Planned Parenthood - Delran Health Center

This place should be closed. Don’t waste your time. The planned parenthood website states no appointment needed for routine STD testing but the 3 times I’ve attempted to be serviced here, they are ALWAYS taking appointments ONLY. I call to make an appointment and the representative tells me she can’t make an appointment for routine testing. I show up today and the office is closed but the website and phone number says they’re open. Every single time I’ve been here, there are always notes taped to the door with different hours and closure dates but the website is never updated. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

I love this place. All of the employees are very kind and so helpful. Made an appointment very easily. Michelle was very comforting while putting in my IUD, even though I was very scared and in pain! Shout out to the nurse who checked my blood pressure twice and brought me chips and water. Also, the girl with the green hair (didn’t catch her name, I’m sorry :( ) she was AMAZING. Everyone made me feel super comfortable and without judgement. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

The office is small so the clinic is run by a few people so OF COURSE you arent going to get pulled back right away. I feel like patients dont understand whats going on behind the scenes and they get impatient. Theyre getting ready for you, verifying all your information, etc so they dont mess anything up because theyre liable. BE PATIENT. That being said, the office was small and very clean. It was my first time there and I had a lot of paperwork to fill out. The front desk staff was very warm and the nurse practitioner that saw me was very through. I went to get birth control pills and had no insurance. The price was fair and I left with a full year supply of the pills!

Ive been waiting months now to find out if I have precancerous cells after having the first appointment canceled without reason and never rescheduled, waiting over half an hour despite being on time, and now that I finally did everything on my end, I cant even get test results. I called today at 1:12pm because I was told theyd be ready today. The receptionist at the office didnt even listen to me and told me they wouldnt be ready for another week and hung up after I waited 10 minutes to talk to someone. I found out after the office closed that they left a voice-mail saying they had my results at 12:49pm. I couldve gotten them the first time I called today, now I have to agonize over this for another week. This place is horrible.It is now TWO WEEKS and the office will literally not answer their calls. There is no direct line to them, you sit on a hotline with someone that is in another state and they proceed to tell you that they will not answer. Ive called 10 times today and still NO answer. The office is OPEN and I am over an hour away and they refuse to give me the results of a cancer screening. Sick.

2 HOUR WAIT FOR A PRESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.My appointment was today at 11:10am. I didnt get checked by the doctor until 1:20pm.I have given this location multiple chances and they finally crossed the line.I have always prescheduled my appointments, arrived early, and waited least an extra 20-40 minute wait. All guests are taken care of in the order they walk in, regardless of the time of their appointment.I had scheduled 11:10 because it was the first available time on their website 4-5 days ago. This time, I first waited 40 minutes before they called my name and I spoke to a nurse about my symptoms. Then I was in the waiting room another 25 minutes before they brought me back into the testing area for me to wait for the doctor and closed the door. The nurse in charge (who did the first part of my appointment and signed me in and has been there at every appointment Ive come to) NEVER TOLD THE DOCTOR someone was in the only closed room. The doctor stumbled across the room around 1:20 and found me asleep in the room (I work 65 hours per week and passed out after 20 minutes because I rarely get a chance to lie down).Most of the staff is fine but whoever the nurse is that I spoke to and who has always been there at all of my appointments is very careless, forgetful, and apathetic towards her guests and it has a very strong effect on the offices appointment times. I give my best wishes to her coworkers.

Got me in for a same day appointment. Didn’t know they did sliding scale payments when you don’t have insurance! My appointment was quick and informative. Definitely recommend, especially for something urgent if you can’t get in with your doctor same day! Only spent an hour in the office and that includes new patient paperwork.

The three staff members I encountered today were all so kind and helpful when assisting me. They knew I was nervous and took great care aiding to that. Honestly that means so much to me because that is not always the case in the health industry so thank you so much for being lovely and kind!!

Most amazing staff from start to finish. Felicia was so helpful and full of knowledge and my Physician helped me more than I could of ever asked for they saved my life today and this is no exaggeration. I thank you and will be back again

By far best experience I’ve had. Scheduled same day appointment. Each staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt almost like family. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awful treatment from the receptionist. She needs to be relieved of the job, she is cold and compassionless. Immediately threatened to call the police because I came in upset that I was late and couldnt find the building for an abortion appointment. What a monster.

Felt safe and heard about concerns

Staff were very polite and overall nice. My experience from this location was very very pleasant. Only thing is, there are lot of patients waiting too so waiting time is just like any doctors office.

I wish there was a 0 rating. I cant believe I have been trying to make an appointment for months. . Not weeks... months.. with absolutely no response. I have never experienced anything like this before! I would highly suggest not bothering to waste your time on this place! I even did the online appointment.. I showed up only to be told they were closed and didnt bother to inform me of this... even when it clearly says open online... worst place I have ever delt with in my life

Normally the staff is wonderful here. But today, I had a 1030 appt. waited an hour. Then got taken back to a room to wait some more. I was here for something important Im irritated I waited so long what the hell

Very clean office. Got an appointment right away, was seen on time - even with new patient paperwork to be filled out. Staff is friendly and informative.

Scheduled a physical so I could get prescribed more birth control. They told me since I had a physical last year theres no need for another one, and asked which brand of birth control I wanted. I was handed the birth control, without them even giving me a pregnancy test. I asked for a pregnancy test in which they decided to send off to get tested for stds since I was new to them. Never told me Id be charged for said test that I did not ask for. The worst part was while looking at my bills I noticed my insurance was charged for a physical that was never given to me!

Getting anything from these people other than BC pills or condoms is an absolute nightmare. There is never a real doctor available to speak with. They literally told me recently to just stop coming if I want to get real help. Ok then!

This place was awesome! Idk the bad bad reviews but when i went there was a very small wait time and the staff was so friendly and helpful. 100% recommend. I called and the same day went in so no wait for me :)
