My visit was excellent! Professional services from the time I walked in the door. Thank you. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. They were attentive and took the time to understand my needs. Each interaction was pleasant, and their expertise was evident throughout the process. I left feeling valued and satisfied with the services provided. I truly appreciate the commitment to quality and customer care. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to others.

Although I was not feeling well, I had a superb experience. Staff for friendly and efficient, and the nurse practitioner not only met my physical needs, but she was emotionally reassuring. I would definitely utilize their services again. Great job!!

This place is great. The office is very clean and welcoming. They were efficient with seeing me and getting me the medication I needed to feel better. This is the fastest I’ve been seen at one of these locations. They put the URGENT in urgent care! Thanks for that. The staff was very kind and helped me with my requests. I will come back.

I fractured my left foot and went here to get X-rays and care. From the moment I entered the center I was met with only kindness and consideration. Even the nurse practitioner who saw me and the techs were very personable with their care and attention. I highly recommend this place. And I saved so much money going here over a hospital.

The staff there were really helpful and friendly and the place was really clean. Once we got to a room in the back it took us about 45min to actually be seen but she apologized for the wait and was sincere about it. Definitely would go back if I needed to again.

I received prompt attention from staff, thorough assessments by the medical assistant, and clear communication from the physician. This visit reflects their commitment to quality care, leaving you satisfied and well-informed. I would definitely recommend Midwest Express if you require medical attention.

They closed at 2 and I checked in online and got there before 2 and they still didnt take me and my son is sick. I called then she left me on hold until it was after 2 just to tell me that they were closed and another location would be open tomorrow morning 8am, which does not help me today. I will most likely it come to this location again after this especially when it comes to my sons care. This was very poor customer service and if it were them, Im sure they would feel the same. Avoid this place at all cost if possible. I know will.

This has become my go-to Urgent Care. It’s easy to schedule an appointment online but I’ve been able to walk in as well. I’ve been fortunate to never have too long of a wait and everyone we have interacted with has been pleasant and helpful.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. The young lady at the front desk let me know there would be a bit of wait. However, the staff worked quickly yet efficiently and got my son and I in and out. Not long of a wait at all. I was impressed and would visit this location again. Thank you all Mia, Kasey, and Viviana, you ladies were amazing!

This is my first visit here. I felt taken care of. The doctor is really nice and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I highly recommend this Midwest Express Clinic. I want to thank the doctor who saw me and the rest of the staff. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed. I will be returning in the future.

I went in last night for flu related symptoms. The moment I walked in, the person at the desk kindly greeted me. She couldn’t have been any nicer! The nurse that took my vitals was just as nice and kind! When I finally met with the doctor to discuss my symptoms and method of treatment, I thought I scored a hat trick! The doctor was very helpful, professional, and kind.

Once you get past your receptionist the services are great, I think your clinic is great I’m glad and grateful you are in the area. Just let your receptionist know a smile makes the initial contact better, she APPEARS just in my opinion that it’s a bother for her, my opinion and my opinion only. Quite sure she’s very nice but nothing wrong with greeting a little more pleasant. But all in all your clinic is GREAT.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I accidentally went to the wrong clinic luckily they worked and got me in fast. I was then helped by Mia she was super nice and helped me to get all settle in to see their primary care doctor. Highly recommend coming here

They are very kind here. I didn’t have to wait. The office is clean with really nice music. I was serviced by Toniya and Melynne. Both ladies were really lovely. I would come here again

This clinic from the time you walk in to the time you leave is awesome. The help and explanation of things are wonderful. My son 💙 ask could this be his new doctor office lol unfortunately the clinic is not a office but definitely gives the professionalism of one. This location was very clean and staff were very friendly. The office area smelled like fresh Clorox which I appreciated. My daughter even received a goodie bag as well. We were in and out in no time and physician listened to concerns. I will definitely use this location in the future. Thank you!!

Hot! Mess! On 11/18/2024 at about 12:00pm to 1:00pm waited for hours to laid back with loud music in the back. No Dr. or Nurse but a Nurse practitioner that sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy!!! This was all unexceptionable!!!

From the moment I walked in - I was greeted by a professional receptionist who collected my information and got me signed in - the entire experience was excellent. The wait time was short (just good luck on my part, I’m sure). Each person I interacted with was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ms. Viviane is the BEST!!! My son was antsy and really just not wanting to cooperate but she was so patient with him and was able to complete his physical! They always have something for children to leave with and that makes a great impression on them.

