Dr. Pinto and his staff are amazing. They treat you like family from the first appointment. Dr. Pinto is very informative, takes the time to answer questions, and will provide all the information you need to make decisions that are best for you and your family.

Staff is caring, reachable, informative, and welcoming. Dr. Pinto is truly in it to help you and your partner. I will always recommend them! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Pinto and he’s staff.

Dr. Pinto and his staff are beyond excellent. Specifically, his receptionist Michelle. She worked around my hectic work schedule and was always a phone call away when I had a question. His staff at the Dallas location was always very swift and pleasant with blood draws. Dr. Pinto prayed over my unborn child and myself at my last appointment and if that doesn’t tell you the type of business he runs, I don’t know what will. Dr. Pinto truly cares about each of his patients and it reflects in his staff as well. Highly recommend ReproMed fertility center.

I saw Dr. Pinto for about a year and he was absolutely amazing along with his staff. His staff treated me like family and were always so kind and helpful whenever needed them. I am sad that I will no longer be seeing them since he no longer delivers babies but Dr. Pinto and his staff especially Vicki and Sarah made an impact on my life that I will never forget. Highly recommend seeing them for any fertility needs!

One of the most caring doctor’s I’ve ever encountered. So thankful for Dr. Pinto’s guidance during this process!

Dr. Pinto and his staff are phenomenal! We were referred by my OB and were honestly scared at first. Dr. Pinto offered us realistic solutions with no sugar coating, which we appreciated in this serious undertaking. His staff was always friendly! Terianne, Marci, and Sara Jane would respond to my emails very quickly! Dr. Pinto himself responded very quickly when I had an after hours issue. He even called me again before I went to bed to check on me and to schedule a follow up. It made me feel so much more relaxed and at ease knowing he was a call away. My husband and I both highly recommend Dr. Pinto! Good luck to everyone who struggles with infertility!

Dr Pinto is an amazing doctor, extremely experienced, and knows what he’s doing. I am finally blessed with a healthy pregnancy thanks to him, I love his staff and him. All very professional, and well trained. Also he speaks very good Spanish! I will definitely go back to him for my second baby.

We have had the best experience with Dr. Pinto. He truly knows his patients and cares about your life. He remembers what you talk about and really invests in your journey to parenthood. He takes the time to explain things clearly and wants nothing but the best for you. Besides my family, I don’t think anyone else was as excited as Dr. Pinto was when we got pregnant this time and have seen a successful pregnancy so far up to 10 weeks! We are so blessed to have found him and know if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t be expecting our first child after 5.5 years and multiple miscarriages. Michelle is amazing to work with too and works so hard to help run the office in Rockwall. Thank you for everything Dr. Pinto and Michelle!

Well, things started off smooth. Dr takes his time and friendly, he seems to care. But weve been ghosted about 2 months ago. Nobody will respond to phone calls, voice-mails or email. Time is of the essence and its very disappointing to take such a long pause in the process. I do not recommend.

I had the best experience with Dr. Pinto and his team. Dr. Pinto is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. While diagnosing, he keeps on educating as he goes through the procedures and condition. He clearly explains whats going on, finds out the root cause and offers the best course of action. Dr. Pinto made sure he is available to answer and/or assist you with any questions or concerns 24/7. Dr. Pinto and his staff were over the top helpful with all of my needs. My husband & I had the best experience at this office! Dr. Pinto is so knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. I cant thank Dr. Pinto and his staff enough for helping me through my fertility journey. Each location I went to, Rockwall and Dallas, had extremely friendly staff who always treated me with respect and kindness. When you are going through a tough and long journey like infertility, a kind and helpful staff does not go unnoticed. The only reason I am not still currently under Dr. Pintos care is because he and his team (and the Lord) were successful in my treatments and I am now pregnant! So now I am back to my OBGYN but I will miss my experience with Repromed and cant wait to bring by the new baby in no time at all!

Dr. Pinto and the staff were exceptional. He made me feel very comfortable, supported, and encouraged. He saw a problem that was keeping me from getting pregnant that no one had seem before. It only took one month to get pregnant, and it was twins!

I came to this clinic as referred by my OB and was very scared bc I had never had an HSG procedure done before. Walking in and interacting with Michelle immediately gave me a sense of ease but was still a little anxious about the whole thing.My appointment was in the evening and when I walked in I was the only one, but they were ready for me. Dr. Pinto walked in and introduced himself and began asking me questions about ME. Not about all the ways weve tried to conceive, but actually engaging in conversation about my, my spouse, our jobs, our hobbies, etc. The procedure itself was not enjoyable, but it wasnt the worst. He talked me through EVERYTHING he did, even told me when to expect the cramping. He was so kind and FUNNY! Unfortunately my husband was unable to come with me so a friend went with me and he went out to her in the waiting room and spoke with her for a minute and joked with her. I was VERY impressed by him and his staff. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic and this doctor to anyone struggling with conceiving.

Pretty terrible experience here. Paid for several office visits. Paid out of pocket for test after test. Then the lady in the front office says she needs release from another doctor. We provided that release, and shes still continuing to ask for it and say she hasnt received it. Now we have left voicemails and they wont return our calls.

Very rude! I got there early for my new patient appointment early like I was advised to. When I got there the entire office was dark and one lady at the fron running around like a mad woman. When she finally got me checked in I was put in a room with only one light working. I wasn’t examined. Didn’t even get my weight. I waited until right before two o’clock. I came out to see how much longer it would be. The doctor was finally there and went off on me. Told me I could come another day if I couldn’t wait. I already drove 45 minutes to get there. People in the waiting room literally had their mouthes open. They looked surprised as I did. I got a refund and will never be back there. Go to a real doctors office. This place is a joke. Looks like it was put together over night
