The Staff was very welcoming and polite. The Clinic was very clean and well organized. The wait time was very minimal compared to other Urgent Care Facilities. It was my first time there and you always Hope that your experience is a positive one. Mines was certainly that, Positive. I even gained a Grand Daughter from my visit in one of the nurses, Brittney. Thank you for your Kindness. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very impressed with the professionalism and polite manner this staff has. From the Receptionist, Medical Assistant, phlebotomy technician , and the Doctor. Everyone was so nice and understanding. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Bring a jacket, it was a bit chilly and I understand that it has to be in a medical facility. There wasn’t a long wait, I did arrive when the clinic opened and there were 2 patients ahead of me. Great job Ladies, you guys definitely rock!!!!

Mia and Brittney serviced me today. They were very knowledgeable about my health care needs, moved with a sense of urgency, and did everything possible to make sure my out pocket cost were minimized. They both had great personalities, good energy, and very were personable. They were polite and courteous in every way. They gave me a warm family feeling. Friendly staff that takes their time to cater to your needs. The lobby is spacious and can accommodate wheelchairs. The staff worked very well together in order to keep up with the flow of the lobby. I do recommend this location if you’re in the area because of the quality of care I received.

Wasn’t there too long and everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made me comfortable and addressed my every need and made sure I understood what they were doing to help me. I appreciate everyone but Brittany specifically made sure to be sweet and friendly the whole time🩷

Midwest Express Clinic for me, is my go to in times when I need urgent care. No appointment, no hassle, upfront professionals that get the assignment. This is my second time visiting the clinic and both times my experience was pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly, five star treatment.

Visit was very efficient and pleasant. Not a long wait time at all which is rare with other clinics and I came in with 3 toddlers for Covid test. Brit was very friendly and made short wait pleasurable. Courtney was very kind and informative throughout vital calculations. Excellent faculty and facility overall.

This was my first time visiting this location on Sunday August 4th and it was early in the morning around 8:45 or 8:50 AM we was the only in the waiting room but people were there. We didnt have to wait long at all the people was very nice and professional I even loved listening to the music they had playing while you waited (old school r,&b) and I recommend this location. We where in and out in an hour that was great for me and it would have been sooner but I had lotion on for the EKG it took a minute.

I visited the clinic about 3 weeks ago. I paid my co payment $20 in cash I was hurting and didn’t get a receipt.The front desk person stole my money. I got a bill saying I owed the $20.I was taken advantage of. $20 is not the point this should never happened. I am writing this so others can Beware!!!!

I came into the facility for the first time 8/7/2024. I wasnt disappointed as you usually are in Urgent Care or ER. Friendly faces, great staff and Brittni took Great care as well as Jennifer NP. Found out I have a fractured baby toe and a rash from something I rubbed against @ work. Love my job, but hazardous sometimes. Great job Midwest Express Clinic😊😊😊♥️♥️

Britt Alicia and Courtney were so warm friendly and even humorous. I was having such a rough day and I left the clinic feeling in a much lighter mood! It really helped to have such a bright staff caring for me today!

I came to the clinic with a glass stuck in my foot and Raegene saved the day! It was so small but she was so patient and gentle with me! I was also very impressive with the help and service I receive from Britt, Mia & another young lady whose name I forgot to get at the front! All of these women did a great job today! RaCourtney & Maraja were my nurses for my visit today & I just want to say the customer service was phenomenal. The staff were friendly. I registered online and didn’t have a long wait. The practitioner and assistant were both great. My medications were sent to the pharmacy without any issues as well. Will definitely come back.

The young lady Britt had a very positive attitude and I felt comfortable with her. The nurse practitioner was patient and she listened to me and gave me great options for my shoulder that was very soar and painful.

My experience with Midwest Xpress clinic was very good. The office was very clean. The receptionist were very pleasant and helpful. Waiting time was very reasonable, and the doctor addressed my needs and concerns.

I registered online for my appointment. I uploaded my ID and insurance card. When I arrived at the clinic, I was all set. The employees were very polite and efficient. Although the clinic was crowded, I did not have a long wait. The medical advice provided was excellent. My prescription was at my pharmacy when I arrived. I would definitely recommend Midwest Express Clinic for your emergency medical needs.

