Dr. Sang is wonderful, she looks at your entire health and helps guide you on a path to overall wellness. The portal is easy to use and the staff is great. I’m so fortunate to have her as part of my medical team.

I’ve been going to Women’s Synergy for 14 years. I wouldn’t be willing to go anywhere else. Dr. Korman is amazing. She was the ill doctor to listen to me about a chronic pain in my side. She agreed it was time to do an exploratory surgery for endometriosis and I did have two significant areas of endometriosis plus a polyp blocking my fallopian tube. Can’t recommend this clinic enough!

I have been going here for years and see Sheryl Horwitz, who is a great practitioner and an empathetic listener. The staff members I have interacted with have all been knowledgeable and compassionate. I enjoy going here.

The amazing staff at Synergy has taken care of me for years, for annual needs as well as further treatment of fibroids. Dr Sheryl Horowitz is a great doctor, always realistic and compassionate. Last year I consulted with Dr Michelle Sang regarding a hysterectomy to address fibroids and learned of a common minimally invasive surgery option. I opted for it this winter, surgery went smoothly and even addressed additional cysts found during the operation. I have always felt fully supported by Synergy as an ally and am so thankful this option was brought to me. I highly recommend them to everyone for womens health care needs!

I always feel like Dr. Michelle Sang is always listening to me and sincere about her care both as an excellent Doctor as well as just a great human being. She is so thorough and knowledgeable on womens medical issues that I wouldnt think about going to someone else in Portland. I feel very fortunate to have found her.

Avoid at all costs. I chose Synergy because I was looking for compassionate specialized womens healthcare. Instead, I received the polar opposite at a time when I needed it the most. When I was being seen at Synergy, my provider unexpectedly left. I was not notified of her departure, nor was I transferred to another physician. After receiving concerning test results, I requested an appointment and was denied. I had more follow up tests and I was left with no one to discuss the results with me. Instead, I received all my disturbing test results through their online portal and was referred to another clinic for a basic exam where Dr. Sang actually wrote LMK if you need a referral. An acronym that I normally reserve for texting seemed unprofessional and very out of place in this context. During this time, my radiologist recommended another procedure. Because Synergy still had refused to see me, they refused to grant the order. I had to fight with them on multiple phone conversations in order to get their consent for me to have this procedure. During this phone call, they kept referring to the disaster that the provider who quit left them in as if this was my fault. They also mentioned they didnt know me even though I had obviously been seen at the clinic and had requested an appointment so that they could know me better. The clinic was in chaos even though my former provider had been gone for months at this point. Regardless, this did not need to be a part of the conversation as it was irrelevant and added stress to an already stressful situation that I was personally going through. As it turns out, the test we insisted on resulted in an alarming diagnosis. Had I just gone to the clinic Synergy referred me to for a basic exam, they would not have granted the order for the test that I needed because they would have considered me low risk. Were it not for my radiologist, my self-advocacy and my partner going to bat for me with Synergy, I never would have discovered my diagnosis. I still cant believe I was treated this way by this clinic. Fortunately, I am now being treated by competent, kind and compassionate providers. Because of this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Synergy. Always advocate for yourself, trust your instincts, and thoroughly research your providers.

Never have I felt uncomfortable and dismissed in a doctors office like I did with Dr. Michelle Sang. Im not one to bring things up to a doctor unless I have some real worries. In the visit, I felt as if the doctor was not listening to my concerns and dismissed me entirely. She did not care to try to dig deeper into what was wrong, instead suggesting I take a multivitamin for a few months and call back if nothing changes.

Experience as a whole was fantastic. Staff are super friendly and made scheduling a breeze. The patient portal makes checking in, seeing your appointment, communicating with your doctor/nurse, and paying bills SO easy. Sheryl was amazing. She listened to all of my symptoms and helped shape a multi step treatment plan with solutions I hadn’t heard from other providers. The office is clean and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!

