Had a 10:05am appointment, they open at 10am however the doors were locked with the open sign and someone clearly in there. Literally no one answers the phone even after leaving a voicemail. I understand they’re a free service but damn.

They refuse to call their patients back who leave them voicemails. They will not give confirmation of test results to the patient! The clinic is sometimes closed when they are supposed to be open. Would not recommend.

Im loving how easy they make it to get yourself tested! With the extended evening hours on Wednesdays they are able to meet anyones schedule The only thing I can complain about is the probing questionaire. its a little redundant and slightly too long but overall its a pretty fast and enjoyable experience.

This testing space is located in Richmond! Super easy to sign up and book services online. Complete forms, show up and talk a bit about your experience so you can get the most accurate results. This space also provides prep and pep (if you believe you were exposed to HIV). Everything can be done online, parking is easy and service is fast.

I went to the Minority Health Consortium during a personal crisis. The services they provided were excellent, personal, confidential, free of charge, and heart-felt. Im in debt to Ricardo and the rest of the wonderful people there. They dont judge. They listen. And theyll help you out black or white, gay or staight, sick or not, and even if youre just a little crazy like me.Also, there are a ton of free exotic condoms for you to take. Everyone in the city should take advantage of this valuable resource.
