Convenient , affordable and very friendly staff. Much better than labcrops. I get urine drug test within 5 minutes - they do not accept any insurance but the it worth for 69 usd for saving time and mental health.

This location overbooks appointments, so I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time while only a single person working took blood, prepared blood and other packages, to be picked up for UPS. The place doesn’t look clean and sanitary, so I was already debating my decision to use the Redmond lab. What has pushed me over the line is that they told me I’ll receive an email in about 3 days on how to get my results. I received a same day receipt for my payment which confirms they have the correct email address. After 8 days of no email, I called their office. Their annoying ‘hold’ advertising message played for 100 minutes without them answering the hold call! Do yourself a favor and go to a different lab.9/23/24 update: To provide more information per your response indicating you had already sent a registration email and I failed to register, there was no initial email! I verified this by double-checking inbox/trash/junk folders on the day I left my initial review per suggestion from Any Lab Test Now appointment operator. After receiving your email a few minutes ago and registering, the portal reads You currently have no results. Unfortunately, this confirms my experience of working with the Redmond branch of Any Lab Test Now :-(

Heres is a update as of 09/20/2024.I received a call from the lab this past Monday and they wanted to know if I wanted to schedule a appointment, what the ?The phone call also stated that my refund request has been sent to the auditor.Uh I seriously think not.@1 days as of today waiting on my refund for service that was not even available So as far as a reputable business, I recommend looking somewhere else.PAID FOR A SERVICE ONLINE 11 DAYS AGO FOR A SERVICE AND THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT i PAID FOR AND NOW IM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND . DONT PAY AHEAD OR THIS GUY WILL KEEP YOUR CASH...THIS PLACE still sucks..

Super helpful, polite and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment and the process took less than 15 mins. Very painless process. They handled shipping it back to the lab for me!

Had this done for my daughter at the location in redmond. She’s very experienced. I highly recommend if you are the type that doesn’t do well with having blood drawn.

Great experience. I had a test kit sent to me that required blood draw that wasnt from my normal doc so labcorp wouldnt work. No issues going here. Sumita (I believe was here name) was great and drew blood quickly and painlessly. Recommend if you have a kit that requires draw and labcorp isnt an option.

Rudest bunch of people I ever meet. Couldnt talk to me professionally on the phone. Waisted my time by not telling me when I called they dont take insurance and the medical person on staff had attitude out the gate without me doing anything to her. I can understand if youre busy but you dont have to act as though its a burden to acknowledge me. Rude all of them!

After having two visits and 11 pokes from an in-home phlebotomist to take blood for a test recommended by my neurologist, they were able to successfully take blood on the second try! Very happy with their work.

Did 3 tests, with 2 saying results in a couple days and 1 expecting results in just over a week, Took several weeks and multiple emails to get first test results. More time to get second. Never got 3rd at all but they lied and the credit card dispute failed. Now have to do a second dispute.Prices charged has no relation to prices on the website.Person doing the billing has no idea what was going on and the doctor wrote random prices down on a piece of paper.Nurse dropped the vials. Nurse didnt know how many / which type of vials to pull for the very basic tests.The vials and needle were all clean of course, but the blood drawing area was cluttered, floor dirty, boxes pilled everywhere and collapsing on themselves. Absolutely chaotic and not what youd expect from a professional medical facility.Strongly suggest never going here.Update: As part of the credit card dispute they sent my personal, private, medical results to the credit card company without my knowledge or authorization.

Easy to make appointment. People are nice there. My vine is tiny but they did a great job.

I needed blood work done at the 11th hour for an athletic event. Not only did they let me schedule right at closing, but they stayed patient with me despite this. They got all kinds of pre-made panels for a bunch of different needs, including various athletic events, and the results came back in time for the event.Definitely the place to go if you need some miracle workers.

I came here with my 4 year old for a lab and the lady phlebotomist was awesome! The owner was very helpful! They even had a box of prizes. So thoughtful!

