Most unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with. Staff member spoke over the phone with my lab like she was a child, scolding her and cutting her off. When my lab said they would find me somewhere else to go, she completely lost it. Never seen such unprofessional staff.

I was given a list by my OB that had this location listed for genetic testing. While that is no fault of ProHealth, their website DID allow me to book an appointment here for genetic testing. So the website needs to be fixed. I drove all the way to this location just to be re-routed to the location at college pkwy. Which, was actually alot nicer anyway. I’m just sharing to save others time & gas. The tech also said their phlebotomist wasn’t even there today, & I did see another partially written name on the sign-in sheet. So I assume there’s a lack in communication between the office & the website. I was very fortunate to get right in at the other clinic & the guy who re-routed me was nice, so I’ll give them 3 stars. I do hope they update their website though. Patients shouldn’t be able to book an appointment for something you do not offer or for lab work in general when you don’t have anyone there at the time who can do it.

Ashley was great getting labs drawn for my 8 year old. She was quick and skilled and was so good with him. The lady at the front desk was also super helpful, professional and nice. They were super helpful trying to help me find the best price.

My first experience at this location and it was great! Thank god for Ashley! I had been to another location earlier in the day and they could not find a vein for my bloodwork (stuck me three times). Went here and she found a vein without ANY issues. Wish I would have gone there from the beginning. She is a great asset to this team! If you have difficult veins go here and ask for her.

Ashley at ProHealth is wonderful. The facility is clean and has plenty of parking, and Ashley immediately made me feel at ease with a difficult blood test that needed to be FedExed out of town. Im small and dont have great circulation but she hit the vein easily the first time and used a butterfly so I wouldnt feel the tube changes. Great place with a great practitioner!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I called first and the lady who answered the phone was so kind and helpful, that alone was nice. All the staff were friendly and professional and the wait time was not bad at all. I dont have insurance, what would have cost me 520$ at WF hospital only cost 172$ here. That is a huge discount lol, Im happy to have found them and will definitely return for future bloodwork or other testing. One last thing the lady that drew my blood was totally Pro, most of the time other people have to stick me several times to get my vein. She checked the left arm first, then the right, and then back to the left and got it first try! Blew my mind lol!

I have been a client of ProHealth for years and visit the Summit Boulevard location at least once a month. The staff is very professional, polite and helpful. The manager, Ashley, sets the tone for the office and is always cheerful and upbeat. She is a joy to do business with and makes me feel welcome and valued as a patient. We are very fortunate in Pensacola to have ProHealth.

Again, my apologies to the ProHealth team here, and I appreciate your thoughtful response.-I came here with symptoms for rapid molecular Covid testing. I appreciate the upfront cost, but unfortunately I felt the rest of the process was unsafe and difficult. There was not a separate waiting area to prevent sick patients from exposing illnesses to non-sick patients. I offered to wait in my car but they had me wait in the waiting area with everyone else. They took payment without a mask and there was no shield between myself and the front desk for person. They had me (a sick patient) touch the screen on the rapid test machine and so did the MA without gloves and she did not use hand sanitizer or wash hands. They also did not use a protective shield for the machine to prevent contamination to ensure test quality. Lastly, they will not give you your test results over the phone, even if you consent so you have to come back and pickup a paper copy an hour after testing, despite giving consent to release that information to me as a patient over the phone. They also did not recommend email results because the email server they use is unreliable per employees.All in all, I worry the system is not being implemented in a way that protects employees or patients, I’m concerned there were multiple aspects that had high risk for harm, is inefficient, and I don’t know how reliable my test will be. Sadly, I recommend you consider testing elsewhere.

Staff got me in and taken care of right away. They were awesome and very helpful. I needed a Covid quick test for travel and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will use them again for any lab work I may need.

I recently had some doctor ordered labs completed at ProHealth in Pensacola. I was very pleased with the entire staff, not only were they professional, but they were also very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was the first person I encountered upon entering the office and she particularly went above and beyond to offer a smiling face and pleasant conversation. Ive been to other lab companies over the years and felt like I was part of an assembly line process and had no warm interaction with the staff during these previous visits.....which caused me to dread getting lab work done. This was absolutely not the case at ProHealth....they made sticking needles in me, as pleasant as it possibly could be given the situation, which is why I took the time to write this review.....so if you need lab work done, theyre the only place you should go! Lol, those needles hurt a little less when the staff is warm and friendly, lol!!

