I have been here to confirm all of my pregnancies I’ve always had a great experience here. They are very compassionate people not to mention it is a nonprofit so they don’t gain anything from you not a dime. I have also recommended them a few times, and they were also pleased with the service they received.

This is my first pregnancy, i went here twice. The first time they couldn’t find anything because I was too early. I went last week May 2nd and they found my sac and measured me at 5 weeks and 2 days. The lady kept texting me over and over, trying to tell me that I’m miscarrying and that at 6 weeks I would see a heartbeat and now I’m having a miscarriage. Which is not true, I’m healthy and have no issues. My HCG is actually high and at a good level. These people kept trying to scare me and I told them that they were liars. Not only that I respect if you preach God, but to sit there and force me to believe or force me to pray, super uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place, if needed you should go to an OB or an ACTUAL doctor.

Go to an actual doctor for health care needs. I cant begin to explain what I endured here. If your pregnancy is not viable, they wont tell you, putting your health at risk. And then they will call you a year later and hurt you again by asking you how your child is. So delusional.Prevention is key, but dont go here ever. I was a real patient here but I will not give out my real name, but Im not a liar trust me.

I had a wonderful experience at compass care. I had my young daughter with me, and they had toys for her to play with. The medical care was very gentle, and delivered with kindness. Highly recommend.

Compass Care is absolutely amazing, my nurse Barb was compassionate, understanding, and very easy to talk to. Even the receptionist was wonderful! Everything is free of charge and you are sincerely cared for and listened to. This is the best place to go to confirm your pregnancy and have your questions answered, seeing our baby and hearing the heartbeat was so surreal i am so happy i had this experience at Compass Care. They do not offer abortions, and for anyone who misunderstood what they do there exactly and wrote a negative review i feel very bad for.

Amazing organization, from top down. Can not say anything negative about the people and leaders.I eagerly recommend compass care to everyone, they are honest, truthful, and full of compassion and care. They treat you not as a “body” but as a “person”!

Crisis pregnancy center that offers biased and religious information.Edit: In reply to their “response”. They use a lot of words to NOT deny that they’re only providing religious views. There are plenty of doctors and nurses that feel more than willing to deny healthcare because of their own religious biases, one almost killed me when denying me miscarriage care after my baby died but they don’t deal with abortions which was my only option because my body wouldn’t naturally process the miscarriage.Don’t be fooled. If you want actually healthcare go to a center that provides the full healthcare services available, not just the ones they think matches what’s in a 2000+ year old book even though that book itself includes a crude and dangerous recipe for the same service but only being suggested to use it to punish women.

This sadistic pregnancy centre convinced me to abort my precious baby. It’s been a week since I yeeted it.Update:It’s been over a month since my baby, named Deeznuts was aborted due to this sick cult.

Posing as a source for honest information for women in an often vulnerable place is disgusting. They trick women who want to consider all options into waiting until abortion is no longer viable by testing for STIs, booking counselling “information” sessions and suggesting ultrasounds under the guise of determining gestational age. Please do not donate or recommend these centres to anyone, let people make their own choices without guilt, shame and deceit.

Really great service here. Clean and warm environment. Every time my wife and I have been weve been greeted with a smile. The nurses are clearly experts, and they made us feel comfortable with our pregnancy decisions.

The Nurse and lady at front desk was the best.The nurse was very understanding and had all the answers and new resources I needed I really appreciate them two ladies for making my Experience at compass care good and SMOOTH one. This place was more than amazing. They helped with the very difficult time of my miscarriage. They were patient, understanding, professional, caring, and loving all in one. It was like they were family. From the reception, to the Nurses, everything was wonderful.

I went into CompassCare to confirm my surprise pregnancy. The professional and caring staff amazed me when so many medical professionals I have met seem like they are just trying to sell you something. My nurse gave me time to actually ask questions and to think, and gave me the resources I needed. I felt so good when I left. Thank you!

I came here originally to confirm my pregnancy and the appointment went so well! I absolutely loved the NP that did the exam and we talked for a while. Since this was my first pregnancy, she went over so much with me! She even gave me the sweetest care package! She was so patient and made me feel very comfortable! throughout my pregnancy she has texted me and checked up on me and the baby!! So sweet!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPASS CARE!!!!! They are so amazing here!! Very clean and friendly office too!