I AM THE DAUGHTER OF THE PATIENT......On Sunday August 18, 2024I arrived at Midwest express clinic(Calumet Park Office) at 5:15 P.MWith my 75 year old disabled veteran father whom had covid 19 symptoms and tested positive with an expired at home test.I had my dad Stay in the car while I went inside to register him.Upon trying to check in I conveyed why I was there to the front desk rep(Teya) and she gave me paperwork to complete. I handed her the completed documents along with my dads ID and medicare card. She put the documents to aside. I continued to wait at the front desk for the rep(Teya) to give me my dads ID card and medicare card back. A few minutes later she calls another person to the desk to service them. And she just dismissed me. She never looked me in my face. I told the Front desk rep (Teya) that I was waiting for my dads ID cards.im use to getting them back after check in.She ignored me and I just patiently sat down and waited. She still had the documents put to the side and continued to service other customers.At 6:05 P.M she gives me my dad cards back and says oh your dad medicare number is not going through the system does he have a different card. I said yes, at home. I explained to her that I was going to call medicare and get the correct number. I stepped outside and made the call and she locked the door a few minutes later. I knocked on the door. she acted as though she did not want to let me back in.She came to the door never let me in. and I told her I have the correct ID number and that if she would have checked me in right away I could have gave her the updated information right away instead of her having me wait until closing time to check my dad in. The unprofessional medical assistant involves herself and comes to the door and loudly says to Teya. Tell her you had to take care of what was on the board, and Teya says it was people in front of me. Shes lieing everyone was checked in already except my dad. My dad was not able to be seen due to Teyas unprofessionalism, and just her being plain evil. Ive never experienced such treatment at this location and normally give great reviews. But, what I observed and received on this day was unprofessional insensitive treatment. I will never come here again nor will I refer my dad. They really need to be retrained or should find another job not working with patients.

Hello! Im Daphne and I went ro Midwest Express Clinic on Sunday in 😢 pain! I had a tooth extracted Friday, at my dentist office the medicine wasnt helping me, and I broke a vessel in my eye!! It is so red, the doctor explains everything gave me instructions and a shot. I feel soooooo much better, thanks to the professionals at Midwest Express Clinic 😀

The staff is amazing. Theyre so professional and caring. I especially love the fact that you dont have to wait around for hours to see a doctor.

Britt has the best personality and customer service I have seen in years. I have come in for myself then my daughter and just recently my son. Were always in and out and the facility is always clean. I tell all my friends and family to go here before sitting 12hrs in the ER.

The lady at the front desk is lazy and not friendly. The Doctors see you right away. They waited 4 hours after my visit to send my prescription to the pharmacy for PAIN medicine, and sent it to the wrong walgreens after they asked me to confirm the correct one. I really was disappointed in my overall visit here because it shouldnt have went this way. They need someone else at the front desk. She doesnt listen and is rude.

The wait was non existent. They took us right away. The staff is courteous and friendly. Offices were clean and well kept. The music though..... I would work there for the old school hits played! I enjoyed my visit more because of that music! 🔥❤️

I experienced phenomenal customer service this Past Saturday. Not only was the clinic clean and the service was fast yet effective. The care here was outstanding. My doctor was super invested with what I have going on, and attentive to my needs. I look forward to our future appointment!

I called the clinic at 7:27pm and informed the female on the phone that I just found out I was around someone with strep throat. She said if I could get there by 8pm, there will be no problem. I got there and because this was my first visit I had to fill out paperwork. No problem. I was done with that by 7:47pm. I was then taken to the back. The medical professional got a quick history of why I was there and my symptoms (sore throat, fevers) got my vitals, and then she swabbed my throat. I saw the diagnosing medical professional (NP/PA?) and she let me know that the rapid strep test came back negative. She checked my throat and said that it was inflamed and gave suggestions on over the counter meds to take for post nasal drip and also to gargle with salt water. She also said that she would order an antibiotic. Now it was after 8pm when all of this is over and if this review was based off of this interaction, this would be a 5 star review. The next day, I woke up with a fever, called my pharmacy and there was no script. No problem. I left late and I know it was past their closing time. I called at 12:22pm, gave my name and DOB, let them know quickly why I had come in yesterday and that I was told antibiotics would be ordered and sent to the pharmacy. The female over the phone seemed as if she was on it. I gave it a couple hours and checked again…nope nothing. Ok. I called back again at 2:39pm and gave the same info as earlier. The female who took the call asked the same questions and said the same thing, “we will get this sent right over”. Whelp! Never happened. I am febrile currently and will visit another urgent care today. I have an autoimmune disorder where elevated core temps can flare symptoms so I have to take tylenol to keep it down. I hate the fact that I have to go out again today to hopefully get some kind of a result. Yesterdays interaction was definitely 1 star.

