I had an amazing experience at WHA Bridgeview for my first pregnancy and birth of my baby! My primary provider was Dr. Carrie Miles (Frederick) and she was wonderful throughout my pregnancy as well as my delivery at Legacy Good Sam. She’s extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and has great bedside manner. I also saw several other providers during my pregnancy and felt safe and comfortable with them all. The office staff is also friendly, easy to get a hold of, and responsive.

********Beware of Deceptive Billing Practices!Caution to all prospective patients: this practice is engaging in dishonest billing practices! I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by their unethical behavior. They charged me for two ultrasounds on the same day, claiming it was necessary to check for NT (nuchal translucency), despite the fact that I had already scheduled a blood test for NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) later that day, which is known to be more accurate.Whats even more concerning is that they didnt provide me with the option to decline the additional ultrasound; they proceeded with it without my consent. And to add insult to injury, because my NIPT blood test wasnt covered by insurance, they decided to conduct an unnecessary ultrasound for NT, leaving me burdened with two hefty bills.When I reached out to their billing department for clarification, I was met with silence. No response, no explanation—just a repeated assertion that the additional ultrasound was necessary. It has now been over a month, and Im still waiting to hear back from them.This is my second pregnancy, and I can attest that I never encountered such exorbitant billing during my first pregnancy, despite having the same insurance coverage. Its evident that this establishment is taking advantage of patients, overcharging them for unnecessary procedures.Save yourself the stress and financial strain; avoid this practice at all costs. They prioritize profit over patient care and integrity, and its simply unacceptable.

Im really sad to write a low scoring review. If I was reviewing for the services provided through my two pregnancies - Id rate 5 star as the doctors I worked with through Bridgeview were great.But this is my review for now, a few years post-partum. Ive recently visited twice including one annual checkup. The Dr was super rushed both visits. Im writing this review because I felt like speed was prioritized over care. The Dr picked up on several of my concerns, and I saw the empathy and concern on her face. But instead of choosing to follow-up she stopped herself and redirected the conversation. This happened more than once on both visits. It made me feel like my concerns were not worth voicing, and its absolutely not how I want my health treated.

I have been going to this clinic for 3.5 years now and Dr Rangel has been my OB/Gyn. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had, is kind, considerate and also an incredible physician. I always feel seen, heard and in good hands with her and really everyone in this office. I’ve had some difficult Health issues the last few years and it was easier to carry the load with this medical team supporting me along the way. They are wonderful!

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Doom for the past nine months - shes a fantastic doctor who obviously loves her work! I will be returning to my prior doc of 10+ yrs now that my baby has arrived, but I will genuinely miss seeing Dr. Doom on a regular basis. I also had positive experiences for all my visits to Bridgeview - I was regularly seen in a timely fashion, the atmosphere was good, and the staff are professional yet pleasant.

Office staff is always friendly and accommodating. The physicians in this group are absolutely amazing! Ive seen Dr. Murray for 2 pregnancies and couldnt imagine anyone else managing my care. When seeing the other doctors in the group I have had nothing but positive experiences. This groups is knowledgeable, thorough and kind with their care.

Everyone at the clinic was very professional and friendly. I was seen within approximately 5 minutes of arriving for my appointment. Dr Lohr was very pleasant and personable. I appreciated the time she took to talk with me about my health history and any concerns I had before I even changed into the gown for my exam. As a first time visitor to Bridgeview I felt comfortable and I did not feel like they were trying to rush me out as quickly as possible unlike some providers Ive had in the past. I am happy that I have found a great clinic for care.

A wonderful place filled with caring and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. Doctor Jennifer Murray is awesome! She delivered my baby and I felt like I was her only patient the whole time I was pregnant. She never made me feel like she had to rush to get to another patient. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.

I cant recommend Bridgeview Womens Health enough. They exceeded my expectations. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and available. I felt comfortable through both pregnancies (and post-pregnancies) and really felt heard and cared for. Dr. Doom was fantastic and easy to work with. She is very professional yet very relatable. I never felt rushed during my appointments. She always made sure all of my questions were answered and was very supportive through it all. I already would consider having a third baby just to keep Dr. Doom as our doctor! I appreciate everyones smiles and willingness to help! Thank you for such a fantastic experience Bridgeview!

