Ironstone Medical Clinic & Urgent Care

I dont write reviews often but after the way I was treated today, I couldnt not write one. Ive never had a bad experience other than wait times which I feel is normal at any urgent care. Today was about an hour and a half which seemed faster than usual. Today I saw Dr. Balette and not only did he get an extensive history, he asked if I had any recent blood work and looked over my most recent results on my mychart on my phone. He couldnt have been more thorough and I honestly have never been treated so well and like the doctor actually cared. He put in more effort than my pcp ever has and it was so appreciated. I felt heard and seen. Which isnt something I have ever said in a health care setting. The wait was worth it and even though not every experience is like that, I will continue going there when needed just because of how kind the staff always is. The lady at the front desk and the one taking my initial history/bp/height &weight were both very kind and put me at ease when I was dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort. I couldnt thank the staff enough for my visit today.

For the life of me I can’t believe that ironstone urgent care gets any rating Lower than a 4 at very least .ive been a patient at this facility for over 4 years. I’ve participated in a study in another section of the facility and that was how I started to go there. This brings me to my awesome primary Dr.Jeff. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever hasD. I completely trust his judgment and his amazing staff,yes it can get busy, but there’s no timer on when ppl need medical attention .In closing ironstone urgent care is top notch and has the best staff,front office, nurses etc. I’m not sure why they have a 2.7 rating is beyond me. My Dr, and the staff I consider friends and hard working people. To ironstone, I will continue to support you all any way I can. Dr Jeff K. is the best doc I’ve ever had. This is a long review but well worth it. DOC.Jyou are the best.

I was dreading needing to go to urgent care for a medical need. I was talked into it and ended up here because of its proximity and acceptance of insurance. I went in at about 7:15pm on a Wednesday and got checked in right away. There was 1 other person in the waiting room and who was called in as I was filling out the paperwork. It took me longer to fill out the paperwork than it did to wait. The medical staff was quick and to the point. Got my needs taken care of promptly and without issue. I would come back here again should I need it.

I never have an issue when I go here. Its an urgent care so I expect to wait. The service is really good and the staff are nice.

Dr. Said nothing wrong with me and keep taking over the counter cough medication that I been taking for over two weeks.I have cough and chest congestion and hard to breath.Dr. Appeared tire like she doesnt want to be there, definitely never coming back here.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!! My insurance ovelaped when I got my new insurance through work and my primary canceled a appointment on me so I went here bec my doctor suggested I get to urgent care to get my meds I desperately need the doctor immediately came in the room and said no Im giving these to you I had to explain it to her again my situation she said i need to look you up in the federal data base then finally came in and said Im only giving 30 which isnt enough meds to get me to the next appointment she also told me to not to come back so I wont ever worse urgent care Ive ver been to got treated like a drug addict with attitude no wonder this place only has 2 stars

Ok for UTI prescriptions...however for hormones imbalance issues..they were not able to do ANYTHING for my wife..not even referral..but still took our money. What a bunch of crooks.

You know people always put others down when they dont get their way but let me tell you urgent care in Brockton they take care of you they run every test on you they take care of you so please Im asking you dont make accusations or assume it was urgent care wrap up your UA put your number on it and they tagged it from your file so for 1 minute you cannot think that it was the lab that lost your UA why dont you sue them if it bothers you that bad and you want to go and put it on the media why dont you sit down and find a lawyer cuz you got two years to find one from the day of the incident but please none of them are lazy and they go out of their way to do things for us my name is g r i c e l last name p a z Im not afraid to show my face and Im not afraid I understand that youre hurt and you didnt get the job but you didnt think for one minute how many uas go in that place for reasons like for jobs but I bet you a hundred percent it was not urgent care everyone has their opinion but before blaming someone and throwing stones in a glass house get your facts right there is no way and no one should think like that because when youre sick Jeff as well as the nurse practitioner Plus then I hear God this place takes forever to call us I have a little trick to tell you my friend pick up your phone put it in your ear and make an appointment this way its proven that youre going to be called no later than 10 minutes from your appointment in my hat gets tipped off to the doctors nurse practitioner in all the beautiful clerks then of course the lab wants to blame it on the clinic of course you got to put point the finger at someone else what you need to do is call the supervisor and ask what happened to your way was it logged in and what day its called using your brain I am sorry for what happened to you that you lost your job but it was not urgent care on Brockton I put my whole check on it so get it together its called the brain use it were already living in the times so please think about what you say and where you point the finger at ask for the supervisor in that lab because every UA gets logged in ask them what happened to you away cuz that you guys lost them it wasnt the clinic they sent it out to your lab so please how can the clinic lose your you weigh when theyre the ones sending it out???????