I went to the Calumet Park location a few days ago. The staff was extremely professional especially the young lady- Mia. She was very polite, friendly and helpful which made me feel even more comfortable considering I wasn’t feeling well. I would come back to this location.

It was a very quick process I got in got my x-rays and the treatment I needed. I was satisfied with the visit the best part what’s the young lady who took my height and weight on this day. she was so friendly, She was knowledgeable, just her energy and her personality is what businesses should want around. I wish her much success! if she was in any other industry I would be back all the time. she has amazing customer service skills. I hope she got a huge bonus for Christmas and even a raise. On March 28, 2024 I walked into Midwest clinic to be serviced. I got there at about 7:05 PM and a man walked in to talk with security guard. Security left out spoke with the man for about five minutes returned and told the people that it was 7:15pm why are the checking people in when the clinic does not close until 8pm. Shortly after the 2 triage person and the 2 ladies at the front spoke with each and then all came to the front and one triage person make announcements that the physician is in break we close at 8 pm but if we want we can go to the clinic in blue island as if they don’t close at 8 pm as well. the announcement upset one patient who were there with her sick baby girls she told the she staying they close until so do their job . next a young lady come in one of the ladies goes out the door and begin to talk to the other lady about what was going on and how she cannot do this too many people is coming in here too late. She was very loud outside with the other the other lady.. whom I don’t know if she work their. everyone heard it and i was just lost for words. One of the triage ladies was so busy cleaning up trying to get out of there by eight she was vacuuming, cleaning all across our feet and everything and I’m just looking like, so you don’t see us sitting here. Next, the lady that checked me in asked me was I there for a follow up I told her yes also I’m there to see the physician because I was in severe pain. She told me I could just fill out your form and let the physician sign it.. At this time was annoyed i told them im going to leave, im not going to be misdiagnosed because everyone want to leave by 8pm. when the lady who checked me and went to get my results, she came back out. She explained to me what was they was negative which I thought was very unprofessional because what if I was there for a STD check and she’s releasing all my business in the open area where everyone will sit thank God it was only for TB test. then, after she went back in the back to put a stamp on the paper to show that I was negative for the TB test, and I had taken the test there. She gave my paperwork to the unknown lady and I don’t know who she was what she’s worked there what she wanted their friends and not, and my business was just freely given to another person. midwestern Cal Park has never displayed this type of behavior. I don’t know what was going on on March 28, 2024. I don’t know if that was the wrong workers they had hired but this was a disgrace to the Midwest Cal Park clinic on this day, I have experienced one of the worst experience of this clinic, since it had been open and I’ve been going there since it open and I had great . it is safe to say I will not be using Midwest Clinic in Cal Park any longer if I walk in and see any of those workers there I will be attended blue Island Midwest clinic until further notice.

Got there and the two ladies at front were very kind and helpful. Visit was fast the NP was kind as well my daughter was nervous be she reassured her that everything would be fine. Midwest located in calumet park on Ashland give the best customer service I have yet to experience anything different their service is rapid they answer your questions and concern in simplicity with patience BRITTANY IS THEE BEST! I will recommend this location to anyone who’s interested

I was trying to get an appointment with my own doctor and they suggested that I go to the emergency room because they had no appointments available for at least two weeks. I chose to go to urgent care which was Midwest Express clinic in Calumet Park. I went online made a request to come in it was automatic that they said come right away. They were able to get me in and out, get me the prescriptions that I needed and on my way so much quicker than any emergency room and actually quicker than my doctors office. The staff was all friendly and professional I would highly recommend if you need to go to any urgent Care this is a great place to go.

The staff at Midwest clinic were awesome. I was greeted by Mia and Ta’jae. The were both pleasant and offered me help. Niyah was great she took my vitals made my visit easy. Nurse practitioner Raegene gave exceptional care she listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Went in an hour before they closed with my 2 year old who ended up having an ear infection. It was pretty busy. They got us in and out in less than an hour. My daughter left with a crown and stickers for doing such a great job while getting checked out. They were nice and had a good playlist playing .

Britt is such a sweetheart she is always helpful and she keeps a beautiful smile. And I never been in there that long. Also the office is always very clean and sanitize.

Dr. Doyle is a compassionate care provider. She listens. I had a pleasant routine checkup with her on 2/20/24. She was kind ,caring and compassionate. I didn’t want the visit to end. Will hopefully be back for my next appointment soon. Top tier healthcare service provider 🙌🏾.