My doctor here, Dr. Lohr, was absolutely amazing. I felt heard and respected, and she treated me like anyone else who would go in wanting female sterilization surgery, despite the fact that I am younger than most who do. She is a great doctor and made me feel at ease and like I was really in charge of my own choices. I have a surgery scheduled with her for January and I am looking forward to it! I know I can trust her with my health.

Fantastic. Dr. Murray had come highly recommended from a friend and my infertility clinic team were also so excited to hear I was under Dr. Murrays care. Having dealt with two pregnancies and subsequent miscarriages with another obgyn, Dr. Murray was extremely attentive, compassionate, and considerate of my personal situation, whereas my last doctor lacked patient empathy and communication skills (shed bounce in and say its great to see you again! after Id just had news that Id miscarried for the 2nd time. It was not great to see her.) My last doctor also promised to research information on what I could do to hopefully prevent a third miscarriage, etc. but I never heard from her again.Dr. Murray made time in her extremely packed schedule to see me for multiple ultrasounds in the first trimester to ease my fears and check on my pregnancy and was just knowledgeable and welcoming of all questions. Im so glad I switched over to her. Obviously Im very early on in my experience with Dr. Murray and team but so far, only wonderful things to say!

Dr Rangel is absolutely lovely and amazing! She is caring, attentive, down to earth and knowledgeable and she makes you feel so comfortable at all times. She was an amazing doc to have during my first pregnancy and birth and is also guiding me now thru my second:) Since switching to the womens healthcare associates the only con is that my anatomy ultrasound cost me twice the amount that it did last year over at Emanuel with doctor Mission, dont know if thats bc the womens healthcare ultrasound techs charge more or what the deal is. Other than that my experience has been wonderful at Bridgeview and I will continue seeing them for all future care :)

I began going to this clinic 17 years ago and have been mostly happy with it until now. The doctor who I originally saw was wonderful but is now with another clinic. I was very comfortable with the doctor who was hired as her replacement as well. The one downside has always been the waiting time and the discomfort of sitting in a gown for extended periods of time. I kept going because I liked the doctors and I took the waiting to mean that they were thorough with each patient and I expected the same care. Last July I called to make an appointment with my doctor who couldn’t see me until yesterday (mid October). I made sure to complete the paperwork online days before my appointment. When I got stuck in unexpected traffic due to a nearby school letting out, I called to let them know. No one answered the phone and I was put on eternal hold. I was still on hold 14 minutes later when I walked into the empty office. As far as I could see, neither of the two people at the front desk were helping patients on the phone. I apologized for being late and gave my name and was immediately told I would need to reschedule since I was more than 10 minutes late. I was never told of this policy in advance. I was also told they were short-staffed when I told the receptionist of my call that went unanswered. I asked the receptionist if she could let the doctor know I was there and see if perhaps she’d see me. She kept me waiting at least as long (during the time slot that would have been my appointment). Still, I was told she would not see me and that I needed to reschedule. This is unacceptable from a clinic who as of 2019 has been acquired by a company that states “We put the patient at the center of care” on their website under “Values.” Based on amount of time I’ve sat waiting to be seen, as well as my call never being answered, time is only valuable if you are not a patient. After 17 years, I will no longer be returning to this clinic.

Honestly - youre crazy not to go with this group (Im a husband and Dad of 3). Especially Dr. Jenna Murray - shes one of the best doctors Ive ever seen and always gave us straight answers, answered all our questions, delivered 3 incredibly healthy babies and really helped my wife through the entire process.Pregnancy is a crazy roller coaster and having a rock like Dr. Murray there to guide your wife through the ups and downs and also put things in perspective is priceless and the only reason we would even consider having a 4th is so we can have more appointments :)Seriously - theyre amazing. The staff is amazing. We also spent a lot of time with Dr. Suzuki and if Dr. Murray werent available - she would absolutely be a fantastic choice.Plus - hopefully you can deliver at Good Sam b/c that entire wing is full of just happy, smart, caring & THOUGHTFUL nurses who made the entire experience become a cherished memory.

Ive never received such kind, complete care as I have at Bridgeview Womens Health. I came to completely trust Dr Doom over the course of my pregnancy and when we had a traumatic delivery and emergency c section I was grateful to have her calm demeanor and expertise. Not only her but the office staff and nurses/medical assistants are all fabulous. I can only say the best!