I came to this urgent care to get checked. I got as soon as they open I was told the doctor wouldnt be here till 11am so I signed in to wait for the doctor. Came back at 11am as I was told doctor had not yet arrived. The front deck lady was rude the second time we arrived and the doctor was rude as well. We waited in the waiting area for about 2 hours to get called. We were taken to a room. We have been awaiting for 1 hr inside and the doctor was really rude saying that I could wait or leave because she had lots of patients. As we decided to walk out of the place we took our papers. One nurse tried to stop us from leaving by standing infront of my car not letting me out. Will recommend this place and will not be coming back.

If you are in Riverside, sick or hurt, this is one of the Bedt places to go. I’m so glad that I found it. They have always welcomed us in. Friendly and courteous staff. Better then this, it does not take all day to be seen. Which is such a plus..

They where very professional , very polite. good doctors. the only thing is the waite there are a lot of people trying to get in.

Just left this place with my two daughters and it has been the worst urgent care we’ve ever been to. We got there at 9:35 didn’t get checked in until 10:23 then we waited for the rude doctor to see us until 12:45. My daughters are 3 & 5 so they were over it. My 5 year old is friendly and when the doctor walked in she tired to make conversation with her telling the doctor she like her stethoscope and the Doctor didn’t even answer her. She said they both had a virus but didn’t even check my daughter lump on her neck or my others daughter pumps that she has all over her body. I told her if she was going to check them and she just looked at them and didn’t say much after that. She was just writing, and then she told me to go pick up the medication at the pharmacy and walked out. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going here. I just went here because it was the closest to my house but never again.

The slowest urgent care possible. There is no urgency whatsoever. Checked in at 1:40pm with only 3 people ahead of me and two of us are STILL WAITING! Quite ridiculous.So I gave this place one more chance and still HORRIBLE. I REGRET MY DECISION TO HAVE TRIED ONE MORE TIME!

Went here while in town visiting family. Unfortunately became sick traveling along the way. My son was also feeling sick at the time and just a little behind me on symptoms. The Dr tried to turn me away saying my fever, sore throat, and nasal congestion were caused by my slightly elevated blood pressure. Elevated pressure happens when your sick but it cant cause the symptoms she said it was. Luckily I got them to order a strep test and of course came back positive for that. So they gave me medication but not my son. Having to go to another urgent care since he is worse today and I dont want to go back here.

I was released from the hospital and was told to follow up. I found this nice Urgent Care that took me in and assisted me a few times with no hassle. I been here a few times and the staff are friendly. The front office are sweet ladies and the back office are young girls but they know how to administer shots very well. The 2 doctors I have seen so far have treated me kind and have attended to my illness at the time of the visit. I will recommend coming in in the morning as the wait times wasnt that long.

Severely understaffed! The wait time is at least 2 hours each visit and the staff works with no urgency. Must be why the wait is so long.

Worst Urgent care in Riverside. Waited 2 hours for Eyebrows to merely check us in. Asked how much longer and with a nasty attitude she couldn’t even locate my daughter’s chart. We left after almost 3 hours. Never seen. No Dr in sight. Just the golden girls in front chit chattin

THE WORST ! Do not come to this clinic for the IMMIGRATION PHYSICAL FORM ! I paid over $900 to get this form in 3 days ! They told me that it WILL BE COMPLETED IN 3 DAYS! I got this form in A WEEK!! I choose to come to this clinic since they said I will get it by 3 days max . The clinic delayed the immigration process since they did not have the form ready . I also had to correct their errors on the documents since they did not fill it in correctly. If I didn’t notice , the immigration process would of took longer and have to redo the whole physical form process again !! UNORGANIZED AND LIARS! BE CAREFUL!Update year 2024Our immigration officer denied our case because this clinic used the wrong immigration form .

The staff is very friendly. They try to be fast and efficient and get you seen fast, the facility is clean and the doctors are very kind and helpful. I always come here when I need medical help right away.i never have a long wait and they provide all the Information I need. And my medications are sent to wherever I want so I can get them right away. Overall best experience in a urgent care. Thank you Iron stone

The staff is horrible and unreliable. You have to be on top of the staff for them to do there jobs. Wait times are long even with an appointment. Rooms are filthy. Dr. Jeff is the only reason why this place is still in business.

I went in with clogged ears. The doctor saw me for less then a minute barely looked in one ear and said I had quite a “bad infection,” she prescribed me antibiotics and told me to take them for 10 days. This was pointless I did this treatment for no reason! It didn’t work. I went to Apple urgent care and they said it was a clog and cleaned it out with water and hydrogen peroxide. This doctor was just too lazy or maybe wanted money from big pharma. Antibiotics aren’t harmless! This doctor cares more about their wallet! Meanwhile negatively effecting my wallet as I couldn’t perform my job without hearing properly. I’m never coming back to this greedy lazy doctor. And I went in on my birthday, no empathy from that woman whatsoever for my condition

I took my son to urgent care after he fell at school. As I approach the front office lady with short hair and told her the situation, the first thing she said was there was a 3 hour wait, but then she proceeded to say and point out all the charts that still have not been put in her system and what else she was working at the moment so pretty much make your choice to stay or leave. I thought that was so unprofessional and rude. All she could of said the wait time is aprox 3 hours and are you okay with that ? But no, her frustration meant more for her at that moment. I understand we all have bad days, but what you input or not is part of the job.

