First off….I just want to say this clinic is beyond my expectations. I’m just so blown away at the care and understanding I truly feel like these professional people care about me. They listen to what you have to say. They thoroughly check over your health. I want to give a special thank you to Melanie she is the caring physician that I’ve ever seen and Rose who is the medical assistant is absolutely amazing and so sweet.you definitely are not just a number. Thank you for everything that you guys do. I truly appreciate you.

I went to discuss and for STI prevention/screening. This clinic is extremely attentive and aware of LGBT-affirming medicine, offers open-access (walk-in appointments) and I will be returning. They also took my Cigna insurance. I will consider them for future PCP -related services. Thank you for a pleasant experience today, I will return.

NP Tonya is great at listening to your needs and really evaluates every aspect of what is going on with your health concerns. The ladies are also super nice. Definitely recommend! They helped both myself and my son 16 year old when he had an ear infection.

What a difference in service. The staff is friendly and I dont have any issues with billing. before I switched to be well health I was always having billing issues with my primary care physician

First I arrived was about 45 minutes before the clinic opened so the Walgreens pharmacist told me to have a seat in the waiting area and finally after at least an hour I noticed people were going in and out of the clinic so I walked up and asked if I needed to sign in and was asked if I was there for STD which I said no so she told me no too. I sat back down and after another hour or so I went back to the clinic front desk and asked a different person if I needed to sign in and again I was asked if I was there for STD which I replied no and asked if they were the mini clinic which she said yes. So I told her that I was there and had been waiting for hours for the mini clinic and she finally signed me in. After another hour I was seen by a provider and told that she was sending a prescription to the pharmacy there in Walgreens so I went to the pharmacy and was told that they hadn’t received the prescription yet and to have a seat. Another hour goes by and the pharmacy called out that they were going to lunch for an hour so I hurried up to get my prescription and was told they never got it. I raced back to the mini clinic and the provider told me that she accidentally sent it to CVS across town so by the time I got there it was closed. It has been two days since and I finally made it back to CVS and they said that the provider didn’t do the required ‘over ride’ and that I had to pay for the prescription but I don’t have the money and I can’t get a hold of the clinic or provider to do the ‘over ride’ and the clinic is across town. Another day waisted AGAIN and nothing done AGAIN.

Everyone is so friendly and professional i was a walk-in and i was able to be seen right away!

Their nurses need to get on the same page. I was referred here by a friend experiencing the same exact issues I am. His Nurse (Tanya) provided him with a wonderful experience and prescribed what he needed. Unfortunately I got someone else who was condescending from minute one and made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed. On top of that I was refused treatment. I could not recommend anyone come here especially due to the guise they present of being accepting, when I felt anything but.