False positive! I got a QuantiFERON test here and was given a positive result. The sample was collected in not the most professional manner and apparently processed just as sloppily. I got the report a few days later and the result was positive. Things were already fishy because the nil value was not reported as part of the results. I called and asked for it, was told it would be sent to me, and never heard back. I went through about a week of anxiety and 800 dollars worth of additional testing to prove that AnyLabs result was inaccurate.I went here to save on an office visit. I ended up having to pay for much more. DO NOT trust this lab.In response to the owners response to my review: I want my money back. In fact, I would like to charge AnyLab for the additional testing and office visits occasioned by the inaccurate test. I will be more than happy to share my negative QuantiFERON result from Labcorps and negative chest X-Ray if you can tell me how best to exchange information privately.EDIT: So its been two months. When I confronted them and asked for my money back, they asked for my LabCorps results. Which I shared right away. Then Silence. When I confronted them again, they said they were waiting from Labcorp to see what generation of assay they had used. (Unlikely, since LabCorps wouldnt share information about my test with some random guy). Since then, total ghosting except they decided to put me on their advertisement mailing list.DO NOT choose this lab. Inaccurate lab results can cause harm.

I needed a last minute Covid test to travel internationally, and was scrambling to find a location that could get me in the next morning at 8 am. With Any Lab Test Now, I was able to book an appointment the night before, fill out and submit all the paperwork, and be in and out of the office in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend for travelers or anyone looking to get tested quickly. Big thanks to the staff for being so helpful!

(Edited) I previously left a negative review for poor customer service and a lost test, now I learned that the management at this location threatened to no longer serve me if I didn’t take my review down. Trust me that I will not be back to this location.While the test was eventually located, the woman I spoke to was so rude and tried her best to be unhelpful, even hanging up on her at one point and refused to let me talk to her manager for help until I insisted. Getting tested is part of my job and this location has made an already tense situation for me way more difficult than it needed to be.

Staff are patient and very helpful. My parents did China travel Covid package here. Easy to book appointment. They will send reminder on the day of the test. You are welcomed by the staff at the door. They will help you fill out necessary forms and get elderly photos taken. The staff is available in the wee hours to make sure everyone gets test results on time. They also provided tips on testing and procedures to fill out online forms to get the green QR code. Best experience one can have with this stressful process. Highly recommended!

I felt very light headed after the blood draw and slightly embarrassed, but Sunita was very caring and made the experience much better! She talked to me throughout the blood draw and gave me lots of water once I started feeling dizzy. I felt better quickly because of her help and would definitely recommend this place for anyone who gets light headed when they have their blood drawn!(I came for a Quantiferon TB test for school).

Great phlebotomist! Afterwards she let me watch the process of labeling and packing the vials for the lab so I know there’s no mistakes made. Also gave me the fed ex tracking number so I know the shipping status.

If I could give these scammers negative stars I would.I made an appointment for a COVID test and received a confirmation email from them stating both the test and the price. When I arrived at the location, the attendant told me that they dont do that test any more and that if I wanted a test (exactly the same test that I already had an appointment for) that it would be $269 instead of $90.I paid the $269 and then left an unsatisfied review on their internal feedback system. The owner then called me and cancelled my test... he said he couldnt take my business because I wasnt happy. When I told him that would only make things worse, he hung up on me and now wont answer the phone.This place is a massive scam preying upon travelers who have no other option.

Beware of the testing location at Redmond, WA. If you are going to get tested for travel purpose and get a positive result from them, before you cancel your plans, make sure you get tested from somewhere else as well.Their test results are not to be believed. I got my RT-PCR test done from them which came back Positive(I had ZERO symptoms). Luckily I had some time for my travel so I got re-tested from another 3 different labs in the area within a span of 24 hours and every place it came back Negative(expected).I was lucky and I could travel but it did put me and my family through a lot of stress because after we saw in their report that I am positive, I had to take my family(including my 5 year old daughter) for tests. We were worried and scared that we might have transmitted unknowingly.When I reached their center asking about this, the lady at the front desk did acknowledge that she has seen lot of people like me coming to them and she called the doctor from inside who was extremely rude.Unless it is absolutely necessary, save yourself some time and look for another better lab in the area.

Sunita at the Redmond location was wonderful. She was thorough and so very kind, which is hard to come by at labs. I was denied by LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics when I brought in a particular kit to have filled. I made many calls to other labs and they all refused to fill the lab kit for me. I was relieved to find out that Any Lab Test Now would accept me on the same day and the service was fantastic! Thank you so much.

