Amazing!!! Her knowledge, patient care, and overall personality is nothing but amazing! My first appointment here, I was very comfortable and safe after talking with Dr. Doctor. The entire office was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk was welcoming, and she was very informative and helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice to every woman looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and professional place for ob/gyn services. You will quickly feel like family! 🤗

Dr. Doctor is the best doctor I have ever had. She was extremely kind and her expertise is unmatched by any other Ive encountered. Very thankful to have been seen by her!

Loved my experience here. Every midwife I saw was amazing and Lynn Fisher did a wonderful job delivering my baby. The lady at the front desk at the Peachtree corners location is the sweetest and so is Denise the nurse that always does the vitals. I would highly recommend this office. They took me as a patient at 26 weeks pregnant and never made me uncomfortable having to change drs so late. I appreciate everyone at this office!

Pretty disappointed with this place honestly. I had high hopes with the friendly staff and really clean offices but after my wife’s second visit they sent a letter informing us they would no longer be her primary care physician. Confused, we thought it may have something to do with insurance but come to find out it’s because my wife refused to take their blood test. Pretty interesting how if you disagree or would like more time to ponder your options instead of just saying yes they completely give up and move on. I recommend a different place that doesn’t bring political views or opinions into health care and can actually respect a decision made by a patient.

Dr, Doctor is very knowledgeable, this is my second time going for my annual exam.Lady at the front desk was kind of rude, she look tired and upset to answer questions.

The worst place ever ,all my pregnancy I was asking to see the doctor and they tell me the doctor doesnt see the pregnant women, every time I see different midwife, they never check me up .they only check the heart beat every time,I was sick since day 1 and they keep telling me this is normal with your 3rd pregnancy,then I say as long is everything OK thats fine I could handle the pain and in my last week of pregnancy I ask for ultrasound and guess what I found out that I have baby breech and I need c-section. This is 4 days before my delivery. I didnt mention that the midwife was telling me that baby head is down all the time but the opposite was true.even after all this I ask to see the doctor and they still saying no.after everything they let me went to labor and they wait until Im opened 9cm then they start the c-section. This is the worst place ever.last thing weve been told thats only women doctor in there network, when my labor come in the hospital was a man doctor not a woman 😤

DO NOT GO HERE. They only care about money. I made an appointment for an annual exam and to get STD testing. The lady at the front desk and the midwife went over every test and the cost for each test because I don’t have insurance and wanted to do self pay. I paid around 200$ for the tests and left. Tell me why 2 months later I get a bill from Labcorp for $1400 for the lab tests…requested by the physician. These prices were NOT disclosed to me by the clinic nor the midwife otherwise I would NOT have gotten the tests done. They should be upfront with their charges not blindside their patients… I called them asking them to explain the prices and while mid sentence, the lady transferred me to their “billing manager” who I’m pretty sure doesnt exist. The mailbox is full so i cant leave a message. I kept calling the clinic and they kept telling me to hold and then they would transfer me to a “billing manager” who never picks up. 2 weeks later no one has returned my calls to explain to me what the prices are. All i wanted was an explanation but they don’t even have the courtesy to do that. This clinic is predatory and money hungry. Do not waste your money here

Dr. Doctor spends time with her patients and explains things in layman’s terms. She is gentle, soft spoken and listens to what you have to say.

Dr. Dunson-Allen is absolutely fantastic! I would recommend her to anyone. She is very detailed and has great bedside care. Dr. Dunson-Allen has walked with me every step of the way with my second pregnancy and after. I am a 42 year old mother of two and she has always answered all of my questions and any concerns. The people in her office are always polite and very friendly!

I took my daughter 16 years old here … because she had some problem with her woman part . The nurse was more focused on pushing my daughter to tell which gender she felt more identified with…. Since she asked her 3 times that which gender was her preference , really ???? I didn’t take her to a gynecologist to “ help her “ with her gender … but with my daughter issues with pelvic pain , discharge and cramping periods. Even there were not more patients that Us we waited over 30 minutes in the lobby and then after this “ nurse “ questioning my daughter about her gender… I asked them to make her some exams and maybe order a ultrasound for better idea what was going on . They only got a sample of her discharge but NEVER called me or communicated me the results of this test . Very Irresponsible, Careless and Unprofessional. ZERO recommended this place and of course I won’t take my daughter ever to them… even if they were the only Gynecol on the planet.

It was a relief to hear how this OBGYN operates compared to Emory’s Women Center OBGYN group. Their timeline for VBAC differs from other offices, and offered a much more holistic approach to pregnancy than the last practice I went though. The offer Pelvic Floor Therapy, midwives, lactation support, perinatal yoga and more. I hope to continue on with my next pregnancy here.

Ive been a client of Dr. Dunson-Allen for 12+years and cannot entrust my care to anyone else. Shes incredibly caring, very thorough and always makes me feel like a top priority. Hands down, shes the best OB doctor and her staff is equally as amazing! I feel like a part of their family at every visit.. Will highly recommend Providence Womens Health Care to anyone!

