Reproductive Health Medicine & Gynecology - Georgia (RHM GA)

Beware of excess fees associated with RHM gynecology! I was seeing a midwife virtually and all was well. I got pregnant earlier 2024 and shared the results. Labs called in and done. Then miscarried and also shared the results but never a charge to my account. End of May 2024 I got another positive pregnancy test and again shared the results. Had labs done. Now suddenly I have a $50 charge on my account! When I called I was told it should only be $25 and the charge is because Elizabeth called in a new prescription that HAD SHE ACTUALLY SPENT TIME TO READ MY CHART WOULD HAVE SEEN I AM ALLERGIC TO. When I corrected them on that fact I was then told it is a fee for urine pregnancy test (for a virtual patient?) and calling in pregnancy labs with follow up, not for the Rx after all. I asked what follow up was provided? Low progesterone and nothing was called in. I had to go to my PCP for that! Another lab came back questionable and when I asked for clarification I was told to talk to my OB so zero help there too! I got conflicting information from Dr K and Elizabeth as well. Dr K said no baby aspirin, just lovenox was enough and Elizabeth said one baby aspirin. So who do you listen to? Oh wait. I had to do my own research and decide for myself! (I am on two baby aspirin because baby aspirin crosses placenta to ensure clot free where as lovenox does not.) So now I am stuck paying a $25 charge for Elizabeth’s error! Beware of this business and surprise charges that may just show up out of no where!!

Their entire team is amazing & great communicators. I was treated by Elizabeth whom was always kind, informative & thorough. She helped diagnose my insulin resistance & helped me manage my weight to help regulate my cycle again post ectopic. I also worked with Joanna the cycle educator & I learned so much! I thought I knew what there was to know about a cycle and fertile window only to find out I knew about 20% of the valuable information. Now a year after my ectopic pregnancy I am expecting again (very early) but I 1000% credit this practice with my success. My regular Gyno wanted me to wait a year post ectopic to do any further testing & mid 30s I did not want to waste valuable time. Again, I cannot recommend this office enough. I was treated both in office & via telehealth & both types of visits were great.

They’ve helped me with becoming pregnant & I’m now halfway through my term after experiencing 3 miscarriages and testing that determined causes. They are very helpful and kind.

I was referred to Dr. K by my sister after I suffered another loss earlier this year. Ever since I have become an established patient with RHM, I have learned SO MUCH about reproductive health, as well as my own body. Ive had so many questions for sure a long time, but they are finally being answered through Dr. K and his team. The communication is wonderful, the office is clean, the staff is caring and very attentive, I would recommend RHM to anyone trying to get pregnant or to learn more about reproductive health in general.

RHM is the best! Dr. Kongoasa is the most wonderful, caring doctor. He believed my symptoms and treated me in a way that no other OBGYN has. Ive had so much healing in my body because of him and his team. Everyone at this office is amazing! Kelly is the first person youll talk to, and shes so kind :) Elizabeth and Sharon are also incredible parts of the team! You cannot go wrong, and I honestly cant recommend this practice enough. I see them from TULSA, OK (and theyre in Atlanta!) if youre wondering how good they are!

In my 10+ years of experience meeting more doctors than I care to count to follow up on and treat my endometriosis, I had never met a doctor that was as patient, kind, gentle and caring as Dr. Kongoasa. Not only is his bedside manner beyond excellent, but he let me ask him questions to the point where I was exhausted asking them, and answered them with the utmost respect and confidence, without seeming frustrated or defensive (life lesson - run from doctors who express either of these sentiments after asking just one or two questions). I’m two weeks post-op now after endo excision by Dr. K, and although I’m still recovering and won’t know the full extent of the benefits of this surgery until after a few months, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that doing this surgery with Dr. K was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health, fertility and general well-being. I will be eternally grateful for his attention to detail, compassion and consideration throughout this entire process.

I have been meeting via telehealth with Dr. Kongoasas Nurse Practitioner Laura for the last several months. She has been the best medical professional I have ever worked with. Yesterday my husband and I met with Dr. Kongoasa, he was truly so kind and caring! He even sent us a free trial to Organic Conceptions and validated our struggle! Amazing healthcare! So thankful for Dr. K and his office staff!

