We visited Medallus Medical today with a possible rib fracture and it was a terrible experience. when we got to the examination room, we were not asked questions at all, we were told that the practitioner would see us before further tests (taking a chest x-ray), which she did not do. We went to the imaging room for the x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken. The x-ray plate was held by a chair and some foam pads. At the time that the X-rays were being taken, the medical assistant needed help holding the machine in place, and I, the patients girlfriend, had to hold the heavy X-ray plate in place for her exposing myself to radiation. She seemed very unsure of the positioning of the plate, the positioning of the patient, and the number of views she needed from us. We did not feel confident with the care we were getting. And, after she walked us back to the examination room, where we met the practitioner. I dont even know where to begin, she was very unprofessional, and she was not patient with us. It seemed like she wanted us out like she did not want to give us her time, or like she only wanted to clock out and go home. She was also very disrespectful, we asked what she thought could be wrong, and she responded I dont have a crystal ball to tell you exactly what is going on, she sounded very annoyed. She said that after not even asking how my boyfriend got hurt, or where it hurt, she did not even look at the site of injury. Additionally, she said that the x-ray did not get the ribs that were hurting in the first place. She also said I am not a radiologist! when I asked if we needed to take them again to be able to see the injured area. She wrapped things up by not giving us answers to any of our concerns which is why we were there in the first place, and pushing us to get medications (each time stronger than the last). We left feeling unsatisfied, very confused and disrespected. To make things worse, she called us 5 minutes after we left to ask what happened (as in how he got injured). Is that not what she was supposed to do when we were inside?I am a Licensed Practical Nurse and this is very disappointing because this is not what we are taught, this is not what a nurse (or any medical professional) should be. We left feeling worse than when we got there. You (I dont even know your name because you did not even have the decency to introduce yourself to us) are a disgrace to the nursing profession.
The whole team was awesome, I had an different than normal physical to complete and they got me in quick and got everything taken care of! Super nice and personable it was my first visit but will definitely be returning for any follow up care needed.
BEWARE, copay overcharge is company policy.I waited 3 weeks for my new patient appointment. I was early and had the medical history and paperwork filled out by 1 minute past my appointment time. Then the receptionist told me my copay would be $50. I showed her on my card where it says clearly copay in network is $30. She told me it was company policy to charge $50, and if it turned out to be an overpayment the insurance company would reimburse me.... WHAT???... I told her I needed to call my insurance company to verify this. And sure enough, the copay is $30, and no, the insurance company would NOT reimburse any overcharge by the doctors office. The reception agreed to only collect the $30 copay. I asked if this was going to happen on every future visit, she said she would note my account ...I was then taken back and vitals were taken (20 minutes past appointment time) The Dr came in, and told me they did not have time to complete a new patient appointment, because of the delay up front. This again was company policy ...I was given the opportunity to come back at 4 pm, or reschedule 3 weeks out. I opted for neither appointment option. The only thing that makes any sense is that they didnt want to see me if they couldnt over charge me....OR... their appointments are packed so tightly that the doctors are unable to determine how much time they can spend with each patient.I am still in the market for a primary care physician, preferably one where company policy isnt shady billing practice, and where company policy doesnt dictate my level of medical care.Edit to reply to Medallus:I dont know where you get the term common practice. I have NEVER encountered this practice before. It really makes me wonder if you ever refund the over charge, or if you pad the billing to make sure no patient only pays a copay.
I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner there! Everyone communicated well and we’re attentive to my needs right away. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Staff was great. They knew their stuff, were efficient, and did an excellent job. They were also pleasant and smiled. Some people forget that part. I had a great experience.
Id leave no stars but you cant. Dr didnt sign her sports physical form so she missed a match. Went back to get them to sign it and theyre making her come back again! Shes going to miss her match AGAIN because of their incompetence! 😡
Terrible service! I went in for a drug screening and I was the only one there for almost 2 hours waiting! After I asked about how much longer I needed to wait and they looked at me as if they totally forgot that I was there! We got to the back and there were no patients, and they were just all sitting around!Don’t come here if it’s an emergency! Unreal!
Everything about this place was wonderful! The receptionist was so friendly! The doctor and medical assistant were so helpful and nice as well. I would give 10 stars if i could! I would definitely recommend them.
We took our daughter in to get an arm xray after a fall. We were immediately helped, staff was all very kind, and we got a diagnoses and splint very quickly. They told us about the membership program which I would highly recommend!
I took my daughter here for a sick visit after normal clinic hours. I wish I would have waited until her normal providers office was open. I work at a pediatric office where I educate staff, so I know how a clinic operates.I was concerned my daughter had strep and we just got new insurance. I called here to see if they accept my insurance, they told me yes, then maybe, then they don’t know. I asked if they can confirm if they do before we come and they couldn’t give me a definitive answer, but I chose to visit anyway since they were close and open. This was on a Friday night.Front desk was kind and helpful, check in process was good. The MA was kind and offered my daughter a sucker and juice which helps calm her nerves.Unfortunately, the MA didn’t know how to properly swab for RSV (I know because I’m an MA educator and do them everyday). This caused my daughter pain and may have skewed the results. She also swabbed for strep and flu. Then the PA saw us. I told her that the MA didn’t swab for RSV correctly and she said they are learning that skill as RSV season just started (it started in November) then continued to ask me how to do it (the PA didn’t even know how to swab). She then said that it looks like strep but the strep test came back negative so they needed to send it for culture. But they didnt collect two swabs to begin with so they had to swab again. The MA came in and my daughter was scared to have her swab again since she caused her pain. The MA then asked if I wanted to swab, so I swabbed my own daughter’s throat. They started her on antibiotics. I asked how long will it take for the culture results to come back because in my office it takes 2 days. They said since they are closed Saturday and Sunday, I’ll get the results Monday. I asked if they had a doctor on call that looked at results over the weekend to inform families, she said they do not.I started my daughter on antibiotics but soon after, she broke out in a rash that’s typical with viruses. I then suspected it wasn’t strep throat and Called them Monday to ask for results. They then told me it takes 3-5 days for results, which is ridiculous. They use Quest Diagnostic, which are horrible with tests by the way.I then called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day I was told it was processing and it should be back soon. I called quest and they said it was delayed for some reason but they were not sure why. I then called quest again on Thursday. They tried to look into why and couldn’t find the reason. I then called the urgent care and the MA said he would look into it and called me back saying he didn’t know what was going on either. It has now been 8 days of my daughter on an antibiotic that she probably didn’t need. No further communication from the urgent care, I had to call each day to follow up, they never called me!I wouldn’t go here again! Bad patient care and the lab they use is horrible and mishandled the test. I assume they lost it but no one will tell me.Update: finally got a call back 10 days later (after the antibiotic should have been finished) telling me that the result was negative and I didn’t need to give my daughter the antibiotic. They said Quest had an issue on their end that delayed the process.