My appointment was on time, the office was extremely comfortable. It was very easy to get in quickly. I will definitely be going back for care here. Sheryl is amazing. I felt like she was the first person who actually heard me and came up with a plan for a problem I’ve been having for years. She also gave me options that no other provider has ever even spoken to me about. I would say the only negative was that the medical assistant had me dress down, even though I was not there for an exam, and I then had to meet and talk with Sheryl for 15 minutes with no pants on and no exam was even needed. Again, it didn’t affect my experience, but I can see how it would make someone feel very uncomfortable.

I needed a gynecologist quickly because of a test result, and Dr. Korman and her team quickly and warmly took me into their practice. I immediately felt compassion and caring from the entire team, and I really appreciated the care and time Dr Korman took with explaining each step we needed to take together to address the concerns raised by the test result. I am so grateful to have found this practice!

I recently moved away from Portland, and one of the things I am most sad about is losing Dr. Horwitz as my doctor. No health care provider has ever listened and been as thorough, kind and caring as her. She addressed all of my concerns, did testing or blood work when needed and made sure it wouldn’t cost too much. None of my concerns or alternative ideas about healthcare or birth control were ever dismissed or shot down. It is truly sad how difficult it is to find accessible/quality healthcare. Everyone at the office was so awesome! I would fly back once every two years for my appointment if I could. Thank you to all the lovely women at Synergy!

This group has been taking great care of me for over 5 years now. They are friendly, professional, and well organized. I have seen them through 2 office moves and they have managed to keep their staff and service level through all the changes, which feels very rare to me in the healthcare space.

I have been with Dr. Holtzman for 20 years now. She is more than just an OB-GYN. She cares about overall health...and shes a very nice, caring and decent person. She takes the time during my annual visits to ask questions about every aspect of my life, my body and my mental well-being. I would recommend her to everyone!! The fairly new Synergy location is wonderful. Everyone who works there is very professional and welcoming.

This practice is the best managed medical practice I have ever worked with. The professionalism of the front office, the timely nature of lobby waits and the clarity of billing and insurance is excellent. My physician Dr Laura Korman is focused, responsive and compassionate. She is joyful and talks patients through difficult information. Her medical assistant Kelsey is an excellent communicator. Nurse practitioner Nina Sanna is confident and calming. I recommend this office and practitioners highly and send them all giant hugs of gratitude.

I really cant say enough good things about Synergy. I have been visiting for years and they are always attentive, responsive and make me feel very comfortable and get me in as fast as possible. Dr. Sang and her team have been great to work with. I have some complex medical issues and Dr. Sang demonstrated a depth and breadth of knowledge and strong analytical abilities that were lacking in my past providers. I saw that some previous reviewers have felt a lack of empathy, but that was not my experience. I found her to be caring and felt that she was invested in figuring out how best to help me with my medical issues.

I originally went to Synergy Womens Health due to some conflicting information I was getting from my previous gynecologist. Ever since Ive been seeing Dr. Holtzman, I feel heard and have more of an understanding in regards to what is going on with my body. I appreciate the level of care I receive every time I go into the office. Recently, I got the pleasure of meeting Sheryl who helped me become more comfortable with the nuvaring. I really appreciate the time they take to care for their patients, even their mas really practice the same level of care.

The doctors are incredible and super competent! However the staff I have been disappointed in. I was given a huge stack of information to get through before my appointment, and as expected I came 15 minutes before my appointment. I was expected to add my medication into the database myself and my insurance. When I asked for help from the front desk they did not help me. The nurse came out and said “honey we really needed to get you checked in.” I felt bad because I was still working through the prompts on the iPad, and now the nurse made me feel bad about holding her and the doctor up. I finally finished and got checked in, only to be asked repeated questions that were given on the tablet that I took time to fill in while in the waiting room. This was super frustrating because I put time and effort into those, got chided by the nurse, and the same nurse then wasted time by asking the same questions. I know this clinic can do better with their staff and making the experience better for their patients.My appointment with the doctor itself was really good. The doctor spent quality time listening to me and talking about the plan going forward.

