Convenient location. Fast service. Friendly staff. Appointments always available. Easy to book online. They have helped my mom, husband, and my myself with sudden illnesses. We find going here better than going to our regular doctor! Would highly recommend.

Thank you for the 3 Angels who extended themselves above and beyond the call of First Responders as I experienced Severe Chronic Sciatica in my low back and legs. I was barely moving yet their service was timely trusting and Terrific! I believe they were a God send for not only me but many others. I haven’t been to this particular clinic before I usually go to the one on Mockingbird, but I have absolutely no complaints. This place always takes care of me and makes me feel at home And they always get me back to where I need to be so I can get back with my busy life. Thank you very much doctors and staff keep up the good work. I will be returning Customer for another 10 years.

Ive gone here 3 times in the past few years and this urgent care is great. Theyre fast and convenient. Dr. Srinivasan has a great bedside manner with kids and adults. Very caring and compassionate.

Pleasant experience at this NextCare Urgent Care location. Everyone was calm, understanding and thoughtful. All of my questions were answered. I made an appointment online the day before and was able to check in from my phone once I got to the clinic. They were quick, efficient, and were able to provide the care I needed.

Easy access, I had no wait time. Nurse Practitioner was kind and car and very knowledgeable. Quickly treated my wound. I will use this place for future appointments as necessary.

We showed up without an appointment. We didnt have to wait long at all. All staff was courteous and professional. The Nurse was knowledgeable and professional. We recommend this practice.

Had bronchitis which interfered with breathing & sleep. Could not see my regular physician. Got in to see Dr. Srinivasan at Nextcare within 1 hr. of making online appt. They are great at Nextcare in Richardson at Plano road.

Doctor was nice, but the prescription that gave me for Covid was not covered by medicare.And it was $1700, which of course I could not fill. I have regular Medicare and a good supplement. I told the lady at the front desk to tell the doctor that.

This is my first visit. Doctor, nurse and front desk are very friendly and caring. Service is excellent, no wait time. Doctor reminded me several times that taking my med with food. I truly appreciate they care about their patients.

Just before leaving town, my pharmacy and I had a misunderstanding about my refills, and I was looking at having no blood pressure medication for that stretch of days. I was at my wits end about it, didnt know what to do, and heard from someone at one of my stops that NextCare could likely help me. After a stressful evening, they helped my blood pressure by being so helpful and kind and by giving me enough pills to get through my trip. Im very grateful.

I was recommended to Next Care for a random drug test. They had to idea how to do it and it took 1.2 hours. Additionally, their attitude about the situation was very poor

I was turned away at the front desk without being looked at because they said itd be a liability. I had a previous small scalp surgery which I believe has developed an infection but they wont look at it because they didnt do the surgery; they told me I have to go back to where I got the surgery in the first place. On a holiday. When all doctors offices are closed. And thats that, they told me to leave. Ive honestly never heard of such a thing ever. Not even when I took my teen to Childrens Health PM urgent care on a weekend because she developed an abscess after her wisdom teeth were removed. Childrens didnt refuse to see her because they hadnt been the ones to do her oral surgery. Im honestly flabbergasted. What is the point of urgent care if they refuse to see your particular injury or illness, especially on a holiday? I will never go to NextCare again, my family will not come here again, I will tell friends to not go here, and I will advise all of my doctors to recommend their patients not seek care at this place. Thanks to NextCare, I have to live with a infection which may get worse before I can be seen by my doctor. Thats some liability.Update: Neither my doctors nor any of their staff had ever heard of an urgent care clinic refusing to see someone like I was refused. They are just as flabbergasted as I am. I recommend seeking care elsewhere.

This clinic was wonderful when I needed urgent care. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were friendly, empathetic to my condition, and my symptoms resolved the same day.

I went in to this clinic since I was having irritation while urinating. The staff took a sample of my urine and I went to wait for the doctor. Not even 5 minutes after the doctor comes in and I tell her I used azos a couple of days to help with the irritation but it did not help at all and the doctors goes on to tell me my urine test came back and I don’t have a UTI. The doctor then tells me she’s going to get me some medicine to help. I ask the doctor if they test for STI or anything else other than the uti and the doctor tells me there’s no need for testing since I don’t have any signs of sti even though I’m still having irritation after using azos for multiple days. As she’s helping me she seems like she’s in a rush to get me out of the door even though the office was completely empty and I was the only one there and she has the door open and is walking out while she’s trying to explain the information to me.  I was very clear that the azos didnt help me whenever I tried them and I go to pick up the “medication” the doctor prescribed to me and it was Azos over the counter. I basically waisted $100 for them to prescribe me medication that I used prior to coming in for help that I did not get.