I have been going to RHMGYN for about 5 months now, and I have been very impressed with everyone in this office. I usually see Elizabeth, who is not only kind and knowledgeable, but also very thorough. I have been to other OBGYNs that were ok, but I know that at RHMGYN they are committed to finding out the root of my health issues and helping me to achieve my best health. I feel very blessed to have received treatment from Dr. Kongoasa. After a long journey towards a diagnosis of endometriosis, and several years of substandard treatment, I joined Nancys Nook on Facebook, and had consults with several of their recommended surgeons. I knew Immediately that Dr. Kongoasa was the one for me. He spent more time going over my records, listening to me, and explaining what surgical techniques he would use than any other doctor Ive seen. He is truly dedicated to helping women. The staff at his office are top notch, as well as the staff at Northside Hospital, which is where he operates. Ive had soooooo many surgeries and this is by far the best care I have ever received. It took a year of major life changes to get insurance that would cover out of state care (I live in Phoenix), and it was 100% worth it. After 15 years of suffering, I get to live pain and illness free thanks to Dr. Kongoasa. Its truly unbelievable and I cannot recommend him enough.

Nurse Practitioner Elizabeth is both very thorough and very compassionate. I’ve had the gamut of care during 10 pregnancies and now after having kids- and I can tell you- she ranks high if not the highest in bedside manner and knowledge. I suggest her to anyone needing Gyn care.

I have been seeing Dr. K for just over a year now. He performed a surgery to remove my Endometriosis, and now is helping my hubby and I with some infertility issues. Dr. K and his staff have truly been a blessing! Were so thankful for them!

Ive been having a lot of hard to live with problems for the past 5 years. Problems my previous OBGYN said was “normal” and the only treatment available to me were things that would have sterilized me. That wasn’t an option for me as I am only 28!I reached out to RHM and was able to get an appointment for myself on telemed. They requested lab work for me from a lab near me! It was very streamlined and I didn’t have to drive much.Then, they finally figured it out and now I’m finally getting treatments!!! If I had gotten sterilized, my previous OB would have missed what was really going on and it would have been for nothing.Thank you so much Laura and Elizabeth!!

Dr. Kongoasa has a wonderful practice. I have gone since it opened in January 2019. They have always worked to go above and beyond to make sure I have the lab orders I need, as well as the plan each cycle to optimize our chances for peak fertility. Dr. Kongoasa also diagnosed me with endometriosis and provided the proper treatment to remove the diseased tissue at his surgical practice, The Center for Restorative Reproductive Surgery.The covid pandemic has caused some upset though. Some of the staff feel it fine to take off their mask to speak with you or come near you, which I don’t understand. Seeing staff casually walking around the office without masks too is worrisome. I wish they had a consistent policy, and not half-hearted. I think those members wishing not to don a mask properly could at least wear a face shield with it to prevent some droplets from spreading on their patients.Anyone with a compromised immune system may prefer to wear an N95 if they have one when going here.

Excellent professionals. I thank God every day for putting Dr. Ko in my path. I have consulted several doctors, and none had given me a diagnosis of my fertility problems. Dr. Ko is a man of excellent scientific knowledge and unshakable faith. Do not hesitate to ask him. RHM IS THE BEST, hands down. I traveled from Pennsylvania to RHM in Georgia, after struggling with my local infertility options. RHM was committed to finding the root cause of my issues, and they truly listened to me. They are quick to respond, super professional and so friendly. If you want to get to the root of the problem with care and consideration, go with RHM.

I absolutely love working with the staff at RHMGYN. They have been on my side since day one, working to help me be the healthiest I can be. Their entire staff has been nothing but kind and patient with me through all of my questions. Theyre a wonderful team!

I have only had one appointment so far, but the knowledge and interest shown in my charting information and the utilization of FABM charting signs to diagnose my issue was encouraging. I appreciate the ability to participate in telemedicine as there is a general lack of a RRM/NaPro-trained physician base in West Texas.