Synergy is a wonderful clinic. Their staff are very kind and helpful and Dr. Korman is wonderful. Excellent bedside manner and helps me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient for many years and in that time have had 2 providers due to the previous one leaving for another clinic. I live an hour from the clinic so I opted to find one closer to home. Unfortunately my prescription expired during that time and my new clinic cant see me for another month. I called to request a 2 month refill of the medication, which would last me until I am able to see my new provider. I was told that since I am not planning to return to Synergy and my provider has left, they can no longer provide me with medication.They have done it for me in the past but since I am not returning they no longer feel the obligation to help me.This decision, by the way, was made by the back office supervisor and not even by a provider. I was not given any options or even empathy.Very disappointing.

I see two different providers in this office and have had nothing but great experiences. They are kind, listen to what I am saying, and have gone out of their way to ensure good care. The phlebotomist is the best I have been too and I cant say enough nice things about the front desk staff. Most recently, there was an issue with a script getting sent to a LabCorp and within 10 minutes it was resolved and faxed over. They are efficient in what they do and I always know I am in good hands in that office.

My review reflects the lack of trauma informed care provided by Dr. Sang. While I respect the efficiency of the office dynamics and responsiveness of staff, Dr. Sangs bedside manner was dismissive and generously put, lacked any form of empathy, which is genuinely concerning in a specialist of reproductive health. I found reviews on other websites to be both validating and discouraging, learning the experience I had was shared by others. Please do your due diligence before scheduling with this specific provider.I came for a surgical consult to remove a few previously diagnosed tumors and to discuss the possibility of a hysterectomy at the recommendation of my PCP. Dr. Sangs attitude was off putting, perhaps because she for some reason had the impression I was there for a second opinion which she vocalized. Her primary focus was on my weight aka metabolic issues (I am 44yr old, have PCOS am 56 and wear a size 14, and would still occupy this this very same body at the time of surgery even if I did internalize her f@t phobia and pursued weight loss). When I clarified my intent for why I was there, she continued to present annoyed and inconvenienced by questions I posed seeking education on risks/benefits and information on choices about the procedures. She made comments about my profession and current level of stress, that were inappropriate and belittling. I could not willingly further subject my body to a provider who made me feel so dehumanized nor recommend anyone else be subjected to the possibility of being treated similarly. I do give credit to staff who sincerely apologized on her behalf and I want to acknowledge that it is unfortunate that they have to do so. It was disclosed to me that Dr. Sang has been given the similar feedback and that she does indeed have some awareness of her behavior. I have to believe that that is true and for my own clear conscious, it is important to share my experience in the event it may benefit of others.

I feel incredibly valued and taken care of as a patient here at Synergy, and every experience I have with the teams here is a reminder that they prioritize women and womens health above everything else. It is SO hard to find good medical care as a female in particular, and I love that Synergy is so female-centric, as womens clinics should be.I had a visit with Dr. Holtzman and I couldnt be happier. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable as her patient as a result. She answered all of the questions I had and then some, as well as went out of her way to thoroughly explain a new procedure being done to me. It made the whole experience really easy to deal with, and I was out the door feeling much better and more in control of my health. I cant thank her enough as well as the wonderful staff I have had the pleasure of working with here as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Sally Holtzman for many years and she is wonderful. Not only is she an excellent doctor; (Ive had some issues over the years) but she is also is a warm, caring human being. I never feel rushed and I feel comfortable talking to her about anything. Her staff is incredible as well. Shauna always returns my call in a very timely manner; Annette is so friendly and sweet. Im so glad I found them.

Johanna, the medical assistant at Synnergy is spectacular. We had a problem with my preauthorization with insurance. She took time to contact the insurance, talk to the pharm representative to come up with the best strategy to advocate for me. Follow up with the insurance, they were able to approve it. The professionalism, dedication that Johanna shown throughout the process was truly amazing. She is a great medical staff that cares about patient under her care. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Synergy Womens Health for the past 8 years. They have been wonderful. Dr. Korman has always treated me with the respect and kindness. She really takes the time to listen and provide thoughtful recommendations. Her and the rest of the Synergy staff make each visit comfortable and inclusive. I have always had a positive experience with the team at Synergy and Dr. Korman is one of the nicest people Ive ever met, let alone the nicest doctor. She is so friendly and reassuring and knowledgeable, so its no surprise that she usually has a wait of several months to see her. I just plan ahead and always keep my appointment, because I just trust her and like her too much to go anywhere else. She always responds quickly to the portal messages (as does her entire team), and she explains everything thoroughly. I have a great deal of anxiety when it comes to my reproductive health care, and she is incredibly reassuring and has a very calming influence. Thank you, Dr. Korman!