Bridgeview Womens Health successfully exceeded all of my expectations for my first child birth. I moved half way through my pregnancy and was so thankful that I was able to easily become a patient of Dr. Lohrs. I was welcomed immediately and not for one visit did I feel like a new patient. At each of my appointments I felt that I received outstanding care and that all of my questions, and my husbands, were patiently received and thoughtfully answered. Our child decided to arrive a month early under somewhat stressful conditions, however, the entire team of physicians at Bridgeview were there for me in my moments of need. Dr. Rangle was the on call physician that night and took great care of me until I was able to see Dr. Lohr that morning. As my labor progressed and it became apparent that I was going to need a C-Section, Dr. Lohr was there checking on me every step of the way. She was sure to explain each step of my care and situation as the day progressed carefully, kindly, and most importantly calmly! I felt so safe during my surgery, and was so comforted that my baby was in great hands, as well as my husband for such a serious procedure. Throughout the rest of our stay at Good Sam following the healthy delivery of our baby each physician with Bridgeview that was responsible for checking in on me did an excellent job and had such great bedside manner. Im looking forward to hopefully delivering all of our children with Bridgeview Womens Health! Thanks Dr. Lohr and team! p.s. the nurses and people that work the front desk are outstanding as well!

After some awful experiences with other physicians I nervously approached this clinic. And they were extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about general health as well as gynecology. I saw Dr. Wrangle and she was incredible professional while being kind and helpful. Every other staff member I encountered was very much the same. I feel like Im in safe hands here and will be able to get better.

I felt that we were in good hands no matter who attended our birth. We did not get to have Dr. Murray for our birth day but Dr. Lohr did an amazing job and I felt that the entire team of doctors and nurses and MAs and front office staff treated us well. We highly recommend trusting Bridgeview Womens Health for your maternity care.

Great staff. My doctor is Dr. Carmen Doom and she is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and so ready to help when I need it. I would totally recommend any soon to be mom to come here for their prenatal care.

I have been seeing Dr. Murray for nearly 20 years. I could not be happier with the care she has provided through the years. She and I have seen lots of changes in my health and well being as well as in the ever changing world of health care. One thing that has not changed is the excellent care I receive at Bridgeview and specifically from Dr. Murray and her staff. I never feel like I am just another 15 minute spot. I never feel like I am being rushed or that Dr. Murray just doesnt have time to check in with me. As long as Dr. Murray is practicing, I will remain her loyal and ever grateful patient.

I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Dafna Lohr is not only the best OB/GYN Ive ever had, but the practice itself is the best experience Ive had with any doctors office- ever. Communication for scheduling and between-appointment questions is easy, questions are answered in thorough and thoughtful ways, and I never ever feel rushed out of the office. When I had surgery a few years back, I felt like I was incredible hands. Dr. Lohr is amazing. I highly recommend this team!

Dr. Lohr has been a wonderful medical provider to me in the nearly 10 years now that I have been seeing her. I trust her completely with my gynecological health and appreciate the empathy she has exhibited when things have become overwhelming or emotional for me. I highly recommend Bridgeview and have referred several women close to me to use this clinic. The staff are friendly and helpful and are very prompt in their communication.

Dr. Doom was everything I had hoped for. She was engaged in my questions and medical history, & it felt like we were collaborating on my health. I really appreciated her ability to both explain the science and data behind her answers as well as show compassion for my concerns.+ the office was running on time, even in the afternoon, which is impressive!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bridgeview Womens Health. Dr. Doom saw me through my pregnancy and was kind, straightforward, and helped me deliver a healthy baby boy via c-section. I could not picture having put my care in anyone elses hands and she helped me with every decision along the way through pregnancy, labor, and delivery. I highly recommend her to anyone in search of an OB/GYN in the Portland area.

Dr. Murray is incredible. Not only do I completely trust her as a doctor and surgeon, but I also want to go have a beer with her. She’s funny, smart, gets right to business when you want her to, reads her patients really well, and is all-in-all a 12 out of 10. I don’t even have a health background but I want to work for her. I’ve had 3 children in the past 5 years and Dr. Murray has been a godsend during some very difficult times. I wish she could be my primary care provider and my next door neighbor. If you have an opportunity to become her patient, do so immediately.

