tightness.

I was really afraid of being sent away with no treatment options for respiratory illness I am currently experiencing. I am beyond grateful for being clinically assessed, and for being given options to try and treat with medication before being sent off to the emergency room for much more extensive and stressful testing. The PA that saw me was intelligent and made me feel like I was being helped. Thank you.

Terrible, practically begged the doc to closely examine my body and to identify the parasite(s) that have infested it. He had no clue there were other and stronger treatments for body lice/ mites/ bedbug issue. Had to Google it myself and tell him to prescribe it. Barely looked at my body, never even bothered to look my clothes over. I immediately returned to my hotel and started snapping pic after pic of these parasites, still alive mind you. Kept reaffirming that I needed to see my PCP. Ot wad like he didnt even want to help. Pretty much acted the same as other (ER) doctors that have dismissed me for the last 6 months. Those other docs said.that it wad DTs from being an alcoholic, which Im not. I pointed out that there wad a queen Orbach sack of eggs or larvae in left ear that I needed him to remove and examine to find out what exactly was afflicting my olfactory system. Pretty much just ignored my request and just shifted gears and to1ld me after looking at my legs and back that I didnt know what I was talking about. I had a pair attached to my left ear fold. The one I pulled out before my appointment took forever cuz of the angle of the placement i couldnt see, just feel. It was also extremely painful.Thanks for nothing. I wasted my morning and money on that lazy POS.To be honest, I think I should be refunded. Never go thereTotal waste

The provider gave me another patients COVID-19 positive results. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she printed me a covid positive result. I bought a COVID rapid test kit (the same one they use) it came back negative twice. Their policy for charging you again to get your results is ridiculous. The manager Laura Ashby was very rude once I asked her why I was getting charged a 2nd time to receive my results when I paid the first time already. Terrible place. They also charge more in this location compared to their other 3 locations because of the area. Ridiculous.

Terrible service. Walked in with a rush for my son and the doctor didn’t even look at his rush fully. Automatically suggested a strong steroid. Nurse was very unpleasant. I would never go back there again.

NewMed Immediate Care was a clean nurturing environment when I needed help. The front desk was kind and attentive. I saw Andrea and she knew what was wrong and gave me guidance how to remedy the problem. She explained clearly, asked questions, and listened to my concerns. Very patient with me, which I appreciate. My insurance covered most of the bill! I highly recommend NeMed Immediate Care if you need to see a doctor fast.

NewMed is fantastic! At about 7pm my ear began pulsing with an intense, sharp pain. I could barely stand it. Felt like it was going to explode. Tylenol and ibuprofen were useless. The usual urgent care I go to was closed, but NewMed was open until 9pm. I was in and out literally in 15 minutes. To be fair, I was the only person in the waiting room. Ymmv. But Ive rarely had an experience that efficient at any other office. The nurse and doctor were both wonderful. The doctor especially was super nice and friendly. I highly recommend NewMed for any of your immediate healthcare needs!

The best service you can ever get an immediate care

I waited more than an hour, had patients with later appointments go ahead of me I asked how much longer I have to wait she gave me an attitude saying I was late . I was late 3 min. They were not buys but having a personal conversation with the lady next to her. I told her to cancel the appointment she looked at me and said “they going to take you now” I left. Went to Midwest express clinic they took proper care of me , great front desk, nurses and excellent doctor who at least figured out what’s wrong with me not like them. Everytime I went to NewMed Immediate care all they did was took Covid and strep test the nurse came in didn’t even check me prescribed me to some meds and left after 45 second. Please don’t come here . All they care is about your money. People working here are uneducated rude people.

Had a great experience here at New med immediate care. Came in with a lot of unknowns and had such a great experience. Providers give you clear direction to move in with thoughtful and personalized care. Definitely recommend to those looking for quality and accurate medical attention.