I came a couple weeks after another clinic gave me a couple pills and sent me on my way. Medalist s aw me super quickly, was easy to get in and out, were very good at explaining what was going on, and left feeling like I had an actual solution and treatment for what was going on.
Amazing staff. I arrived last night around 7:20pm with severe pain on my left Shin come to find out I have a fracture Tibia. The staff took great care and the PA was very patient explaining proper care.
Medallus Urgent Care Riverton is much more than the name suggests! If your situation is urgent, or even somewhat urgent, and you feel you dont have time to schedule an appointment, walk-ins are welcome and seen quickly by a qualified and pleasant staff. If l walk in, l feel lucky if l get Jennifer O. She is so knowledgeable and helpful! When l need to make an appointment, its with Hailey. And, l am grateful to have found her!The rest of the staff that l have met also needs to be mentioned because they are also exceptional. They include Ruth, Hannah, Kate and Zach. For me, Medallus Urgent Care Riverton is one stop medical care and the best lve ever experienced.👍
They were all so nice! Hannah was so sweet up front and Jada and Kelsey were the nicest! Jacob stitched me up and he did an amazing job with very minimal pain while numbing the wound.
I was able to get in for my appointment so quickly and taken care of in a timely manner. It was great to have my time valued in a doctors office.
This place is anything but urgent, when we walked in they told us a 40 minute wait time and we ended up sitting in the lobby for 2 and a half hours, and when they finally took us back they were all sitting there eating lunch.
All of the staff here were very attentive to my needs, professional, kind and treated me like a real person and not just a number... A GREAT BIGSHOUT OUT to you Thank you, Zach, Jena & Front Desk staff member for all your assistance you each made it a good experience under the circumstances... Best Wishes from a well taken care of patient, CE :)
Medallus Medical has provided great stop-gap care for my daughter and I for years. Very cost effective with an annual membership. The staff is friendly and efficient at the facilities we’ve utilized. I’m happy they have primary care also. Highly reccomend!
Good service good people great location and a great PA that helped me along the way thank you young man for your assistance
Dr McKinsey owen was excellent. I felt like she truly cared about my concern and gave an honest opinion. I really dislike going to urgent care, but if it was her every time, hands down wouldn’t hesitate. She was great. The phlebotomist who took my blood was also great! I didn’t catch his name, but I’m usually a pin cushion and he did it in one poke! Thank you thank you!
They were very quick and the staff was so nice! The doctor did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of! They are great listeners and I would go back to them any day!
The doctor took his time to explain my results and was patient with my questions.
Hailey and her staff are awesome! They got me in quickly and gave me excellent customer service! They are very caring and easy to work with.
I had a great experience here! McKenzie went out of her way to go above and beyond in helping find someone who could do a specific procedure. The staff was nice and clear in their communication with straightforward pricing. Thank you!
I went in to my Riverton Urgent Care office to check on a cough that I had and they did a great job of checking into my problems with xrays, tests, which eventually led to a prescription for the bacterial infection that I had. They even called me up after my initial visit to ask me to come back for a series of shots for some possible pneumonia they detected in xrays. They went well above what my expectations were and it was excellent care that they provided.
Excellent service, very professional. They treated me wonderfully, from the girl who helped me at the reception to the medical staff.
After a one star review was left, the owner responded by criticizing the reviewer instead of being curious on why someone would leave a one star review with no response.Wouldnt you want a facility thats supposed to help diagnose you be a little curious and understand your situation, or do you just want them to give you an opinion? The owners response is indicative of their services. One of the doctors in a Utah County facility didnt give us all the options we had and instead just gave his opinion based on personal beliefs. Another facility said theyd get back to me with results of a blood test and never did. When I called to find out the results they said they never called because they didnt see anything wrong with the blood, but I still had symptoms and they just didnt want to resolve it apparently.(It doesnt take much time to copy and paste to multiple locations when youve been wronged bud)
I went in for suspected broken arm, waited in the waiting room even though there was only one other person. They’re finally taken back after 45 minutes, then got to wait in the room for another 30 minutes they finally came in and I had to have an x-ray waited for over 30 minutes for the doctor to come back in only to tell me my arm is broken and that he would split it. he never even showed me pictures of the x-rays. I told him I severe pain I was in and he told me to just take ibuprofen. I went Home and my arm was throbbing. I had to loosen the ace bandage that he had put on way too tight. I made an appointment with Tosh for Monday. I tried to call Medallus to get copies of my x-ray just to be burnt on a disc. I told office lady I needed it as soon as they could, and was told it would be about an hour wait. Finally two hours later they called me and said my x-rays would not download and that they would let me know when they could get a hold of someone in IT. Tosh had to do new x-rays because Medallus couldn’t get it together and get my x-rays on the disc. Six hours later, i’m still waiting to hear back from Medallus. Worst experience ever I will never go to that InstaCare again. I’ll stick with IHC and Doctors that actually care and professional staff
I got a new Primary Care Doctor that took over my old Doctors Patients, and I was very impressed with the time he spent with me addressing all my concerns and how informative he was. He tried finding something to help me feel better! He was patient and kind! Thanks for your time, Ben! I had a real good experience.
The doctors of course are great. Their billing system and the third party they use is useless. Ive had to call many times because of problems with my account. Everytime the answer was inconsistent with what I was told by someone else. Their billing system is horrible. I paid a large part of my bill online. A few days later I got a bill and it didnt show that payment. I had to call in multiple times before billing was able to tell me they have to manually apply that payment. Just so unorganized and such a mess to deal with.
Great service, super affordable and convenient hours. Thank you!
Waited for over an hour and a half. Concerned about pneumonia. Took back to a room to be informed that there is no xray tec and I would have to be sent to another clinic to get an x-ray. No thanks.
The doctors are always wonderful. The only reason it’s not one star. The billing department deserves less than one. Went to them in 2021 and received a collections bill in 2023. The original cost was 35 dollars for the visit and I normally paid that there. But must not have for whatever reason I can’t remember. I ended up paying 50 from all the collections fees but should have been just 35. Called the billing department to see why they never contact me because I told them I would have just paid the 35 they said they called once in 2022 and the number being unknown I didn’t answer. The voicemail that was left said “the number you selected is incorrect” clearly a robot recording but didn’t know it was them since that’s all it said (this voicemail is still on my iPhone and I located the number from talking with the rep). I asked why they wouldn’t just email something if I didn’t answer the phone or even a text. They didn’t have a response. I asked why they wouldn’t mail me an invoice. They said they sent one to the address when I first went there in 2015. Although I had updated my address with them and clearly the collections agency had no problem getting my address. And I said I can pay the 35 and they said no I need to pay the 50 to the collections. Just completely unwilling to work with me. Really annoying and won’t be returning, informed my family to not return. Because of the lack of customer service.
