Since I first posted this review 5 years ago, EVERYTHING has changed. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. I would not change anything about Quest in any way! 5 stars from me. And thanks for fixing everything! GREAT improvement.Old review below no longer applies:These are the nastiest, coldest, rudest medical professionals I have ever seen. How on earth do these horrid folks keep their jobs?Every staff member is unfriendly and unsmiling. Nobody says hello. They mumble the room number that they direct you to. Nobody says goodbye.They dont make the smallest attempt to engage in the slightest conversation. They are obsessed by their formulaic procedures, to the exclusion of concern for the patient.When I returned to their office two days after my initial visit to drop off a sample, they ignored me. When I told them I would be late for work, they forced me to wait 15 minutes. I complied, thinking there must be a valid reason. There was not. One of the employees finally took my sample and ordered me into a treatment room. Then she typed the information from the sample container into the computer and said All right.All right what? I asked her.No answer.Can I go? I asked her.She nodded her head but didnt say anything.Did these people actually go to school? They project disdain and dislike for everybody who enters their office. Never do you hear a please or thank you for anything.There must be a way to spread the word around. People who need routine medical testing should not be subjected to derisive and depressing treatment. If these employees hate their jobs so much, they should work somewhere else, preferably a place where human contact is not required.I give all staff members of this place an F -- a zero -- the lowest possible grade. Shame on them. They do not deserve the patients they are getting. And I hope that they are all replaced by people who deserve the trust placed in them.THE STAFF OF QUEST DIAGNOSTICS IN RIDGEWOOD, NJ IS HORRIBLE AND DEPLORABLE. NONE OF THEM DESERVE TO WORK THERE.

Superb!Busy Friday before New Year weekend and Kema (the one person covering) was calmly juggling everyone and everything.My veins are not fun...!!I told her not to worry and that it always took several attempts. Surprise!! She was kind, considerate and got it on the first try!!! Filled 4 or 5 viles and I never even felt it!!Ive always been pleased with the Ridgewood office but this trip was so fantastic!

DO NOT COME HERE. I went here to check my urine for personal reason and under my own violition. and they were both unwilling and refusing to perform the test. I asked to wait for open availability so they could perform the test when there was a technician available. I waited for about 20 minutes before I was told I needed more paperwork. there was no receptionist or representative to speak with to better explain the situation the care or lack thereof is laughable at best at its worst negligent

True, nobody is extremely friendly but they are so very professional in what they do that I really dont care. Ive never had a problem with them finding my tiny rolling veins--they just go in there once, unlike others whove left me black and blue, and get the job done. Theyre quick and efficient.

I was not able to get an appointment, so I walked in at 10:30am. The office was EMPTY. I signed in and was told they only take people by appointments. She said she would take me but the next time I need an appointment. Throughout my visit and upon my departure not one person walked in. The office was still EMPTY.Do they pay their employees without having any customers? Bizarre!!!

Great place. Good service. No crowd. No wait time. Kema ( the only person working ) was really good at taking care of me. I needed to go for my blood work and it went just fine. Good job ! Please visit this place if you live near by instead of Lab-corps anywhere. I have been to two Lab-corps near by and they both sucked. This is the best compared to any other place for blood work.

Their service was amazing. People over there are so kind and helpful. I have been four different Quest locations state wide in NJ. They were always rude and unkind so I didnt expect this location either when I went there. However, I finally met human-beings, rather, angels, at this location. Thank you very much again.

I have been going to the Quest location in Ridgewood, NJ for several years and always have a short wait time, am greeted by friendly employees and they always make my time there enjoyable. No one likes to give blood but some how they seem to put me at ease with their warm friendly and humorous personalities! Thank you!!!

Everybody at Quest Ridgewood are amazing. I did my 3 hour GD test today and I almost passed out but thank God Kema helped me out and made me feel better in a few minutes and I ended up finishing my test. She even didnt have lunch so I could be done with the test. I really appreciate her help. She is awesome.

Called and got pricing for tests needed. Went in and they took blood and paid for everything with my Credit Card (no insurance). They have been sending me 2 bills now for $250 dollars threatening Collection Agency! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! YOU DONT GO TO A RESTAURANT ONLY TO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL BILLS IN MAIL! Medical industry in this country is something out of Godfather mafia movies.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. The staff was rude, curt and un-friendly. The tech performing my 1-hour glucose test was not going to tell me anything about the test until I asked right before she just went to take my blood. She also put her gloves on and then touched a bunch of stuff on her desk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Terrible service...no one ever picks up the phone! Called the location in Wayne and they were able to help me. Either this location is understaffed or the workers are incompetent. I’ll definitely go to another location next time.

I don’t think they know what they are doing, not only did we wait for 20 minutes to be taken( no one else there) but once taken it took 30 minutes for her to put info into the computer. Go to lab Corp.

Very simple process they have going. Waited less than 10 minutes. Staff are nice!

Ok, you have emergency water maintenance. Why couldnt you send me a message and let me know you were closed?

Kema is amazing! Shes so kind and calm and accommodating.
