Valentine Medical Clinic

I have been bringing my nieces and nephews here as well as my kids my husband and myself and for over 30 years has been and always will be our drs office we don’t mind the extra precautions taken with mask the staff are like family I love how quick we get in to the drs and out and have our prescriptions ready for us downstairs on our way out. Setting appointments can be a little difficult sometimes but if they are so booked out that must mean they are an amazing facility keep doing what your doing staff members we will be continuing bringing our children here

Im giving this Dr. Office 2-stars for the simple fact that the staff is unprofessional & are not on top of their responsibilities for the patients. Too much conversation among each other, rather than Work.

So i like to review places I’ve had good experiences and I can say with confidence that this clinic is one of them. If you are ok with extra precautions (required face masks [provided by clinic]), being on an appointment only basis, waiting sometimes, and getting the right care for you, then give them a try. It may not be for everyone, but this location is for many including me. I can see the doctors here are caring and review each patients medical history thoroughly.

The worst doctors office in the United States. They are still forcing masks even though they dont stop a airborne microbial virus and you think that a doctor would know that. So you cant be treated if you dont act like a brainless sheep. They should be held liable for people who cannot see the doctor because of their idiotic rules. The staff are rude as well but who wouldnt bewhen you are brainless sheep looking for power over people. Appointments take forever if you ever get a hold of someone. Do not use this doctor it feels like a 3rd world country in there also.

Ive been there for 2 many years know the girls there very well. The Drs are good if you dont mind the PAs but they need to learn somewhere right. What I suggest is to give these girls license for a Dr. Because they no all the work, and handle all patient care and they give you calls too push you to be a healthier person. As for me I hate bad news and hate going to the Drs but they show me that someone out there really loves and cares about me. I recommend them they care about there pt and dont think that they know it all because they do. Dr Valentine give the DR. License. I could not be any happier to tell you my experience at this clinic!! So much respect for these Dr.s and their staff from day one! 10 yrs later im still here and im not going anywhere else!! I thank Dr. Valentine & Dr. Luchie for finding out my health issues and getting to the bottom of it and actually helping me out fixing what other Dr.s at another city could not find or couldnt take care of ; they went above and beyond to find my issue ;getting to the root of my problem and fixing it and thanks to them its under control and havnt seen them in over a year! Im in good health so the only reason to go is to get my yearly check up!! And when i go the most i ever waited in the waiting room is 45 minutes when they were super busy but always took their time to listen to your issues at hand and made sure you were taken care of and the least time ive waited was 15 min.!! When it comes to your health its important for the Dr to take his/her time with you to listen carefully to you and get to the bottom of the issue and fix it! And they are so very careful now with all this pandemic,making sure everyone is safe cleaning perfectly well for every new patient that comes in! They follow all the guide lines so everyone is safe and confortable! Hands down,theyre the best in my opinion! And the staff is caring,super nice,they know you by name they make sure you make your yearly check ups on time and very professional! Very caring sweet staff! Thank you to them as well !; )♡so please dont hesitate to stop by and give them a chance to fix your problem,you wont regret it!☆

Thorough examination and thorough referrals. When it comes to your house it is vital to take care of your health doctors can be a very good doctor but they can only do so much its up to the patient to follow through these procedures and these recommendations as breasts exams are important colostomies as well as thorough x-rays etc etc blood test never forget to take your blood test that is very important sometimes it may seem like oh I just got my blood test time goes by quick months go by quick so theyre very thorough on having your blood examinated tested properly the value Im visiting doctor Valentine its worth it they try to get you in there as soon as possible but you must be patient because good doctors take your time and if the doctor doesnt take their time or listen to what you have to say I suggest to get another doctor this doctor pays attention on what your problems are medically and listens hes a good listener and also a very good advisor