Would give them zero stars if I could . I waited for three hours , finally got told I was next to be seen just so they could call someone else. Dont go here , this place is horrible.

I have been here at least 8 times, only because my primary was here (but is now out on leave). The front person always tells you there will be a long wait, which is usually true--but is also an obvious way to discourage people. There is only a couple good doctors here. In particular Jefferey K. Unfortunately, there are two others (one East Indian/Pakistani and a Jamaican doctor), who I found to be completely useless. They appear incapable of diagnosing anything other than a cut finger and do not want to prescribe any medication or provide any type of help. Both were rude and one basically called me a liar about something in my chart (if he bothered to look). I would STRONGLY recommend that you go anywhere else. Otherwise, you may just end up feeling insulted, annoyed and upset (along with having no diagnosis or treatment).

The experience for me was very pleasant. The facility is very nice, and clean, they play good movies on the television and even have a nice size fish tank in the waiting area. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and prompt. It didn’t take them very long after checking in to see me, and the office wasn’t too crowded at the time. The first day I went they couldn’t draw my blood, because my veins tend to be difficult to find, they were very nice and patient about it, didn’t stick me a bunch of times, but instead recommended that I come back in the morning when a different nurse is working. The second day it was easy peasy and I was in and out. Even having to go back I give this location 5 stars, because it was still a very great visit both times. I wish all doctors offices were as nice. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I went to Ironstone this past week because I injured my foot. The Dr and nurse were very nice, the front desk person was less than personable. It was not very busy, but it still took over 3 hours to be seen. This is not due to why youre there, because they dont ask. And, THEY DO NOT DO X-RAYS here. They send you to RadNet. Its just down the street, but their wait time was 2 1/2 hours. So....I wouldve probably spent less time in the ER.

I should of known when I called to see if they take our insurance that this place was bad news. The lady on the phone soooo rude. But we were in pain and desperate. Checked in at 10:30am and by 1:30pm had to request a refund for our copay. Staff couldnt tell us how many people in front of me or how much longer and pretty much could not care. Other people were really in pain and just sitting there waiting and waiting. Be warned.. Wish I would of read reviews before wasting 3 hours of our time and sitting in pain.,

I dont even know why I keep trying with this place everytime in one way or another its a disappointment the Dr is so vague and never really states what the problem you had or came in for what the condition is what to do he prescribes you something and thats about it. The front desk lady never looked at me just barked at me telling me to sign in and then didnt even put my chart up and questioned me if I even checked in yes its under your lunch you have scattered across your desk .ugh the nurse was super nice I liked her

They did everything they could to assist. I really appreciate them. I did notice others were impatient about being called which I found to be rude. The doctor really heard my problem. The nurses were nice

If you an an urgent emergency and want to see a doctor right away for a medical concern , this is honestly not the place to come , the wait is just bad , I honestly already waited three hours , I should’ve just gone to my normal doctor and waited their instead to be seen , I never waited so long in my life to be seen by a doctor

My husband and I went in for a routine STD panel. The facilities themselves are questionable in terms of cleanliness, and the equipment is certainly older. The testing itself was uneventful, but the technician didnt wait for me to return with a sample, just instructed me to put it in a marked bag she left on a desk.. is this a normal practice? Seems suspect in terms of patient confidentiality and safeguarding from tampering.We returned separately 8 days later. The receptionist had no record of us ever having visited the facility. She said the staff the prior week must have forgotten to enter us.I waited an hour and a half for them to track down my lab order and have my results reviewed.My husband didnt even receive a review, he was just handed the paper with his results. I had to explain it to him when he got home.Terrible safety practices, terrible service, questionable facilities.

I went for some cream to hold off my eczema. There’s one male doc there that’s great about it. This time, I had a lady. She was beyond rude. She said I was having an allergic reaction and not eczema. I told her I have had it for over 20 years and it is in fact eczema. I had a dermatologist appointment in a few days but it was getting bad. She said I didn’t know what I was talking about and wouldn’t prescribe my regular treatment that holds me off. I had my eyelids infected and she said just to wash them. My derm had to prescribe me antibiotics for my eyelids and I had to suffer a few days longer till my dermatologist. I felt like I wanted to cry the whole time. I wasted 4 hours to be told I’m wrong and treated so poorly. Being so broken out, I feel so vulnerable going out in public, but let alone be treated as such by a PA?!

I went to ironstone urgent care today and the service I received was beyond horrible. The Dr that came into the room was barely polite, and was ready to walk out of the room without examining me at all, it was only after I asked her a question while she was walking out of the room did she stop and have me transferred to a different room where she then examined me, but dont so half heartedly. Then the prescription she wrote was wrong, one of them was written in a way that it is not distributed and the medications prescribed couldnt be taken together. This is the worst medical attention Ive ever received!

