Wow if I could give this place zero stars I would, front staff very nice but the “clinician” had no idea what she was doing. She told me that she can perform an exam but it wouldn’t make a difference, she had no idea what she was talking about and seemed more like a medical assistant than an actual doctor. The wait time made no sense seeing as I was the only person in the entire office. If you actually want to get treated I’d suggest you go some where else.

This is the second time I have been to this office and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. They have the kindest staff, they are so incredibly sweet and caring. I felt so comforted and cared for. They helped me with everything I came in to accomplish.Thank you so much!

The old reviews are definitely for the old staff that used to be there because my experience every time I come to the patchogue location is always amazing. The ladies there are so nice and accommodating. I don’t have to wait long to be seen either. Danielle O. at the front desk was phenomenal. From the time I walked in she was polite and checked me in quickly. The assistant Yuri F. was just as phenomenal. Got me in to my room and was very nice and patient with me. Then the NP Ashley P. was awesome! So nice and talked me through everything. Answered all my questions and made sure I was ok throughout my appointment. I made sure I took down all their names. They made me feel real good. I commend these ladies. I could see their smiles through their mask. You can tell they really care about their patients and love what they do. I just wish people who have had good experiences would post more often so that these people can get the recognition they deserve. Also shout out to the call center. Every time I call they are polite and eloquent. When I need to speak with a nurse they call me back in less than 24 hours and they are just a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely visit this location again and again and again!

After s book the appointment i started getting random phones calls trying to scam me. I am very sure people who scheduled the appointment keep your private info. I wasn’t a new patient, they already have all my info and i was ask for my social security number. Very concerned

I should have listened to the reviews.I went in for a breast complaint. They asked if I was pregnant and I said no thats not possible, but they said they have to do a test anyway. Then the doctor tells me since I was vaccinated in the last 6 weeks they cant diagnose anything and to come back in 2 months if its still bothering me. So a complete waste of time.Today I get a bill for $150. For what? The doctor told me I wasnt pregnant and that I had a vaccine recently. Two things I knew when I walked in the door. They 100% could have told me a vaccine would prevent them from providing an actual doctors appointment, but scamming the patient was more important.

Came to get birth control refill as my insurance is currently in limbo. My appointment was at 11:30am I didn’t leave until an hour or so after, but I got what I needed. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would come here again.

Didnt even make an appointment here but if your going to be working in a place like this, you need more compassion. I called and i have to schedule a termination. This is one of the hardest things i have to go through in my life and i need to deal with a rude girl in the process? Change your whole tone and dont snap at me with your answers when i ask what is the difference between two different methods and cutting me off with I DONT KNOW. I refused to make an appt here and will go to the one in riverhead with much better reviews. Dont bother coming here based on the reviews, i shouldve listened.

This is suppose to be a place where woman can go to discuss there most intimate and private issues.When I reach the reception desk I told her I had an appointment.so continued to ask me general questions, ok no problem, now mind you the waiting room is packed. She asked me what am I here for in a very loud voice I said Ill tell the clinician.very loud you need to tell me or you wont be seen.i was floored!!!I qouted her the HIPPA law.Because of that I waited 21/2 hours after my appointment time.NEVER AGAIN. I was so upset.

My first time experience with them is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment, didnt wait long to get in. I just needed a prescription filled bc my gynecologist cant see me for 2 months and they got me in and out without a problem.

Seems like everyone there has a bad attitude. I had called to ask questions about an abortion and the person on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all.

The staff is so rude here I cannot believe it. People go into this place for help. During the most traumatizing time in my life they treated me like garbage. Like I was some degenerate. I’m a college graduate with a full time job. With little time on my hands and they just wasted my time. I will never go to this location ever again. They wouldn’t even hear what I had to say or offer any kind of guidance or help. JUST ATTITUDE. They have made such a horrible and sad time in my life 10x worse.

Most people who work here dont care about the patient , only here for the money. the people behind the counter / wannabe doctors here are rude and argue at patients as if theyre not on the clock. lol , never again will i come here. i was also told to remove my iud at home rather than having a gynaecology do it.. kinda unprofesional. made me feel really sad.

I thought I’d make a review since I see how negative most of them are. Before I went here I felt so anxious because of these bad reviews. They are WRONG. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable.

First time here at this location and it was a great experience, super nice people especially Alba, felt super comfortable with her and so easy to talk with & help me relax while getting my blood drawn, one of the best!

Had a friend with an IUD installed. Contact the emergency line and inquired about the situation as she felt a metal rod protruding out of her private area. Basically had to beg whomever answered the phone to simply ask the doctor if she was in any potential harm. Before all of this, she had asked to come in three days later. Showed zero regard for the patients health.

Ive gone here for years but the service now is terrible. Ive been calling all week and keep being told I will get a call back and never do. I have a condition left untreated and the lady who saw me apparently disappeared and no one else can do her job. Highly disappointed!! So unprofessional.

Got there two hours prior to closing and this nasty nurse told me I couldnt wait because there were already five people waiting and she doesnt get paid overtime. These people are supposed to help women, not turn them away because they think they dont get paid enough.

Dont come here .... I arrived at 1 pm, an hour before my appt to see if they could take me early. Then when my appt actually was at 2pm the whole office decided to go on lunch and left me waiting for a half hour..... very unprofessional.... and mean while I was the only one In the waiting room. Never again.

I was these reviews and thought maybe I should go to another location, but I went and I’m glad I did, the office is small but everyone there was so kind and so helpful. The wait wasn’t long either.

Worst experience hands down number one they dont care at all what your going threw they canceled my appt like 20 mins before my actual appt bc there provider called out then when I ask why cant we do a telemetry they dont do that anymore then I come today at 944 still havent received my registration papers this office is by far the owes

This actually deserves NO STARS this place is really ridiculous, had an appointment and 3:15pm it is now 5:12pm and i still havent been seen. Shut this damn place down. New location new people. Service is BAD, the attitudes are BAD!! Shouldve went to west islip.

My apt was at 2;15, i got here literally 3 minutes late and they made me wait until 3:07 just to be seen. it is now 3:28 and im in the examination room, but no doctor! i dont know about anyone else but i have other things to do than wait around for them

Im actually here as we speak to get a semi annual pap because my OBGYN had no Availibilty , my appointment was @ 12:10 I have been here for 2 hours and 25 minutes and I still have not been seen . This is the worst planned parenthood ever it is very inconvenient and no one is keeping me updated with anything thats going on .

I’ve been going there for years most of the same staff is still there very pleasant Experience every time

This place is not good. My appointment it was 10:30am they call me in at 12:45pm. I was waith in waiting room 2hours and 15 minutes.

Get your own lab results from the lab, the mid wife’s there like playing doctor!! Make sure a doctor orders your labs and reads them !!

... need to hire people who dont tell their patients to remove the iud themselves. and horrible attitudes

Called twice, both times the staff was as nasty and curt as could be. Find another location

Such a terrible experience, horrible attitudes with women behind the counter. And unprofessional
