Great clinic! Theyve worked with me so much despite me giving them a heck of a time lol. Seriously great staff, awesome location (with multiple locations available to dose methedone and different options for time frames) much better than Maryhaven!

Doctor Milroy is very thorough and listens to any concerns or questions I have and takes as much time as I need. Unlike so many other doctors, I never feel like Im being rushed out. The staff and nurses are also exceptional.

I just had to post about the most wonderful visit to the drs office. First scheduling was pleasant and easy. On the day of my visit I encountered wonder reception and sign in and the staff was warm and friendly. Dr Samuel , well he’s awesome!! I encourage any woman looking for a womens care to schedule and enjoy being treated with the dignity we all have long desired and deserve. Thank you so very much!!

This place saved my life. They got me in IMMEDIATELY and got me on life saving medication and into counseling within the hour of me reaching out at like 7 in the morning. I love the staff and the Dr. Kef. Thank God I found this place and its like 3 minutes from home. They even have their own pharmacy which delivers my medication same day. I love it bc they have a close relationship with my Dr. and are able to get prior auths and communicate extremely easily.

This clinic is absolutely unprofessional and very negligent when it comes to the care of patients. They treat everybody differently when it comes to the same issue/situation. The counselors are nothing but drama and like to gossip about the clients. There have only been 2 counselors I have met that have NOT acted in such a manor. The receptionist are rude and act unprofessional, I dont think any of them are actual medical assistants. I could say a lot more. But Ill leave it at that! 1 star, because 0 isnt an option!EDIT: I was treated in a very disgusting and despicable manner. My rights as a patient/client were violated. I was also asked to take down this review which is a violation of my right to freedom of speech under the first amendnent; Constitution of the United States of America.There is a lot more I could add to this review, but Im not going to waste anymore of my time on this place!EDIT #2: I attended this clinic for over a year, their reply to my review is appalling. They know exactly who I am. The pot calling the kettle black, they harassed ME while I was using the RESTROOM! I walked in the restroom bc I had to go. I turned the water on to let it heat up to wash my hands afterwards because it takes a min for the water there to get warm. Well not even 60 seconds of it being on, someone from up front comes around the corner and yells to me while Im in there Why is the water running, are you okay? I reply yes im just fine, Im using the bathroom, and she says Doc says you cant run the water to use the bathroom and I said excuse me!? So then I go into get my medicine, low and behold Dr Samuel is dosing. So I said what does it matter what Im doing in the restroom, and I needed the water on to go and to wash my hands! And he says and I quote, Why do you need the water on to pee when youre alone? And youre wasting water. You have a problem if you need to run the water to pee and you need to see a urologist, very rudely and degrading of a Dr to speak to a patient in such a manner. I left there completely SICK. My anxiety through the roof. I cried for literal HOURS. This clinic has made my mental health even worse. And theres a lot more I could say but well just leave it at that!

**WOWwww… So, I went to give an updated review, & as it turns out, EVIDENTLY, I DIDN’T EVEN POST MY FIRST ONE🤣😭🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️!! LOL! Dang Google, just a-hangin on, awaiting the “post” button to just get clicked already.So ANYways, I’m gonna just go ahead and keep the previous one there, as I stand by what I expressed back then😌; the only difference is that Doctor Kopp has left since then, which was certainly a bummer. Dr Madison & Dr Keff (potentially incorrect spelling👀) are mainly who I see (oh yes, Raven is still there 💪), but as a longtime patient, I’ve met all of the wonderful staff, & yes, they are just that— just so *friendly, yet *no chicanery*, encouraging/uplifting (I mean sincerely!!), helpful, attentive (yet, like, super fast!!! Very very quick!), CLEAN (trying to think of things that people look for when checking reviews)— it’s just such a warm & organically positive/uplifting environment… The counselors are so different—they actually care to remember you, despite meeting with hundreds of patients throughout the week—Ms Toria, Ms Lacey, & Ms Cameron have been there for me with the patient ears I’ve needed as I’ve talked their ears off😬, as well as have provided me with wise counsel & encouragement that’s never thrown me off when I’ve put their advice into practice, or adopted the mindset they’ve encouraged/reminded me to have… They *meet me where I’m at*, as the phrase goes, & over these 5 years, neither Ms Lacey nor Ms T (the 2 I mainly talk to) have held back if something about my attitude or perspective needs *checked*… You don’t find that in counselors just anywhere, you know?Nursing staff is also beyond exceptional! This is the first time, in my almost 40 years of life, I’ve experienced a medical place/doctor’s office, whether by phone or when I walk in, where I’ve never felt nervous or self-conscious or judged by my past or based on the reason I’m being seen. Never had that before. Chanice (I know I’m butchering that spelling too 🥴), Raven (oh my lands…RAVEN🫶🤓!!!), & every single one I’ve met here at the Picktown location has legit brightened my day, and they are each so down to earth, personable, HELPFUL, on top of things, and honestly, my spirit is just absolutely delighted to see any of them, lol especially Raven, even if I’m boutta annoy her 🙃…This place is full up with just downright all-around GOOD PEOPLE 🙏 🙌— I’d you’re looking for a new GP, OB-GYNO, or addiction recovery DR—if you’re feeling especially uncomfortable about reaching out for help with your recovery/addiction, this place (& a little bit of Jesus👀… can I say that? 🤷‍♀️ I’m just sayin!!) may just be the answer for you!!!!THERE!!! AT LAST, THIS SUCKER IS SUBMITTED!! BOOM!! (5/4/24)_____________________________________________I’ve been a patient for almost a year and a half here… I could not ever say enough about this place & the people in it (Doc Kopp and Raven and Nurse Dee especially); they are encouraging, helpful, & SO patient (with my squirreliness, that’s saying a lot👀🥴🥲). It is so evident that they actually care about each individual here.11/10 recommended!!! 💖