Wish I could give -5 starts, I took time off work, to take my son in for a follow up appointment, only to be told he didnt have an appointment, strange considering we made appointment right in the office before we left the first time. We were then told they could get us right in and to just wait, 10 minutes later, they found out the doctor wasnt going to be there for who knows how long, they couldnt tell me, and these people are supposed to be professionals, what a joke.
Made an appointment to establish care with the primary care doctor. When I arrived Dr. Taylor ? made it clear he was only covering, could refill medications, and wasnt interested in providing any care (ie-doing his job). After explaining the purpose of my appt was to establish care and have certain things addressed, if that couldnt be done I shouldve been rescheduled, he relented by ordering labs and an x-ray. Then insisted I had to follow-up with the NP when she returned for anything else. The appointment for her ended up being 2 months out.Come to find out Taylor is the medical director. Sad times when the boss is apathetic and clearly does not care about patients. If youre only looking to refill meds, great place. If youre looking for care, keep looking.
From Hannah, who took care of my check-in, to Ruth, to Jennifer, nurse practitioner, I was very well cared for by a friendly, well trained & knowledgeable group! They were a joy to work with!
They were great until I called back because they had results back, they were going to transfer my call to someone else but disconnected the call (assuming by accident) as soon as I called they said they were closing. I can understand, but she was rude and unprofessional. I was in the middle of talking and she hung up on me. She couldnt wait a few seconds to say, let us call you back when we are open again. Wish I got her name. But, very unprofessional.During my visit they were just all over the place and apparently dont communicate with eachother because I was told by the nurse we would do a number of tests and some other lady did one of the tests and told me I was ready to go home... When I still had some other tetses to do. Disorganized, Non-communicative, unprofessional. Best part of it was, they werent busy during my visit. I would understand if things were hectic and they forgot or miscommunicated but this was not the case.
Front desk and medical assistants were patient and helpful. The provider McKenzie Smith was likewise very friendly, compassionate, and thorough. Great experience all around.
This is my second time coming to this location and have received the best care from Jamie and everyone here. They worked with me on getting me well again with steps easy to keep up with in my busy life. I came back because of the excellent care the last visit and wanted to go no where else when I got sick again. Will definitely return but hopefully not too soon so I can be well for a little bit. 😂 Thank you.
Waited for someone in the waiting room way too long. Many other people were upset as well.
I just had a knee injury and came in for the first time here to get checked and it was a great experience! The staff was super friendly, accommodating, they kept the place super clean and professional during these covid times and I felt safe being here. The doctor was super great too! She was friendly and kind and getting X-rays we’re super quick and easy! Will Definitely be coming back for future needs if they should arise.
Showed up to this location at 7:30pm and they close at 8pm. They had locked the door and were trying to turn people away from coming in at all costs. The lady at the front desk was completely rude and obnoxious for no apparent reason. The person who had shown up before me had a broken arm while he was waiting and she said they’re not turning on the x-ray machine and he would have to go somewhere else. As we walked in she continued to tell us we would need to wait for an hour and a half and waited for us to respond trying to get us to leave again. After we were finished we had a prescription sent down the road, the same lady was supposed to call the prescription in. The prescription was never called in, this place was a joke. When we were finished the angry lady at the front was in such a hurry to leave she left the facility before we did. I highly recommend anyone needing any actual urgent care to seek it elsewhere. I will never be back to this facility, and I will also be canceling my insurance with Cigna and getting something else because of this experience with this facility.
I think this is a great office for the most part. The staff is friendly and efficient. Ive been there twice in the last 2 months. Once for my initial exam and the second time for a follow-up for the treatment I was given. Dr. Foster is very friendly and has a great listening ear. I appreciate it how thorough they were with my history and how quickly I was diagnosed with just a blood test that was tested in the office while I was there. There is definite attention to detail, which I do appreciate. My only concern was no one ever called me back on my other blood labs and I had to call them to ask about my results when scheduling the follow-up exam. When I had the follow-up exam, the doctor apologized for that and went over everything with me in person. I really appreciate that personal detail in my treatment! I recommend this office if youre searching for a doctor
I took my 5 year old to get stitches in his chin after a nasty fall at a skate park. He was terrified! The staff was so good with him and calmed his nerves. They were able to get him taken care of right away without a wait. Now he tells me how much fun it was to get stitches. The staff was also great to tell me about a very affordable self pay option which saved me a lot of money over trying to submit it to my insurance.
Super convenient location, & the wait time is usually pretty quick. The staff is friendly & listens to the needs of their patients.
Do NOT come here if you have a kid under 4 yrs old. I brought my 18 month old back in November and had to wait over and hour just to be able to leave my car to get into the building. Unfortunately I dont remember the doctor or nurse that we saw because NEITHER of them told me their name. I brought my kid in because she was hardly eating, pulling at her ears, and crying a lot with a high fever for the past 2 days. The doctor, after doing a basic physical look over stated she couldnt see my kids ear drum and asked what I thought should be done. No recommendation or opinion on her part. I then asked if they could clean out my kids ear (which they had done at Riverton ER before with a little tool to see the ear drum). The doctor stated they didnt really see any patients under 5yrs old so she wasnt sure what to do or if the staff would be comfortable with that.Long story short, we left after almost 3 hours from the time I got to the building without the doctor coming back in as my child and myself were crying. Absolutely no medical help that was given was beneficial. If they arent confident in treating young kids, they should state that at the beginning and not waste my time or theirs. Tried to dispute the bill they sent (over $400) only for them to reject that saying the patient WAS seen do therefore received care and the bill stands.Save yourself the tears and frustration and go to riverton ER.
Went to Medallus in Riverton yesterday and they were so helpful and caring. They saw I was having a hard time with my foot and immediately got a wheelchair for me. I was there a few months ago to have my ears cleaned of wax and they Did a much better job than the Doctor did. I will definitely go there for any medical issues.Thank you Medallus.
My daughter wasn’t feeling good and seemed to be fevering. We took her temperature around 7:30 and realized she needed to be seen. Called the office at 7:49 and was told by the sweet nurse(Jody?) she should probably be seen and that even tho they were closing in 10 minutes that I should go ahead and bring her in. The entire staff was so kind and even tho they could have turned us away they all treated us so nicely. The doctor was amazing and very patient. He answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this Instacare.