This is NOT urgent care , Its delay care . It took forever to be called , anywhere between 3 to 4 hours if you are lucky . After waiting for more like 3 hours , I asked the old lady on reception why is it taking forever, she replied I should go to Hospital if cant wait ( I mean Seriously? ). This place need to be repoted to responsible authorities. Dont go there for heaven sake or you will get sick waiting there for ever and end up leaving or hit your phone to the ground with frustration.

They were very helpful and nice. Wait time was not too long and the Physician made sure to ask all the correct questions to appropriately diagnose. They kept me up to date when they fell behind a little bit, but only because the physician working actually took his time to see patients and listen to their concerns.

First time here. My husband went in to get checked. He has had a fever for 4 days. Beside waiting over 2 hours, this so called medical facility doesnt have working blood pressure machine not their thermometer!! you have to be kidding me? My husband left just with bloodwork. He is burning up but yet these doctors dont know how bad.We will never come back again. PLEASE LOOK FOR BETTER FACILITIES.

This clinic and it’s faculty are incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. My wife called in regarding a rapid Covid test and asked the receptionist if there was an option for the test to be administered in her car because she had our two month old daughter with her and preferred to not expose her to any other potentially sickness that may exist within the clinic. The receptionist suggested “leaving our daughter in the car real quick” while my wife “ran in and got her test done as it would only take a few minutes”. I could not believe that such terrible advise could come out of a so called “professional medical clinic”. Furthermore, my wife decided to have my in-laws watch our daughter while she went to get her test done. Why she didn’t give up on this place by this point was beyond me but regardless it got worse. Upon arrival my wife was checked in and told to wait as she would be called in soon. Over 45 minutes later she was called to the counter only to be told that the nurse who administers the COVID tests had gone home for the evening. At this point my wife was absolutely enraged with the quality of services (or lack there of) that she had received. She kindly asked for a refund as she had already paid for her covid test in advance. The receptionist told her that the manager who “handles cash” had also left and that if she wanted a refund she would need to return the following day to speak with the manager. This kind of shady business is completely unacceptable and should be avoided at all costs. If you have the option to go anywhere besides this clinic I would seriously consider it.

Three stars because I’ve only been there once. I was surprised by how there was no one pretty much in the waiting room I think there’s only about three people including me. Reception was nice the nurse was nice the doctor worried me a little bit. The doctor seems very unhealthy which is not comforting when you’re going to a urgent care to get help with whatever you need help with and the doctor clearly needs help himself.He was quick to prescribe me medication which was OK until I realized what kind of medication it was when I got to the pharmacy it’s a medication for spasms which I did not go to the doctor for nor did the doctor explain what the medication was and what it will do for me so that worries me too. So I have not taking it. I’ll be taking that medication to my primary to make sure that it’s OK for me to take it.

The beginning to the end of my service was incredible. Going into any doctors office, you can expect some downtime but the waiting room and employees provided great care and attention while I waited. The staff were cooperative, patient and compassionate.The doctors and medical assistants were sweet and caring. Once I was seen, everything went smoothly and the atmosphere between patient and doctor was friendly. I highly recommend this place!

It takes awhile to be seen but the doctors and staff are very nice. My son goes there and he sometimes goes on the weekends and that’s a plus. They have bottled water for you since the fountain is broken. Overall it’s nice and really convenient relaxing experience.

Worst Urgent Care visit Ive ever had. Went in for a injured ankle. Sitting in the room waiting with my shoes off for xrays only to find out they are sending me to an imaging place that was already closed. The nurse was one of the rudest nurses Ive ever incountered. Didnt give 2 s!@* about me and how I felt. After she gave me antinflamitory shot she rubbed it in so hard it brought tears to my eyes. Left the clinic limping and crying for lack of any medical care. Theyre just there to collect a paycheck they dont care about your wellbeing.

Just had a horrible experience. Waited two hour feeling so sick and dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. Then the nurse, who is one of the most dismissive, flippant, and uncaring nurse Ive ever met, finally takes me in. She spends a minute with me, not listening to my symptoms, doesnt tell me my blood pressure or temperature, and leaves. Then the doctor comes in who is nice, I tell her my symptoms and she has me take a covid test, even though I told her I took 3 negative ones. I am clearly sick, I have been coughing up a lung and have no voice. But I say fine, Ill take another covid test but then can we further discuss what else might be wrong with me. The same nurse comes in, she says Im done after the test, I say no I barely talked to the doctor about what how this is probably the flu, which is what the doctor said, and I want a flu test and medicine. The nurse says to me for what?. After repeating myself, she says fine Ill send the doctor back in. Im waiting for a long time and literally crying because I am so dizzy, sick and frustrated. Then that nurse sends another patient into the room I am in. The doctor sees me, and comes back and the nurse turns around and says oh, you are good to go and I glare at her, then she turns to the doctor and says nonchalantly oh she has a question for you! and gleefully like skips away. At that point I just leave. And they let me walk right out with no papers, no exit forms, or anything.