Pretty sad that my wife was going here and had come back from group or dosing in tears on more than one occasion because of gossip and drama from staff! Then was treated like absolute trash and yelled at over running water in the bathroom like what kind of male doctor listens to his female patients using the bathroom!? Then come to find out another clinic proceeds to tell me they dont even know how they are still open from horror stories from other patients.

Dr Samuel is always, professional, attentive, and does a wonderful job. I never have to wait long he has me in and out. The office is clean lots of parking and in a nice area. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I am very impressed with how the staff and techs work with people at CHAG. They care for everyone as if they are family. This place saved my life and I couldnt be more thankful for every. I would recommend CHAG to anybody that wants help and wants to save their own life.

He helped me with my infertility issues and help me conceive my daughter after TTC for years with no luck. He is very friendly and always remembers everything I talk about whether it’s where I went on vacation or something going on with my family. He was very compassionate when my husband was deployed for a yr and I was left alone taking care of our new born daughter. He treated me for my depression during that time and some other issues I had being a first time mom left alone. I drive over a hr so he can still be my dr, there have been plenty of times I get stuck in traffic bc of this long drive that will make me late and he has never once not seen me. I’ve been to all his locations! Fosey the front desk receptionist (probably spelling it wrong) is so nice and friendly and is always working with my schedule. Some of these reviews are actually laughable bc if your a real patient of dr Milroy then you know he is very friendly and cares about his business and patients. People tend to forget Drs are human beings just like us and they have lives and things going on outside of just seeing patients. So don’t make a decision base off one visit if u do have a bad experience with any dr, not just this place.

I went in to have my IUD removed, thing went quickly and smoothly and I was in and out in less then an hour.I felt terribly awkward since I started my period that morning while waiting, but they offered me lady products and assured me it was not a problem.Dr Samuel was really nice, made me feel really comfortable. :)

I’ve been in recovery and struggling for over a decade. CHAG provided a safe environment and the resources to begin the healing process. The staff also helped prepare me for what comes after treatment…the real world. Thanks CHAG for a jumpstart back to a life worth living!!

The doctor was nice and courteous. The practice is very dirty however. The floors looked like they have never been swept and there was stray hairs in the feet holders..... I left my shoes on during my exam and almost left before my exam I was so grossed out. I relayed this information to the front desk staff and she did not care to hear about the feedback. Will not be going back due to the dirtiness.

Worst experience Ive ever had! I wouldnt reccomend this office or physician to my worst enemy. I went to have a lump on my breast checked. After examining me and determining that it was just a cyst Dr. Samuel proceeded to tell me that he prescribes weight loss pills and to let him know when Im ready to lose weight. I never expressed concern with my weight and ONLY went for a breast exam. Will never return to this awful place!

I’ve been a patient of dr Samuels for awhile now. He is one of the most down to earth Docs around, especially in this area. I drive over a hr to see him bc he doesn’t make me feel like I’m not a human being. Smaller towns tend to treat you terrible. He treated me throw all of my pregnancies and will soon be doing surgery to tie my tubes. He makes my kids laugh every time I have them with me and is always willing to work with my schedule to accommodate me since I live out of town.He is very smart and holds multiple licenses to treat different issues. The best part is, if he’s ever out of town he doesn’t leave you hanging you get to see his sweet, caring, dad who is just as smart. His dad tends to take a little more time to see patients so just be prepared that you won’t be in and out as fast as you are with his son.

I have been a patient here for several weeks now. I am extremely fortunate and grateful to have found this practice as I see Dr Samuel both for addiction treatment and hormone therapy - allowing me to consolidate my appointments and see one doctor for all my healthcare needs. I love their approach to addiction treatment because it is very wholistic. There are no strict time constraints, and they work with me while I work on rebuilding and maintaining relationships, employment, my hobbies, and all that I need to help sustain me throughout my recovery. They are there every step of the way, and offer MAT and counseling, as well as drug testing and accountability measures, all of which are so helpful in this journey of recovery. Dr Samuel is very caring and attentive to patients and their needs, asking how they are doing/feeling at every appointment and addressing any issues that arise.I am very blessed to have found this, and highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about getting addiction treatment and doing their part in complying with what the clinic asks of them. They’re nonjudgmental and truly care about helping people better themselves and live good, addiction free lives.