This place only caters to Chinese. Its absolutely garbage. We reserved our covid test only to arrive to be told the test kits for our tests have ran out, because there are other people coming to get these tests on an urgent base. Our tests needs to be done 72 hour before our flight to Hawaii. They caused me to scramble last minute to find another Hawaii safe traveled approved service less than 48 hour before my flight. These scumbags absolutely deserve negative stars if allows

Beware of the Redmond branch..This is a scam.On the website they claim SAME DAY result for COVID RTPCR at $189. I took the 8 AM appointment (first appointment of the day) and was told the report will be available NEXT DAY morning else pay $50 extra to upgrade to 2 hours report! I had to fly out 3 AM next day so didn’t have a choice and had to pay extra but hope you can be careful and find better use of your money!

The scheduling portion and even getting my lab results were very easy and I appreciated being able to get my test done with only a short window to do it in versus waiting weeks for results through other avenues.The problem is with the heavily tattooed guy/tech at the front desk and his attitude problem especially considering he was late to even open the office. He didn’t acknowledge me even though I was standing right at the door looking at him when he unlocked it and then he walked inside and I had to ask if it was even ok to come in yet which he responded to with some mutter I couldn’t understand. I told him what test I was there for and he didn’t say anything but rudely snapped “fill that out” as he pointed to a clipboard without a pen. I had to ask for a pen and got yet another attitude. You’d have sworn someone was holding him at gunpoint and forcing him to do this job as disgruntled as he was and I didn’t expect this, especially in Redmond. And instead of asking me what my email address was for my results when I was leaving he just snapped “you need to rewrite this email” and threw the clipboard from earlier on the counter. I did my best to stay professional since I am a healthcare worker and know how to indeed be professional but believe me, this guy pushes people and I can see that from the other reviews about him. Unbelievable that anyone would keep this unprofessional moron on their staff

This was, by far, the worst blood-work experience ever, and one of the worst customer-satisfaction experience Ive had in this country. The individual who drew my blood (the recipe says employee 184743137) was the rudest, most grating person Ive seen in years. Everything about him - demeanor, attitude, intonation and word choice made me feel unwelcome to the extreme. He was so harsh that I was, for the first time in decades, afraid of how rough is he going to be with the needle (and he was). I dont say this lightly, but a person like that should NOT be working with customers at all. I strongly recommend people stay away from that branch, until such time as the company communicates that this employee wont be there anymore.

Sunita was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here for any of my lab needs. I needed to get a TB test and student titers and I have hard veins to find, because of my skin condition. She did it flawlessly and had me feel so comfortable! Highly highly recommend coming here, and ask for Sunita!

Scheduling was easy, but that’s where it ended. When my results were ready, they didn’t call me. I got a text message asking me for my email address (which I already gave them REPEATEDLY at the office). It’s been **FIVE DAYS** later, and I haven’t received my results, a return call (I left a voicemail), or a return email to my inquiry.Whoever runs this clinic is clearly disorganized. I’m giving them 48 hours before reporting them to the BBB. Don’t waste your time and money, folks. This is completely unprofessional!!!

Be aware that if you have to have a same-day test you might need to pick a 2-hour option.I picked a same-day test done at 9am and was told that the test will be ready between 12am-8am the next day. Although I dont consider it same day it worked for me. The test came at 10pm the same day so it was well on time.The lady at the lab was very polite.

I would NOT come to this location if you are seeking a RT-PCR test for international travel. The administrator of my test did not show me my test tube with my name and DOB on it after completing the swab. When my test came back (false positive), the collection time was also incorrect. I know it is standard protocol to show a person testing their test tube with their name and date of birth directly after the test, plus the collection time is always accurate on the paperwork. After receiving the false positive, I had to go to a different test location later that day to get another RT-PCR test done. This test was negative. I had been quarantining for my trip for 7 days and did not have any symptoms so to receive a positive test from Any Lab Test Now was shocking & stressful. I went in to discuss this with the manager. He was argumentative and rude. He also said it did not matter that my collection time was incorrect on my paperwork and that the administrator did not show me my name and date of birth on the test tube. He claimed if I got bloodwork done (N Protein test) he would provide me with a refund of my RT-PCR test if it was negative. I got the bloodwork done one month later and it showed I was negative for Covid antibodies. I came back in to show him my test results & to receive my refund. He then claimed I needed to have my doctor email him (which she cannot do due to patient privacy laws). My doctor provided me with a cover letter showing my test results and the manager continues to ignore my emails. The manager clearly has failed to keep his promise of refunding me.If you are traveling internationally and need a Covid test, choose a different lab.