This is definitely the place to go to for rapid COVID tests. The staff are extremely nice and their system of getting you in and out quickly is a well-oiled machine. The trick is to get there around 7:30 in the morning so you can be one of the first ones in line before they open. By 8:30, I had my results. Will definitely be back!

My experience was fantastic! I was able to walk right in and be seen for my bloodwork right away. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a pleasant face. Throughout giving my blood she was patient and gentle making the process painless and enjoyable! Thank you!

The ProHealth clinic I have attended (on two prior occasions so far) is very clean and orderly. The staff is courteous, professional and very efficient. They even provide treatment resource information in the event of a potential positive test result. My employment requires me to obtain a weekly test; this clinic is my go-to location!

Went to get the COVID test for work and my family also had to get it done. They did an amazing job and my daughter wasn’t scared at all. Super easy and not painful like I was scared it was going to be. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing one.

Went to this location since the Airport location never sent in my blood work. The lady that helped me was super helpful and sweet. Made sure to show me my blood samples and the packaging it was going to be sent to! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend and thank you so much for everything!

This is one of the best places for blood testing on the planet! They do about any blood test in the book. They almost always take me in immediately. I have never had a bad experience with the needle stick, always quick, always nearly painless, and always right the first time, (which is more than I can say of the hospital blood labs Ive been to). Besides all this, I get my personal lab results back directly via email. Their prices are cheap as well. What more could you ask for?

The clinic is nice and clean and staff is very professional. They offer all sorts of lab work at competitive prices. I was able to walk in and get what I needed immediately and was out the door in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend ProHealth.

Ashley Howard is incredible! She fit tested our dental office TWICE for the proper N95 masks and was so kind and so patient. People like her are what makes the world go around. We are so grateful for you at Dr. Barrineaus office, Ashley! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My experience was one of the best. The two ladies working at this location were extremely nice and efficient in doing their job. I have never been in and out so quickly. The services here are great. Would highly recommend.

I was Greeted as soon as I walked in the door, followed up with a quick ask of anything they could me with. Subsequently escorted to the shelf where the item was located and was finished in less than 5 minutes all total.I will definitely return here and recommend others to shop here.

Just visited Ashley and Coco at Pro health on Summit with our family of four! They were so kind and made everything less scary for our two daughters who were a bit nervous. We each got a full PCR Covid test. Would 10/10 recommend and will come here again for our testing needs! Thank you!

I just left ProHealth getting a drug screen for a job. The wait time wasnt long but all the workers had attitudes and didnt seem happy. One worker was screaming on the phone to a caller. After I was done the girl just said you done you can go. She didnt say thank you have a nice day just you done you can go. Worst service i experienced.

Went here for a pre employment drug test and a heavy set, brunette white woman who was attending to my test was very unhelpful and keyed in my test as a refusal. I did not refuse as I would not show up to a drug test and then refuse, I was simply getting water so that I could take the test. She said that if I walked out the front door, it would be keyed in as a refusal, but, my brother waiting in the lobby had some water so I didn’t have to walk out the door but as soon as we saw the woman again, she said she already keyed it in as a refusal. From my POV, it seemed as thought the woman did not want to do her job but she might have just been having a bad day, still, no excuse to mess up someone’s job opportunities because you don’t want to do yours.

My visit was excellent the lady at the front was friendly and patient and explained the procedure for me. She was also, quick with my results and provided me with a receipt at the end.

Ashley was amazing. I came in 10 minutes before close because of how far away I live and how late they gave me the screening info. Ashley fit me and and was very understanding!

I’ve always had a fear of needles, and my small veins always made it hard for me to blood drawn. Ashley deftly drew my blood without a hitch. Thank you so much Ashley!

The staff was so freindly. The doctor was very helpful. There wasnt a long wait time. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon. They even had knowledge of the best places for prescriptions. Will definitely be going here from now on.

Went far out of my way to this location, after calling, to get blood work only to be told they do not handle blood work at this location. I found that very annoying, since I called beforehand and was not informed of that! PoiPoobusiness

ProHealth is an undiscovered jewel in the Greater Pensacola Marketplace.The medical services provided are not only affordable, but also professional. In addition, the convenience is attractive because ofavoiding delays with doctors appointments, as well as long ER visits.