I love this Plano road in Richardson location of NextCare. I have always been able to get in right away. You can schedule online or just go wait. When I got there no one was there, but when I left there were five people there. But at least its not backed up all the time.I have felt like I got good care each time I went and was also treated nicely by the desk person who checked me in as well as the assistant who takes information for the doctor, and certainly the doctor herself, Dr. Srinivasan, great communication and diagnostic skill.

Very friendly and kind staff. The receptionist, nurse and physician. I was in and out. Their kindness goes a long way.

They got us in quick and they accept Medicaid. My dad had bronchitis and they treated us very fast. Thank you, this is our go to place now!

Woke up on a weekend not feeling well and came to NextCare. Very easy experience and every employee was nice and helpful.

This place is probably the best urgent care I’ve been to. It’s not the nicest lobby or the newest building but don’t be fooled. It’s quiet, if you make an appointment they get you in right away, and they always try to find a solution. They never send me away with the resolution of “just keep an eye on it”. I’ve been here about 4 times and it’s consistent, professional and quiet. The doctor or PA comes in moments after you go into the room.

I had a nice experience getting my physical at nextcare. It was quick and cheap, so I will go again for a quick check up.

I battled an upper respiratory infection for several days before going to NextCare. They examined me, recognized the symptoms, and treated me with the appropriate medications. I’m feeling much better now.

The waiting room was clean and spacious. Checking in was easy and front desk staff was cordial.

All of the Ladies there were extremely nice and patient with me. Starting with the front desk staff whom answered all my questions and took in my information politely. The nurse was very detailed oriented and delicate with collecting my symptoms and taking my vitals. The overall turn around is pretty fast so being in and out is no problem. The doctor on duty was very knowledgeable and proactive she listened then accessed and addressed my concerns. 10/10UPDATE MOST RECENT VISIT 3 stars I have four children two of them were being seen and I had asked for all of them to be checked. The staff assigned to check vitals asked me and my two younger children to wait outside while they performed a check up on my other two. All of my children are underage and if something were to happen I can guarantee their response would be WE ARE NOT A DAYCARE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WATCH YOUR CHILDREN. Also it was weird that as a parent I was asked to exit the room and the door shut in my face For children with cold symptoms but when its time to sign paper work or explain treatment hopefully I’m expected to be present the front desk attendee overheard my disappointment and requested me and my toddler be inside the treatment room but my son was left sitting out from I just don’t like being mistreated especially unfairly. They are all close knit they live in the same home 99 percent of the time if one is sick the others shortly follow hence me requesting all them be seen. No reason to quarantine them or show no compassion for the other siblings not being seen THE 3 stars are solely for the physician always so warm, welcoming, and attentive.

Took my daughter in for X-ray of her left foot. Really appreciate the online check in. Made it easy and convenient. Staff was very nice and friendly. X-ray taken no time to result and the doctor was very nice and educated my daughter. I appreciate the time efficiency as well.

Went there with a horrible earache- pressure headache related to allergies and swimming. I Was seen promptly, staff was nice and efficient got allergy shot, pain medication and antibiotics. Feel better already.I do recommend it!I went there again yesterday July 26-24.and the service provided was the best from the doctor and the nurse they are very caring polite and very professional but the front desk not so much they never understand my insurance I always try to explain to them how it works and even try to show them previous bills from past recent visits but I guess that’s how they work

The Dr is nice but she seemed to really not want to do anything. And the front desk was on her phone and being rude and there xray machine is down.

Everyone was so nice! The Dr was compassionate and listened to me when explaining my symptoms. She did a thorough check and immediately diagnosed me, gave me an antibiotic and cough medicine. Very little wait time, no other people and everything was clean. It was a lovely visit and I left feeling I got excellent care.

Rather expensive. $215 deductible, just to get a script for a UTI. The doctor was great, she explained everything in detail.

I drove 5.6 miles to get to this place because I remember seeing it beside the Fish Shack where I order take-out often. There is an urgent care location less that ½ mile from where I live, but the area is not the best, so I chose to go here. I am so glad I did. While I was in the parking lot, no other cars were there was 1 other car and then 1 pulled up soon after another. When I went in, there were 2 people ahead of me. I had to register myself on line by scanning the QR code, which I will register on-line on the website in advance the next time to save time. The wait after completing everything was 10-15 minutes. The nurse who did all my vitals was very nice, caring and compassionate. The nurse practitioner was the same and very knowledgeable. Fortunately, my reason the visit was not too serious. The 2 prescriptions given had me feeling better within 12 hours after taking them. Excellent customer service at this location. It was quiet and very clean. I loved the atmosphere and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this location. I dont regret passing by other locations to visit this one. Decent service but I had to wait 90 min to get in to see the dr. A ton of paper work to complete before I could get to see the Dr.