I appreciate Nina! She gave her full attention with no concern for time constraints as she addressed my recent health issues. I’ve had a stroke and the information and encouragement she gave me has caused me to feel hopeful ( as no other provider has been able to do). She referred me to a specialist, for one of my serious health issues, who is more suited to my needs than the one I’m currently seeing. She has a full grasp of all providers in the different hospitals and can coordinate my care. I LOVE that she isn’t limited to conventional medicine but has an integrative approach. Can’t say enough good about her.

I could not be happier with an experience at a doctors office! I have been going to Synergy for the past 4 years, and the entire office staff is great. Dr. Korman is the absolute BEST! She is by far my favorite doctor that I have ever been to, she is extremely knowledgeable, and has the very best bedside manner. As a womens health care provider myself, it has been challenging to find the right fit for my own care needs. After my first visit with Dr. Haylee Nye yesterday, I knew that search could stop. Dr. Nye is warm, relatable, a great listener, intelligent, and thorough. She truly feels like a supportive partner for my health. Before coming to this practice, my OBGYN was at another practice where I had my son in 2013. When she moved over and stopped delivering babies, I followed over. My experience with Synergy has been great, and I knew it would be because Dr. Holtzman is an excellent provider. Everyone here is kind and thoughtful. I would send any of my Uterus-owning friends here for care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amy Bruners for almost twenty years. I have always felt comfortable and pleased after each visit. There is never any hurry to rush through an appointment, regardless of the medical issue, routine exam or other concerns. Questions are always answered to my satisfaction and in a timely, friendly manner. I appreciate her quick replies through the Patient Portal. I feel like she has become a friend.I would certainly recommend her to others searching for a gynecologist.

I have been a patient of Dr Bruners for at least 20 years. She is a wonderful listener and an exemplary clinician. I always look forward to my visits with her both as my health care provider and as a friend. She is always on time and never makes me feel rushed, answering all of my questions and following up on the Patient Portal as needed. I did have a frustrating problem one time with the front office which she helped to resolve. ( Incidentally, i just discovered that another patient wrote an almost identical review about a year ago. I am happy that someone else has had the same experience and opinion as I do!)

Responsive, patient, and accommodating!To say that I dont like going to any doctor, much less a gynecologist, would be a HUGE understatement. :-) However, my experiences thus far with Dr. Holtzman have made the process much more bearable. She is patient with me, responsive, and has certainly settled my nerves more than once. From making an appointment to actually coming in for the exam and leaving, it was such a pleasant and nice experience. Everyone there is so kind and caring. I had a terrible experience with a different office/provider in Chicago 8 years ago and was scared to come to a gynecologist again, but Sheryl Horwitz really changed my mind and made the experience so painless and easy that I will be coming back yearly. Ive been seeing Dr. Holtzman for about 6 years, and just love her. She is very bright, competent and kind, but no nonsense. They are happy to help and take the time with questions, concerns etc. I like the reminder to update my history and how persistent they are about getting you in for your annual. I see Sally Holtzman who makes me at ease for all visits. She is very thorough always taking notes and truly cares about what is going on with your body. Its like a little therapy session about every aspect of being a women. Always going over every detail or passed concerns I have had. Dr. Korman and her staff are AMAZING!! From the time started seeing Dr. K she has been the best. Check ups and follow ups are efficient and painless. I dont sit in the waiting room or in the exam room waiting to be seen for long periods of time. I think the longest I waited was 5mins maybe and that was because I was late for my appointment. She doesnt over book her appointments because she cares about each patient. When I have a question or concern I can email her and she gets back to me within a decent time. Dr.K asked me questions to help me get to the root cause of the issue not to just cover up symptoms. How many doctors still do that these days? Her nurse Kaylee is just as amazing and helpful. I had Laparoscopic surgery mid last year and was blown away with how attentive and caring she was. Some doctors will just have you schedule a follow up but she checked up on me through out my healing process and awhile after. If you want an amazing and knowledge Doctor go here! I had a few interactions with the other doctors at the clinic and they were just as nice and pleasant to work with. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have been getting my care at this clinic for about three years. Dr.Korman and the staff are kind, compassionate, and thorough. They have a patient portal that is so dialed in and easy to use. I would recommend this clinic highly!