As soon she opened the door, the PA at the time forced a chaperone on me before I could explain directly to her the reason for my visit. I asked if I could have no chaperone since I felt uncomfortable, but the PA refused to provide any care if the chaperone wasn’t present. I begrudgingly accepted given my situation, but looking back I should have stormed out the door at that moment.Thankfully it was easy to ignore and disregard the PA’s advice. If a provider can’t respect a patient’s autonomy in such situations, then what makes you think he or she will respect the patient when it comes to providing appropriate care? Even if it’s a requirement by the facility, a patient should be informed beforehand so it isn’t a waste of anyone’s time.Never coming back again as a result.

Staff and nurse were friendly & helpful. Dr. Paulson spent less than 5 mins with my daughter. Poor interpersonal skills and very cold when discussing her symptoms. He dismissed our concerns and I can only assume it was all because we declined the Covid test.

Nurses were nice and quick but the doctor took almost 40 minutes to come into my room after having my vitals taken by the nurse. Then the doctor examined me and ended up misdiagnosing me with something I felt did not match my symptoms. I ended up going to the ER and got a completely different diagnosis. I wouldn’t come here if you want a proper and correct examination.

The best experience I have ever had at an immediate care center. The staff was extremely professional and their time management was top notch. Andrea in particular was phenomenal. I’ll be referring all close friends and family to this location.

NewMed was great. Quick check in, very attentive, and answered all my questions. It was also hard to find an immediate care open on a Saturday and they had early morning appointments. Highly recommend.

Went in not feeling well and almost convinced I have strep. I asked for a strep test, but was advised that they have to do the bundle...including covid, flu, etc. Just saw my bill today....$956 billed. Honestly this is ridiculous for an in and out visit.

Made an appointment online via Solv. Saw me a few minutes late, but I’ve been before so didn’t need to complete paperwork. Got into a room rather quickly and only waited about 10-15m before the doctor came in for assessment. Listened to my symptoms and my care tactics and gave an honest opinion of case/next steps. Even sent prescription electronically to my desired pharmacy, so it was a very easy and smooth visit! They even said a nice goodbye on my way out the door, which I appreciated! Highly recommended.

Took testing and was told 3-5 days it’s been a week and I still yet to have any results. I had to go back inside just to retake my test. Since the first one was “not enough pee” when really I knew it was plenty. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are very unorganized and move way too fast. I also was told that they give results over the phone positive or negative…

I went to NewMed Wednesday, Jan. 10 with what seemed to be a cold or a sinus problem. I was tested for flu, COVID, pneumonia and rsv. I was told I tested positive for rsv. However, when the congestion and cough didnt subside after eight days, I went back Jan. 13. I was told the lab results showed I did not have rsv and given a prescription for an anti-biotic. It is now day ten. My symptoms are a bit less but still hanging on. I believe the anti-biotic is making a difference, but I wasnt given a diagnosis. Bottom line, I think the two PAs I saw did the best they could. I went to Immediate Care because my new doctor cant see me until the 22nd, but I would go again if I needed to.

I had the best experience at NewMed Immediate Care. The receptionist, medical assistants and PA were all so friendly and attentive. They were quick and efficient and provide exceptional care. I would highly recommend.

What a joke. My husband and I both made online appts and no one showed up after waiting for 20 minutes after our appt time. Add that to their sign on 15 minutes ahead of time and you have over half an hour wasted. We both cancelled our appts and went elsewhere.But thank you NewMed... for not taking our time seriously. Maybe take your own advice and YOU get there early or learn how to read the time.

I am not sure how I want to rate. I was debating between 2-3 stars. Only because we waited 1.5 hours after our scheduled time because there was an issue with insurance. We were asked to wait in the car (which I was fine with since the waiting area is small), but when there was an issue with the insurance there was no communication on what was happening. So 1.5 hours we sat in the car waiting for a call to come back in the building. We would walk in and check but they kept saying they were working on it. When we finally were able to be seen we walked to the back of the facility. The nurse was nice. I do feel she was a bit rough with the swab in my 4 year old because when she pulled the swab out it was full of blood. My daughter who is 9 kept crying because she said it was too deep in her nose. And my 2 year old son, well I expected him to cry so it wasn’t bad. But my 4 year old son was where I was worried. Other than that the facility is nice and clean.