My primary doctors office was closed for the weekend I came here I was seen quickly in and out within 30 minutes I got my prescription and was good to go.

My dad is 95yrs young with dementia and is afraid of the hospital they made him feel very comfortable gave him a breathing treatment or steroid shot. Hes doing 85% better. Thank u Lord

I literally love Midwest express. Any clinic that I go to, I always have the most wonderful experience. From the medical Assistant to the Dr. I’m always treated like a person and not a number. I always feel as if I matter and that I’m not a burden. I’m always confident that I am in the hand’s of patient, compassionate people who will listen and respond to my meds accordingly.

Im a Senior Citizen living in West Pullman on 2/16/2024 was my 1st visit to Midwest Express Clinic. I must say I am PROUD and impress with the total operation its Cleanliness, Professionalism, Medical Knowledge and office registration Forms and records on laptop. To be a small Clinic they give better service than a Hospital. They handle mostly without having an appointment getting patients in and out quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring yourself, family and friends!!!! 🙏🏾👍🏾💯

Was checked in right away. Given an estimated wait time. Front desk was pleasant and very informative. Nurse to patient service was very warm and caring. Doctor to patient was very thorough and caring. Was given correct documentation for work and instructions for home.

Good customer service. I’m a veteran and the receptionist was so nice and helpful in getting the insurance info from the VA. The triage nurse was also very nice and helpful. The doctor as well. Urgent care customer service is hard to find especially in Cal Park but this place was great.

I love the convenience of this location and the quick service. The doctors and nurses are great. However they need to get rid of Asia H. ASAP. Shes rude, doesnt provide sterile testing nor does she understand the pronunciation of medication that individuals take. Yes it takes time to get these done correctly however during her schooling she had plenty of time to adjust. Its sad how one person can bring the whole facility

Ive never really had a bad experience with this location until recently. I have been waiting for results for a service that I have already paid for over a month ago and no one can tell me what is going on. The young ladies that answer the phones are rude, short with their answers and have very nonchalant attitudes. I last visited on the 3rd of this month and I had to kill the young lady at the front desk with kindness in order for her to treat me like a person. At this point I just want my money back for a service I paid for and has not been rendered.

The NP was amazing, I was in and out. I started a new job so I am between insurance plans..so I had to self pay. I was seen within 10 minutes and out by 30. The front desk worker needs more work on professionalism, her hair was all over the place and her approach was all wrong to greet new patients onto the facility. But since I was out in 30 minutes I looked past it. Definitely going back if this how fast 💨 u in and out. The NP was super nice and asked lots of questions. Great bedside manner

Even though it was on a Saturday , my son was seen quickly. Every staff member we saw was respectful and very professional. They quickly got us on our way back home and provided the right care for my son. The building itself was very clean as well.

I’ll give this place a 2 because the wait time wasn’t horrible and the staff was nice however………… My son was misdiagnosed and the Dr or Nurse couldn’t even tell me he had something as simple as an ear infection. I was told that he was teething and that’s why he was having fevers. A 15 dollar copay for wrong information.

They were completely unprofessional and I had a schedule appointment and they put other people in front of me what I showed up early. I was coming back in for a checkup on my ear and now I have to wait five more days to get a checkup. They put everyone elses needs over a patient that needs actual urgent help. and then they told me that my weight was going to be 2 hours so I decided to go next door for that 2-hour wait I decided that I was going to get my nails done for that 2 hour wait. They called me within 15 minutes of me getting my nails done and said that I could come in because everyone decided to leave. Im smack dead in the middle of getting my nails pressed on and molded and I asked to reschedule for 5:30 since it wouldnt take my nails that long to get finished and they confirm that 5:30 would be the time that I could be seen after my nails are done. I got there at 4:45 and I checked in and the place was packed again. I waited all the way till 5:30 and then after 5:30 no one came to see me. They kept taking walk-ins before me over and over again even after I kept asking where was my doctor and they told me I had to wait a little bit longer. Once I discovered the Midwest Express community, I became immediately grateful because of the convenience and speedy service; however, I was a patient to the Calumet Park location this past Saturday and refuse to return. I came in with a worrying issue as a woman and was not given the best service. The NP examined me with a quick swab for culture testing and nothing else. She didn’t check to see if I swollen lymph nodes, did not ask too many questions, etc.. The nurse practitioner I had seen how distraught and worried I was based off my movement, facial expressions, and questions. She stood quiet and just observed my reaction. I did and still do understand I would not have received final results at that moment or even same day, I received no reassurance from this woman. For my reason of coming in and being woman to woman, I felt somewhat betrayed by this woman.This is why- while expressing my thoughts to her based off of the specific type of test she was testing me for, she watched me fall hopeless and saddened.. I went to my OBGYN and was told “You can clearly see what this is” and was then able to differentiate from what the NP actually tested me for.. Walking out of the examination room, this NP asked me “Is that an engagement ring?”I took this as a jab and felt that she was laughing at me and my reason for being there seeking MEDICAL ADVICE. The fact that I do have an engagement ring had nothing to do w my reason for being there. She left the room laughing and I left the room upset and disappointed. I left with no paperwork and, unfortunately, I did not get this woman’s name. However, I will not be a returning patient at this location.