This location has always been wonderful when my husband or I have needed to come in. They’re fast and efficient, but the Doctors take time to really listen and figure out what’s wrong. I’ve had to come in a couple times recently for an ongoing respiratory issue and Dr. Ogeto was very sweet and caring. If you have to see someone for urgent care, this is 100 percent the right location to visit.

They were reasonably fast and efficient. They seemed to be fairly knowledgeable (for my minor scratch infection) and efficient. Most of all, what impressed me was that I called them afterwards with a question, and not only did they pick up the phone, but they called me back as they promised. This is quite unusual in my experience and I really appreciated it.

I received great care for my issue once I got actually saw the dr. However my follow up appointment was moved without a good reason and with no notice. TWICE. The first I was told the dr request I delay a day. She had not done that however The 2nd time I was told I showed up 30 minutes early and told I was wrong. Text confirmations said otherwise.

I have been here twice and was taken care of pretty quick and happy with my Doctor taking care of me. I give 5 Stars.

I went to this facility a few months back for my toddler and they were phenomenal then. I got sick over the weekend and went for myself this morning, I was running 20 minutes late for the appointment that I set. They saw me, gave me everything I need and were so kind. The office is fast and efficient, I am so grateful and will continue to come here for my healthcare needs.

Honestly felt so heard and cared for. I was a walk in and got scene within the hour on a Sunday and the physician/nurse were both genuinely so understanding and knowledgeable. 100% would come back if I had more issues.

My 2nd time visit here. . I tried Urgent Care with fancy building closer to my home before, but I will always choose this one over that. The building might be old and outdated but the courtesy of the front office, the doctors, nurses are always excellent. Everything was so smooth and waiting time is short. They are really good listeners and respectful, they dont play down with my concern and so thorough in explaining the procedure and examination. Highly recommended.Update: my 3rd visit, and they still provide the best care with great explanation, good bedside manners.

I walked from my home to this urgent care. About 45 min. Only for them to tell me “Did I have an appt ,we don’t accept it walk-ins.” Very inconvenient. Could’ve at least offered other options. Not even an “I’m sorry”

This place is great if you want to waste your money!!! If you have an easy and general concern maybe you’ll be luckier than I was but I highly DO NOT recommend. They told me only things google could too and couldn’t answer ANY of my questions.There were errors in doctors notes for my personal employer (plural due to both of the doctors notes being wrong before and after I called).Nothing was detailed in documentation as to why I was unable to work.There was little to no details on personal documentation and health reports. As well as, no medical details/reports of the visit and outcome posted on personal file.I dealt with three people from two different offices that all didn’t know what they were doing. Absolutely no follow up after the appointment as symptoms proceeded and no diagnosis was given on the first visit and a follow up call was promised.Even after I expressed my concerns, little to no help or explanation was provided. My experience was a JOKE!!!! Please don’t be fooled by this company!!! I wish I could get my money back.

I made an appointment. I did not have to wait long to get started. The appointment took about 40 minutes from start to finish. They answered all my questions and gave me a diagnosis and the medication I needed. Great service by everyone there.

*** 0 STARS ***Daughter had an appointment scheduled and stated they took our insurance. Office was sending text messages requesting SSN (not secure and extremely irresponsible of the office). Daughter went in person and explained they would only need the benefit number to run the insurance. She provided the front office with the number to call and verify insurance. Office associated called, verified insurance and still requested the SSN of the plan sponsor (me). Due to their lack of experience and knowledge on how to properly bill and/or process claim, they stated she may be liable for expenses if she didn’t provide sponsor SSN! When you try to call the office to explain, you can only talk with someone in a call center that does not understand the issue or able provide guidance! Waste of time and terrible service.

I love that it’s easy to book an appointment online. I arrived and checked in on line. My only complaint is that I had to wait 1 hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Staff was friendly and apologized. Once I went back the staff was efficient and professional. I recommend this clinic, just know you may have to wait.

Had my appointment in advance, was taken in the back within 2 minutes of my appointment time.Saw doctor, was very pleased with knowledge and professionalism I was shown by the entire staff.I recommend using this location they know what they are doing for sure.

I have made several trips here in the last few months. The receptionists are always really nice. The nurses are very welcoming and efficient The doctors that I have seen are really great too. They take the time to visit with you to really understand what medical issues you are having. Last time the doctor even called a couple of days after my visit to make sure the medication was working.