I came here after a bad experience w an immediate care that I had been using for years. They made me feel welcome and cared for. Confident that the care I was getting was correct. My son also went and he had an issue and the doctor came in so concerned and you can tell it was genuine. I believe that those who work in the medical field should CARE about their patients and I sure felt that here… I had no longer felt that about the place we used to go to. Walked in yesterday without an appointment and the service I needed was quick and easy. Took about 30-45 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was so kind, especially the NP, Tia, who took care of me. She was incredibly personal and made me feel at ease about my medical needs. Thank you so much!

I have brought all 5 of my kids here on separate occasions for covid tests. Every sing time we were warmly greeted and treated with such kindness. Today One of my sons needed a throat culture, his pediatricians office was closed and two separate treatment centers had 2 hour waits. I called New Med to see if they could see him and they happily said to bring him in. He was seen right away. The nurses are amazing, they’re cheerful and warm. The Doctor was equally as nice and was very thorough. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.

Wonderful staff, quick service! Appointments available to make online even for immediate care. We made one on Sunday morning at 7 for 9am. We were back home at 9:40 w antibiotics for strep already waiting for us at the pharmacy.

The nurses were really nice here, and they were efficient. The reason for the 3 stars is because I got a bill in the mail for $250 for a COVID test and flu test. That’s literally all I got done there. I was absolutely shocked to see that, especially a couple month after my visit. Total rip off.

Unsafe healthcare. Rude providers. Dirty rooms. I would avoid this facility at all costs. The provider was incredibly rude and dismissive. She refused to evaluate my symptoms or investigate the cause of my symptoms. She walked out of the room without answering my questions or completing a full exam. Never even made eye contact. She clearly appeared bothered to have to care for patients. It is unacceptable as a provider to make people feel unimportant or not cared for when they are in pain and coming to you in a vulnerable state. Also ignored dangerous symptoms that I reported. Not to mention there were bodily fluids on the exam room floor and table. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

Immediate, convenient appointment options were available to me to see a Physicians Assistant. Service was accurate and timely when I arrived. Vitals were taken by a nurse. Then I met the PA, discussed my condition, and mutually agreed on a course of action. I am totally satisfied 5 days later with the results of my prognosis. Thank you, Tia and staff for your quick and precise care!

We have never had a worse healthcare experience. My son was brought there with an appointment and a 102 fever. They let our appointment time pass and when I expressed concern about my sons worsening condition and fear that we needed immediate care the front desk woman said “Well you have to wait. If you want to go to the emergency room feel free but you’ll just wait there.” She did not attempt to contact anyone else in the office, just went back to her phone.They prescribed medication that is on nationwide shortage and we couldn’t find. They then cancelled the prescription while we were looking for it because they told us that they would call us back with more information. Next prescription was unavailable too. Third one they said they’d call in and my husband had to call them twice to ask it be called as pharmacy wasn’t receiving.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars I would! This my first experience with an immediate care and my last. I was misdiagnosed and prescribed the wrong medication. The nurse practitioner wasnt sure what was wrong and said it could be this or this. It turns out it wasnt either! I went for myself but was able to get my daughter into her pediatrician. The pediatrician knew exactly what was wrong. I tried to call NewMed to speak with a nurse and the receptionist had an attitude, was rude and refused to let me. She said I would have to book a Tele call or come in for a new consultation. YOU MISDIAGNOSED ME! Why should I have to pay again for another dr. doing what you shouldve done right in the first place. The nurse shouldve called in the correct prescription. Id rather suffer than give them any more money!