Compasscare is one of the best non-profit organizations out there! All of their staff are so kind and really do care about every patient they meet with. They do such amazing work and they are truly dedicated to loving and supporting the mother and baby through the entire process. Compasscare has made a way for mothers who are in what looks like a hopeless situation to have their baby, ultimately erasing the need for abortion. God bless compasscare for who they are and for the enormous difference they’ve made in NY state!

Compass care was so amazing to me..as soon I walked in the door, I was put at ease. Everyone was so comforting. The receptionist was sweet and my nurse was very informative and non judgemental which was much appreciated. Thank you!

I met Julia one of the nurses at CompassCare who cares deeply about removing the fear and uncertainly around pregnancy and motherhood, so that women feel confident in their God given ability to care for their child with the support of CompassCare and other Christian organizations!

Personally experienced the kindness and friendliness of the nurses here as they trained on a new model of ultrasound technology. The administration is also concerned over each individual who enters their doors. These people care for every aspect of a person, from your physical comfort to your emotions! Highly recommend.

Ive gone here twice for 2 pregnancys. The Doctors/Nurses and Staff were always so welcoming and helpful. Im grateful I had that experience here with these lovely people for a second time. Highly recommend!!

Compasscare is a much needed resource in our area. The people who work there are so compassionate and take each womans needs and fears seriously. They take the time to listen and really care about everyone who comes to see them in a very non-judgmental way. I proudly take part in their Walk For Life fundraiser every year and feel that every woman who may be at risk of an unplanned and unwanted pregnancy should know about these people. They treat you like an equal, and they take the time to LISTEN!!

I came here three times. The nurses are lovely. They give you all the information you need and end up emotionally supporting you no matter what you choose. BUT if you KNOW that going through with your pregnancy is not an option for you, just skip here and go somewhere else. This place is great when you need info before making any big decisions.

Clean, comfortable office space. The nurses were so caring, prefessional, and helpful in diagnosing a miscarriage for me. I was treated with respect and given accurate medical information that set me fears at ease.

If you are considering termination this is not the place to go. The providers will bully and badger you into feeling as though you have to continue the pregnancy, no matter what your circumstances are.No I am not mistaken, and no I don’t want to “attack” anyone. Your other services may be great however the service I mentioned is not provided and your providers are biased against it.Bottom line is there’s absolutely no reason for anyone to leave your facility feeling the way your staff made my fiancé and I feel for our decision. One medical professional to another their behavior is extremely unethical. Not to mention the discussion of my choice in the lobby initiated by your receptionist to my fiancé is a HIPPA violation.

I came here a year ago & couldnt remember the name until now because I tried to forget this terrible experience. Do not go here, it was the most uncomfortable experience ever. The nurse made me pray with her & Im not Christian at all. It felt like a cult.

I took my daughter to Compass Care and was so pleased with how she was treated. They do more than just educate pregnant women ..they actually care .They followed up with my daughter on her physical AND emotional health. I suggest Compass Care for anyone finding themself in a crisis pregnancy.

Compasscare has been such a comfort and compassionate team to those confused and needing counsel from an unwanted pregnacy. I wish I would have read the reviews a bit before making this appointment for my best friend who is in a domestic violence relationship, facing homelessness and struggling to support herself much less a baby on the way... She walked out this place crying and showed me the booklets they handed her as proof when I couldnt believe they preached to her about why she should NOT get an abortion, nor will they help you find a clinic who offers abortion services. I felt bad for reading their site and trusting their motto of bring unbiased and non-judgemental, and giving you all the info to make an informed decision.These women are at a vulnerable point in their lives and shouldnt be subjected to one sided opinions and false hopes that shes in good hands.

Visited this place a few years ago and received a bible service and biased opinions on my options. These people are only there to talk you out of your choices with your body. Had a friend seek services for an unplanned pregnancy. This place is trash. NOTE that they offer pregnancy confirmation services and abortion information services ... What they DONT emphasize is that they do not provide abortion services there. While they technically arent /lying/, their messaging is deceptive. Sick folks, here. If youre going to call yourself a pregnancy resource center for those in distress, you should be OVERTLY clear that you dont provide abortion procedures.