This is a superb environment for womens health. I saw the wonderful Dr. Greenberg before she retired, and recently saw the wonderful Dr.Holtzman, who is absolutely Top Notch. I would highly recommend her without hesitation. She genuinely listened to me, put me at ease and was exactly what I needed to face my mental hurdles and anxiety. Though I cant remember all the names of the three other staff I encountered, they were all fantastic, patient and caring. Thank you, ladies.

So far I have been very happy with my treatment. New to Portland, I was more or less jumping in blind, but everyone was super welcoming. They were able to do blood work right in house, which was super convenient, and they were very prompt getting back to me with any medical results.

My experience was amazing. Dr. Sally Holtzman (MD) was a great listener, provided excellent/efficient advice to address my current issues (but also provided great insight into other health related areas I didnt even see as connected to my current health). Dont think Ive had a better medical experience, quite honestly. Would 100% recommend.

I could not be happier with all the doctors and the experience. Ive seen Dr Korman for a couple of years, and she is fantastic. Also the Acupuncture center they have is awesome. My whole pregnancy was treated with Lauri Elizabeth, which has been able to treat some of those ugly pregnancy symptoms via acupuncture.

I have been going here and seeing Sally Holtzman since I was pregnant with my daughter who is 13. Sally and her whole staff have always been so very welcoming, helpful, and kind. I think they are the best Womens clinic in Portland and I dont hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends if they are looking for a OB/GYN or any other health related service.

Absolutely top-notch care from my OB-GYN. I’ve never had a doctor sit in the room with me so long to explain things (without looking ready to sprint from the room for their next appointment), ask about my health and wellness, and come up with solutions for issues I thought I would just have to live with.Previously I thought you had to be disgustingly wealthy to receive this quality of care and attention to detail.

From the moment I called Synergy Womens Healthcare to the time I left my appointment I was deeply satisfied with the level of care I received from every staff member. I met with provider, Dr Laura Greenberg for an annual and discussion regarding future contraceptive exchange. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided sound advice regarding my options for the future. Her staff even checked on insurance benefits for the future contraceptive exchange without me asking! I am so happy to have come across this practice and hope to stay with Dr. Greenberg for future care.

I was a loyal patient at Synergy Womens Healthcare for years. I saw Dr. Korman annually for my regular exams and always looked forward to my visits. She is a kind and knowledgable practitioner who cares deeply about her patients.I ran into some issues with the office this year, however. My insurance plan changed and they didnt check to see if they were in network with my new plan before I got my IUD inserted. I was told it would be covered, but it wasnt. When my appeal to the insurance company was denied, they gave me a discount on the procedures - but not on the device itself, which is the most expensive part. So I ended up with a $1300 bill that neither the office nor my insurance would take care of.

Walking into Synergy Womens Health Care is like walking into the arms of people who care. It feels real and sincere, not like its required, from the moment I checked in at the front desk, to questions I had about my appointment, to when I was finally taken back to the examining room, all of which took place in a timely manner. I was treated with respect, given information all along the way, including what would be painful, what would happen next, what to expect in terms of the results. And to add support to my reaction, my husband biked to my appointment separately and arrived just as I was going to the examining room. As he sat there and waited for me, he too told me the amount of care and concern and efficiency was clear to him with everyone who came in. And sure enough my doctor herself called me and upon me not picking up, left a very (good news) detailed message of the test results. So lucky to have stumbled across Dr. Holzman, referred by a friend, and Synergy.