Very professional, prompt, convenient location and friendly staff.The only dislike was having to sign that mandatory authorization document, for credit card information. I didnt like that at all and it became the factor that almost caused me to walk away and go to my normal physician. Many people will feel uncomfortable with that prerequisite. Other than that, it was all good!

Had to come last night because my daughter wasn’t feeling good. We didn’t have to wait long, staff was professional and lead with care which is so important when you don’t feel good. The doctor was great and they got to the root of the problem right away. My daughter started feeling better soon after. Thank you all, we come back if needed.

This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in any medical facility (hospital/doctors office). Everyone there was super friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and quick, it wasn’t crowded on the day I went. Also the environment is very clean on the inside. They got me in and out , they answered all my questions regarding my service, I will definitely be coming here From now on. I actually left feeling really good. Thank you again !

When I walked in it was very clean, I walked in about 820 in the morning and it wasnt that crowded on a Monday. I did a registration after that took about 45 minutes to call my name and from the receptionist Sade to the medical Assistant, Practitioner Nurse and phlebotomist they all were professional and took their time and focused on your problem and didnt rush through anything and also explains everything. I appreciate great care and cleanlinessThank you and will come again if needed as well as tell family and friends about your urgent care

My experience at this location was much like the 1 I reviewed in Hammond INAs a walk in- seen FAST. The personnel were kind, knowledgeable, & informative, which seems to be a staple of the staff at Midwest Express Clinics. Ill definitely be here 1st for all medical needs- going to a hospital only if they deem it medically necessary.Thank you Ms/Mrs Evans and the entire staff!

I arrived before my time and noticed the cleanliness of the outer office first. The receptionist greeted everyone pleasantly. The wait was short. Once called to the back the nurse was efficient and made the test as comfortable as possible. Was seen by Mrs. Gant. She noticed immediately that I wasnt well completed her exam, ordered meds, and came back to give me instructions which are rare because usually the nurse is sent in. I would recommend it and would go back if needed.

For a Saturday, the clinic was quiet and things went smoothly.

The receptionists were very thorough in explaining the process for my babies daycare physicals. They told me about the $35.00 per child fee through them verse insurance. I did have to fill out a lot of paperwork but again the receptionist even put back on the cartoon for my loud 3 and 2 year old toddlers.The nurse was very kind, and doctor was good at getting my babies in and out great service and patient card experience which started at the door. Awesome job of hiring good Frontline workers happy to deal with new and recurring patients equally and fairly. Thank you.

Was able to walk in, be seen relatively quick, and the nurse practitioner was amazing. I wish I remembered her name (Initials are LR), she listened well, didn’t rush me out of the room, and took care of all my needs. Would recommend 100%.

Be sure that you call and speak with someone directly as they advertise that they allow insurance for services on their website and then charge out of pocket when you arrive. The staff however, is wonderful and attentive when they do provide the services. The staff 5 stars, billing 0. Average is 3.

I had a delicate medical issue and I was worried about how they would treat me, but everyone from the receptionist to the Nurse Practioner I saw were kind and courteous to me. The Nurse Practioner I saw was very knowledgable and gave me good advice and suggestions. She treated my wound very gently. It was a very positive experience.

Kim was an amazing provider, very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Blanca was the MA who triaged my son and was so sweet, and quick with getting us back to a room. The front desk receptionist greeted me with a smile and was super nice!!!. I will definitely bring my son back to this location

My daughter had an ear infection and I was able to walk-in and be out in about 1.5 hrs. It was close enough to home as well. The NP didn’t rush thru her exam either. Will definitely be using them again.