I just left this urgent care today 4-3-21, a heavy set doctor said he didn’t feel comfortable draining an abscess with pus I have had for a few days now. If I get sick from it, I am suing this urgent care. They’re so quick to get you in and out, they are not concerned with their patients.

4 hours waiting time to see a doctor! No X-ray in office! Please be mindful to choose this office

The assistants said they dont do appointments even though I had made appointments about two months ago here. In one of those appointments, I had to fast for a blood draw and they made me wait for hours (about three hours). It was not until I asked the nurse if I can change my appointment and that is when they remembered that I had an appointment for a blood draw and to meet with the doctor. The doctor seems to have too much in her hands and is not very informative and gives enough attention.

Ive came to this urgent care 2x and the service was terrible. I was misdiagnosed twice bc the dr was too lazy to do any tests. The 1st time they diagnosed me with gastritis which i later found out was appendicitis. IF I HADNT WENT TO THE ER I COULDVE DIED. A yr later, today they diagnosed me with tonsillitis which to be clear my tonsils were not swollen but had whie patches which EVEN IK IS A SYMPTOM OF STREP. Anyways again the medicine they subscribed didnt work so I went to the ER and they confirmed I had strep. Not to mention the office is dirty and looks like their furniture is fm good will

You guys need to either get more staff or faster staff . I set appointments up all the time and I’m waiting always for over 2 hours just like I am now this is ridiculous. All they do is skip to what THEY want to get done first even if it’s urgent they only care about getting the little stuff done first . What happened to your old staff from last year ? It wasn’t like this before . All these ladies do is gossip in the back laughing away while we’re stuck in the waiting rooms just hearing them . Would you guys like it the other way around ?

Been here twice once on a Saturday and once on a Thursday evening. The Saturday visit was about 1 hr the Thursday evening appointment was over two hours. They keep you waiting a long time and the walls are very thin which is unfortunate because you could hear the consult in the room next door. Both times I was seen by naturopathic doctor who was able to prescribe medications both times. The actual consult lasted no more than 5 minutes both times. I would only possibly recommend due to location and hours of operation.

Ive been in the waiting room 3 hours, everyone who arrived after me is gone. Only me now. Its like hell but an American doctor office.

Ive been giving this place so many chances and everytime I come back it gets worse. The wait was almost an hour and there was no one else waiting before me. The place is so dirty, hair all over the floor and dust everywhere. The doctor finally came to see me, left the door wide open and started asking me what was wrong. He then left and never even told me what he recommended or what was wrong with me. He gave me a prescription and I had to sit in the waiting room to wait for that as well. I have never experienced such an unorganized doctors office. Please dont go here, it is not worth the wait or money.

ONE of the older ladies who works in the front desk/receptionist is very unprofessional. She treats patients like they are an inconvenience to her. She hung up on me twice when requesting a phone number. Ive witnessed her treat other elderly patients like theyre a bother. I dont understand how she works in the front office with such poor people skills. If you hate your job and cant work with patients, maybe you need to find an alternative job where youre isolated.

I had 2 very pleasant experiences in the past but the most recent experience was HORRIBLE. I am normally seen by Dr. Jeffery and he’s amazing. Well he must’ve been out because I was seen by Sikavi Ablavi Eklou NP who isn’t even a doctor she’s a nurse practitioner. I told her I have history of migraines and she literally only prescribed me OTC tylenol. Seriously ?!? I paid $85 just to be told to take some Tylenol. She also offered some kind of shot but neglected to say it was $80 extra. Worst experience I ever had with them. I didn’t even know they had other doctors/nurses otherwise I would’ve called specifically for Dr. Jeffery and Dr. Jeffery ONLY.

I took my daughter to the clinic when she was sick. I was quickly helped by the receptionist. There was only 1 person waiting when we arrived. After about 15-20 min, the nurse called us in. Once the doctor got there he checked up on my baby and gave me medication. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I would def recommend this place to anyone!!

Had an ear infection and am currently in between insurances so needed a quick fix for my pain. A sibling recommended Ironstone and they were able to see me pretty quick. It was 85 to be seen and the whole staff was pretty nice the whole time. No complaints here.

This is a GREAT urgent care! I dont understand why people are saying everyone was rude. All the ladies that work their are polite. Since when is an urgent care quick? Please go to an emergency room and tell me which is quicker..... probably an urgent care. No one will tend to you right away in your life, so be patient. The office staff here works efficiently and gets you out as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately most people arent having a good visit here. I would have to say the same. Receptionist who checked me in was rude. Couldnt even look me in the face. Looked like she was having one of the worst days of her life. Waited quite some time to be seen and waited even more time in the back just so the Dr could come in and not address everything I was there for after telling the nurse in detail my issues. Dr wasnt thorough at all I fealt like all he wanted to do was subscribe me a bunch of different medications and send me on my way. I dont believe I will ever come back to this place again.