My sister had gone to this facility after having issues with an iud that they had helped implant. She had been experiencing numerous issues since the procedure and when she was able to go and she the doctor, they failed to listen to her and instead shamed her for coming in because of the latest COVID variant. They made her feel aweful on top of feeling Ill. Definitely not compassionate about their patients and failed to listen when one was seeking answers.

Dr. Holtzman is the best. Always pleasant, always helpful, and we always have a good laugh. The clinic staff are all friendly and its truly an awesome experience consistently. Ive been seeing Dr. Holtzman for years and I wouldnt change a thing.

I first went to Dr Sally Holtzman in August. She made my first time going to a gynecologist much less stressful. She’s very gentle and she knows what she’s knowing. I would very much recommend her I will keep going to her as long as I can!

Dr Laura Greenberg has been my provider for over 20 years. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue in her care at the new Montgomery Park facility. Ive been going to Synergy Womens Healthcare for years and Ive never had a bad experience. Theyre kind, caring, and attentive to your health needs. They even have lollipops if needed! Special shout out to the amazing Dr. Holtzman, NP Sheryl Horwitz, and of course, Annette.

Dr. Korman is the best doctor I have ever had! She is down to earth, friendly, caring, compassionate, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. I always know that I am in good, capable hands when I see her. I am grateful to her for taking care of me for almost 10 years now!

Dr. Amy Bruner has been my gynecologist for over 20 years. As a senior I no longer have obstetrical concerns so I just go in for my annual physical. I am treated with great respect, tenderness and professionalism. As a nurse myself it is important to me that my physician is thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Bruner listens to my concerns and follows up promptly with any issues that I have. I highly recommend Dr. Bruner and Synergy Womens Health Care. The new location in the Montgomery Park building is a plus with ample parking and accessibility.

Do not go here if you are a young woman looking to get sterilized. During my session with Dr. Holtzman, I felt absolutely ridiculed. I felt that my opinions were disregarded. She LIED to me when I said I wanted to be sterilized by saying that it is less effective in young women, and that I should wait until Im 30. I asked her for proof of this statement and heard nothing from her. I understand that many doctors are hesitant to do such a procedure when it is not necessary. However, I would have appreciated an honest reason over deception.

Went in to try to get to the bottom of abdominal pain and multiple ovarian cysts. Was asked about my diet. I have been vegetarian since I was 12 for ethical reasons. They did not resolve or even investigate my reproductive health concerns but sent me multiple links about why eating meat is good for you (a controversial medical opinion) and why you should re-think a vegetarian or vegan diet. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and my deeply held values were not respected. I was told ovarian cysts are a normal part of the reproductive cycle, which I understand is true to some extent but have not been able to corroborate that it is normal to have 4 at the same time. Blood work to rule out PCOS was not offered or mentioned. Needless to say I will not be returning.Editing in light of a bill I just received from my insurance: as soon as I made the mistake of dropping the v-word, Dr. Sang wanted to test for vitamin deficiency. I stupidly agreed. Though the visit should have been entirely covered by my insurance, I just received a bill for $75 from my insurance stating this blood test was not deemed medically necessary as it was not relevant to my diagnosis of ovarian cysts.So, to summarize, my issue was not treated, I was given unsolicited and completely unwarranted instructions to start eating dead animals, and I have to pay $75 for a visit that should have been free.

My experience so far has been so great. I have had a myriad of complex health issues and Dr.Sang and her team have been thorough from the get go. So relieved to finally found care that doesn’t dismiss concerns and properly work to get to the source of the issues.

I worked with Dr. Greenberg, and she was lovely. Straightforward, knowledgeable, and even wryly funny. I am a very (very) big person, and she made accommodations for that reality in a very matter-of-fact way. She was also my surgeon for a cervical polyp, and everything went off without a hitch at all. Definitely going back to this practice.

Sheryl Horwitz, WHCNP, has been my womens health care nurse practitioner for years and I appreciate and trust her completely. She is a warm and friendly practitioner, as well as always being up to date on all the most current research regarding womens health. I highly recommend her.