CompassCare is a fabulous resource for women and families. Minimizing trauma for an unborn child and mother establishes a pathway for healthy stable development. As an adoptive parent and social worker I applaud CompassCare for starting a child and parent on a pathway to success!

When I was 16 i found myself pregnant and lost. First went to planned parenthood just to get verification that I was indeed pregnant and information. The lady at the desk simply ask me do you plan on keeping the baby or terminating. I said I wasnt sure. They turned me down and said I had to call a number... that wasnt helpful either.... I shouldnt have to go through that kind of stress when I already was under so much. Then I heard about CompassCare. Right when I walked in it was a positive vibe. I felt no pressure and I got the information I needed. They didnt need an answer to give me testing or an ultrasound. They did the testing so I could make my own decisions. My nurse was nice, understanding and listened to my concers. I knew my answer! I realized the only thing keeping me from having my baby was because I was scared. They help me realize that it wasnt a good reason to end a life. I made the decision. Not my family not my friends... I choose it without others influence. Therefore I have no regrets!

My friend had an appointment at this facility. They advertise like a pro choice facility and instead you get the exact opposite. They instead tell you everything wrong with abortion and ask you to pray with them. On there website they discuss nothing about being religious and quite frankly can blindside a person walking in there looking for a non judgemental point of view. Its unfair to take advantage of someone in such a desperate time looking for understanding. These people do not know what you go through beyond their doors and have no right to force their religious beliefs down your throat. It is important a woman makes the decision based on her specific situation and her own body. They advertise like an unbiased facility offering their time when they are clearly against termination. No matter a womans choice they dont deserve to be pressure especially religiously by a facility who advertises as pro choice and non judgemental. Its evil to take advantage of a woman when they are faced with such a difficult decision.

Classic Crisis Pregnancy Center - they arent a true medical center, and shouldnt present themselves as one. You will never get an abortion from this company if that is what you seek. Go to Planned Parenthood or a board certified OBGYN.

I loved the first experience at this center. Everyone was very nice, friendly to smiles and my three boys. They really go above and beyond for customer service. Answered all my questions and if they didn’t provide a service they made sure to provide me with resources for me to find what I am Looking for. I would recommend this amazing center to all moms.

From the moment I walked through the doors at compasscare the nurses were kind and supportive. They were very understanding, caring and answered all my questions. They have a heart to help people. If you are looking for a safe place to go this is the best option!

Offer no actual abortion services, only pre termination evaluation and abortion pill REVERSAL. Red flags all over. I feel so bad for the poor women who end up leaving this office shamed and confused. Can’t believe this place exists. They have support from most churches in the area, avoid at all costs.

This place advertises itself as pro choice, non judgemental, and compassionate. This is completely innacurate. I went to my appointment confused and looking for unbiased advice in making a very difficult decision. What I got was a 2 hour long psychological and emotional beating. I was told all sorts of different reasons as to why making a decision to terminate would damage my body and soul beyond repair, I was read bible scriptures and asked to pray, and they sent me home with three pieces of literature containing the same information that they were trying to beat into my head and some pre natal vitamins. If you want to make an informed decision that is right for you and your body and would rather not be berated for two hours by a person claiming to speak for God, I would suggest not going to this place.

Be aware that their name is misleading. They do not provide abortion, the only services they offer are diagnostics, std testing/treatment, and abortion pill REVERSAL. This is what many people would call a fake abortion clinic. I would not be surprised if many of these reviews are from people with political motivations, not real clients. If you want unbiased information, go elsewhere.

Best medical office Ive been to lately. Super clean and bright. Receptionists are friendly and nurses really listen! They are nonjudgmental and compassionate.

The only abortion info these people are going to give you is about how their god doesnt want you to get one. They will string you along until its too late to get an abortion and then drop you. This is the worst place ever they say that they are here to help and support you but they are really not. They ask way to many personal questions.