Do not go to your car and expect them to call for your appointment.. They tend to always forget and I sit for hours waiting

I even dont want to give a single star but i had toThere were bunch of patients literally 7 who had to see the dr.my number was 5 it took us 4 and half hours to see the dr (i highly doubt she is a dr)The way she spoke to me was very ironic.i told her i took a test at the ER and have been diagnosed with beta strep throat.she said how do i know i havent got anything ( there is an online patient portal created for patients and drs to acess the records medical history medication everything ) i showed her that. Does not accept appointments. Wait time can be more than 2 hours. Once placed in a room, expect to wait another hour. Staff is rude, inconsiderate, highly unorganized and inattentive. During my visit I witnessed a woman discarding personal documents in the regular trash when it needs to go in a shredder. I was asked to provide a urine sample but the sample wasn’t labeled with my information. How do I know the sample is going to be processed under my name? I asked the nurse and she told me not to worry about it, she’ll label it later. I never saw if it was. I was there to renew a prescription, turns out the nurse that originally made the prescription filed it under the doctors name so the doctor has no clue what I was asking for stating that she never saw me. After 3 hours of my time, I left with nothing. Going to change my healthcare plan. This place is a mess.

Lady with the short colored hair at the front desk was really rude. She would roll her eyes whenever I had a question to ask her. She was very unprofessional and doesnt belong at the front desk let alone at an urgent care.

First and last time here. Ironstone Urgent Care does the three day COVID Test but charges $80 cash or credit card for the rapid. Premier Urgent Care, does not charge for either Rapid or a regular COVID test since they are BOTH covered by insurance. This place should be reported. I had to bring my mother to Ironstone because her insurance was not contracted with Premier Urgent Care and she needed to see a doctor. But I will definitely switch her insurance. And to get Any COVID results you have to come back. My mom and I, waited four hours the first time and will never go back. Worst place EVER!Today is January 26, 2022My mother just received a bill over $4000 from this same date of service. She only had the test for COVID-19 done. She did not get anything prescribed or even the COVID results. I’m on the phone reporting this place with the insurance. They should close this place down.

This urgent care is ok. The doctor isnt friendly at all and doesnt add rest all your concerns. I had to take some labs and the medical assistant said my results would be back in 1 week. I called 1 week later the receptionist told me 10 days and they would call me so I can go over the results with the doctor. Then I called back in 14 days they told me it wasnt ready. I called day 18 and she says oh come in to get the results. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

Was not feeling good at all their was 3 people ahead of me and I seen the Dr. In no time dr.jeff or was it Jack was very helpful and informative a very nice person the nurse was very nice and cheerful and very attentive the intake ladys were very nice also. It was an overall great experience I will go back if the need arises.

This place is ridiculously slow. It can be 4 people in here and it will still take you about 2 hours to be seen. They are very unprofessional, especially the ladies checking you in. They spend more time having conversations between each other, then checking people in. Stay clear of here. All the front desk receptionist are rude, have attitudes, talk unprofessional.. geez they need to fire everyone and start all over again.

I took my 4 and 7 year old and we were there for 2 hours and once I got to the pharmacy the medication prescribed is no longer in the market and the doctor (Keith Montgomery) said he was confused and it was first time so he did not know what to prescribe or what dosage to use. I am very disappointed with this because my expectations for a doctor is to get that security that they know what they are doing and that my kids health is in good hands. I do not recommend going here!!

Okay, I shouldve write this review a week ago. The receptionist was so compassionate and Ive made this urgent care my primary. I did have an incident with the physician assistant but thank God the Doctor there helped me.

This was my first visit here. Yes, the inside can use some updating but they get the job done! If you go when it’s not busy you will be in and out of there in less than an hour. They were very caring and friendly. It’s nice to have a place like this to go to when it’s impossible to get a doctors appointment during these frustrating COVID times.

This clinic is a fraudulent they told me they accepted my insurance and I was seen by them. I just received a statement from them I called my insurance and sure enough they are out of network. I guess they tell people their insurance is in network even if their not just to get the patients money! Stay away from this Fraudulent Dirty clinic!

Quickly seen and efficiently helped. The receptionists are friendly and the doctors wont hesitate to give you the medication you need to get well soon.

This was the worst urgent care experience of my life. Aside of having to wait over two hours just to be seen despite the 45 minute estimate given to me on the phone, the people hanging out in and around the building were very sketchy, and the physician on duty appeared to be very sick coughing excessively before coming into the room.

I had a good experience here. I went on a Saturday and it wasnt crowded. I was seen quickly. The doctor was very nice and I am happy with the care I received. The building is a bit worn down but it looked clean.

