Midwest Express Clinic

This was my very first time visiting any of the Express Clinics. My health has always been very good, thanks to the Almighty God, which required only yearly medical visits. I really appreciated the genuine care, professionalism, and fast service from the intake receptionist as well as Nurse Keona. The Express Clinic offered a clean, convenient, and customer friendly atmosphere; great for emergencies!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had stopped by the Portage clinic - with no appointment - to have food allergy testing. The nurse practitioner was so knowledgeable. She listened intently and gave me detailed responses to my medical questions. I’d gone in for food allergy testing, but I also had autoimmune testing done. This was quick and easy. I had no idea that this testing was available at Midwest Express Clinics. I’m grateful and impressed!

Staff was wonderful! Took my 9 year for her first physical. They made her feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly. We will definitely come back.

My daughter split her chin open while playing a few days ago. In my search for urgent care, this location of Midwest Express was the closest. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was welcoming and friendly. Once in the exam room, the NP explained everything to my daughter before doing anything. She got her chin taken care of and even got a cool goodie bag before leaving! Would absolutely go back, if needed

This was my first time at this location and I absolutely loved It! It was very clean and updated. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The physician Raven Levy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be returning when necessary!

I have been to this clinic 3 times recently and all visits have been pleasant. The doctors and staff have all been professional and welcoming. They made feel comfortable and took care of me quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

I loved the new place, inside Walgreens on Willow creek and 6. The staff was great and the nurse practitioner was GREAT , she took her time to explain everything and really cared. GOOD JOB MIDWEST EXPRESS CLINIC!

I work at a hospital close by..and hadnt been feeling well thur and fri..so after working a full day Saturday I was feeling worse..I debated to stop at clonic w/in the Walgreens at willowcreek rd..I was welcomed and reassured I made the right choice! Negative swabs 4 covid and influenza! And recommendation for Zpac..for my severe sore throat and cold symptoms..I was feeling better w/in 2 days! Very professional and friendly..cant recall the gals names but super nice!

The nurse practitioner was extremely compassionate and caring at the Portage clinic. I would definitely go back.

This office is always friendly and quick whenever my girls end up in there. And they give the littler kids a little goodie bag, which is really nice.

Visit Midwest express clinic on Sunday had a very good experience wait time was not a problem got in right away staff very cordial and friendly and doctor asked questions that I thought was appropriate for the situation. Would definitely go back again and recommended to my friends.!

The staff was incredible and the wait was non-existent. The facility is very clean and comfortable, and felt very homey. 10/10 would recommend!
