It is impossible to say how much we truly appreciate Utah Fertility Specialists. We are truly thankful to the entire staff for all the help they have given us. After six years of trying, we had almost given up hope on having kids. Then we meet Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse. We now have 2 kids with another one on the way. They were always very professional and very kind. They have always answered all of the questions that we have. I highly recommend Utah Fertility Specialists!

After eight years of trying to conceive, countless doctors, thousands of dollars, putting my body through so much and lots of tears shed, I was able to get pregnant with beautiful healthy twin boys using IVF with the help of Dr. Richards and his team at Cach Valley Fertility. Not only did he help us achieve our dreams of starting a family but we were able to naturally expand our family thanks to him. Now my twins are 7 and Dr. Richards has still kept in touch asking how they are doing and wanting to see pictures. He is an amazing doctor and an exceptional human being ❤️

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, after fighting my infertility for 7 years and dealing with two clinics that never gave me an answer, someone recommended me to Doctor Amesse and Doctor Richard was the best decision we could have made. with my husband, now after so much searching I have my first positive through IVF, the staff at this clinic are the best, very friendly and give you time to talk and ask any questions you have, it was worth traveling from Florida to Logan Utah to find our happiness. Thank you for everything, you are a great team. 🤗

Dr. Amesse & Dr. Richards are so amazing. I spent years at another fertility clinic and I was so disappointed w/the service for years. But kept trying because I didn’t know any better. Then a friend told me about Cache Valley Fertility. From day one Dr. Richards gave me his personal cell number & he answered every question or concern I had. After 18 yrs of trying to have a baby. They finally made my dreams come true. I will forever be grateful to them & I highly recommend their services. I promise you won’t be disappointed. They treat you like family.

Our experience at Cache Valley Fertility Center with Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse was exceptional! I wish I could rate them a higher amount of stars then five because they deserve much more! Please do not believe any negativity about this center or the doctors! There is nothing negative about them! When my husband and I found this center, we where desperate for help! We had been through several procedures, a few different clinics, and10 years of painstakingly trying to get pregnant. I was at the point of giving up, and desperately reaching out for help! Our first encounter with this Center was when I was calling around to different clinics to try to find one that would help with our specific needs. Dr. Richards was the only one out of all the places I called that actually returned my phone call! He personally returned my call himself, and spent an hour and a half talking with me and listening to my story! No one else would do that! He made me feel truly cared for, and was there to listen to my situation and to show concern. He explained how he could help me in the way he felt was best for me, and let me decide what to do about it! I never felt pushed into anything. At the end of our conversation he told me he would do his very best to help me to be able to have a child of my own, and I fully trusted and believed that would be true! So much had been lost in all the time that we had spent with other clinics and avenues that got us nowhere. We were even considering going out of the country to try to do IVF procedures because it was so expensive here in the states, but the team at Cache Valley Fertility Center made the IVF process affordable and we could have never been able to afford it in any other avenue!If you are going to go to a place to have an IVF procedure done, or any other fertility needs, this is the only one I would recommend! It is worth traveling to their location from anywhere you may be! They do small groups at a time to help each person individually with what they specifically need and never waste time or try to give sales pitches. In fact, they are not greedy at all! They are so giving to try to keep their prices low so that they can be affordable to anyone that needs their care!Every time we met in their office, they set aside a time special for us to meet with them so that we didnt have to be there with anyone else. We felt safe, and our personal information was kept safe as well!Both Doctors and their assistant, were sensitive to our emotions and needs the entire time especially on the subject of fertility that is so hard to go through! They work together exceptionally well, and each doctor contributes great skills that when put together, provides the best well rounded care anyone could receive! We love their team because it is small and they are very personable! They made sure that we were always informed, and our questions were answered. Their level of expertise is very valued! They have many years of experience and many happy families that they have helped to create! I can proudly say that we are one of those families! Without their help, we would not have our son! He is now four months old, and completely healthy! We trust Dr. Richards with the lives of our embryo future children, and would not have them in any one elses care! Anytime we need something they are there for us. They still contact occasionally to check in on how we are doing, and they feel more like family each time! We will be returning to do another IVF cycle with them soon, and trust that we will be able to have more children with their help! Dr. Richards is fantastic to work with. We started our IVF journey with him and Dr Amesse. They were so helpful and spent hours with us answering questions and listening to our concerns. When we came to the conclusion that at my age, we wanted to go the rout of genetic testing, Dr Richards gave us a referral and helped us on our way. He is full of knowledge and always gets back to you asap. He made himself readily available for anything we needed through this process. I am so thankful for his expertise and his willingness to help us even though we ended up going a different rout. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable fertility specialist.

