Excellent Staff and Exceptionally kind nurses.This building has been a mystery and new addition to Eddy St since it first appeared to me because I was a Providence resident before it existed.As I left my second visit amongst the brave patients serviced there, I was touched and proud to know that it houses a staff thats heaven sent.... And I am reminded of my immigrant, underprivileged yet joyous childhood in South Providence ❤️

My wife was hospitalized here after we lost our pregnancy to an ectopic pregnancy. Her nurse, rather than focusing on my wife’s care, every time she was in the room she was trying to sell my wife on crazy pseudoscience theories, evangelizing to her about Jesus, and told her that we needed to name our lost child or they would not go to heaven. All of this was extremely upsetting to my wife, who is not a Christian and does not subscribe to the nurses’s religious beliefs, and doubly compounded the agony and grief of the experience she was already going through. I’m leaving this review because I’m hoping that the hospital will take note of this and be more mindful with their staff that this kind of behavior is not welcomed by the patients.

Most of the nurses were great but there are a couple who were very rude! It’s very upsetting that they’re not more supportive in your extreme time of need. The doctors were all amazing. Just a couple of nurses who, in my opinion, need to be in a different profession. They almost ruined my birthing experience. I wish I would’ve gone to a different hospital.

This hospital has multiple facilites. It is very big, and always kept clean. The staff is very nice and answers all of your questions and concerns. They care about you and your health and make sure you receive the proper care and treatment you need. There is ample parking, handicap as well. There is social distancing and your temperature is checked before you head to the office.

The workers are very friendly and helpful Dr Gas great surgeon Im happy to say Im cancer free after a year an I hope to God it continues