This is how urgent care should be quick and efficient. I took my son before work due to an eye injury. The staff was here peasant and the nurse practitioner was great and throughly explained the after care instructions.

Zero review for calumet park, administration are rude and unprofessional. They refused treatment to a sick toddler because of there laziness and repeated errors. Sent a toddler a bill ($300) to collections. Toddler has always had a primary ppo and secondary ppo plus a third insurance provider. They only chose to submit one provider instead of all three. Once midwest illinois billing department told them there terror was fixed ( on conference call) billing services told them that They may see my son and they still refused service to my child who had an ear infection.Midwest has made this error to four of my family members and friends They actually told my daughter when she once visited that they only need one of her insurance cards when she tried to submit both. They sent her a bill that I also had to correct later.By the way the end that was the most unprofessional was when she said with a nasty tone what you wanna do? Pay the $300 bill or leave?***Calumet park, ilinois refused service***Big thanks to Advocate Medical Group urgent care for helping my child and allowing all three insurance providers to pay them.

Each time I visit the service is always great. Very professional, nice, polite, welcoming, informative, understanding and compassionate. I definitely recommend as a place to visit.

My doctor was so thorough and even called me after I left to make sure I was okay! I loved the treatment I got, very personal. Furthermore, they extended themselves to make sure I was comfortable and got the treatment I needed. They had to call the ambulance for me and it was wonderful.

The staff was very nice and respectful. Also they held conversations to get to know you a little bit. I would recommend anyone to visit this location.

Im always here beer for myself husband and son perfect location down the street from my home. Its always clean here staff is friendly love the Doctors theyre so attentive and the most important thing is that they listen theyre not trying to rush you off just to get to the next patient. Most people cant say that they love the Doctors office but I can and I do.

I took my son to Midwest Clinic in Calumet Park, IL for a sports physical. The waiting area was very neat and clean. The receptionist was very nice. She was professional and knowledgeable. She answered my questions in a timely manner. We didn’t wait long like we do when we go to the UniversityofChicago. The nurse that took his vitals was very friendly. We waited less than five minutes for the doctor to come inside the room. She introduced herself and got right down to business. I would go there again.

It was a pleasure, they were very courteous, and fast. From the front desk’s to the triage. And the doctor was very courteous, and patient with my daughter.I am glad I found them, because now I have an urgent care I can now take my daughter. And it’s not to fare from my home.

First Time There Was Little Bit Of A Wait But Order Then That Everything Was Very Good ...Good Customer Service And The Doctors Was Very Attentive Too All My Concerns..I Would Recommend Them Too Others

Took my son here when he was nausea and had an upset stomach. Long wait time, and theres no doctors at these ME clinics only Nurse Practioners. The person that saw my son, I dont even think she was a NP (She had her badge turned backwards so you couldnt see it) and she told me the same things I read online for upset stomach and vomiting. Between the long wait time, lack of doctors and cost, Ill call my sons doctor for an urgent visit or go to the ER next time my son is sick.

Ive been at the Calumet Park clinic a couple of times. Wait time is 30min to 1 hour when really crowded. Last time I came when they have just opened and 40 minutes later I was out. Staff is friendly. Nurses and doctors take their time to listen to patients symptoms and concerns. Clinic is always clean.Keep it that way!

Bad service, they charge you before they even know your name.Finally told them my name and wanted to go pay a balance i never had, turns out it was someone else. I went back into a room and the doctor Shamarra Patrice was so unprofessional and said “girl i can’t do anything because you’re self paid” so i payed $120 for her to say she can’t do nothing. We didn’t even do the basics. I’ve only gone there twice and it’s the same thing every time.

Very nice staff. Not your typical clinic where they just move super fast but they make sure youre good with instructions given as well as overall service. If they are running behind they check in with you and let you know whats going on. Staff is very professional and personable.

My regular doctor canceled my appointment that took two weeks to ge. A co-worker told me to try Midwest Express Clinics. 😳 OMG! I was in and out in less than an hour. Very clean, courteous, and professional. Thank goodness for my doctor blowing me off.

The Doctor and staff at the Calumet location on 127th & Ashland Ave. were all terrific! Everyone was polite and genuinely concerned with the care of their parents! This is a great facility and the prices are very reasonable. The Physician also took that into account should you be paying out of pocket as to not cause too much financial stain to her patients.

Our family attended an out of town reunion and needed to be tested for COVID. It was 18 of us and the staff handled us very well. They have the best staff!!!!! Thanks again.
