Dr. Ramsden at the anti aging clinic has changed my life for the better. My hormone imalance was causing me symptoms of depression such as fatigue, trouble concentrating, bad short term memory, and lack of drive to do anything. This office is terrible. Be careful paying the deposit unless you are willing to wait three months to get actual service. Everything is drawn out with long waiting periods between appointments, meanwhile there is no one in the office.

I was seeing a doctor in dothan, AL for a few years but I had a couple good friends of mine that referred this clinic to me. I called and set up an appointment and they got me in within a few days!! When I got there everybody was very nice and I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Mr. Timothy was Very professional and has lots of experience in his field. Very good people nd they make everything so simple!! Highly recommend

As a former employee I have to say, just find somewhere else to go. Especially if you are looking to get an aesthetic service done. Dr. has done many unethical things that I have personally witnessed. Along with allowing employees to use equipment they have not been properly trained on or even licensed to use. There is a reason staff doesn’t stay.

The doctor told me it would be better to pay out of pocket than using my insurance, so I did. Then after I left my last visit my insurance got billed. This place is a joke. I called twice to talk about it and just got told I was wrong every time. The secretary got an attitude with me so I paid and left the review because of your poor service. She didn’t want to work with me just wanted to prove I was in the wrong. I was told something by the doctor my first visit and her answer was I was not in the room. Could’ve got the doctor on the phone but she chose to argue.

My first appointment was today!First off the office staff was amazing & Now onto Dr. Ramsden, by far the nicest & coolest doctor Ive ever been too. It was easy to open up because he listened and didnt make me feel uncomfortable. Happy & Thankful Im under his care now.

Almost $5000 and honestly was a scam! No difference to a very very little difference. No one ever calls you back at the office no one checks on you. They took my money and basically get what you paid for and I was scammed. Do not go there. I don’t care. I will be disputing my charges because this is not what I asked for.

Gentlemen, you need Dr Ramsden as your doctor. He is an amazing physician. He lives what he preaches. He listens and gives you practical solutions that you can do to improve your health. I went to him feeling and living like I was 85. I now feel better than my age in just a couple of months seeing him. His staff are really nice and helpful as well.

Im a new patient. The entire process so far has been wonderful and not intimidating at all, even for a upper middle-aged man like me. The doctor and his staff are all pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and stunningly beautiful. Im confident the treatment plan Dr. Ramsden has developed and explained so well will help me become me again. I received my first treatment today. It was painless and only took a few minutes. First-class!

The doctor was very professional and we were pleased with him. His office manager (Renae) is the reason we will be seeking care from another facility. There was some confusion about a prescription that the doctor had given my husband. They were out of stock and back ordered. After several months, we were to have another appointment for a checkup. Yesterday when I received the notification, I called and canceled because my husband had not received any medication. My husband was also in the hospital in the middle of a procedure. I left a vmail stating that there was some confusion about the medication and we would be needing to cancel. Renae called me today to clear up some things. She started the conversation off abrasive telling me there was now a balance because we didnt call within 24 hours to cancel. I explained my husband was in the OR and he was unable to have and the appointment. She agreed to waive the fee and then decided to talk about the medication. She was telling me how they had attempted contact and I was trying to explain that I dont always have a signal and other reasons that we possibly missed the messages/calls. She kept insisting that their system time stamped it and she knew that we were contacted. She would talk over me every time I was trying to reply to her. I got a little stern telling her that I understood she was a manager, but she was being abrasive and wasnt letting me speak. I mentioned that maybe their office was not the best fit for us because of the distance and the communication issue. That is when she decided to not so nicely let me know that their practice has plenty of patients and that I was right it wasnt a good fit for us. This kind of poor management will drive a business into the group. I hope that this doctor realizes you should get your honey where you make you money. Her professionalism was severely lacking. Maybe she was just having a rough day, but that is no way to treat the public. I am sure since they have plenty of other patients the doctor wont mind loosing one that is a veteran and a LEO.

Beware of your deposit I was told that it was refundable deposit. I went to my appointment and they forgot to take it off the bill. I was told they were sorry they’d have to credit me. I was never told I had a year to use it or lose it!!!!! they would not refund me on their mistake now I am out $104!!!Terrible customer service. Sorry does not replace the money.