Needed a last minute sports physical for my daughter, we were in and out in an hour. The nurse practitioner was very pleasant and caring. Even though we were there for a simple thing she was very thorough and attentive.

Each and every time Ive been there the staff has been so caring and welcoming, I am very happy again that I had chose Midwest Express clinic to go to! They also do their very best to have you seen as soon as possible, they are aware how precious time is to everyone!

Location Manager refused to see an asthmatic based on their insurance. She did not attempt to process the insurance. She stated because the clinic had to “bite the cost” of his last visit, she is not willing to do that a second time and proceeded to refuse him of service. He went to the Matteson location and was seen without issue. I spoke to the Richton Park manager and confirmed that all Midwest locations operate under the same network. Very rude and unprofessional. Really takes the “care” out of healthcare.

They got me in and out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially front desk I didn’t get her name but she was extremely helpful and very nice to me.

This is personal I’ve seen comments that I didn’t agree with these people at this place were phenomenal from the front desk to the back and the environment, clean. When talking to you very attentive greetings so professional in my opinion my medicine was delivered at the right place, and I’m grateful.

The staff are so kind and respectful. I came when I wasn’t feeling my best and Meg did nothing but make me smile. The NP, Melynne did a great job on educating me with my diagnosis. I definitely recommend this place!

This was my first time visiting and the staff was so friendly and polite. The NP answered my questions and made realistic suggestions. After my appointment was over and I had left, they had questions so they called and got me on the phone to get the answers that they needed to make sure they got things right concerning my medication. I really appreciate them for going that extra mile.

I had a minor problem and I went as a walk in on a Saturday morning 🌄 they saw me right away. My visit was less then 2 hours and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Everyone was so nice. Ill definitely them.

The clinic is good they got me in and out within a hour. I had Chastity as my nurse and she was amazing!! she really went above and beyond, she was very understanding and caring. Meagan at the front desk was amazing too. GREAT STAFF!!

Very good experience. All the staff handled how busy it was in the clinic very well and also showing each patient patience and compassion. The X-ray tech Megan was fantastic I was freaking out in the inside cause of what I was feeling and she had a very friendly approach that calmed me. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience here they were very nice. The medical assistants were great! I think one of their names is Mia and she was so sweet as well as the nurse practitioner Laura. I registered online for a 10:40 am appointment I didnt get there until about 10:50. Once I was there I sat and waited for maybe 15 to 20 minutes was called to the back and taken care of right away. I was out of there no later than an hour. This will definitely be my place to go if theres ever an issue.

When we walked through the door I thought were going to be here all day. Counting us 80 percent of the seats were filled. Staff was very friendly and helpful we saw the Doctor in a reasonable amount of time she made me feel relieved and confident my concerns were in good hands. Prescription was ready in less than an hour. One day later feelings better and on the way to full recovery. Glad I got up and went to Midwest Express Clinic. Very caring and friendly health care professionals throughout who talk to you and not at you. They explain things in an easy-to-understand manner to make you feel better. Not a long wait either to be seen.

This clinic is the worst they don’t explain things to you clearly. For example, I had to get a two-step TB test clearly on my paper. It gave me a time when I came. They told me I had to redo both steps again which means I have to pay $120 Again For A Mistake that was not my fault.

Midwest Express Clinic’s staff are awesome and very professional. The clinic was clean and the wait time was very short. The doctor has a great bedside manner and cares about the patient.I am a veteran who had to use their services for an emergency situation using the Mission Act for veterans.They accepted the Mission Act and I did not have to pay for the visit or the prescriptionI am extremely pleased with their care and keep in mind I had to get seen for a dental emergency. They do not perform dental care but prescribed antibiotics that a dentist would use.I rate this clinic a 10 out of 10 to be an urgent care clinic.I went to the Richton Park location.Happy New Year to all those reading this and God Bless you all!

I was feeling horrible. I called my doctor’s office. The answering service said he wouldn’t be in for two days, but he would get the message. He called back in about an hour and said I could go to urgent care or if I didn’t feel better in 3 days, call the office and make an appointment. After hanging up, I decided to go to Midwest Clinic in Richton Park, close by my house. I gave my insurance information, ID, filled out pertinent paperwork, and was seen immediately. Staff was kind, patient, professional, and thorough. I had about three quick tests, was seen by the medical provider, received a diagnosis and a prescription. Everything was done thoroughly and in such a timely manner. It will be my go-to place in an urgent situation again.