My appt was at 9 am on a Friday. They got me in early. They were quick, courteous, and helpful. I needed a pelvic exam and luckily there was a female doctor. She was a South Asian lady. I forget her name. She had a great bedside manner and was knowledgeable. Everything went very quickly and easily. I wish my own doctor’s office was this efficient. I will definitely go back there for urgent care.

This place and company are awful. I had a 8:20 appointment this morning. I received the texts confirming. Showed up to an empty building, lock and no lights on. Called the main number and was told to wait they will be open. I continued to wait. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment someone showed up to the office. She came out to tell me and another person waiting they will not be opening today.No text notification, no call to notify me. When I called to see if they could move my appointment to another location they said they couldn’t but I could try to walk in.Terrible business and support. Being sick and upset about the inconvenience of finding another provider and go absolutely no help from the call center line.

I liked checking in on my cell phone rather than filling out lots of paperwork. I was also able to scan my insurance card and DL. Other doctors offices should do this as well.

This clinic is excellent! From being able to get an appointment quickly to the cleanliness of the clinic to the excellent nursing staff and then visiting with the stellar nurse practitioner, this was an fabulous experience especially since I’m sick! These are quality healers and people. I am very grateful to have found them and the NP is a jewel!

Today I took my 8 year old daughter into this clinic to be checked out and we received the worst customer service experience ever at a medical office. The front clerk was very unprofessional, rude to my child and I, discriminating, and uncaring that my child was in pain. This individual kept picking at us, until I decided to get up and leave. I have never experienced this type of treatment from this clinic. I understand that everyone has there days, but there is no reason to react the way this front desk lady did today. I will never visit this location again. I hate that my child had to experience this type of behavior. This person should be terminated. You should not be able to use your power to hurt others or to make things complicated for no reason and especially to children. When I got to my car I prayed for this individual to release such hate from her heart. Overall, I was able to find another urgent care office that deserves an A+!!!

Good place to take my teenage daughter and son when their doctor is close. All the personnel is very nice and the waiting is very good and the lobby and rooms are always clean I give this place 5 stars

Super fast and extremely nice! They took care of me right away! Once my results came back all negative, they gave me a steroid shot and prescribed me antibiotics for a respiratory infection. I left out of there feeling alot better!

Easy in and out. Made an appt online and did not have to wait long. The nurses were nice, Edna, I presume a PA since she did not introduce herself as “Dr”, was great and competent. Fixed me right up, got my prescriptions called in and they were ready for pickup on my way home. I am already feeling better! Yes, I highly recommend this NextCare (Primacare) location!

I went in for pre employment screening and everyone from the reception to all other staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcomed. It was nice to go to a place where they cared about their clients and went above and beyond to ensure you felt comfortable. For any future needs I will be sure to return to this specific location. Loved this medical center, I was in so much pain with my eye went and got checked out real fast and started treatment immediately. Loved the fast process, and Dr. Dinah is the best!

I booked an appointment at this urgent care before I arrived because my ribs were in moderate to severe pain with swelling. When I showed up, the front desk lady told me that because I did not have an external condition like a cut or sickness, that they could NOT help me. She told me I could still be seen but there was not much they could do for me. She told me all of this before I could even check in for my appointment. There was not a single person waiting in the waiting room or any cars in the parking lot, and now I understand why. As a health professional myself, I was in complete shock that the lady at the front desk was basically turning me away when I was in a great deal of pain. I will NEVER come back here or refer anyone I care about here. It was the most absolutely ridiculous 5 minute occurrence in an Urgent Care, I had ever had.

OMG talk about the friendliest the best patient care ever. Best experience bar none. Having to take my child to an emergency facility is stressful enough. My child is already in a lot of pain and I feel helpless. The women working at this place including the doctor were just phenomenal. Come to think of it not only in this Richardson location but also the Plano location. I swear I had great customer service there also. You know how sometimes you go somewhere and people are nice because thats the right thing to do and its kind of like fake, but okay cuz youre strangers. Well these women at both facilities were super nice. I felt like we had known them for years because we could feel that they really cared. Feels great to know theres still nice people in the world that really care. God bless all those beautiful women. They deserve it.

They were courteous, prompt ,and saw me right away. Was happy that they accepted my Medicare Advantage Plan which Care Not doesn’t. Was pleased with the care I was given by a physician assistant. He was thorough and gave me a prescription for if my sore throat persists. Gave me after care instructions as well. Was pleased with my experience.