Providence Womens Health Care in Johns Creek is one of the prettiest health clinics I have visited🌹The waiting room had a spa-like atmosphere with lots of art & custom painting throughout🖼️ The TV in the waiting room was playing videos of exercises mixed with soothing scenery & safety reminders. The staff seemed very nice & I felt well treated. They have a policy of calling from your car when you arrive & waiting until you were called back to enter the building. This meant the waiting area was not crowded & I felt safe😊 The assistant had me wash my hands before my visit with the doctor & everyone I encountered was wearing their masks properly😷😇 Check in was efficient & friendly. Overall a pleasant experience 🦋

Very average experience. Midwife wasn’t personal at all. I’m 35 weeks and I’ve changed doctors (again) because I really wanted a midwife experience yet regardless of my continuous requests, I’ve somehow ended up with a ob. So I gave it one last attempt and Mia didn’t even bother to ask what brought me into her office specifically. She just assumed I wouldn’t be back. Anyways, I guess I’ll stick with my ob. The dunwoody office has much better customer service overall. The dunwoody office Receptionist is much more welcoming.

Very welcoming. Nice atmosphere. Dr. Margueritte Doctor is sensational! Where has she been all of my reproductive years? So concerned, spent quality time with me, and we even shared a few laughs. Wonderful woman and clinician.

Dr. Shelly Dunson-Allen and her caring staff is by far the best womens health provider in the state of Georgia. She successfully performed two surgeries for me both in 2015 and 2018 as well as provided routine appointments. I have recovered within days and have never felt so healthy! The doctor as well as the staff take the time to answer all of my questions and make me feel very much cared about.

Providence Womens Health Care and staff are a joy to visit. The staff is always kind and welcoming. But Dr. Dunson-Allen is the best of the best OBGYNs Ive ever visited. If you want a doctor that really cares and listens to you, please go to Providence Womens Health Care for all your OBGYN visits. If this post comes up under my husbands name, well, just laugh about it. My name is Nancy Webb and I cant tell you how much I appreciate Providence Womens Health Care and STAFF.

Excellent Doctor, but odds of getting a call back on any issue are zero, which is such shame. As another reviewer put it below, its like pulling teeth from a lion- wont happen. I would hate to have a pressing issue where I need to reach someone. And forget needing any documents. Sad thing is this seems like an ongoing pattern as others have outlined below. I wish I had checked those reviews before committing.

What could’ve been the worst experience being turned away for a doctors visit and then being referred to a different office turned out to be the best decision ever. By going to the John’s Creek Alpharetta office for Providence Women’s Healthcare and seeing nurse practitioner Colleen Gardner I cannot say how impressed I was with her knowledge, her care, her efficiency, and her ability to hone in on my needs, provide specific advice and offer needed suggestions for my health and wellness. I left there feeling very confident and assured that it was divine intervention that I be treated by Colleen Gardner. I highly recommend her for any female health queries. She has the answers.

Dr.doctor, is really a joy. She talks you through everything and wants to make sure you get the best care! This is my first obgyn and they dont disappoint

This was my first time there, it was phenomenal from the sweet lady at the front desk, the nurse to Dr.Doctor. Dr. Doctor was amazing. She listened to everything, walks you through everything shes going to do and is very informative and absolutely the sweetest.

I adore Dr Dunson Allen and her entire staff. They are caring and are quick to hear you out if you have a question. Dunson Allen truly cares about her patients. They are supportive and empowering of other women. I definitely recommend.

Dr. Doctor is absolutely wonderful. She is a woman that knows her stuff and helps you to feel extremely comfortable, plus she is funny. I would follow her anywhere.

The office staff is very professional and courteous. They are the best Ob and nurse midwives around. I highly recommend them plus they deliver at Emory Johns Creek or North Fulton.

This place NEVER answer or return Calls when they hardly have patients. They do not check your cervix as should. Every visit lasts ONLY 10-15mins. I would not recommend Providence WHC to any expecting mother’s!

They are the worst!!!!!!! Please don’t come here. Everything they do they rush through, very unprofessional. The lady checking my weight was always incorrect rushing through it and telling me the same weight for a month when clearly I’m gaining. The front desk lady doesn’t ever greet you. The staff sucks very bad. I came here without reading reviews and or checking out the place first and it’s been the worst mistake of my life. I dread coming to see them! I hate them

I had the best experience today at Providence. Dr. Doctor is such a phenomenal provider and made the entire appointment so comfortable for me.

Worst provider ever. Do not come here. Front desk staff and nurses are very dismissive and rude. They rarely answer their phones and do not return voicemails in a timely manner. Please do yourself a favor and go to another provider. They will make your situation more stressful than it needs to be.

Shayna (MA) she is amazing Always welcome me with a smile that I can see through the mask, doing her job professional way and did not forget any details, the lab lady Sanela she is professional and I did not ever felt the needles at all, Rupel U/S she is amazing and did not left any detailLast but not least the one that answer my calls Amanda you are amazing thanks everyone for everythingI will be always highly recommend providence clinic for all my friends