Recommend for COVID travel test package to China. Arrived at the booked appointment time and staffs quickly helped us to fill forms and directed us to took photos that needed for travel. PCR test and blood test were great. Test results sent through email at the end of the test day. They also gave us water after the test if you needed. Package price also cheaper than other two clinics that assigned by the embassy.

I dont normally post experiences about businesss, but this entities Franchise license should be revoked.If I was the franchise management company I would do a surprise visit and assess whether they are adhering to franchise standards. My experience:1.) At 2:00 p.m. a sign on the door - Be back at 2:30 Understand if perhaps at lunchtime saying that staff is out to lunch. But the middle of the business day?2.) One person in the office upon our return. She had absolutely NO idea what forms to use. She gave us forms to fill out. I sarcastically said will you mail us the results or email us....because the form had no contact information other than name and last 4 of SS. She had no clue.3.) Normally with a random drug test they have you remove everything from pockets, etc. There are a number of other safe-guards to ensure you are not cheating on providing a urine sample.. None of these protocols were followed. Learning, is that if you dont think you are going to pass the urine test, this is the location to have your urine tested.4.) Person couldnt work the credit card machine.Finally just walked out. I am sure the owners are trying to do their best in owning a business, but they really need to step it up and raise their bar on performance.

I went to this lab earlier this week and had a very good experience. The testing lab sent me the wrong kit. When I got to Any Lab Test Now Sunita quickly realized something wasnt right about the kit, and took time to call the other lab. They confirmed quickly they made an error. Then I left assuming I would have to wait for a new kit through the mail. I got a follow up call letting me know they figured out a solution, and Sunita was able to complete the test after all. It was great because she didnt get flustered with all the confusion, and was extremely helpful. Also I have a hard time with having my blood drawn due to having small veins, and she was great about making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I am very grateful for Sunitas willingness to help.

Very friendly staff. They accommodated multiple rounds of 5-10 patients all getting blood draws very well. Would not have been able to do a project without their help! Cant recommend AnyLab Redmond enough!

This place is great every time! Three of us in our family have chronic illness and constantly have lab kits to do that Quest and Labcorp wont do. We go to anylabtestnow, pay a $40 draw fee and they take care of the rest. Thank god this place exists! I am a really tough draw and the get me with the first poke every time

My experience was very positive. I made an appointment easily online. It was shortly confirmed with a phone call. The lady that helped me and drew the blood was very friendly and efficient. I think her name was Suniya or something close to that. I am glad I found Any Lab Test Now in Redmond!!

Sunita (sp?) Is absolutely wonderful! Shes very calming and always has you double check the vials, to be sure your name and date of birth are written correctly. She takes her time to read instructions and make sure she gets it right the first time. I always bring in third-party test kits and Any Lab Test Now is the ONLY lab who will take my kits. So thankful for them! I only wish the Capitol Hill location was still around. The Redmond location is an hour away via bus for me, but its so worth it! Seriously, sooo thankful for them!

Friendly staff. Rapid testing (getting my Covid-19 test results back in 30 hours!). Their boss is awesome!I was so glad that I found a place that could provide covid-19 test result in 24-48 hours, which really saved my day. I came to Seattle on the 15th with my Covid test results, which were done in Austin, Texas, but I was informed that my flight on the 16th was cancelled. I was reordered to a flight that takes off at 12:05 on the 18th, so I had to get tested and get the results back on the 17th. I called almost all nearby places that I could find on the map. All of those places told me that they needed 3-5 days to get my result back! I wad frustrated. Fortunately, I realized that the Any Lab Test Now I went in Texas gave me the result in about one day, and they have branches here in Seattle! Knowing my urgent situation, their boss here in Seattle helped me analyzed my blood sample in a timly manner! I really appreciate that!

Went in paid for a test in May its now December tomorrow. Test Results couldnt be done because it was poorly sealed. Ive called many times for a refund with nooooo response. When I did go in that day for the test the front lady was rude and barely knew what she was doing. The guy had no clue either. He had her print papers to sign and handed me papers in Spanish I do not speak Spanish. Then in order to get English papers he had to call some corporate personnel to send the lady at front desk the English papers to print out. Wth.