I showed up really close to closing time and was honestly surprised at how well they treated me. Overall they were super professional and wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting a covid test done. They were fast, efficient, and caring. If I get sick anytime in the future. This is where I plan to go.

I went in for a free rapid covid test at 8am when they opened. The front desk was helpful, the chairs were spaced out appropriately for social distancing, the restroom was clean (2 he wait, which is awesome for free covid testing), the doctors and attendants were all respectful. My insurance doesnt kick in until January, so Im very thankful. I will use this location again if ever need be. Thanks again to the staff!

This was my first experience at Prima Care. When I say it was a very busy day, that is an understatement. People were flocking in with illness and to get covid tests. The person that checked me in was so polite and informative despite being overwhelmed with patients. Despite overhearing other patients be rude to them, they kept their cool and were professional. Once I was called back they were very quick and got me in and out in record time. Thank you so much!!

Its easier to sign up online. I did not but should of, quicker. They have a QR code you can look up get paperwork online. Then you wait not long depends on how busy they had 8 ppl ahead of me. Got in the Nurse was super Kind & she knew exactly what to ask. She answered all my questions ( I had to get steroid shots ) she did it got it done waited to make sure I was not allergic explained everything to me sent my scripts & now Im on my way. I highly recommend Dr. Knows her stuff too. She knew exactly what to diagnose. I recommend this location.

Ive been here multiple times for the past year and every time all of the staff is always so nice and efficient! These members do take their time with you and make sure youre heard. They dont just get you in and out just to move to the next patient.

I had a great experience at NextCare Urgent Care. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and the staff was friendly and professional. I had dizziness when going from a lying position to a standing position, and the doctor diagnosed me with Benign Paroxysmal Position Vertigo. She printed out instructions for the Epley Maneuver for Vertigo and called in a prescription for meclizine to eliminate dizziness until the Epley Maneuver shows results in about a week. She took the time to explain the diagnosis and answer all my questions. The doctor also saw I had a lot of wax buildup in my left ear and had the nurse wash it out with warm water and hydrogen peroxide. I would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care to anyone looking for quality, affordable healthcare.

Chose my time I wanted to go and made appt and filled out paperwork online. Check in was quick and efficient and everyone (check in person, nurse and doctor) were all very friendly, professional, social and caring. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Very pleased with Dr. Srinivanastan and highly recommend her.

Great service! Helpful staff! I was able to do a walk-in being that I was feeling sick and afraid I had COVID. Thankfully test results showed it was negative and I had a upper respiratory infection. Im from out of town, well, out of state actually and I have never had to visit a doctor when traveling. This was a very pleasant experience. I made an online appointment and the whole process was very smooth. Once I got to the office all of the ladies were awesome. Corina checked me in, Amber took me back and Dr. Srinivasan saw me. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I dont recommend getting sick away from home but if you do I would recommend that you go here!

We had the same doctor we had over a year ago. The doctor is kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. The medical assistant was also very kind, patient, and friendly. We were in and out in about one hour and they don’t overbook patients.

The medical professionals here are so lovely. I came in with chest pains, thinking of the worst, but when they checked me, they were so kind and spoke calmly with me that I was instantly relieved of my panic. They answered my questions and were nice enough to take the time to explain what I was suffering from. It turned out that I didn’t have something serious as I had believed, and it was easily treatable. I walked in to this urgent care center feeling nervous and frightened, but when I left I was happy and relieved, not only because I was reassured to find out I was not dying, but also because they were so welcoming and good-natured.

I would give them a big zero if I could, their web page states walk in welcome. I wait 45 minutes for them to open to be told appointments only when they had one patient. I called customer care and they said they can’t turn me down if I have COVID symptoms. Customer care sent me an hour away and they refused me also. Never again will I waist my time with these folks

The staff is a small staff, but they took great care of me today. I’ve seen Dr Srinivasan a few times now and she’s always been patient to answer my questions even though she is very busy. Please let her and the staff there know how much they are appreciated!

Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was polite and professional, and the doctor had read my history and was prepared when she walked in the exam room, unlike some of my regular doctors! If you find yourself in a bind, especially on a weekend, definitely give them a call. You won’t regret it!

I always have a great experience at this location. This last time, I made my appointment online and got there about 10 minutes before. I waited about five minutes while they checked insurance and checked me in. Once I went back to the room, I only waited two minutes. The doctor was fantastic! Diagnosed my upper respiratory infection and sent in a prescription for my antibiotic and cough meds. Seamless process and great staff!

The whole staff was so kind and I was seen pretty quickly. Dr Srinivasan helped me and was thorough. I greatly appreciate everyone that saw me tonight.