This office is amazing the providers and staff are great. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years now and I’ve never left the office unsatisfied. Any question I have they always get responded to promptly and professionally. The providers have great personalities and are understanding. The PA Luchembe and NP Heitz are great providers and both these ladies can do well women checkup in house! Dr. Valentine has been practing over 10 years now and I’m sad to say I’ve only been coming to their office for 6 years! I wish I could of been coming here since the beginning. Dr. Valentine is efficient, understanding and caring. His personality is the best he can joke around with you and make you laugh all in one consult! His personality may come off heavy to some people that don’t know him but that’s just his personality he’s a sweet provider and cares for his patients. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable with him nor unimpressed by him. I’ve always received mutual respect from all providers and especially the staff! The staff in this office is great and always help me when I’m stuck in any type of dilemma. The vibe you get from this office is uplifting and welcoming. They are a very busy office but they can accommodate to their patients when needed. For example, I didn’t have a appointment last Tuesday I contacted them and asked if they had any availability to see me as a walk in since I was feeling sick they were able to take me in the afternoon. How great is that! Also keep in mind if you want to be seen as a walk in there is wait due to them having to accomadate you to their schedule which is understable and nice of the office. Please check this clinic out you won’t regret it :)

I dont like that they dont answer your messages right away..It took two weeks to get Xray results call back. I waited for the Dr assistant to call me back she never did. Im still waiting.I went in for an appointment and he ignored my request for a full physical and Blood type.He did get my blood tests back. But I didnt bother to fill me in on my Blood type.Other than that They Dr and Assistant are friendly and so is staff.

What a bad clinic!! I waited for more than 70 minutes just to let me in! When I asked why, they said because I walked in!!! Seriously?? I mean you could have told me that I will need to wait that much and advice me to talk an appointment!! And when I got mad about it they said that I can schedule an appointment and come again!! What?? After I waited for more than 70 minutes???? Are you brainless?? And take this: when we went in there they said that a physical should be done before getting the shot!!! This also something you could have told me before!!!! A bad place with terrible service I am not coming back here never!!!!!

Said that they called me to cancel my appointment. Lied to my face when I showed up and told me they left me a voicemail.

Never answer phonecalls. I called plenty of times for a follow up for some test results i had to do and they never answered or called me back. Also the times i was seen by the doctors they let students come in the room without ny consent and have them see the medical problem i had originally gone in for. If i could give zero stars i would. WORST AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend this place at all..

They never have appoinments. I called to get schedule and they dont have until June just to get my female check.

The wait time for a patient with appointment is the worst! You and your staff need to attend your scheduled patients faster instead of having them wait! So ridiculous!

Priscilla actually cares for my situation and attempts to communicate and make things better, now that I have a severe diagnosis I’m hoping my care through this clinic improves, she deserves a raise & promotion

My daughter went to this clinic not only was it not clean which is a health hazard all by itself my daughter was treated by the doctor very rudely the staff is so sweet the doctor valentine has a terrible bedside manner my daughter is pregnant and yes shes overweight but its not like she doesnt know when he saw her he told her youre so big that crush her spirit but thank God its built back up now you dont want to go here my daughters military so were changing immediately!

These people act very unkind ! I went and kept ringing the door bell for more than 15 minutes with no answer. Only one of their colleague came that they opened the door and yet they couldn’t let me in had to serve me outside very mean.

Honestly the worst place ever. They take forever to see u. Never answer the phones prescribe all kinds of medication without proper diagnostics. S

Ive been calling to make an appointment everyday for over a week and they never answer or call you back. It doesnt matter what time of day you call its always the same.

The wait time is ridiculous with appointment or without they have terrible service ! Dont recommend this clinic to anyone!

I would give 0 stars if I could, this place is garbage. It took the doctor 2 hours just so he could give me blood test results with an appointment

Dr. Valentine is always insulting me whenever I come in and get seen. Hes aggressive and doesnt give the right help that is needed.

The nurses are despots, they think they know a lot, I think they treat the students who are learning badly, they should change these fifth grade nurses for despots and bloodthirsty