I would remain eternally grateful to this organization. For me, it was my first caesarean section, to have my only daughter, Shevaun. Dr Samuel (junior) had promised he would be there for me and he was truly there. The experience was unforgettable as I still recall how fast the surgery went and his personal visits thereafter to check on me. For this and more, I would remain truly grateful and still say thank you for being there for me!

Very unprofessional place ! The medical assistants have no clue what they are doing . The doctor isn’t personal once so ever and seems out of it half the time , he doesn’t remember what he said most of the time, they constantly had the date on my ultrasounds incorrect which sucks for memory’s !! . They ordered a blood draw for me I go to the lab (across their parking lot ) and the lab has no order for my blood drawn . I transferred care I had enough with the horrible service I really can’t believe they have this many stars they must be mixing doctors and places up! I’d def not recommended this place .

If I could leave 0 stars I would have. I called and made an appointment as a new patient. Appointment set for 9 am. I arrived at 8:50am, was not asked to fill out any new patient forms which is customary for every doctor office visit Ive had for me and my family. I was told I needed to pay $20 copay even though on my insurance card it specifically says my copay is $0. I was told I had yet to meet my deductible for the year so I was paying my portion of my coinsurance, even though Ive not been seen yet. So how am I being charged for these predetermined services? Long story short. By 10 am an hour after my appointment and paying for my coinsurance which 50 mins later I was told I needed to pay an additional $20 to be seen. I asked for a refund for my initial charges to my debit card and inexplicably the two receptionists who called me up to the desk on 5 separate occasions couldnt comprehend English. (By the way I am a certified medical assistant and know for certain, pre-charging and the back and forth of confirming basic address and email information is not only unethical but UNPROFESSIONAL. Please use discretion in making an appointment here.

I regret going to this place before I checked the reviews on the receptionist. I had prescription that had to be pre authorized with my insurance. When I call the receptionist, guess what... the receptionist will take information, tell you she’ll get back to you and never did. I am pregnant and It’s been three weeks now since I visited their office and was calling them almost everyday about my prescription but they’r playing the same game. I’m so dissatisfied with their service, the entire team are so careless even during the service day. They even gave me a referral to a number which doesn’t work. I don’t recommend this trash place to any body.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever had with a doctors office. I thought something was weird when no one asked me to fill out new patient paper work. When I was called back to talk to the nurse, she was interrupted by the girl from the front desk who didnt care that she was with me THE PATIENT, and proceeded to ask her to help her with something. After I was in the doctors office, I had made the appointment because Ive been in a lot of pain and sick for over 2 weeks. The doctor was ONLY concerned with getting my annual exam, and didnt answer a single question I had---when thats the reason I mad the appointment. Told me to make another appointment to talk about those questions, so as I went to the front desk I was told they already turned off all their computers and I had to call back another day to make the appointment.. NEVER WILL I GO BACK.

Dr Milroy Samuel is one of the best Drs Iv seen , definitely the best in his field. He is professional, always takes the time to listen , and respectful of your time. His practice offers a friendly and comfortable environment, where quality of care isnt sacrificed for volume.

Not a patient there at all. I just called to set up first appt. It was so difficult and the receptionist kept asking me what procedure or test I wanted. I clarified that I needed to schedule to have an OB/GYN but she just kept asking what I needed. I thought scheduling for a doctor appt. Would be easier. So now Im calling around for someone that doesnt expect me to decide what test to run and will include the doctor on that decision.

This office is absolutely awful. Nobody ever gets back to you about concerns. I went in because I had no more refills, only to learn I wasted $60 because I shouldve had more refills on file. I called to speak with Becky, the office administrator, to get a refund and she laughed off all of my concerns. When I went to pick up my prescription, it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I waited, and it turned out to be the wrong prescription. I went back to get it corrected, and again it was the wrong prescription with the wrong number of refills. Ive called 14 times in the past 13 days since my appointment and I get redirected or sent to voicemail each time. Nobody ever calls back.

Staff is clueless, Doctor didnt even examine me properly, was charged a ridiculous payment, horrified if this is the kind of care I am going to get from Pickerington doctors. Dont go there!!! I went there for a regular internship medicine. Maybe they are good for people with addiction. Dont have one and dont know but fir internal medicine is a definite NO!

Ive been going to Dr. Milroy for over 4yrs. The office and rooms are always clean and neat.He is very kind and extremely professional. I will always recommend his services to anyone who is looking for a good Doctor.

If you want strung out on methadone this is the place for you. He was mad amd acted like a wittle baby when i wanted to switch back to suboxone. He was trying to force me to go to group every day with the methadone patients when i was clean everytime i tested there. So if you wanna get struny out on methadone or i knpw people there who hide and sell there methadone to get dope or they have people on adderall that of course abouse it This place is all about money staight up DO not go here you will leave strung out

I love this doctors office I have been seeing them for a while now and they are great every single time today I had the last appointment and they stayed in the office for me even though they hadnt had a patient in a while and could have easily left and had me reschedule