The nurses and doctors really don’t care about doing their jobs. They don’t want to take vital signs, weight you, take pressure, heart rate and is worst for kids. Take your family anywhere else because here you pay them and they don’t do nothing more than waisted your money and time. I waited almost 2 hours for the doctor ask questions and nothing is solve, is not fun to waist people time and money and worst it does not matter where in the world you are but to be able to determine you have something there have to be some type of test of any kind to determine what is wrong with people, however this “doctors” think that they know everything by just seen and earring what you have to say. Try it once and you will see that is why they ask so many questions they go along with what you say, because they are so lazy to do they job and make real test and examínate
Outstanding service The front desk was great and fast. PA Lexi Topham was exceptional and didn’t mess around she really listened and walked through everything
This was a terrible experience! Waited 3hrs for a covid test, waited over 30 minutes in my car for someone to come tell me the result, I called them and they said oh you can come into a room. They werent going to call and tell me that. Then I have to tell them I want a strep test done and Im waiting another hour for that. Staffing was very slow and was not keeping up with things or communicating with patients at all. If I could do zero stars I would.
I used to see Dr Jean at the Redwood location and loved her so much!! She moved out of state and I was so sad! I didnt think Id find another doctor like her. I made an appointment with Dr Foster and was so happy! She is just as phenomenal. I have been so impressed by the genuine care the staff shows for their patients. I really appreciate it! My family and I wont go anywhere else. Thank you for being incredible, Medallus.
Everyone was very nice and the whole process was quick. I went in because I had fallen and had a difficult time walking. I wanted to find out if I had fractured something in my hip or leg, two days had passed and it wasnt getting any better. As soon as the receptionist saw us coming, she got a wheelchair, because it was obvious that my husband was supporting me to get in the building. We got all of the information stuff out of the way and got the x-rays done and I asked the technician if she was sure she had gotten the right area, because the only place she x-rayed was my hip and the pain was much lower than that. She told me that she could only tell me that she had pictures of my lower back and the area in question was in the pictures. I asked her again just to make sure because no one had asked me where the pain was coming from. They just assumed it was my hip. She assured me that she had the right area and took me back to the exam room. Jen, the NP on duty came in and said that there was nothing obvious on the x-rays and said that they would send them out to be read and let me know later that evening or the next day what came back and offered me something for the pain, (even though I had already refused). Not once did anyone ask me to walk or stand up or show them where it hurt. From the time I entered the building they put me in the wheelchair and the only time they had me get out of it was to get on the table in the x-ray room.I got a call from the clinic later in the evening saying that they hadnt heard back yet from the people who read the x-rays, but they would call me back the next day. That was yesterday and I am still waiting. Hopefully because it was a Saturday. Not walking, wondering if if something was overlooked and I wasted my time and money, because there is obviously something wrong. They were really nice and quick but were they good? The jury is still out on that one.
Great office. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It’s hard to get in, just as it currently is with most healthcare providers, but they do have an urgent care option, if needed.
Great experience over at this location. Receptionist was friendly, nurse was personable, and doctor showed genuine interest. You would hope that would always be the case when visiting an urgent care but not every experience has been a great one for us. We will definitely come to this location again.
The staff were very friendly and kind. They explained things well and took good care of my child.
I had a good experience here. I suspected I had strep so I came in and waited no more than 15 mins total before seeing someone. The MA and provider that saw me were friendly and knowledgable and I left with the prescription I needed. I appreciated the no-rush atmosphere and the time the provider took to make sure the prescription was safe to have while I was nursing my 6 month old.
Two hour wait for a High School Sports Physical! We arrived at 7:00 and there were 4 people in the waiting room, got back to the room after an hour and then waited one more. Checked in with the nurses several times to make sure they didn’t forget about us. 5-6 employees working with NO SENSE OF URGENCY! Dr was good, staff needs to go.
The wait was about 30 min, which wasnt too bad because of the reading material they offered while you wait. The receptionist was very polite and helpful as well. Doctor Foster helped me out with what I needed and was fun to talk to! Overall a good experience!
Highly, highly recommend. My son split his forehead open Christmas eve around 1 pm and I called them and they sewed him up and got everything taken care of within an hour. Much less cost than the ridiculous hospital and the PA did an amazing job! Highly recommend! Well be patients for life.
I had to wait for an hour and a half. I called ahead of time and they started over the phone they were not busy. When I arrived there was nobody in the waiting room. I waited back in the exam room for an hour and a half. I could hear them at the nurses station saying I was first (they were saying my room #) but then they would say I think this one will be faster. The medical assistant came in after an hour and a half and asked how I was doing. I started crying because I was hurting and frustrated. She said she would go get the doctor. It still took 30 more minutes. Definitely DO NOT go here. I understand they have to triage but then they need to come tell you others came in. Instead of trying to see quick patients.
The clinic is very clean and well kept! Receptionist is very nice and welcoming! The doctor My wife visited got to know us well and did everything she could to help my wife. She was very friendly! Only downside was the wait times were a bit longer than I wanted.
No one asked me to write this review but I need to add my experience. I had never been to Medallus Urgent Care. I am in health care myself but did not tell them this because I want to be treated like everyone else. My symptom was strange. I wasnt super worried but knew something was up. Wendy, the PA was assigned to me and was FANTASTIC! I loved her easy going style. She did everything that could be done, EKG, X-Ray, breathing treatment, etc. at an Urgent Care. We found out that I probably have something a bit more serious going on than I thought, but Wendy was so cool and calm. She re-assured me the symptoms were not in my head and yes, I needed to have a follow up, but I could go home. I felt very confident in her care for me. Everyone was so kind and helpful from the gals at the front desk, the cute assistant that couldnt get the EKG tabs to stick, to the other assistant that helped me after my breathing treatment. Thank you ALL for helping and making me feel comfortable during a stressful time.
The staff was caring and did their best to help me out. Other clinics have brushed me off but they helped me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Took my son here for a sick visit- my son absolutely hates doctors he is just really scared of them. I waited maybe 10 minutes and the staff and doctor knew exactly how to work well with my sons fears- he has and allergy to penicillin and they called around to make sure what antibiotics he’s had before before scripting anything to him so we were safe!I thought this place was better than any intermountain urgent care experience I’ve ever had!!! Thank you sincerely he is already turning a corner!!
Well you are going to have to wait even if you do not see anyone in the waiting room. They are thorough and have looked after my daughter very well. There membership program is the best to combine with a high deductible plan. Perfect for our family.
I took my two year old in because he was sick and I thought he might have pink eye. When I finally was the doctor she don’t examine him at all. She just asked what was wrong and saw that there was some goop in his eyes and there were a bit pink and she prescribed an antibiotic. She was ready to send us out but I asked if she could check his ears. She said he has an ear infection and then left without explaining anything or checking anything else out.
So I dont normally come to medallus but recently with my insurance change I was told to come here. When I first walked in I felt like the receptionist was a little distracted. There was no one in the lobby waiting and she had me sign in... She called me up front a few minutes layer. The MA Janice was very nice and warming and took me seriously with my issues. I dont remember the doctors name? But he was very thorough too and helped me with my visit and talked me through treatment which was nice and relaxed me a little bit from my paranoid symptoms.