Utah Fertility Specialists was the best route I could have gone! I can’t sing enough praises about them. Dr. Richards was always available and willing to take my phone calls and texts, and I had several questions, considering the process was unfamiliar to us, but he never seemed to mind.The doctors were very knowledgeable about infertility. They made sure to order various medical tests to make sure I was a good candidate before proceeding with this expensive process (though considerably less expensive through Utah Fertility Specialists than other providers).As we began the process, the doctors personalized the process for me! We evaluated at every step what would work best for my body and even changed our plan from the first evaluation to ensure I got the best results possible catered directly to me.As we continued I still had some other concerns and they never hesitated to answer them by phone or even have me come in for an extra appointment to make sure I was alright.Overall, the process went great. I was pleased with my treatment, and I got the end result we hoped for! Pregnant!

Both doctors and the staff are great. Dr. Richards is extremely knowledgeable , professional and caring . He was thorough and meticulous . He would explain the procedure despite his busy schedule and he always took the time to patiently answer our questions. He allows you to call/text his cell phone and always got back to me quickly . The cost was also much less then the other fertility centers . They are truly miracle workers for which we will always be grateful “

Don’t work with your schedule at all. In hindsight I felt like the whole thing was a sales pitch and they talked me into IVF before I had time to consider any other options. Treat you like a number/science project rather than a person, completely unsympathetic when I miscarried and just tried to talk me into paying more money for an embryo transfer right after my miscarriage. Irresponsible with prescribing medication and monitoring results of tests. Don’t have any resources for mental health. Do your research on other clinics before you make a decision, don’t get sucked into the sales pitch

Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse are the best around. They personalized our experience and documented a complete history of my wifes menstrual cycles and tailored the process to her needs. Both Richards and Amesse have a deep sense of pride in the work they do and welcome the challenge to get anyone struggling with infertility pregnant. After dealing with other infertility centers, I highly recommend a consultation with these guys.

My wife has many reproductive issues and we had visited other fertility centers before and they had made my wife feel horrible. One place she even left crying. NOT this place. This place and the doctors are incredible. They make you feel comfortable and confident, they explain the processes and make sure you are comfortable. We gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl in June! We will never be able to express our gratitude to Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse. Highly recommend this clinic!

I am so happy that we found Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse! They have gone above and beyond to make our IVF experience an incredibly positive one! They were both so very caring and compassionate as well as readily available to address any questions or concerns we had along the way! Our first round of IVF was a success and we look forward to growing our family with our frozen embabies in the future!

I would Only recommend this place if you have already had other testing with infertility doctors to make sure you don’t have any underlying conditions before starting. They did only the minimum blood tests to see how much medication they will prescribe you. I figured coming here would give me some answers. They pushed me right into IVF. It was not successful. I decided To go to another IVF doctor in the state and they begin with multiple tests before even beginning an IVF cycle. They found something in these tests I need cleared up before having a good chance of success with IVF.They are not the worst don’t get me wrong, however I would never recommend this place for someone about to go through something so expensive and mentally taxing.if you have already done many infertility tests already this place would be a great fit.

Incredible place. I loved the drs here and I felt so cared for as I went through my infertility process. Not only were they great with the medical process, they were so knowledgeable. Dr Richards was able to diagnose my problem. The previous infertility place I was going to was so busy getting my money, they were doing a procedure that would have caused an ectopic pregnancy.

Dr Richards is the best around!!! Along with Dr. Amesse we were treated with the best care. They were very professional and answered every question that we had. They made us feel like we were top priority and were very quick to help. We recommend them to people that have questions and the desire to start their families. We now have a handsome healthy 1 year old son!

This place has been amazing. Dr. Richards is so knowledgeable and takes however much time to talk to you and figure out whats best for you. They do not treat you as another credit card that they are making tons of money off of. They really want to help you and your spouse in away way they can.

Very unprofessional, they would never get back to you and they keep on spouting the same lies. All they want is for you to do IVF without trying any other options first. I guess that’s why they had to change their name from all of the bad reviews. We Recommend Utah Fertility Center they helped us get pregnant and we didn’t have to do IVF (even though these people told us IVF was our only option to get pregnant).

Dr. Richards and Dr. Amesse Are both wonderful doctors Dr. Richards is always willing to talk and very very informative and has a ton of information and knows his stuff the office is clean and quiet and small.We did IVF and 2016 and it was successful for my first round of IVF coming from a background of two natural birth my current husband had low sperm mobility and low sperm count and so IVF was our route that we needed to do very very happy and we have a beautiful little girl because of it