I gave this place a 1 star. This goes to the young MA answering the phone. She was the only one kind to me. The office manager Sue, is complacent. The staff is appalling. I am a Healthcare Professional. Not a person making up ailments for the sake of receiving a narcotic Rx. HIPAA violation at its worst! Not once did the office manager Sue apologize for her staffs behavior. Instead , She defended her staff. Sue was as cunning and calculated as her staff. Sue must do this often. As a Healthcare Professional, it is sad to see organizations like this in business. Every healthcare professional takes an oath, how to take care of sick ailing patients. There is NO Empathy. There is NO Compassion. I speak of staff only not Doctors, as I never saw one. I walked out. The MA Gabby said I was combative. If anyone was combative she was. Gabby falsified in a loud voice into the reception my so called combativeness and how I needed to be discharged. This is a Mill. A place where patients sit to get their pills. That is why this clinic is busy. This is a drug-pushing facility. Forget about kindness, you wont find it here. Read the reviews. Dont become a statistic. Do yourself a favor, take your self somewhere else.

I went to give a urine sample for drug and alcohol...I took my 2 year daughter with me and I was expecting they won’t let me take her with me in the restroom or they would not let me get in with my jacket or purse...but surprisingly the nurse just gave me the small container to go fill it and give it back to her...really???what if I would’ve put my daughters urine in it or I would’ve have another sample in my purse??? How is this possible???and the job that I need the test for is for the government....I was shocked how easy everybody can “pass” this test...really disappointed!

I have been here twice so far and I have had nothing but excellent care. Im not a baby so I cant comment on that other angry person, but the people are very friendly and the doc was very knowledgeable and professional. Dont let the star system discourage you from coming here.🙂

Only urgent care that is open before 2pm in this area that takes Blue Cross and they turned us away and recommended we go to the ER instead. My boyfriend had a minor cut that we held together with butterflies temporarily. We just wanted stitches. This is something that is usually performed at urgent care facilities and I dont understand why they turned us away for what was clearly a non-emergency, but still needed immediate care. Healthcare providers like this place are really whats wrong in the world.

The doctor didnt even know what medication I was talking about when he asked what medication Im allergic to (Ondansetron). He was extremely rude. The nurse and the lady up front were very nice and we didnt wait long. But the doctor and the lack of being professional killed everything for me. I would not trust this doctor farther than I could throw him.

Brought my mom in and the staff was so humble and understanding. Service with doctors is amazing as well. We were seen by Dr. Jeff who was really . Im pretty picky and they succeeded to provide customer service to its fullest. Thanks team ! 😊😊

The only reason Im saying three stars is because the nurses were polite. I went on a Thursday night and the doctor was extremely rude. I was having pelvic pain that I thought had to do with my spine being crooked. He came into the room and started yelling at me talking about We are not specialist! All kinds of other things.... It was not only embarrassing it was scary lol. Not my first choice....

I love this place! I come here and I bring my kids here there is always a doctor looking over the physicians assistant and they get you in and out quick.

My Dr Appointment was w Dr Dorina Castelo. @ 10 am. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby &1 1/2 in a dirty thrift store looking Waiting room. For only The Dr Assistant .( Not my Primary Dr) n also no explanation on why Dr Castelo didnt see me. She just came in gave me a quick look over 15 min visit. Then I was on my way@ 1:30 pm. I was getting a headache for not eating. I have XRay @ Healthcare image & they have very Horrible reviews. I will find out tomorrow @730am. They Should Be Here 2 have a heart n do the best they can to help people in need. Not Show us disrespect.Sad😕

They were quick in seeing me...doctor was nice enough..but I think I needed to give a better explanation of my issues...I still have the same issues and nothing was resolved.but that was my fault.this time I journaled everything since last week.i pray the doctor will scrutinize it carefully.

Takes 3 hours to even get seen, they tell you you’re next for the couple hours. Honestly ridiculous. I should’ve gone to the ER I probably would’ve been seen and gone by now.

I understand this is a walking clinic but way to long the wait, they should have another doctor this is my 3rd time coming here and there’s always a lot of patients in the clinic and the wait it’s always more then 3 hours.

Terrible. Was diagnosed with the stomach flu. They stated they sent an e-prescription to my local pharmacy but our pharmacy stated they did not receive it. After waiting an hour the prescription finally arrived at hour pharmacy but then the pharmacy was unable to fill because an error on how the doctor wrote the prescription and the pharmacy said the doctors license was not even showing as active in California

Slow. Slow. And slow. Please go and have a seat, someone will be with you in couple of hours. Then when it is mumy turn, I see a nurse only, while the old doctor is laying like a mess over a chair in the other room. I got black and blue on my arms for 2 weeks because the inexperienced nurse pinched my vein by mistake. I asked: do you always make people wait so long? The office manager (!!!) said: we only have one doctor here. I said: Did you even ask why Im here?! ...** Id rather die next time and dont come here ever again.

The entire staff is awesome! Specially Dr Jeff Kovacich, he listens to you and communicates to where the average person understands. I can’t be more grateful! Thank you!

This place takes about 3-4hrs everytime, at that point might as well go to emergency if your going to wait that long.

Waited almost 2 hours to be seen ! It’s ridiculous! They take forever, service is bare minimum from staff, place looks like it’s falling apart in the rooms not well kept at all I definitely will not be coming back to this place. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The staff is great! They provided excellent care and were helpful toward all for needs. The care was exceptional. Wait time was minimal and the office is clean. I recommend!