The wait was a little long, but everyone was so nice! They gave my children things to play with and things to do while we waited. They answered all my questions and didnt rush with anything! They were really relaxed and made me feel really comfortable.
We were at this location for almost 5 hours total. I thought this would be a good option vs. my $300 ER copay, and $30 seemed reasonable to get seen fast for an ankle injury. Waited 2.5 hours to be seen, with only 1 dr and one PA on staff with a lot of people waiting to be seen. I wasnt very comfortable with the staff talking about other patients health in public, even did it in these reviews below. That seems like a bit of a violation. Just made me wonder who I was trusting with my care. When I mentioned I was type 1 diabetic, and was asked if I take insulin, I was even more concerned at that point. If someone is type 1 and they dont take insulin thats a real emergency or a doctor doesnt know the difference between the types and why a type 1 would take insulin, then thats really concerning. When I expressed that I would need to take my insulin pump and CGM off for xrays, it seems like no one listened to me. I did take my pump off and leave it in the hall way. We really had to do a lot of painful manipulation and extra xrays to decide if I fractured my ankle. I wasnt really given a definitive answer. told to follow up with sports medicine doctor. I was mostly not impressed with the XSmall boot I was given. I dont think you had my size on hand. The PA kept trying to shove my toes really hard into the boot, as I repeated several times that it wasnt going to fit. She called around to find one in my size, and couldnt, I was just told Id have to wear it. With my ankle swollen and a child size boot, not fitting correctly, it was more painful to wear it than when I wasnt. I kept saying this over and over, and no one really was comprehending this. It was basically, we dont know if your ankle is fractured or sprained, but heres a XS boot and crutches. That was about it. Honestly, I would not go here again. Staff doesnt seem very knowledgeable, I heard 2or 3 times my information being shared in the public area as well as 3 other patience information about diarrhea in the waiting area. Nothing to address the swelling or what to do next really. Nothing mentioned if I should be worried about circulation issues as a type 1 diabetic or what I can or cant take as I had asked twice. Overall, this clinic is severely understaffed, not very knowledgeable or helpful and didnt seem very professional. I did get my xrays on a disc and I will be following up with my PCP. I dont think an ankle issue should take 6 hours total to be seen in an urgent care setting, with xrays and some other information than we dont know. This clinic needs a lot of improving. Im leaving this review, since your rooms suggest leaving a review. Im being honest about my experience. The other people in the waiting room werent happy either. Lots of room for improvement, even if my one experience wasnt great. Im not sure what else could have been done. Most of what I saw was bedside manner, the way patients information was handled, ability to listen and give a diagnosis. When someone says it doesnt fit, it hurts, and you keep pushing on their toes as if its going to fit more, not listening, then its just not going to happen. You have to find another way to wrap it or stablizie it, which just seemed like common sense, rather than trying to make XS boot fit just to get them on their way. Which seems fairly important, along with wait times.Update: I did contact them, They were not helpful. I spent almost a year fighting extra billing issues for things I was not issued. I called to explain this to someone in billing, and I got the run around several times and then just never heard back. I finally paid the bill, so it wouldnt go to collections. Thats extremely poor service, when someone calls to try to workout billing and communication and after a dozen calls, no one can return a call. I did speak with a billing manager, she gave me her information personally, and promised me shed handle it and call me back. never happened! Poor accountablity. I seriously hope that someone does something about the HIPPA violations.
I was seen at the Riverton clinic. They were able to get me back in a timely fashion. Dr. Bernard and Monique provided excellent service to me! They were very thorough of my symptoms and gave me the best options available to treat. I am very grateful for Medallus Medicals service! Thank you!
The incompetent staff will keep you waiting for hours, it’s a bummer that they just don’t seem to care about their patients or their jobs or anything. It’s also a bummer that this is the closest Urgent Care to my home, unfortunately even though the service is really awful I will unfortunately have to return in the event I can’t get an appointment with my primary care manager. Two thumbs down and a total bummer.
Great doctors that care. Wait was a bit long but gave kids crayons and coloring pages to help keep them occupied. I like the lower cost and friendly service of Medallus over the urgent care and their higher cost.Just came again....got me in to see the dr in less than 5 minutes. And it was at 9am when my dr. Office would have been nuts!
I went to this location, probable UTI. Janice, clinic manager was very friendly and helpful. I saw Jen, she was thorough, helpful and after a urine sample, diagnosed a UTI. She offered a variety of solutions for my pain. feeling much better after treatment in the office and medications for home,
I am so impressed with the quality of care I received! Dr. Foster is amazing! She really cares and takes the time to explain everything to you. I feel like anyone could talk openly with her and her staff.
I came in without an appointment due to some chest pain and they got me in right away. Waited only 30 minutes to meet with the doctor and they checked me out. The staff, nurses, and doctors are all very friendly! Definitely recommend to a friend.
I am beyond frustrated at this point. I have good medical coverage, and I used to think it was worth it to pay for the membership. That is until I got an infection that took a little work.No one wants to follow up, no one is calling back. They have already cultured my infection, know what I need, yet REFUSE to refill an antibiotic they prescribed after the culture told them it is the right one. Now I am on day 3 of calls. Visit # 4 at this rate I might as well just use my insurance and go to a normal dr. I have always endorsed your program. Now with a serious infection, I get the runaround... LAME
Made an appointment ahead of time, apparently appointments don’t matter, cause we had to wait. We got here early too. But told us it will be another 30 min. Wait after waiting 20 minute pass out appointment. What’s the point in making an appointment. Make it worse this place was empty.....wow. Only reason I came here was Dr. Foster works from this office. Others wise I prefer American Fork, they always get us in and out at a timely matter. This place I don’t like.
Dr. Foster, the PA and even the receptionist were phenomenal, they spent 2 hours treating and testing me to find out what was wrong with me. They went above and beyond my expectations and Im soooooooo grateful for all their hard work and after hours, on the day before Thanksgiving. I cant say enough about how great they are, thank you all, I really appreciate everything you did for me!!! 😁😁😁
I love Dr. Foster and her caring, personble staff. At my sick visit last week, Dr. Foster took time to assess my symptoms, and made sure I did not leave without understanding what I needed to do to get healthy. She is always good to give personalized care!
Great staff and easy to talk to and share symptoms with. Highly recommend for general health care and checkups.
My wife went in suspecting a broken toe. They took an X-ray and told her no one was there to read the X-ray. She was given a boot and told someone would call her. Even after checking back with them two days later no one has called her back. Some great customer and professional service. Can’t wait to see the bill for a waste of money.
