Planned Parenthood - Greece Health Center

Let me just say, I love PP as a whole and I fully support their mission and their services have been wonderful. At this particular location the providers are great and they have a wide array of services. However, my reason for 2 stars is that on a clerical level, it is terrible. I went in July, just for a quick office visit because apparently I needed to see them to refill my contraceptives (even though I saw them prior to this), they even said I was not due for a PAP or a pelvic exam. No problem. I now just received a statement for $100 for a quick 5 minute conversation and on top of that, I cant even pay it. I go on to the patient portal (which is very difficult to navigate) and I am unable to view statements and pay. I try to call, and there is just a message saying Youve reached _____ I am retiring, please call ... really? OH and on top of ALL of that, 2 months later, I receive a call from my pharmacy that the doctor never refilled the prescription. Come on, PP, I love your organization but get your clerical work in order.

Polite and courteous staff, with professional facilities. They even have storage containers in the parking lot, to provide refuge from the protesters. I went in for a physical exam and to get a prescription filled, and was very satisfied.

I was so nervous for my appointment especially when I could not bring my friend along due to covid, but the receptionist and both women that saw me calmed my nerves right down, they were so sweet it was a real 10/10 experience. Thanks for all you guys do!