Dr. Miles is everything you could want in a Doctor. She is intelligent, warm, and professional. I have been going to BWH for many years now, and the experience is consistently pleasant, from check-in with the front desk, to interacting with the nurses, and seeing the Doctor. I had my second baby recently with Dr. Miles, and she was fabulous. Awesome in the delivery room! Was encouraging, friendly, very perceptive, and knowledgeable. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend Dr. Miles and BWH.

These women are seriously so amazing. The best of the best gynos here and I would recommend Bridgeview womens health over ANY other womans health care place one hundred percent. Dr.Lohr has been my doctor for a very long time in fact since I was a teenager, and she is truly the best lady in the world. She delivered my son and was so experienced and good at what she does I couldnt have asked for a better doctor to deliver my first child. Not to menton Bridgeview had been around for a very long time and even my mom had gone here when she had us kids. Also my sisters both went here for their prenatal care for their children. The list goes on of the women I know that go here even just for normal check ups. Wonderful and amazing place truly.

Dr. Doom and her staff are down to earth, warm and friendly and also professionaland experts in what they do! As a critical patient I always feel in good solid hands with her and her team and do believe she goes the extra mile! You are lucky if you have her as your doctor.

Went in for the first time to have my Nexplanon removed, and to go back on the Depo-Provera shot. This was my second implant, and previously I had brought my partner with me to hold my hand for Naxplanon insertion and removal. Because of Covid policies, I knew that wasn’t allowed. I asked if it would be possible for someone to hold my hand when the Nexplanon was removed, and the nurse who has done my intake came back to hold my hand. They were so kind. The removal takes about 10 minutes, and you don’t really feel much, but I get in my own head, so it was very nice for them to hold my hand and chat with me as a distraction. Dr. Carrie Mullins did the removal, and she was great. A different nurse came in to give me my Depo-Provera shot, and she was kind and quick. Barely felt a thing. This was my first time in, but I will most definitely be back. So glad I found this place 💕

My wife and I live in the Beaverton area and initially went to a large clinic near St. Vs and were unimpressed. It was assembly-line-esque and the OB or mid-wife delivering our baby would pretty much be left to chance.Someone we know recommended Dr. Amy Miller at Bridgeview Womens Clinic at Good Samaritan hospital and she was terrific. During the pregnancy we saw her numerous times and she was good natured, listened carefully and made good suggestions. She was never rushed and took the time to get to know us. Our initial impression was of a great clinician and that impression only improved over time.When my wife went into labor on a Friday evening, Dr. Miller was not on call but left her family to oversee the care of my wife through the night and next day. We had all agreed to do all possible to avoid a C-section but when it was clear that was what was necessary she sat with us and explained empathetically. Her comforting nature never left, while sporting a level of charisma that helped us deal with the news and gave me, as the prospective father, a relieving sense of confidence.Everything turned out perfectly and Im grateful that she was our guide, mentor and physician. Dr. Miller is my ideal of a great physician and OB.

The doctors here were fantastic, but beware that the office staff and billing do not communicate well. They make mistakes when billing your insurance and then you are left with the damage caused.I would advise being vigilant about ensuring they bill the proper insurance for the proper procedures. Dont trust their knowledge alone.

Bridgeview Womens Health is a well-organized clinic with highly qualified doctors and staff. When Millie, the NP I previously saw for many years, retired, I began seeing Joy Rothschild. Joy always takes the time to listen to any issues that I have, and has made some suggestions that have been very helpful to me. I have been a patient for about 15 years and have no interest in switching providers.

Love Bridgeview Womens Health! I see Dr. Murray and couldn’t ask for a better provider. She’s so sweet, caring and always willing to listen. She provides excellent care as does all the physicians in this office. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: They seem to have updated their phone system and instated a callback number.Called and called and finally got on the waitlist for an appointment in November...but then no one called me. Mid-October I called and called again and got through and finally got an appointment. Then I get a call saying the Doctor is only doing Telehealth that day and my appointment is cancelled???I took the day off work to attend that appointment. Now I keep calling and Ive been on hold for two hours and I dont know what to do, theres no email or other way to contact them. So upset and disappointed, I need medical care, and it seems like they dont care.

Nurse practitioner Joy Rothschild is fantastic. She made me feel like my concerns were heard and that my questions weren’t silly. She had a great bedside manner and thoughtful advice. I highly recommend her.