Quick check in, very attentive staff. Very nice alternative to my primary care office when they are unavailable. PA was attentive, Tracey was terrific and the young woman at the front desk was very pleasant. Obviously not there because I wanted to be but overall a pleasant experience.

My son fell off the school playground backgrounds and we brought him here for X-ray and check up. We went home and they told us someone would call us to tell us what X-ray showed as THERE ARE NO DOCTORS PRESENT, it’s all nurse practitioners. We got a call saying he was fine and there was just swelling.His bone was very obviously poking out of his collarbone.After a week of noticing he’s not using his arm as much we took him to a hospital for another X-ray. HIS COLLARBONE HAD A SIGNIFICANT BREAK!!! How do you miss that on an X-ray?!? It was so obviously apparent even the untrained eye can see it. We’re unsubscribing all our kids from here. It’s so scary how undiagnosed something as apparent as a broken bone can happen here.

My experience could not have been better! The entire team from the front desk to the physicians assistant very efficient and competent. I especially enjoyed working with Nikki and Rupa who were my care providers.

The appointment and check in process was a breeze since it was all done online. I did have to wait about 30 mins to be seen after I arrived at 9:15am (time of my appointment). After that Everything went pretty smoothly and I was seen by Ednah (NP) to be tested for covid, strep and flu. It only took about 20 mins to get the results. The staff is friendly and courteous. Overall had a great experience and I would probably return again if there was ever a need.

The practitioner that met with me was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. The MA also was very thorough and did a great job. My only complaint is that if you go wait in your car for your turn to be called, they won’t call you in. They said you just have to keep checking your status from the text message they send you.

Making an appointment rather than walking in is definitely a better way to go. Was seen within 5 minutes after getting there for my appointment. Doctor didn’t have to do much this time—my cough was evidence of my respiratory condition. In and out within 30 min.

I was very happy with my visit: short wait, clean facility, nice staff members. The only complaint I have is that the PA was in my room for less than 5 mins. I feel providers should spend a little more time with patients when were spending money there (I was a cash patient).

It was great bc there was no wait and it was convenient to fill out all the forms online. The girl at the front desk and nurse were friendly and professional. The NP, Ednah was okay. Not much of a bedside manner and felt a little rushed even though there was noone else there. The discharge paper mentioned taking advil/tylenol for the pain, which I already knew but Ednah never actually mentioned it during our brief meeting.. Nothing here was bad - just nothing great either.

Second time here and so far has been the best experience ever! The staff are wonderful and nice, Great service! I highly recommend Dr. Srinivanastan, She was very professional and caring. Thank You

I understand only have one doctor and assistant in there. I suggest that in online for make a appointment. They are also accept my Moline insurance.

Had to wait a little while past my appt time, but physicians assistant and phsicisn were courtrous, efficient, and pleasant. Several tests were conducted and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy.

My Doctor healed my elbow strain. I couldnt lift my arm due to over exercising. She gave me 2 steroid shots and a prescription for muscle relaxer. I was feeling 95% better in 4 hours.

The doctor was short handed so she was working as THE doctor and nurse. On top of that she had 3 emergencies while I waited. She was thorough, attentive and helpful in every way. Even though it’s an emergency care clinic they saw me for a Covid 19 test. I had to wait but I was happy to do it.

I have taken my autistic son to three different doctors about his infected toe and all of them have prescribed antibiotics the first time it did nothing the second time not more than the first, the third time it decreased the infection slightly BUT only this time when I saw this doctor did she actually tell me why his toe was infected and where the infection actually came from came from, no other doctor gave us an actual reason just antibiotics, and antibiotics are not going to fix what is wrong with my son, thanks to this doctor we actually have a real diagnosis and treatment which are not antibiotics and be will heal and now I know that this will actually go away. We walked in to this clinic and even though Alex had 14 people in front of him we were able to go home and wait at home because of an app that had an active waiting list that we could watch and come back whenever he was next in line the doctor was amazing the staff was amazing I just gave five stars because that was the limit but if there were more I would give more. This place truly cares about people and takes the time to ask the questions that make a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

They were wonderful today! I had Covid over Christmas and have had a horrible Covid rash that started with it and comes and goes and is MISERABLE! They worked me right in and was given a fast acting and a long term Steroid shot. Receptionist, RN and Doc were all delightful, caring and professional. Short wait. Went to Cate Now first and receptionist was rude and couldn’t get me in. Highly recommend this Prima Care. And I am sitting here this evening with the rash and itching gone.

