The whole team at Rocky Coast is fantastic. I came in with a pinched nerve. Shoulders and back and neck all tight. I did orthopedic treatments with Sarah. I have had acupuncture with Beth and Jason. Im feeling so much better. The team is really excellent and the procedures work. I highly recommend these guys.

Jason and his team are top notch! They are professional, kind, and listen to their patients needs. Cant recommend them enough, whether is acupuncture or figuring out food allergies, or many many of the other treatments or services they offer, they do an amazing job!

My experience with Rocky Coast Integrated Medicine and Jason has been incredible. Going through a surgery and diagnosis of Endometriosis came with a lot of concerns and painful, disrupting symptoms. I was extremely discouraged that this would be my new normal. Thankfully, Jason has changed all of that for me. He truly listened to every detail, while also looking at the bigger picture, and was compassionate through out the whole process. After an endometriosis diagnosis and difficulty starting a family, I reached out to Rocky Coast Acupuncture. During my initial appointment with Beth, I described my history of endometriosis: the pains; my recent laparoscopic surgery; and the year of infertility my husband and I had experienced. Beth listened carefully and then shared a 5 month (20 visit) treatment plan that she was confident would lead to pregnancy - and would be covered mostly by my insurance. Three months into the prescribed program, I got my very first positive pregnancy test; I am now 15 weeks pregnant with our first child. I credit a lot of this success to not only the acupuncture treatment itself, but also the supportive and relaxing environment that Beth and her team create that every week allowed me to slow down and escape the stressors of day-to-day life. I started going to Rocky Coast when a doctor suggested going might help with the infertility I was struggling with. As someone who always had a fear of needles, I appreciated the warmth that Jason welcomed me to accupunture with. Now, 12 years after giving birth, I love when I can get away to Portland to get help with knee and back pain and more!! For years my good friends who had serious back injuries raved about acupuncture, but I never considered it. When a new job plus a book deal suddenly put me on the computer 55 hours a week, I looked up recommended acupuncturists in the Portland area and Rocky Coast got five stars. Two months later, they are a godsent, and holding me together! I feel like a new woman the day after every appointment. I cant imagine if I was only working 40 hours a week! I will never stop going. Plus, they are kind, professional, and super Zen. So grateful for their practice.

After suffering for a year and a half with heartburn, acid reflux, and other digestive problems, all my MD had to offer was to take more and more Prilosec which wasnt really helping. A friend recommended Rocky Coast, and after one visit I was fine. Jason had me take apple cider vinegar and digestive enzymes to improve the PH and digestive ability of my stomach, and it worked within a week. I have not had any problems since.

You are more than just a patient there, they go above and beyond for you. From remembering how far you drove to be there (2.5 hours), to sympathizing with the reason for your visits. I was referred to Rocky Coast Integrated Medicine for pain management issues relating to several herniated cervical discs as well as a fractured foot and ankle. Jason Stein carefully listened to my concerns to develop a personalized treatment plan, checking in with me during each visit and adjusting his protocol to meet my needs. I was thrilled to not only have a decrease in the level of my pain, but also to experience improved functionality. The benefits of this treatment also have enabled my physical therapist to give me a more challenging exercise program. While I tease Jason about his magic needles, I fully appreciate his tremendous knowledge base and exceptional skill level in providing acupuncture treatment. I also would note that the entire Rocky Coast staff demonstrates a caring attitude towards patients and is helpful with any request. I became a patient for treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSHL) and side effects associated with it. The onboarding process was such a breeze, and I was seen within days. The entire team at RC is amazing- so compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled. They have helped me immensely. Symptoms I was told I would have for life- including panic inducing pressure in my ear/head had completely dissipated, and tinnitus had calmed way down, all with acupuncture and ozone therapy I received at RC. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE having treatment at the York Street Location.The atmosphere is uplifting, as you walk into the LB Kitchen seating space. This provides an opportunity to get a coffee, smoothie or snack before or after the appointment. Inside the treatment areas, the rooms are completely private and very well designed to create a soothing atmosphere for treatment and healing. I cannot say enough about how great this space is! For me, I am able to get to the York street location easily from my office, and it is an excellent way to pursue my health and healing in the middle of busy work days.Check it out, you wont regret it!

I’ve been going to Beth since last January for IVF accupuncture support and now prenatal support. Beth’s knowledge and expertise helped get us to where we are today, 15 weeks pregnant and counting! She was also there for a little emotional support through the IVF process and I’m forever grateful for that!! I was first introduced to cosmetic acupuncture after reading an article which revealed the beauty secrets of fashion designer, Norma Kamali. Norma looks 25 years younger than her actual age, to which she credits acupuncture. I was thrilled to learn Rocky Coast offers these services. Following my first appointment with Leah, my face felt like a cloud. After each follow up appointment, I notice fine lines and dark spots are less visible and my skin glows. Ive been going to RCA for over 4 years now at their South Portland location and was so excited when I heard they were coming to Portland. Their space at Good Medicine Collective is a breath of fresh air to the Portland scene. Its bight, airy, comfortable- everything you could ask for when going for treatment. I was worried about parking, but that has never been an issue- street parking is in abundance. Bottom line: it is a beautiful location and the same high quality service you know and love from Rocky Coast Acupuncture.

I go for acupuncture and I was never much of a believer in that until I went here. I had previously tried it somewhere else with no success. My doctor convinced me to try Rock Coast and I am so glad I did. I can honestly say acupuncture really works. I highly recommend this place.

I have been receiving treatments for several years for various complaints. Every practitioner has been wonderful. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and that I have been heard. I am treated with kindness and concern.