Horrible customer service! Considering other reviews, my experience could be specific to person at the front desk. But he was absolutely disrespectful and no so sense of customer service. Made me fill the form twice, had no idea of the tests I was wanting the tests for my parents and super rude to begin with. I would definitely look for another option the next time.

My parents just did a China travel lab test yesterday morning. The staffs working there are friendly and professional. We received the test results the same day before midnight. I highly recommend them for China travel required lab tests.

I recommend this lab! I am doing out of state consultation and this is the only lab that would do a blood draw and allow shipping of the specimen to my doctor’s lab. They are always making sure that I am comfortable with the blood draw.

Horrible service!!Go to any other location other than this one.. (they are franchised so you will have a different experience).This lab totally messed up getting my very expensive labs sent out it in time. According to USPS the lab sent my test out a full two days past when they should have.I ended up having to pay extra because my labs missed the cut off time!!I contacted the lab multiple times, over a two week period, every time I was given the runaround that the office manager would call me back, or the owner would call me back. This happened a total of five times and no one ever returned my call.Today I found out the new office manager mistreated my sister who came in to run the same labs. Giving her own opinion about the specific tests her doctor was running.There is some serious mishandling going on at this location and overstepping of bounds.Stay away!!! Go to the one in Everett, go to Renton... anywhere else

Not safe! The staff used the same gloves to take samples and hand out clipboards. They are permitting other households waiting in tight space while unmasking others to take samples. No tempurature checks were occurring to enter facility. Collected samples are haphazardly piled up on all the surfaces. Pens and clipboard are used between customers without cleaning. Staff doesnt answer phone or emails for scheduling. Simple collection that could have been done in

Beware of using this lab as they have terrible customer service and misrepresent their testing.We were told that we would get a standard RT-PCR Covid test but instead were given rapid RT-PCR test for $189 which did not meet our needs. When asked for a refund and explanation, the owner (Dr Zhang) was argumentative and not willing to listen to any reason. As this is a franchise, the corporate AnyLabTestNow office have limited ability to intervene

Needed simple blood test. Called this location but was routed to national hotline. National hotline set an appointment for this location and told me a specific price. When I arrived at the actual location at my appointment time, they receptionist said they do not draw blood, but I could pay and they would send me to Quest Diagnostics, BUT the price was double the quoted amount. Fortunately the receptionist matched the price that was quoted so I paid and then went to Quest. Later I had to return to Any Lab to get my results. They could not find them and proceed to thumb through multiple patients results to find mine. Searching and reading other peoples results. Results that were sitting open on the desk, not in any secure filing system. If I wanted to, I could have seen others personal information. (I looked away). So the receptionist called her boss, boss said just go retest the blood! I said no, call him again and find my records. She called again and he didnt answer. She texted and he said he was Im a meeting at 4:30pm... I was pretty proud that I kept my cool the entire time and tried to just help in anyway to find my results. I said, what else can I provide you? Social, address, telephone, receipt, Id, anything and everything. Finally she found my results, printed them off and handed them to me.Also, they havent updated their Google information. They are NOT open weekends. Found this out the hard way.

Although Ive had blood drawn many, many times throughout my life...Im 70 now...Im always leery and a little scared at having it drawn with someone new. Ive had a few incidents where technicians dont seem as confident in their skills, which I can instinctively pick up on. Under those circumstances, I settle in and try to be as calm as I can to help the tech do his or her job. It always works out. Nonetheless, Im hesitant about new lab techs.From the instant my husband and I walked through the door of Any Lab Test Now in Redmond, WA, Sunitas warm smile relaxed me immediately. I knew she was competent and would make my experience pain-free. Throughout the draw, Sunita was efficient as well as deliberate in labeling the various vials.Dr. Daniel Zhang, the owner of the lab was equally friendly and chatted with both Sunita and me as she prepared me for the blood draw. It was obvious that the two were on warm terms as boss and employee. Its always a good sign when employees obviously respect their employers. The resulting customer service is an ideal situation for a customer like me. I cant say Ive seen great customer service at many labs; in fact, Ive never seen an employer on site during a blood draw. I came to this place for a China travel Covid test. I booked an appointment through the phone and the day I came, I was told they are no longer doing the test without any notice in advance. I am on my way to the US Biotec to try walk in. But their negligence can probably cost my whole trip got canceled.

Any Lab in Redmond was super easy, quick. They were so accommodating, had wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommended!