Went to do Covid-19 test for my mother. They dont need appointment as well as referral for the test. Went in, waiting for Max 15 min and they called us in. Very good service. Stuffs are very nice and helpful. Doctor was very kind and explaining everything slowly for my mother to understand as she has a little but language barrier. certainly I would recommend this place. Thank you Prima care. Oh not to mention the test results came negative and they called me in 2 days. Thank you Almighty!

Everything went well. I got in pretty easily and I was able to do my paperwork online. The doctor and staff were great. The only problem I had was they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, even after I gave them the cross streets and address.

Everyone from the front desk lady, the check in nurse, and the physician were very friendly and attentive!! This made a great impression since this was my first time going to a PrimaCare. I would definitely recommend to my friends as I was referred by another friend. The COVID test wasn’t shoved my nose to tickle my brain and my didn’t water up as the nurse was exceptional and experienced. Oh and btw, my text came back negative!!!

I had to not only wait a week to get an MRI for a painful injury, but I was the one that had reach out 4 or 5 times just for them to TELL me what the results were, and then another 2 times just to get them to email me the results. One would think when the subject has to with a humans health and well being, regardless of how busy the clinic might be, that they would have a little urgency.

We recently brought our 10 month old here who happened to get sick with a high fever during the Memorial Day weekend. We called on Memorial Day and got an appointment for half an hour later which was great. When we came in the lady at the front desk was very friendly and courteous, and the paperwork was very minimal. We walked in to see the doctor soon after, and although he couldnt tell what was wrong exactly, he was very professional and gave us some good advice. To be honest we didnt expect much because they are not pediatricians (our pediatrician was closed that day, hence why we came here), yet the advice received from the Dr. was good enough to manage the fever until we saw the pediatrician the next day. In conclusion, very professional and friendly staff, and I recommend coming here if you are local.

This was my first visit in the establishment and I absolutely loved the staff and Doctor. Very professional and clean. The doctor on duty, Dr. Srinivasan was hands on as she was trying to give a diagnosis. She was very understanding and listens.

The doctor was very competent, focused on me s a patient and addressed my health issue effectively. Receptionist was friendly and courteous. Although I called to find out when to be there, I still wanted 1 1/2 hours before seeing the doctor.

I called at 9:30 to get an appointment but only had 1:40 open. So I said I would be there at that time. Staff asked if I lived far away, I said no and said I could come right over. I Did and checked in SAP maybe five minutes they called me in the back sat in there or maybe 56 minutes doctor came in and I was in an out on my way home probably within 15 to 20 minutes maximum so I was very happy about that.I come several times a year for at least the last 15 years. I get upper respiratory infections easily.

Nice and clean. Long wait. I walked in since I couldnt schedule for same day. Found out it was because of the wait time was 3 hours. We waited about 2. Staff was really nice. Once was in my son care was quick not rushed though.

I tend to be leery of offices outside my own Doctors office. But this experience had to be shared. I run a business based largely on reply to our customer service and products. Dr. Srinivasan had an amazing“Bed side Manner” when it came to dealing with my son. She was confident, classy and professional from the beginning. When you walked in, greets with a real smile and a quite confidence as well. Over all we were very satisfied with the end result. And get this; our BCBS policy worked! Awesomeness!So when you’re out scouting for a place to go in a quick minute- no doubt we’ll be back again if and when the need arises. If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in to an empty waiting room to take a covid test for my kids. The receptionist act to be busy and told us to wait, and I waited for 15min, like I said I walked in to an empty waiting room. After waiting for 15min, I got a phone call from my sister and I step outside for a min, when I came back into the waiting room, the front desk lady was like I call you while u walked out and we closed at 5pm like woman if you closed at 5pm. You could just help us to sign-in or fill out the form in the first place. Thats not how you treat the patients. I usually don’t post bad reviews but this place is horrible customer service and wait times.

They went above and beyond. I couldnt get in anywhere else and they accepted me as a walk in. Waiting time was for about 2 hours but i had a link letting me know how many people were ahead so i was able to leave, eat, and come back. Usually tests take 5 days but abnormal circumstance led them give me same day.

I visited this PrimaCare on 01/20/2017 - it was a Friday night and Id had a fever for almost 24 hours. I picked this location (Id never been) because it was the closest to me. The check in staff were very kind and compassionate letting me know that the wait was going to be about an hour as it was busy and Friday night. I chose to stay and even though the wait was longer than anyone would like being sick, I liked seeing the screen that showed how far along in the queue I was. Cynthia Barrientos called me back and took my vitals. It turned out she wasnt feeling well herself (allergies) but took the most amazing care of me just the same. She was also very kind, compassionate, and caring of me letting me know each step of the way what was happening and checking on me. When Chelsea Edwards FNP saw me, she couldnt have been more amazing. She was thorough in her questions, understood my concerns of possibly getting my family sick, and was overly cautious in her diagnosis and medication. Although it took a while to be seen that night, I was so grateful for the time that the staff gave to each person including myself - it wasnt rushed and all possibilities of my illness and treatment plan were considered. This was a very close second to seeing my actual doctor and would definitely go back if I ever need Urgent Care.