I went in for a COVID test. I will say the lady at the front desk was pretty rude. I didn’t catch her name. But aside from that, the place was great! Everything was quick and efficient, the person who did my test was super nice and patient with me and she was super gentle while doing the test. I’ll definitely be going here any time I can!

Waiting room was crowded when I arrived, but I was in and out in 40 minutes- asked for a strep test, tested positive, and had antibiotics called into pharmacy with no problems. Staff was great, nice facility. I would definitely return!

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Booking online was Super easy. Showed up, checked in, and they were ready for me right away. Took the rapid test, waited in my car for about 10 minutes at most. They called my phone and told me to come in and get my results! Easy peasy lemon squeezey. I love how understanding the providers are when they are examining my child. Best of all, they can do multiple testing during the same office visit that other offices / urgent care dont offer. Various tests are excellent because they can rule out and diagnose immediately.

The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had a very limited timeframe to be able to be seen and they worked with my schedule, which I truly appreciate as well.

I cannot even imagine how busy and stressful their job must be with all the covid tests needed to be performed in addition to coming outside in all different weather to administer the test in your car. I have sent multiple people to this location after I got my test here and everyone had the same positive experience. The hours of 9am-9pm are great too - nothing like getting informed of exposure on a weekend night, panicking that nowhere is open and you will have to wait out the weekend - nope New Med to the rescue! Great place to go. Everyone was nice, caring, and professional. I was charged BEFORE I was seen which was different to me. Also, I had to pay a consultation the price of $150! Thats a lot! The doctor even said thats nothing, (my wound). I ended up paying because I wanted to make sure everything was OK. Again good place to go, open late, timely, organized, respectful staff. I think sliding scales should be in place depending on the severity of the case and considering the persons situation (medical/financial) .

Arrived at 8 PM on a Saturday, they were the only place nearby open, and was a little worried based on Yelp reviews- but had no problems whatsoever! Was seen immediately, the practitioner was so sweet and was super helpful. While I hope I don’t have to go again - I definitely would go back to this location if necessary. Thank you NewMed.

The PA-C was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explained her reasoning with me in a way that I could understand. She had an excellent bedside manner and was able to complete exams that normally my child, would resist aLike looking into her ears.

This urgent care clinic is amazing!! Love the check in feature online so I don’t have to wait 2-3 hours in a lobby with other ill people! The doctor I saw was very friendly and caring, taking the time to evaluate and treat me appropriately. I liked the check in process as well, very quick and efficient! Great place to go for a Covid test, you get the rapid results test in 25 minutes. I am still waiting 4 days later for my rapid test results from Walgreens…so much for rapid! NewMed is clean, has wonderful and friendly staff, and they had plenty of same day appointments available. Would definitely recommend over other facilities.

I Came here back in May in so much pain I could barely walk. I wasnt acknowledged for 20 minutes and when they did acknowledge me I was told they didnt have an xray machine. I told the young lady I would like her to atleast look at it Im in pain. Needless to say she denied me service told me to go to bright light for an xray. Once I got there they told me I cant be looked at with a referral. So I spent the night getting the run around while in pain. These people dont care about anyones health. By they way my foot wasnt broke I had an infection yet they couldnt even look to treat me for that.

Test results are very quick, process is efficient. Bedside manner could use some work, but I guess thats technically not their primary goal. Appointments run later than scheduled. Overall the experience is fine. If you are in a bind and need a rapid test, come here. Ive done so with my kid twice already. If you can wait a bit longer, go to your regular doc.

DO NOT SEE THE PROVIDER MANU GILL.She refused to fill meds for me, wouldnt give me her NPI #. Then went into an office and refused to come out. Just gave me her name and I was told to Google her NPI. I called the police. It is public knowledge for the public to know providers NPI number. They called the police on me and so did I.Then I ask for a print out of summary of my visit and Im told they dont do that. An officer even asked, then I got my visit paperwork. And the name of the provider that treated me poorly wasnt the name they work on a post it for me.Horrible treatment.