If youre looking for a care provider who will take you seriously your at the right place. They will know what test to run and wont hesitate to really take a look at the patient from all angles. The natural approach is wonderful. That being said if you are in need of a prescription they will not push a naturopathic approach if you are seeking something different.

Dr. Korman has led me through the challenge of managing pre and post menopause with deep empathy, wide-ranging knowledge and remarkable care. After being Dr. Holtzmans patient for the past 3 year, I am very disappointed in the Customer Service that I received from her office in the past month. I received a voicemail stating that I had missed my appointment. This was a surprise to me as I never received a voicemail to remind me of my upcoming appointment. When I had called back to reschedule my appointment the receptionist had told me that in order to reschedule I needed to pay a No Show Fee. I had explained my situation that I did not receive any reminder calls or text messages reminding me of my appointment. To this she was extremely rude and unsympathetic and told me that it was my responsibility as I had made the appointment. I called back and spoke with someone else who did confirm that I was only left a voicemail after I missed my appointment. Even so, the office manager would not waive this fee. Every professional office I have ever been to dentist, optometrist, even my hairdresser will call to remind me of upcoming appointments. This No Show Fee was more important than keeping me as a patient. I paid my fee and unfortunately will not be returning to this office.

I have had exceptional experiences with three doctors at this practice [Dr. Bruner, Dr. King, and Dr. Vannoy]. All of the doctors I have seen here have taken time to listen and discuss symptoms. Additionally, they have worked with me to discuss treatment plans that fit my lifestyle and needs. I am really appreciative of the folks here and the care they have provided.

I had recently moved and was looking for a new OBGYN in the area. I came across Synergy Womens Health Care and thought I would give it a go. I wanted my Nexplanon removed because I had been experiencing unwanted symptoms. The previous Dr. who placed my Nexplanon had implanted it a little deep, and so it was going to take longer to remove. This was fine with me and I understood the circumstances, however the Dr. who removed my implant grew impatient during the procedure. She clearly became frustrated, even verbalizing that the implant was causing her frustration... This made me feel uneasy, its never comforting to have someone digging around in your arm all the while being visibly frustrated. Not reassuring at all. The procedure took around 25 minutes to complete and the opening was larger than a typical Nexplanon incision. By the end of the procedure they applied triple antibiotic, gave me two steri-strips, a band aid, wrapped it and told me I could remove the bandage after 24 hours. The doctor then hurriedly exited the room without any further after care instructions and even walked out of the door as I was trying to ask her a question. I get that the procedure lasted longer than intended (Im sure she had other patients to get to), but that is not how a patient should be treated after a procedure like that. What was done to prevent infection was clearly not enough. After I left, I was hoping for the best, but it has unfortunately become infected and I will be getting it treated elsewhere. I would like to point out that I was offered ibuprofen after the procedure which I appreciate. The receptionist were kind, the technician was kind, but I am very disappointed with my overall experience.

The staff at Synergy Womens Health is so friendly and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are prompt in answering/returning phone calls and messages via their online patient portal.

Setting an appointment was easy by calling them. Take all the precautions for COVID, at the entry they measure temperature and oxygen level. Clean and hygiene environment. Helpful, affable staff. DR. SALLY HOLTZMAN is just awesome, she explained everything about the test, procedure and made me comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend.

I actually look forward to my annual. Dr. Holtzman is a gem and easy to talk to. Ive enjoyed all of the nurses and PAs Ive met at Synergy as well. Great service. No complaints!

My first time going here was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming! But as I got to my third and fourth appointments they started treating me as if I was annoying them. They provide great service, the doctors are wonderful, but the ladies at the front desk are a pain to deal with.

HORRIBLE experience here. I clarified with my healthcare and the clinic and ended up getting billed for a proceedure I did not get or ever intend to get. I tried to get in touch with krista in billing and they completely brushed me off. My insurance cant even get a hold of them. Have left numerous messages and never gotten a call back. Do not go here!!!

Nothing puts a stressed out and worried woman at peace than talking to a professional who listens and provides options in a safe environment. I loved all the staff in the facility and of course the doctor who put a stop to my issue within hours. God sent!!
