I highly recommend Dr. Tidey! He is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor who is very friendly. I’ve seen Dr. Tidey for several years and found that the ovulation medication and trigger shot was successful for me. He helped us have our now 3 year old son and we’re now pregnant with baby number 2. Dr. Tidey helped make our dreams come true. We are forever grateful!

Dr Tidey helped us have our son in 2019 and now our daughter in 2022. I have extremely poor egg quality and a clotting disorder and he used his expertise to make our dreams come true with ivf twice! He is one of the smartest Drs I have ever met. He really is the best of the best. I recommend him to anyone with infertility. He listens and makes very educated intelligent respectful thought out responses and that is golden when you are unsure or crying because of past failures. I wanted someone kind but an expert and thats what I received with Dr Tidey. He is truly an empathetic caring Dr which is rare these days. After we had our son my husband said, Were going back to Dr Tidey. He is tried and true and the best of the best. I trusted and chose him to help not just with our first child but our second child years later. The second ivf experience was just as pleasant if not better than the first experience since we knew what to expect and we knew Dr Tidey would take care of us. We can not thank Dr Tidey enough!!

Dr. Geof Tidey, M.D. is knowledgeable, professional, and curteous. He navigated us through the IVF process, and we were lucky to conceive a baby boy, on our first round of IVF. Our son just celebrated his first Christmas, and is nearly two months old. Merry Christmas Dr. Tidey. Thank you for helping us with our bundle of joy.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Geof Tidey with Shady Grove Fertility. He guided us through the entire treatment, was very patient with our questions and always there to help us. His experience speaks volume and I can honestly say its because of him I am was blessed with two kids now. I would highly recommended him if you are in Richmond (VA) area.

As my Husband an I began our journey to fertility, we honestly didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully the Shady Grove Fertility of Richmond was there to help guide us. With amazing doctors like Dr. George Tidey, we were able to successfully conceive on our first try. Dr. Tidey was extremely knowledgeable about different approaches and procedures to conceiving. He as well as his wonderful nurse Kim will work with you to answer all your questions and concerns, making you feel at ease with the uncertainty of conception. Thankfully, the suggestions Dr. Tidey made saved my Husband and I time and energy by doing a medical procedure (surgery) first, which lead to us conceiving before having to do IUI or IVF.

From the beginning, Dr. Tidey and the Shady Grove team set our minds at ease. The entire IVF process was laid out and explained in a clear, concise manner. We never felt rushed to make a decision, and truly appreciate the level of professionalism and attention to detail that was paid, particularly during what should have been the most stressful times.We are extremely grateful for the entire Shady Grove Team, with a special, heartfelt thanks to Dr. Tidey. Its not hyperbole to say that we could not have done it without them!

Dr. Tidy and all the doctors, nurses & staff became like family to me. They never gave up on me and I never gave up in them. They had faith, just like I did that Id be blessed with a baby. After 2 IUIs and one planned Intercourse, while taking fertility Rx to help, we found out we were pregnant . Shady Grove was almost as excited as my husband and I was. The most spectacular news was at the 1st ultrasound. Here and then we found out we are pregnant with not 1, not 2 but 3 babies! Yes 3!!! Thank you so much Dr. Tidy & everyone at Shady Grove.

The absolute worst so called doctor Ive ever seen in my entire life. Patient first has physicians who have higher IQ and can follow along a conversation than Dr. Tidey. How is it that a nurse has to help answer and clarify questions for him. I can understand if youre introverted and all but at least try to work on your communication skills.

Dr. Tidy did my FET, he was very nice and made sure I understand the process. Definitely made me less anxious with his calm demeanor!
