This is the best customer and healthcare service I have ever recieved. I regret not catching the receptionist name. But she made me feel extremely welcomed after being heckled by extreme Christians camping in front of Planned Parenthood. She also answered my questions very kindly and extraordinary professional fashion. Sophie and Amanda provided great care as well.Sophie went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable the rest of the way and actually worked with me to work towards healthcare I can afford. She also professionally communicated finance related concerns with my boyfriend who is financially supporting my appointment. I was extremely impressed with the way she communicated to him, finances is a very sensitive topic and she was able to communicate that while being very respectful and not invasive.Amanda also did a great job when she removed my implant. She was warm, welcoming and friendly and explained the whole procedure professionally. She was very gentle with me and even went as far to distract me and made me comfortable while she was removing that implant. I will be moving in a month and I wish I knew how amazing this clinic is.I been on my parents insurance and visit other Planned Parenthood locations in California and none of them ever got even an millimeter close to the service and care they provide at this location. As someone that used to be part of the medical field and help families manage their finances, its good to actually experience that when I am on the other end of stick and it is still good to know there are medical professionals that care.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. I went in for my appointment with severe nausea and they did everything to make me comfortable before even starting with my appointment. Very grateful for all of the ladies that work here

I drove 1.5 hours and was refused a prescription for Descovy (Prep) and Testosterone because Im trans male. If you are trans, avoid. They will very sweetly deny you any service at all. Civil bigots with no empathy or actual respect at all. Like David Bowie sang religiously unkind. Makes me vomit that I trusted them with my healthcare.

Everyone in that building deserves a raise!! Every single person was beyond kind and informative!! Here is to reproductive rights! Thank you guys so much!

Honestly I cant even begin to express how amazing this place was with me today. I had an appointment at 11:30 am but the person taking me bailed literally last minute, I live an hour away and happened to find another ride but it was already 11:20. Called and they said I could still come. They were so understanding and helpful throughout the whole visit. Was told to prepare for a 3-4 hour visit but I was out in 2 hours which was awesome considering I was an hour behind schedule!! Every single staff member I encountered was just so kind!! My experience here was far better than my visit to Allegheny Reproductive.Not bashing AR, however that visit was very long and stressful.

Everyone is helpful and comforting. The white noise machines they use are a small but great addition. I find myself having anxiety at ANY doctor appointment and these actually help a lot. You dont feel rushed or like youre inconveniencing anyone by being there!

Got me In really quick for an annual exam and made me feel very comfortable! Everyone was very informative and kind, and I would recommend them!