I went to this office one day and had to have a small procedure done. I was told to followup in 2 days. I paid $260 for that visit and was told by the lady at the front office that I will not be charged for the followup visit because of my insurance. When I came back 2 days later there was a different lady at the front desk and she tried to charge me another $150 she didnt look up my insurance benefits or anything. So I tried to contact my insurance however they were close. After she made me wait for a long time while she chit chatted with a nurse she came back and said we will not charge you but if your insurance doesnt pay we will bill you.Fine whatever. I came home today not even a full 2 weeks later and guess what I received a $265 bill. Hmm how does a followup visit even cost the same as when an actual procedure is done? Anyway I went on my insurance member portal to check what they have as my responsibility and guess whatNeither of my claims were ever billed to the insurance but my prescription claim is on there from WalmaetNever again will I go to this facility

The staff was GREAT!!!! Wait time was under 10 minutes. The office was nice and clean. I will definitely visit in the future, if there’s a need.

I went in as I had tested positive for covid with an at home test and I am at high risk, diabetes, asthma, obesity, and high blood pressure. I was properly masked with an n95 and had cleaned my hands thoroughly with soap and sanitizer before entering. I was basically turned away and publicly shamed by the receptionist that was there this morning for coming in and told basically I had to tough it out.I got a telehealth visit and was told that I should go to a different facility to seek the antiviral treatment. Don t go here

Always very helpful with any issues we have came to them forEdit - they were very helpful, I had a VIDEO VISIT FOR ME SCHEDULED AT 5 PM. At 5:30 I called and they said they have me as a call ahead check in. So I didn’t call ahead, I went through the app… but it’s 5:30 and didn’t get a call like “where you at????” , but instead it let me in a video call just to wait.

I would give them a 0 if there is an option.I called the location and they stated that we do not need appointment for Covid test. They verified insurance, and said that I can come now. We showed up, and they said we need appointment because they are out of test and the earliest appointment is 3 days away. They need to know what they are talking about instead create inconvenience for the patients.

Called to make appointment was told to do it myself online, (whats the point of a receptionist?) We show up 5 minutes early for our 2 pm appointment only to still be sitting here at 2:40! If your doctor is running behind that should be disclosed at check in! So rude!

It hard to book a same day appointment for work related injury. I waa able to book three days away. Showed up and waa told their xray machine has been down for 2 weeks. And I needed to go somewhere else. And that they noticed I would need an xray when they read my paperwork I filled out online. A phone call would have been nice and an offer to find another Primacare that had an opening and working xray.

Great people, the lady at front greets you before you notice her. from the time I walked in the clinic till the time I saw the doctor I was very comfortable. The clinic was very clean and doctor Roopa was very caring and compassionate.

Efficient, extremely clean, short wait time, wonderful personnel from front office, nursing staff and Dr. Clear directions both verbal and take home instructions. Extremely caring place.

My actual visit was only about 20 minutes and very easy. I checked in online around 1 pm for my 1:15 “que” and did not get called back until 2:45 pm. I spent almost 2 hours waiting and 2 hours there total. If not for the wait, it would have been deemed at 5 star.

Kierrah at the front desk is so friendly and helpful! I brought 2 kids and they were both seen very quickly, without long wait times between nurses, Drs & actually being released. I was so thankful my whole day wasnt shot!

I have taken my children to this location off and on for 16 years. I have had them seen for everything from bone aneurysms, stitches, Poison Ivy, flu and common cold. FNP Ednah Silmon was neglectful, disrespectful and just out right criminal. She didnt listen to us after she walked in for 2 seconds, look at my sons face then said its allergies and walked out. We tried to get her to look further but she refused and told us were wrong and stupid. She gave him a medicine that actually gave him pneumonia and he probably already had it but she made it worse trying to kill my son!!!!! Your practice is trash and you need to be fired!!!!

Reception was friendly. Insignificant wait time cause had booked appointment on phone. Necessary test were done quickly and doctor explained duagnosis and cause of action. In less than an hour was on my way home.👍

This PrimaCare was awesome. Used online registration, short wait, and great care. The patient was my adult brother with autism and the doctor and staff treated him with kindness and understanding.
