Absolute disgrace. I made the mistake of going here for a simple routine screening (with negative results) that Ive done several times elsewhere in my life (for reasonable cost). There was nothing out of the ordinary, I had a 2-3 minute standard convo with a NP and dropped off samples. They ended up charging myself and my insurance over $1600 in total, basically 10x more than any amount Ive ever been charged before for the exact same thing. Predatory billing taking advantage of folks.

Was a first time appt. The secretary was very sweet and doctor Burkawitz was truly interested in my case. Very helpful in my chronic pain.

Been coming here for YEARS! I have had ZERO issues here. They are incredible!

BEWARE!! This clinic is not free if you are insured. I was hit with charges of over $700 for a simple STD screening. They are also trying to send more charges for the same services. You should go to your primary care instead of this clinic to save yourself some money and headaches. This is how you know our medical system is broken. Free for those without insurance and over $700 for people that actually pay for insurance.

They are very friendly in polite gave me my results the same day in explained to me what every test they were going to do I wouldnt go anywhere else 🙃

Was not anonymous, not free(charged insurance guaranteeing it would be on medical record) looked up medical record for name amd all personal info, no call or paperwork to tell you results. Professional but not helpful, not helpful.....

Not anonymous as advertised. In fact, they told m that it is possible that I wouldnt be allowed to be anonymous.Mine was a visit for something minor, but I still felt extremely uncomfortable.

They told me to call for my results but they do not answer the phone. I called them today for 2 hours long with no answer or support

Found out it wasn’t herpes it was only Gonorrhea .. cured