I went in to get a covid test. I set the appointment online, it took maybe 5 minutes. There was a opening for today so I got in my car and got there, I called someone came out to explain the procedure and answer questions. Shortly after I got my temperature, pulse and test and they told me I’d get the results within 48-72 hours! Overall super easy quick, professional, pleasant experience!

The staff here across the board are wonderful, from the front seat to the treatment staff I really don’t have enough nice things to say! They’re polite and friendly, quick and thorough and definitely care about what is bothering you and want to help. I highly recommend this urgent care!

I’ve been here a handful of times and have enjoyed every single visit. The staff here are patient, kind, and discreet so I never felt embarrassed for having to go get COVID tested or even doing STI panels. I’m sad I’m moving because this place is close to me. I will make the drive if I could because good urgent cares with personable AND professional staff are hard to come by.

Definitely recommend. I was worried because I had been exposed to COVID and I made an appointment. All was done by the phone no contact until it was time for the test. The lady that took care of me and my kids was professional and gentle. Test results were ready in less than 15 min. BTW... All of us are negative!!

My wife and I literally called the same day to get tested for COVID after concern for exposure. NewMed got us in the same afternoon. We didnt even leave our car and a medical assistant came out to us and did a nasal swab in the lot. She was all in the proper attire, screened with questions and swabbed using minimal contact. Very impressed. The verified our insurance before coming in, so we were done in 15min. The provider said they would have the results by 48-72 hours or so, which is better than some of the hospitals and we didnt need a doctors order either!. Thank you!!! We will be back!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

Quick, friendly staff, they speak Spanish fluently! Wonderful all around. The doctor didn’t try to sell some expensive meds but had practical solutions to my daughter’s problem.

Staff was super friendly and easily helped guide through the Covid testing process. The place was very well organized and kept you up to date on your place in line. Didn’t have to wait much longer than my appointment time and rapid results came back within 20 minutes.

Phone based signup process was easy enough, seen quickly and politely, in and out for stitches removal.

The person doing the test was very polite and friendly but the person at the front desk and over the phone were rude and do not explain the test or options. I Needed a rapid test meaning I get my results the same day and they did a regular swap test taking 2-3 days. So, the manager and the front desk wanted me to pay a superate test for it instead of just paying the difference when they didnt even gave me a choice/option of test not to mention is highly price.$175 for a swap test and $250 for a rapid test.Do not recommend this place to anyone. Very poor service. Will not be coming back. Any other place is better.

This place is the best. Ive only done covid tests, but they are so quick and you can easily set apt times online (unlike Walgreens/CVS sign up... difficult). Had a really bad allergic reaction that I came here for. The staff were friendly and understanding as I was very scared because my throat has closed up before I got there. The benadryl I took kicked in when I saw the doctor and he was very kind and answered all of my questions. I was so disoriented that night but I just remember everyone being very helpful and validating my experience so thank you to the staff members who helped me that night!

Signing up was very thorough for just a COVID test but they are supposed to return results in 2 to 3 business days. We needed that for the procedure we are doing. The wait out side was a bit longer than expected but they were very nice.

Super nice! Wasn’t feeling well on a Sunday, got an appointment within two hours and they were able to draw blood and do a CBC as well as many other tests! Got my results by midnight on Monday. So incredibly convenient, and everyone was so friendly and kind. The doctor was genuinely concerned and interested in what’s going on, and I feel so much better knowing that the tests were able to be done so quickly, and we can start finding answers and next steps. Thank you! Also, to the person who gave them 1 star because they did the covid test that YOU asked for, but YOU didn’t do due diligence on what kind of COVID test is acceptable for travel: look for blame within. Took my 6 yr old for a COVID test after he was sent home from school for having a headache. The process was very smooth from scheduling to the appointment itself. The technician was very good with him. He had the rapid PCR test and had results in 20 minutes. 👍🏽👍🏽

I needed a Covid test due to possible exposure. They have an excellent staff and were able to accommodate a quick turnaround. They were literally the only place in a 50 mile radius that was even willing to perform a test. I cannot recommend them enough. Theyre doing good work here and are a boon to the community.