If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. They charged me $180 so I could be seen and sign up for a membership. The advertising was completely misleading when it says just the $50/month plus registration fee. I was incoherently ill, so my boyfriend decided to pay it. We got in and I told the doctor my symptoms (swollen lymph nodes, couldnt swallow, ear pain, fever, dazed/fatigued). She diagnosed me with TMJ and adenovirus. The nurses didnt even know what that was and apparently neither does the doctor. Sent me on my way and told me to come back in 10-14 days if needed. Went home and got more sick. We went back the next day and the doctor there immediately looked in my mouth and knew I had a severe case of Strep. Strep case came back positive. Got charged for the visit. They gave me antibiotics. Those didnt work so I had to go to the South Jordan location to get more. Tried to cancel membership and they are trying to charge me more money. The head of operations is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere. The whole company is unqualified, dangerous, misleading, and the head of operations only cares about the $$$ and not the patient.
Great value!!I went to this clinic yesterday after being sick for a week with a fever and cough. I did not have to wait long before being checked in. The staff was friendly and thorough. They tested me for strep and the flu. I tested positive for the flu. The provider also did a chest x-ray and breathing treatment because of my cough. During the exam she could not see my eardrums so they even irrigated my ears out. I ended up having a sinus infection too. I got all of this done for the self-pay rate around $120! We have a high deductible plan and I was able to use my HSA. The month previous I went to an “in-network” IHC Instacare and paid a higher price to wait 3 hours to have the provider spend 3 minutes with me and got ZERO testing. What a waste of time and money. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The provider Mariah was awesome! Best value for the money if you are self-pay or have a high deductible plan.
Everyone who worked with me was super friendly and really listened to me and my symptoms. The environment was clean and professional looking. The receptionist was kind and really helpful when checking in. Overall, I would highly recommend this urgent care.
I was here for hip pain and they found out I have Bursitis and they were really nice, polite and they knew what was going on. They did everything to make sure that I was OK and they took care of me right away. Now Im back with my husband and they are doing everything they can to help him too he didnt even know that he got a fever and right away they were asking him if he need it something. I will totally keep coming to this urgent care.
Everyone was so sweet and patient! The service was fast and great! The fee for a walk. Without insurance was also inexpensive. Will be coming back if ever needed.
Great clinic! My wife and I love their membership program. All the staff from front desk to PAs to Doctors are top notch. I really like working with Dr. Foster. She is very compassionate and personable. We have worked with several other PAs there too and they are wonderful. Great value!!
Nice people and very clean setup. Was treated with patience and dignity while here. Experienced a wait, but nothing I thought was extensive - justusual paperwork and the time for tests). It was great to be able to come in on a Saturday. Was referred here by family. I would highly recommend.
We go to the Riverton Medallus Medical Clinic for our primary care with Dr. Foster. She is great and spends a lot of time with us and gives us great primary care service. The staff there have always been friendly and concerned with our welfare. The wait times have been better than any other urgent care clinic we have ever been to! We would recommend them to anyone!
Professional and friendly staff, got me in, diagnosed and on my way. Will definitely be returning here in the future.
I have the medallus program with them. $45/month. $10 copays when you see the physicians. They have good, caring doctors. Thats the good. Making appointments to see a family practitioner can be very difficult. And they over book. After waiting for almost an hour beyond my scheduled time, I gave up and left. They did refund my copay, but only after I called and asked for it back. Maybe the waits and difficulties are normal. I dont know. I dont have a lot of medical needs. But just seems like im always waiting 30 minutes to an hour after my scheduled time.
I went in for some abdominal pain and felt like I was forgot about my waiting in the room and then to add to that I was supposed to have a prescription called in that never got called in and I called back multiple times for four weeks never got a return phone call and when I finally got in contact with the doctor in office they advised me that they cant call it in any longer because its been too long! I know it is a new location and all but when you take a message and advise the patient youre going to return their call and never do thats failing your business
Dr Foster was kind to my son and very thorough. She gave me options and was conscious of my money as a self pay patient. I felt confident she wouldn’t miss anything. She explained everything to me and my son.
As a husband to a pregnant wife this place has been very helpful in providing exceptional service for her! From IVs to advice, the staff is very kind. We got a membership because of the services they provide! I would recommend Medallus Medical to anyone!
We have had pleasant experiences with Medallus largely because of Dr. Carla Foster. Dr. Foster is the best; and I am 66 and have much experience with doctors. Dr. Foster is a skilled, experienced professional that is also compassionate and patient. She takes time to listen and to thoroughly explain issues to you. You feel like a valued human being not a person caught in a patient mill. My wife and I trust her completely. She has literally changed my life, because she listened and changed something I had been doing for years. We hope she practices for another 20 years.
Everyone at Medallus Medical South Bangerter is absolutely AWESOME!! From the initial phone call to the entire visit we were treated with exceptional care. Highly recommended. 5-star service thanks to Tiffany Rees, Michelle & Ambur.
While I find the doctor to be very nice, my antibiotics were sent to the wrong pharmacy and my infection is getting worse. Im still in pain and I called the receptionist and she told me that I needed to call the wrong pharmacy to get the prescription over to the correct pharmacy. So I did and they told me that the other pharmacy needs to call them to transfer the antibiotics. What a joke. If the prescription was sent to the correct address in the first place, I wouldnt have to jump through these hoops.
Zar was the first person we saw when we came in. He greeted us with a smile and he was so friendly and kind! We were seen right away and received amazing care from the entire staff. Well done and thank you to yhe entire staff!
Worst wait time ever across any of the urgent care. Who waits in urgent care for 1:30 hours even when you don’t have any other patient ahead of you. If it’s urgent don’t come here else your PCP should do.
This place is somewhat hit and miss. I have had good experiences here but usually they are super slow even though there are no patients. If you want to lose at least an hour of your life, come here. I am currently sitting in my room waiting and waiting and waiting. They have a sign saying to leave a review, so there you go.
Good care and friendly staff. A little bit slow getting in and being seen but considering that you do not need an appointment, not bad at all. Pretty nice facility and a fairly convenient to get to.