I called and was told they were open till 8 pm, the man on the phone said he would call them to let them know I was coming, I also called them to verify and I would be coming in, I arrived at 7:40, it took me 10 minutes to get there, they said they stopped seeing patients at 7:30 and were closed! Staff while I talked to the doctor went outside and was smoking cigarettes, doctor told me her tools were put away and would not see any more patients no matter what and just go to a emergency room. Very unprofessional!

All I can say was the staff here are lifesavers! I needed vaccinations for a job and they stepped right up when I had been given the run around and even lied to by other clinics.the office. Was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly. I will go back again in the future. Thanks Ironstone.

This is a great facility. Excellent and professional staff and the best care imaginable. The office manager is very sweet, the nurses are so kind and the doctors especially dr kovacich are so diligent and professional. I’m glad I found such a great dr office.

Ive been to this place once before, its very clean and there is a beautiful fish tank. I cant say I was seen quickly because my case was minor, but do respect that they took the more urgent cases.

Great for Free STD testing and treatments. I went there for their advertised Free STD testing. Didnt know it was free for a certain income criteria. Luckily I squeaked by. But the front desk lady is very nice. I was seen by the doctor both times.

Nothing some of the nurse asst. are so stupid .All I asked was for them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy and all day long they gave me the run around telling me to just go to the pharmacy when its so damn easy to fax the prescription.Not only did the RN not understand that i had back pain and needed meds .Is like if your getting payed to do your job do it right .i will never again go here and will make sure people i know ,know how bad of a clinic this is.

TERRIBLE the place is just filthy, no hand sanitizers, doctor did not wash her nasty hands and tried to touch me so I asked that she wear gloves and she got an attitude, terribly dirty place I left immediately. Doctor BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH

I came in to get check out and was in and out within and hour or so. Also brought my daughter in today and the doctors and lady at the front desk were both great! Going to keep coming back here for sure 😁

I have been in a couple times. The staff is incredible there also bilingual & amazing! This is the only place where my son and I get bloodwork from. They’re on top of referrals & results when needed!

My LabCorp blood results were read wrong by the Asian Dr. she didn’t want to give me any details of what she claimed I had and dismissed me with so many questions. I went to a different urgent care and I found out that she read the results wrong and that I didn’t have what she said I did.

This place is the worst urgent care in all of riverside are I think. It took almost 3 hours to get seen and there wasnt even any patients in front of us. The place is old and the nurses dont have a clue to what they are doing.

Im not a person to complain but Dr. Ann... She didnt even take a look at son. 😕 And I would ask questions and she would say I dont know. Let me as my nurse assistant. Not good.

Ironstone Urgent Care is a great place for me and plenty of others as well im sure anykne with a negative comment about thier experiece there is prolly based on a differnet patiemt that was there waiting near them and that persln wa being obnoxious or something or the person is mad cuz they werent able to get exactly the medication they wanted.and im sure needed but they gotta know that the dr cant just right u script for controlled substances especially if u havnt be getting that med elsewere already so dont be surprised if u dont gett a script that normally requires an evaluation from a psychiatrist,specialist,etc..

Horrible! My 2 year old had high fever not many ppl about 2 ahead of us. but they kept us waiting more than an hour with the little one cranky and desperate for relief!

This is the worse clinic I have ever gone to. They cannot even figure out what lab my mom needs to go to to get her blood drawn. The worse part is we told them the lab they sent us doesn’t take the insurance and they wanted to send us back with the same paper. I’m like what if they don’t take the insurance so you not get, it’s not the paper.

This place is great. When I walked in I was surprised to see how clean it was compared to other independently owned urgent cares I have been to. I was seen in a very timely manner and the staff was helpful and friendly.

My father who is recovering from a stroke and now unemployed came in for a Rx follow up and doctor Nagesh Shetty referred him as government guy. Once they meet the doctors first words are what do you want. Absolutely absurd!

I was there before closing time and they didn’t want to attend me. The nurse completely ignore me and when I asked how long before closing time do they stop taking patients, as the doctor was telling me she spoke over him. Very rude.

It’s crazy how I come in at 10:00am just to wait an hour an a half to get called back when there was no one else here just to wait another 45 mins to an hour for the doctor to come in and help resolve my problem

NEVER GO HERE! BEWARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They caused me to lose a job by losing my urine sample. I went back and they didnt want to help find the sample they lost. I reported them to medical board and the BBB.

Got called in to be seen told me I will be seen with in 21 min it has now been a 41mkn wait and still havent been seen also been waiting to be seen due to a test letting them know the urgency for the test and they ignored my request and took their time

If I could give this place zero stars we would. Do NOT go here. It is a waste of time and you will probably catch more germs than you came in with. It is such a joke what happened with us that it didn’t even seem real! Do not I repeat DO NOT come here!!!