If I could give this place less than a star I would. I scheduled a COVID test with this facility and tried to cancel 6 days before test. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone that can help be get a REFUND. Their billing department goes to a voicemail that is full. I called their corporate office and they were not able to get ahold of anyone either.This place is SHADDY AF. Do not go here!As far as I know, 300 dollars has been stolen from me. Ill be contacting BBB.

I visited this place several times. And very happy with it. The place is clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. They keep you posted with the results on time. Prices are reasonable. I would advise this Lab to anybody who need to do tests quick and safe.

Went in for a scheduled pre-employment drug test. Got sent away because they thought I was a walk-in, but when I returned with my appointment they werent able to handle it because they didnt have the account. The customer service was poor and the place was really chaotic and hard to social distance in. Also this companys phone systems suck and originally gave me an appointment for January 1st despite being closed for New Year. I will never use this company again.

Employee was very nice and the process was very easy. I had to get blood drawn and it was quick and easy no pain at all. There’s a reason why this place has good ratings.

Dont waste your time and money here. I scheduled a test and wanted to cancel it later, but they refused and keep saying that the payment did not go to their account. The lab name is on the bill and credit card payment record! Liar!

The lab tech was fast, efficient, and paid very careful attention to all the steps needed to prep the test correctly (and there were a LOT of steps)! Very knowledgeable and skilled.

The rudest woman I have ever met in my life works here. If at all possible retain your dignity, avoid the abuse and do NOT book a service with this lab.

Dont waste your time. I went there in the middle of the day and waited 20 minutes to be helped when there was only one person ahead of me. I had a form provided by my employer including a request number and bar code for a pre-employment drug screen. After attempting to enter the number into the computer once, the person behind the counter sighed, said it wasnt working, that the computer was having problems, and that I should come back later. I asked again to try to put the in the request information, and again she was unsuccessful. During our conversation, her personal cell phone was repeatedly going off with indications of texts and IM messages. I asked if I could leave my sample and if she could use a manual form for submission once the computer was up and she agreed. Surprise! One week later and Qwest diagnostics never got my sample and cant even tell my employer if a sample was submitted. I got the distinct impression from the person working at Any Lab Test Now that she didnt want to be bothered by actually doing work- in fact, she had told me she sent someone else away because she couldnt work the computer system. If your employer sends you here, ask for another testing center.

Great service with a friendly attitude for a fair price. The bus #545 from Seattle drops you off really close to the site and its an express bus so it doesnt take much time at all.

Been here for tests a bunch over the years and again today. Same amazing lady as over the years, very personable and makes things like blood draws as comfortable and relaxing as possible (from a fairly anxious patient).

This place up charges nearly $200 if your not flying on Hawaiian airlines with no warning. Leaving you stuck to get the test because we didnt have time to book another. Go to Biotek in Shoreline, its only $90 with no false advertising or misleading information

I’ve been calling and visiting this location for a refund for services I have not done since oct. really shady people!The website says 15 mins in and out. But calling the location they want me to be there before an hour!!!! We close at 5 etc. Its only going to take 5 mins for you to pee in a cup!!

Sunita is the best. Went in for blood draw. I have horrible small rolling veins. She was able to draw blood. If you don’t like having tour blood drawn, she her.

Terrible service, find another company. It took 11 days to receive routine blood work test results. The lab report was not complete. When I asked for further assistance to receive a complete result the person that answered the phone told me she was busy with other things.

The young man who drew my blood for my food allergy test was laidback, professional and pleasant. I really dont like getting my blood drawn, but I barely felt the needle and it was over before I knew it.

Most unprofessional place I ever been in my life.First the lady didnt know what to do with the test I was coming in for.Then she didnt clean her hands and put gloves only after already preparing everything, then she poked me and hurt me pretty bad (I have a high pain tolerance, but I can barely stretch my arm right now). She had to poke my other arm to finish.They dont even have a separated room to draw your blood, they do it right next to the front desk, another lady went to the restroom next to us as I had a needle in my arm :/Im completely disgusted.

Clinic is very clean, and Sunita was very helpful, Gentle, experienced, and caring. Overall, the blood draw experience was satisfying.

Literally gave me the wrong test and charged me for it. It took 2 weeks for the results to tell me it was incorrect test. No refund but they gave me a discount on the actual right test that I needed.
