Tried to work with them on two separate occasions. So far as I can tell most of the fertility places in Richmond only want to work with you as a couple so they can double charge insurance. If you have different insurance plans and are a male good luck. This place along with shady grove are horrible in regard to male patients. If you are extremely wealthy or have combined insurance I’m sure they are great.

After 10 years of infertility, Dr. Luicidi helped me to have my son. I am so grateful to everyone there for their kindness to me! Sometimes they were busy and other times, not at busy, but through it all, I was treated with kindness and constantly in communication through MyChart. I have zero complaints and am so grateful.

As someone who works for a fertility company, I had incredible experiences with Dr. Nicole Banks in 2019/2020 and Amanda Hallman, CNP/ Dr. Lucidi in 2021/2022. They walked me through getting pregnant with our 2 boys and even a miscarriage. While this was a couple of years ago, comparing to my knowledge of other fertility clinics, their team, especially Christine, RN, were always extremely responsive and helpful. Dr. Banks in particular took so much time and care to explain options, alternatives, risks and benefits to us. We have our family because of them. Again, older, but at least in 2022, their front desk staff was never my favorite, but we have our family because of them:)

Although I had high hopes, Dr. Lucidi and team were very disappointing. They refused to talk about different alternatives other than what they wanted to do, and VCU is an absolute nightmare to work with. I paid for everything prior to any treatments, and then I would receive a bill for an even higher amount within a few weeks. The amount of time I have spent on the phone with VCU is ridiculous. I actually just received a creditor notice for a bill that was already paid last spring. I would not recommend to anyone.

Not the best place! It’s extremely hard to get in contact with the office when you need a appointment! Dr New is out of the office until February and no one has responded back to a request for a follow up appointment. It’s poor communication and customer service and I am not satisfied with it. Not worth the time and effort.

Dr. New is incredible!!!