DO NOT GO HERE!! My husband was showing flu like symptoms and was non stop vomiting. We took him here to get tested and see if they could prescribe him something to get ride of the nausea. We waited for 1 hour, and there was only us and one other patient, that didn’t seem to be as urgent. They finally got us into a room where he was vomiting non stop. The nurse took his tempature and had a fever of 102. I asked the nurse for a water because my husband at this point had nothing in his stomach and was dry heaving. She told me she would bring me one just to hold on a minute. About 10 minutes go by, still no water, I ask again. Another 10 minutes go by, still no water. Finally my husband is in so much pain that he finally just yells out the door, “can you please get me some water,” for them to finally bring us some water. The doctor comes, by this time 2 hours have gone by. The doctor is asking what’s wrong does he have any headaches, as he is holding a bag full of vomit. She says she wants to treat his migraine with some opioids. Unfortunately, my husband is extremely allergic to opioids, so we explain that to her. She asks what happens when he takes them, and we explain his body rejects and he will throw up non stop. He goes on to tell her that he can deal with the migraine he just wants something to keep him from throwing up. She keeps asking “are you sure you don’t want any pain killers.” My husband keeps repeating himself to her that “he will not be able to keep it down.” At this point the doctor wants to inject him with a steroid to help is migraine. I’m sitting there thinking he has a migraine because he is dehydrated. So at this point the doctor wants to inject some shots for his migraine and and comes up with the idea that he probably has bronchitis and wants to go get his chest x-rays. She goes to get his shots ready and comes back after a few minutes and says, “oh I just saw you have a fever of 102.” I’m thinking to myself, “what’s the point of having your nurse check vitals if your not even going to read them.” At this point we are both so mad, we get up and say “we are leaving, we are going to go see another doctor and we don’t want her to treat him.” We end up going to the ER, they take his tempature he now has a fever of 104. They put an IV in him because they can clearly see he is very dehydrated. He goes through 4 bags of fluid with an hour, they give him an anti nausea medicine, Phenergan, so he can hold down the liquid. I don’t know where the Doctor at this urgent care got her degree, but seriously, this place does more harm than good. They were not busy and we spent 3 hours of our time here to get no where with them.
Medellus has a policy that they will send your bill to collections in 2 months without having a real person even call you. They are fine people in the clinic, but if for some reason your bill is returned in the mail, they will make minimal effort to get back with you. Automated calls is the best they would do for us. They even had our address correct and didnt send a second bill. We were extra frustrated that once at collections Medellus couldnt rectify the situation and we could no longer pay using our HSA card. We are very unpleased as this happened through no fault of our own and no one did anything to make it right.
I love this office! Everyone from beginning to end is friendly and empathetic. They listen to you to understand what is really going on, and take care of you properly.... you’re not just a number. I really can’t say enough amazing things about this entire office.
Very competent, clear explanations and friendly
Went home for lunch from work and found my wife pale white at home, she was throwing up, sitting on the floor. I took her to the closest thing I could find which as this place in a hurry. Checked in with the desk clerk, described what was going on. My wife was in obvious pain, she couldnt even stand up straight. She used the rest room and they gave her a barf bag, she then threw up multiple times in the corner of the offfice!!! Nobody offered her the restroom,or anything. She had to puke in front of all the other patrons there, which they enjoyed Im sure.We then waited 45 min, after 5 other people went in before us even though we were there first. I understand you have appointments that are first, but ZERO help was given in our situation. Not even a glass of water to rinse my wifes mouth. The desk woman yaked with friends and definately saw my wife in pain amd throwing up. Before I threw my chair through a window,we walked out. I paid 25$ deductible for nothing. Nobody called us to see what happed or asked if we were ok. I took her to Riverton hospital and they found a block in her kidneys, within 10 min of being there. Gave her a shot for pain and vomiting, and solved the problem under 15 min. Unless you have an appointment, I would not go here. This is also the first review I have ever given ever.ever.
My daughter was treated for anxiety and breathing issues. We received very thorough care . Our attending nurse and PA were very sensitive and caring towards my daughter. Thank you!
They are are a waste of time! They are nice but they denied to write me a prednisone 1% eye drop that I have been taken for ten years! My cornea has been rejecting and I could Los my vision over not having this! I will never return here!!! I think they should teach the doctor to do his research!
Slightly long wait to be seen; however, they were very professional and knowledgeable. The nurse and provider did a fast, yet thorough job, and helped my little guy.
Initial experience was pleasant. I took my son in to have an X-ray of his hand which they confirmed was broken. Prior to leaving I asked for a copy of the images so I could then take them to a hand surgeon at TOSH the following week for a follow-up assessment. When I took the CD to TOSH, the office there was not able to read the disc and retrieve the images. I called Medallus from TOSH asking them to email the images to me, but they refused to work with me on getting the images to me immediately to avoid having to pay for another X-ray. I was told there was no way to get the images unless I was to travel back to the urgent and have another CD created. This in my opinion is inexcusable in the digital age we live in. There should be no barriers to obtaining the images in question.
This place is a clerical mess. Don’t go here unless you want to leave worse off than when you arrived. They made billing mistake linked to minor Child and not to the responsible parent. Send the account to collections quickly with huge fees and won’t settle or work with you once the error is identified, allowing no recourse.
Went for a pre employment drug screen. Called ahead and was told it may be a 20-30 minute wait but they put me down on the list. I arrived 15 minutes later and then waited for over 40 minutes in a completely empty waiting room. Not a single person entered while I was there... I’m not sure why it would take over 40 minutes, but it did.
Its hard to say that you enjoy going to see the doctor but going to Medallus Medical at the South Bangerter office is always a great experience. It reminds me of the old days when we used to go to the doctor and get in quickly and get helped and get out. I was able to get in I have a diagnosis and all my prescriptions done within 30 to 45 minutes.Thank you Medallus.
Long wait to be seen because they were shorthanded but they did a very good job. They were thorough and I was very satisfied with the outcome. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly.
Very helpful and very friendly staff. Took care of me from start to finish. Thank you.
Every time we visit the location in Riverton, we have trouble with our prescriptions being sent to the pharmacy. When calling Medallus, any person weve spoken with makes excuses and doesnt want to take responsibility. Weve been told everything from, its the pharmacys fault, or our computer isnt working. From a sick patients perspective, this isnt, what I would call, great customer service. Definitely wouldnt recommend using this location.
Possibly the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. My daughter (2 years old) stuck a small bead in her nose and they wouldn’t even attempt to remove it. Didn’t look into her nose with a flashlight, nothing. They attempted to send us to another urgent care facility claiming they didn’t have the “correct tools” to remove the bead. I personally will not be using this facility again. What kind of URGENT CARE facility won’t even attempt to solve the issue at hand?
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and super short wait time. The office also felt warm and clean which is huge for me. It was totally worth the drive to visit this location but I hope I won’t be back. 😉
Super easy process, & the people there are really nice & friendly. Very quick; in & out super fast.
I have been to this location twice and have had a great experience. The staff are very helpful and nice and I will certainly be back ( hopefully not too soon, no one likes being sick!) but if needed, this is place to go.
Very helpful and efficient. So glad there is one center not Covid testing. Was not able to get a sports physical at other medallus sites because of very, very long wait due to Covid testing. Thank you for thinking of patients and having a center available for non Covid needs.
I brought my husband here 20 minutes before they closed, walked in and the doors were already closed. I understand they have new hours but when a patient desperately needs to be seen, do not go here.