Unacceptable for a wait to be over an hour if you make an appointment. My wife came here with our two toddler sons to be tested for COVID after an exposure. We made 3 appointments back to back. After checking in, it took them over 1 1/2 hours to be called in after the appointment. Unacceptable wait. Also on their app they sent my wife through a text, it stated that they checked her in over 45min later after she checked in herself in person. Avoid if you need to do anything else because you will wait.

What this facility may lack in the bells and whistles that healthcare-system-based immediate care sites possess is well-compensated for by providers who listen and take their time in clinical examination. I arrived for my appointment today more than 10 minutes early, and I waited for only five minutes before I was called in. I was out of the facility in 20 minutes because the staff was efficient with testing, interviewing and examining. I was provided with treatment that had been historically effective for the symptoms I presented with and that I believe is appropriate for my current condition as well.

Plenty of availability. Signed in and meeting with the physician was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and I was able to pick up my prescription shortly after with little waiting time.

Very great communication & customer service. The nurse that did my nasal test for COVID was comforting and very kind. The test was AWFUL I will say. But it was very quick and you just wait in your car for the nurse to come outside. Test results will be given out in 24-48 hours or a little longer.

I came back in August and I was told that it was going to be near $300 and I agreed and apparently the total visit came out to $700 (billing department’s words) and the insurance apparently only paid $200. I only came because I thought I had strep and a flu, covid and a strep test were done.

This location has been our go to for urgent care and COVID testing. We have always gotten our tests back in the time they have told us to expect. The team of administrative staff and healthcare workers have been patient, educational and so helpful for my family and I. Would recommend as your go-to!

I was told to go to an urgent care by my 1 year old daughters physician since she has cold symptoms . I guess her doctor didn’t want her to go in because of exposure. So I went to this immediate care center and the staff was so rude. I didn’t tell them that she currently had a fever and one of said “so she doesn’t have a fever right now?”, I said no. She then looked up and around and said, “so why are you guys here then”.. I was shocked with her attitude. I explained that I was told to come here and that my daughter has been sick for over a week and doesn’t seem to be getting better and the doctor said she could get tested here. I was also concerned about my daughter rubbing her ears. Another one of the female physicians who has glasses and looks Hispanic checked her ears but explained how I can hold her for her to get a look at them. My daughter was screaming and crying. I am a first time mom so I didn’t want to keep holding her head down for so long because I felt so bad and am not used to her screaming like that. The physician then told me “hold her down mom, you’re not gonna break her” I thought her comment was very rude. Won’t be wanting to come here again.

Made an appointment via their website appointment options, drove 30 minutes to make sure I would be on time and, when I arrived, was told they were overbooked and wouldnt see me. When I asked for any info about somewhere else I could go, I was given a shrug. Literally a shrug. That stinks.

This place is a joke. Husband and son went here a month ago for covid tests. They checked in, were forgotten about, waited 1.5 hours while others came after them and were serviced.Tried again for another covid test, telling us there are leftover charges from the last visit, a covid test, which insurances are covering 100%. If you are not getting 100% reimbursement, isn’t that something you should take up with them? Not passing that off to me, when clearly it’s not owed, and saying it’s my problem? Staff wasn’t super friendly about it either. We will never go here again and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

It was the end of the night on a Sunday and they were very nice and took great care of my cut finger! Very happy for the quick response and attention.

Doctors here are brilliant, truly. I am grateful. App was easy to use to schedule in office appt. I am not sure about video appts yet, but may try if needed. Best part is you can really get Immediate Care! 🙌💕

I received a rapid Covid test for work and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and their Covid procedures help me feel safe and comfortable while waiting to be tested. The whole thing took around 20 minutes.