Staff are professional and personable. Service wait time was expected to be 45 minutes to an hour, however I was in and out in less than 45 minutes during my most recent visit. I’ve gone to the clinic before for my B12 shot, the service has always been efficient. One of the best additions to the area.

I’ve used Midwest Express at different locations and I never had an experience like this. I scheduled an appointment and was not seen for an additional 30 minutes after arrival. Once I was placed in a room I did my labs and cultures and waited 1 hour for the provider to come in. The MA told me she forgot I was in the room and was doing triage. The provider came in and told me my tests results and that the others would be provided in a couple of days. I still have not received my other test results and they are not in the question portal. My visit was a week ago. I will not return back to this location.

I came here because I was in Park Forest visiting my parents and my son Noah had a really bad dry cough. So we came here and they was efficient and good and very thorough. 100/100 would come back and recommend

Terrible wait timeStaff unprofessional , not knowledgeable regarding forms & proceduresDisregard clients timeWent to get f physical, because staff did not date form, I had to take form back, because it was not dated. Instead of completing form properly, at the time, they made me wait hours at a 1 minute clinic to have date put on form. Receptionist nonprofessional, rude with attitude, totally disrespected my time, money at this I minute clinic. No managers on site to address this issue. MA she was only MA at clinic. There was no attempt to rectify clinic’s mistake at all. I guess no one knew how to learn language look in computer for the date to confirm I was seen or maybe it was too complicated for them. Expect to wait long, Express clinic is a joke. No STARS

I visited the one on Lincoln HW before and it was ok… But this one was amazing. Let them know my son had Autism and can be a challenge and everyone from front staff to the back were so awesome and did such an amazing job with him! Definitely will be our “Go To” immediate care ❤️

But Within My Arrival, I was in & out within an Hour. Thanks 😁😎 Didnt have to wait No Dam 2 or 3 hour like many other Places I visited!!!!! My first time at this urgent care facility. I was very impressed. I was very sick and could not get in to see my Dr. This facility was nearby so I went there. Had very little wait time facility was very clean and receptionist was very professional and pleasant. When called to be checked in and tested I encountered another very professional and pleasant person. I saw the Dr.who was also very professional and took the time to address my problem and talk to me about my health. I will definitely go back. I had a very good experience.

Waiting room, bathroom and exam room were clean. Registration clerk was a bit bored but thats the worse thing I can say about my visit. Everyone was pleasant. The doctor especially made me feel comfortable. The way she spoke, her demeanor, it seemed easy for her. Luckily for my situation I was in and out quickly.

Its was great, very clean and friendly staff. We didnt have to wait long. My daughter needed a physical and a lot of places are booked up. They had a unbelievable sale also. They also filled her form out for school and its only 5 minutes from my house.I will definitely use them again.

Arrived with my husband for a DOT physical. The receptionist did not acknowledge him because she was on her phone. When she finally did speak, she was still looking at her phone. She handed my husband forms to fill out, which he handed to me, like always. She states SHE (referring to herself, who isnt the physician)cannot pass him if he doesnt fill them out himself, even though he is present and she has requested his ID. There is probably a perfectly reasonable explanation for not allowing me to fill the forms out, but her delivery sucks so far, so best not to further any conversation.Positives: The clinic was clean, the wait was short and it was a walk-in.Room for improvement: a pleasant receptionist. The one with the burgundy ponyhawk, glasses, and tattoos was unfriendly. I didnt see a name tag.

I was very impressed with everyone at the clinic. We were professionally cared for from start to finish. We didnt wait long to be seen and multiple testing was done to be totally sure just how we needed to be treated. I hope I dont get sick again but if I do, I know where to go.

I came in 04/02/24 for extreme tooth pain. I was prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen for my toothache. Pharmacy said they never received the prescription. I call Midwest and advise them the pharmacy didnt receive the prescriptions. I was told I would get a call back to find out what happened. I never got the phone call. Im not sure what happened or why did I not get a phone call back. Im writing a letter to the attorney general. This is unacceptable and unheard of. I had to go to a hospital when I just got billed for an urgent care visit at Midwest that didnt send in the prescription or call me back to communicate what happened!!