They were very friendly and very helpful, and they quickly gave me an antibiotic shot and prescribed me on antibiotics and painkillers. I would highly recommend Medallus to anyone who needs a quick response.
The staff are very friendly. We were seen within 15 minutes from arrival.
THE kindest staff. I came in with chest pains and they were very quick to get me back. Great price and great medical care
Same day appointment, very friendly and helpful.
Inordinate wait times. You will wait at least 1 hour, then youll sit in the back for another 20 min, then youll see the doctor for about 2 minutes. Not great when you feel crappy enough that youve gone to the doctors office.
I was very impressed with Medallus Urgent care. They got me right in and their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I would say they are setting a high bar for all other medical offices to meet. I highly recommend going to Medallus!
Membership in Medallus (After hours urgent care) is the best idea since sliced bread! Whether you have insurance or not... check it out... finally, actual affordable health care. This has been a God send for my self my family and our company.
Great service! Even got in on New Year’s Day! Helpful, professional staff!
Came to get my sports physical done , everything was super fast & helpful. Everyone was so nice starting at the front desk.
Told me that no one was being seen. 45 minutes later looked my finger over couldn’t find the problem. Was not confident in what it was. Wanted to give me 3 shots as he “thinks that would help”. Took X-rays with no radiation cover. Should I keep going... the apt ended even worse.
God awful service. Emtpy lobby and nurses just talking in the back, ive been waiting to meet with someone for an hour now. Save ur time and go anywhere else you can. Ended up leaving and going to a different clinic.
My daughter injured her foot and She is receiving professional and kind care. The xray are in office and the nurse practitioner is thorough and thoughtful. . Thank you.
This is the clinic always come to for everything! Love the staff, theyre awesome. 10/10. The $10 co-pay for being a member is also pretty great!
All around this office has been wonderful. Coming in with 4/6 people in my family, new patients as well... the staff and doctor were AMAZING ❤❤❤
I have been going here for years! Everyone here has been so kind and helpful when ever I dont feel well! I moved away from the area but still drive to the Medallus in Riverton any time I get sick!
The doctor at this location decided to send me to an ER because they didnt want to do a simple xray. Cost me almost 1000$ extra. Mind you I scheduled this visit and not an urgent care.
This office is very nice, brand new and clean! The staff an Dr are awesome and we were seen very fast! Will always come here!
Very nice staff! They do their best to work at a fast pace!
I had called into to another instacare clinic but they had an hour wait. I saw the sign for this office and stopped in. They got me right in and have me great medical care. Im so glad I find this office.
Don’t go to this location. The waiting time is ridiculous, came in for an emergency and had to wait a total of two hours before they took me in. The receptionist was really unorganized. No sense of urgency for an urgent care. Don’t waste your time.
Great staff work their magic and are friendly as well. As a Medallus Medical Member, so much is included and $10 office visits are great too.
Had to get an xray for my wrist and only needed that. They said I couldnt unless they served me as a patient regardless of already seeing a primary doctor who requested it.
I was a first time patient. The staff was friendly, professional and I would recommend Medallus for medical service.
Very great and quick service. My son broke his wrist and it was very affordable. Definitely will come back or refer someone to them.
Everybody was super friendly and the service was fast. Best Healthcare experience Ive had to date so far!
Friendly and helpful staff. Dr took plenty of time with me to make sure my needs were met.
Came here for the first time! Everyone was super friendly! The wait was a little long but I enjoyed my experience and would come here again!
Great service. With even better staff. Will now be a life long patient and so will be my residents.
Great doc, she involved my 7 year old grandson in the conversation and made him feel special.
This is the best urgent care that I have found. They are always very thorough and very caring. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly staff! We’re very quick and on it. Nice facility.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, medical assistant was friendly as well. Wait time was manageable.
Everything was fine except that when I offered to look up the spelling of the medication I am allergic to for the tech (he couldnt pronounced it), he said it wasnt important. 🤔
Awesome staff and very friendly. Not long wait time and very thorough. Happy to be a member 👍
The staff here is awesome and friendly. The wait is minimal and they really do care about getting you healthy.
Had an injured toe. Staff could not read x-ray onsite and they were not clear with directions about what to do. Totally regret going here for no help at all. If you can wait or go somewhere else do.
I came to get my sports physical done and they were friendly and fast.
The care was great. They cared about the patients and they thoroughly tried to solve why I was not feeling well. Thanks for the care
They sent me to collections for $36 dollars and didn’t call me once. Didn’t let me pay up front either. This place is a joke.
I waited 2 hours to be seen while I was in pain. There were 2 patients total. I will not be returning to medallus medical.
When they say Urgent Care they should say Lightspeed-Holy-Crap-That-Was-Fast Care!! The staff is amazing and always willing to help!
The staff here was so kind! I was also in and out surprisingly quick. Highly recommend!
Great helpful staff. They take the time to make sure to look over everything so you can know you are on the best path for recovery.
Friendly and fast. Front office and doctor were great with me and my 18 month old daughter
Great service!! The staff is wonderful and very friendly!! We have been coming here for years and love it!!
Super Nice Staff!! Didn’t have to wait long at all! 5/5
In and out in an hour. Recommend
Calvin and Imelda helped me out when I got strep throat, they were super nice and efficient!
They wont send over my perception I have called 3 times now and they are closed tell Monday never again 129 for what if I could wait all weekend I wouldnt have come here
This was my first visit. Great customer service on the phone before I showed up and great and friendly service while I was there. Thank you.
Best urgent care Ive been to. Friendly staff, quick, and knowledgeable.
Awesome staff! Helpful and quick!
Great staff!! We come here a lot and are always pleased with this office.
Great experience and the staff was awesome
They know what they are doing, it was a good stay.
The staff is amazing and we were seen amazingly fast. I will be using this as her primary care!!
I love Medallus!! They give great service with a smile. Very thorough doctors.
We like Medallus UrgentGood job with employees
A. Number. 1. Help
One provider the weekend before ChristmasWhat a mess
Super nice, employees, great service
Quick and great service! Very reassuring to my very concerned 8 year old daughter!
Very kind and friendly staff but I went for a routine physical and was there over an hour and a half .
The wait was so minimal, and I got the help I needed!
Great hospitality! very nice workers!
They were courteous, answered my questions, and have me the care I was hoping for.
Staff are so friendly, great service and they take care of you in no time
Very friendly and amazing staff!
PA was very knowledgeable
Sorry wait. Doctors were fast and nice. Knew what they were taking about. Very clean.
Have been in 4 times now for various reasons and every time the service has been professional and very fast.
They have given me fast and great service and helped me with all the problems I have gone in with great

Very nice staff, only thing is the wait was a little long
Tiffany is amazing! Great care at a great new facility.
MA and doc were careful and meticulous. Great option for after hours