Bridgeview is a great office. All the ladies are really nice. Dr. Rangel is so knowledgeable and down to earth. I’ve been going to her for a few years and this past year she delivered my baby boy!

I love how timely my doctor is here; I rarely wait and it is greatly appreciated! The office staff is friendly. My doctor gave me a print out & information pertaining to the recommendations & options we discussed; it was so nice to be properly educated on options for my body & health!

A positive experience. Helpful and courteous receptionist who offered up parking validation without being asked. Short wait time. Smiling medical assistant took my vitals. Dr. Rangel had and open, caring manner that put me immediately at ease. Highly recommend this clinic for OB/GYN care.

I have nothing but good things to say about your practice. And Joy Rothschild is outstanding. She is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed. Everyone is always pleasant from those who answer to phones to the other staff members. I am very happy that I found you when I moved here about 4 years ago.

Trying to connect with a human by phone is a living hell, but Dr. Jonathan Cook is heaven. Very thorough, relaxed, and hilarious. Highly recommend this practice but damn, the phone system.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating. I felt welcome the minute I walked in (although it was a little tricky to find). My doctor was compassionate, intelligent, and extremely helpful. Looking foward to my next apt!

Dr Rangel and her assistant Wendy were both so sweet and made a very unpleasant procedure much less scary and uncomfortable. They explained everything that was going to happen beforehand, during, and after the procedure. I appreciated the heads up when something was going to sting, or i would feel pressure, cold, etc... Hoping I never have to undergo that specific procedure again, if I do it would be with them.

Everything about this office as patient centered from the point of empathy, i.e. a comfy robe if you wanted to wear one, and a (dressed) conversation with the doctor before the exam. This was my annual exam. The exam itself was as flawless as one can be and the detailed health report that I received was awesome. Spot on. Ill be back!

NP Joy Rothschild was extremely rude to me. She asked when my symptoms started, and I started responding “about college time”. Instead of asking me what year that was, she rudely said “I dont know when you went to college!!!”. She continued to be aggressive and rude and did not listen to anything I said. I requested that my hormone levels get tested and she refused. Instead, she wanted to put me on the pill (despite me saying Ive tried almost every kind and they always make my symptoms worse), put me on antidepressants (even though I stated I am a happy person), and put me on antibiotics for 6th months (even though I told her my previous Doctor put me on them for a year and a half which did not work). The appointment was a complete waste of time. Sadly, she has no empathy for patients and I would strongly recommend not to see her.

I received excellent care from Dr. Miles and the nurses in this practice with both my pregnancies. The front desk was always very welcoming and kind. Thank you!

The office staff are polite, knowledge, and timely. Dr. Doom is fantastic. I was truly privileged to get to work with her and to have her delivery my baby.

Thank you Dr. Murray for recognizing that I had an extremely rare case of cholestasis of pregnancy that could have easily caused miscarriage. I have no doubt that you saved my little girl with your experience and wisdom. You are my hero.

Two of four of my wifes appointments were canceled without concacting either of us. They didnt provide any reason for it and every one seemed surprised. Seeing as it couldnt possibly be human error, according to them. I would avoid this place as it must be haunted.

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. I dont think Ive ever waited in the waiting room longer than 10 or 15 minutes and I always feel my Dr spends plenty of time sorting out my concerns. I have never felt rushed.

Have been going here for 23 years. I love the doctors but now that they are a part of WHA its awful. I used to be able to call and get someone on the phone right away. Now a call center handles all calls and its a 30 minute + wait to get ahold of someone. Still love the doctors but now that it a corporate thing I will be looking elsewhere.

Everyone at Bridgeview that Ive had contact with so far has been very nice and helpful. Dr. Lohr does a great job making me feel like Im her #1 priority when its my time.

Always top notch care! Everybody is professional and helpful --office staff are great! Nurses are great and Doctors are excellent. Always, prompt call backs and follow ups.

I have been coming to Bridgeview Womens Health since 2010. And I have seen many changes, but one thing that has always remained is the quality of care for women. I would highly recommend this office for well-care!

Doctors are pretty great, but the front office staff and appointment availability is horrendous. There are too many other places that have amazing doctors and no appt issues to deal with that nonsense at WHA.
