My experience there was amazing. Right when walking in the atmosphere is phenomenal. I was greeted with the friendliest receptionist there , Lili, she was able to answer my questions without an hesitation.Amber and Rose made me feel welcomed with their hospitality while I waited to get my fingerprint scanned. Amber made sure my process there went smoothly. And the gentleman that scanned my fingerprints ,Ian, did it great job and has a great sense of humor. Hands down would recommend this specific area to everyone. 10/10 I’ll come back. Everyone there did efficient work!

I enjoyed my time here, Amber and Hayley were great, professional and fun. Blood draw was painless, pleasantly surprised, usually I feel something. If I could choose where I get my pre-employment tests etc. it would be here for sure. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

10/10 service went for TB test Amber Y had great technique when injecting the test if I wasnt watching I wouldnt have know she did it. And Ian got me the results quick and easy. In and out both times super fast

Came in for a physical, staff was professional and kind/ understanding. The place has awesome Lego seats and walls lol. My kids had a blast in there while I was handling what I needed to. Staff was professional and also helpful as well, and honest.

First time visiting this location: Ian and Amber provided great customer service. It was a quick and easy experience getting my CPR certification. Any questions I had, they provided. I will be coming back if necessary.

This place is awesome. The young lady in the front with dark brown hair (sorry I forgot her name) was very nice and pleasant. Got a TB test done and it wasnt that painful. Thank you very much. Will be sharing with others.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in for a LiveScan and TB risk assessment and had the fastest, most efficient experience ever! The staff saw me immediately, helped me with the check-in process and began my assessment as soon as I signed in! The staff did all this while helping other customers, true pros! The clinic has up-to-date LiveScan machines and they offer services for a decent price, better than most places! I’ll be returning if I ever need stuff for a new job in the future!

Amazing experience overall. Ian was the person who helped me out today with my TB Quantiferon. Everything was smooth sailing. Would highly recommend.

Alma, Haley and Desirce are awesome!!!!I came in literally seconds before they closed on the last day before my fingerprints were due and they helped me without even a second thought with a smile on their faces.Alma, Haley and Desirce were professional and fast while joking and talking and with me the entire time. They worked amazing as a team and seemed to communicate without even speaking, they VERY OBVIOUSLY know what they were doing. They got me out of there in 10 mins flat and wished me a lovely night on top of it!If I could give 6 stars I would!I will absolutely be coming here ANYtime I need my fingerprints done!!!!

Great place to go to! They are always extremely fast and they have very kind staff. Have received multiple livescans and TB readings with no problems.

Very nice and friendly place, Ian was a chill tech. I had got a TB test done and was in and out within minutes.

Ian and Amber was perfectly professional and very helpful. I did two blood draws here and went perfectly fine and explained everything as they were working to avoid any confusion.

My experience here at Wellnessmart was great! I had to come in to get my blood drawn. I was a little nervous because i always have a bad experience with getting my blood drawn. First off.. walking in, Haley at the front desk was super sweet. When it came time to draw my blood, Alma was super smooth with it!I did not feel a thing. She was also super quick. Thank you Alma for such a great first time experience here! This is definitely gonna be my go to spot for getting my blood drawn.

Carrie was THE BEST front desk woman EVER! Super sweet and kind also very professional. She deserves a raise really happy with my visit here all thanks to her.

I came in for a TB test, not realizing they also did live scans. Carrie and Alma were awesome. They let me know their other services and I did not have to go anywhere else! Thank you both!

This place is great! I was able to get numerous tests done at the last second for school. I couldn’t be happier with the service too! Alma was super helpful as well. The prices for the tests can be slightly expensive, but if you’re short on time, it is great.

Took a drug test here. They had amazing staff Haley, Carne, and Alma were very patient. Answered all my questions. They are very friendly and welcoming. Best experience, amazing place.

I went there to do a TB skin test. The nurse Romelia was super sweet and made sure I felt comfortable since I am afraid of needles. The place is very clean and the prices are upfront and transparent. I strongly recommend going to this place if you need to get a physical or other routine testing done!

Really clean and it was empty when I went in around 11:30. I went in for a TB testing and the nurse, Romella, was really sweet and nice about the whole thing. she explained everything to me about what she was doing and she was very professional. would come back again for more testing.

Super disappointed! I’ve always had great service with this place, but lately, every time I go there, they’re closed even though it says on their door that they’re open! I’ve left messages, and nobody calls back. I’ve waited around for a while thinking that maybe somebody is taking lunch, but no one shows up and there’s no notification on door saying they’ll be closed during their business hours. I’m honestly just confused and super disappointed cuz this was my go-to spot!