I called ahead and asked if they took my insurance and the person on call was very kind. The receptionist was really welcoming and the paperwork was quick and easy. Then, I was seen by Shannon. She was so funny, super kind and took me seriously. Id never had breathing treatment done prior to this visit, but Shannon went above and beyond to make sure I was okay before and after. She was also patient with explaining the medications to me and answered all of my questions. I had to wait for my ride back home, and I love that the receptionist talked with me during my wait. He was also funny and very chill! Ive never felt this great leaving an urgent care/express clinic and Ill definitely come back if I ever need to. I cannot thank the staff here enough!

Was in and out!! The place was clean. Front desk was professional. Handle business well. Took a tb test. The young lady who administered the shot was gently. Explained when to return. Very pleased with service

Horrible do not go here they will collect your copay then once your results come back they will make you pay for them to see a new doctor again!

First time experience with the medical center. The place was clean organized and you felt the healing touch as soon and you entered the building. Customer service was excellent. I felt like i was amongst family. Excellent service excellent experience.

Here at Midwest Express Clinic we didnt have a long wait. I took a family member. We filled out paperwork. She was triaged and then saw a doctor. We were satisfied with the care that was given and feel confident to return if the need arises.

This was my first visit. I had just got back in town from a 14 hour road trip and was feeling sick. The clinic is new to my community and very close to my house so I decided to give it a try. Registration was easy, it was a very short wait and the staff was exceptional!!! The doctor and nurse showed empathy and seemed to really care about how I was feeling. They provided me with a treatment and meds that made be feel better.

Clean facility, quick service, however, confidentiality didnt seem like a priority during my visit. The nurse Meagan L., along with the Nurse Practioner Viviana were having difficulty distinguishing between yellow and green for my test results, so I was just prescribed a prescription. Although the office was free from other patients, their volume level while discussing my results was equivalent to them projecting over the loud speaker. Ive followed up with my PCP and if in the future I need quick care, Ill be hesitant on returning to Midwest Express in Richton Park, IL.

My daughter woke up with really bad pain in her throat, in dropping my other daughter off I notice this clinic and I’m very happy I did. Very nice place to go for emergency and for regular check ups. They had everyone on staff even before the Thanksgiving holiday, even the x-ray tech. I liked them so much, Im leaving my primary provider.

Lets talk about the good👍 and bad👎, I Iike the fact that MidWest have the walk in option that allows us to go there and seek medical help immediately when we need it instead of having to make an appointment and have to suffer being sick and wait, sometimes there is a long waiting time in some of their locations but thats normal. Ive been into multiple locations of the Midwest and was treated nicely and with respect 🙏. I would like to thank all of those who treated us nice and worked hard to help us. However there is always one thing I never liked about any clinic is that there is a long waiting time between seeing and finishing with the nurses and getting to see the doctor.

Amazing Experience - went for a sports physical and all the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location was convenient. The price was very reasonable. The office was clean and comfortable and I would definitely come back again!!

Short, simple and to the point. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be called. The nurse practitioner was practical- listened to me and understood what was needed. I was in and out in 30 minutes total. Loved the experience.

The doctor was very polite professional and knowledgeable. I like that i could make an appointment online and get it the same day and do all the paperwork. The nurse was not professional. She came out to call a patient in pronounced her name wrong, though it was funny, then asked the receptionist what the patient name was out loud and didnt even apologize to the patient. It seems as though its just a job for the nurse.

Laura Theisinger was really rude to me. She and another employee were talking about me inappropriately. I heard them when they didn’t close the door she was making smart remarks and being very sarcastic about my health concerns. I don’t know why they feel so above everyone here when their jobs are supposed to be to support people emotionally and get down to the bottom of the problem. It doesn’t make it feel trustworthy and confidential to come here when you’re getting disrespected. I made sure I reported the BOTH of them. Do your job and be professional!! They don’t need to be in the profession they are in they have TERRIBLE customer service.

My job wanted me to have a sprain looked at before returning to work. The online registration was easy. When I arrived the staff was great. From beginning to end was a great experience!

I had un unpleasant experience here at this clinic. I mentioned something personal about my baby who is 11 months old to the nurse practitioner. He was having a fever, and I just wanted a professional opinion on this issue. However while we were waiting in the room, after she left the room, I opened the door because I needed to use the restroom and to my surprise I heard her telling someone about this information. I felt really uncomfortable, and ashamed. This is such an unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior. Im not coming back.