I have lost 22 pounds in seven weeks. I am so happy with my results. Taylor Perry the nurse practitioner made me feel so comfortable from the first appointment with her. We set my personal goals together and I would recommend you asking for her. She is amazing.

First the girls up front are as sweet as pie. Excellent at answering your questions and making you feel comfortable.The office was stylish and extremely clean.Doctor Ramsden was so helpful and patient and did not mind answering a ton of questions.I am excited to have found a clinic I can trust. I gave them 1 star only bc zero wasn’t an option! I went for my first appointment and decided on semaglutide as my weight loss option. I knew I paid way more than other places but I figured wth, sometimes you get what you pay for. Well apparently you have to buy 3 months at a time. Okay.. so almost $600 later I was told it would take two weeks to come in. 3 weeks later I picked up my medication. I took it on a Saturday as prescribed! Y’all!! I was so sick! I mean nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, like stuck in bed, couldn’t hold anything down! This worried me. So naturally I called the Dr whom prescribed this medication for guidance. I called 4 times in one week. Finally spoke to a nurse on Friday. She told me it was very unlikely that the medication caused these symptoms! Ha? What?! Then says it’s normal to be “a little” sick but not to the extent I was describing. She mentioned that maybe I should let my symptoms completely subside then try again.. I explained I was afraid to take it again. She said well maybe I should come for my follow up “ which is in 3 weeks” and discuss another option. I said well I’d like to come sooner than that bc I won’t be doing treatment, she basically said I could come sooner but that if I wanted a different treatment I’d have to pay full price.. I understand they can’t control how I react to medication, but lord some guidance would have been nice. I felt like they got what they wanted “$$$” and to hell with me or how I felt! Oh the nerve! Needless to say I had such a terrible experience. A little concern and guidance could have went a long way here.. smh

Great staff awsome place to go get your body on the right path. Dr. Ramsden is great to talk with and unlike some doctors he actually takes the time to listen to the patient. I highly recommend the Anti Aging Clinic Of Northwest Florida. Has done me wonders.

I always get a warm greeting and professional experience here. Staff and doctors and fun and the office and equipment are state-of-the-art, and I can always get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I never have to wait over 10 min to be seen, and Im never overlooked by the front desk! 💯

My first impression of this warm and welcoming clinic started with how Renea treated me as a walk-in (with alot of questions!!) My experience has sometimes been, when caught off guard, front desk relations go abruptly as some do not want to be bothered with a maybe patient. Well, not at this clinic!!! Renea was lovely and explained everything in detail with a kind smile....while politely saying excuse me when needed, to answer the phone or deal with another patient. Multi tasking.....wow!!!! Her knowledge of the procedures offered there, filing of health insurance, patient paperwork and scheduling was so impressive that she was one of the main reasons I followed through and am now a patient of Dr. Ramsdens. The fabulous feedback I received from friends, regarding 9 different procedures performed by Dr. Ramsden, is another reason I was anxious to get an appointment there. Renea and Amy worked me in on short notice, due to a very hectic day with many obligations on my part. The Doctor also came out in the waiting area and assured me that he would be with me as soon as he finished with the scheduled patient before me. Perfection!!!! Stayed with his schedule but made me feel that I was important too!!! Very professional of them!!! The clinic was immaculate, yet very warm and comfortable. My procedure went perfectly....Dr. Ramsdens bedside manner, knowledge and technique was refreshing and impressive!!! He took his time, made sure I understood his procedure plan and that I had all my questions answered before beginning. He also took time with me afterwards, making sure I understood my aftercare and felt ok to get up and prepare to leave. Amy, the Medical Aesthetician assisted the Doctor and was a delight......she walked me out and gave me information regarding my next procedure and instructed me to call them ANYTIME if I have any concerns or questions. I CANNOT say enough good about this wonderful group....so glad to have found them!!!!! I cannot wait to see them again soon. They set a beautiful example to be followed as many other health care facilities have sadly lost the wonderful attributes that make a Doctor, and his/her staff, feel like friends to a patient instead of just a doctors office. Love this place! My first to visits were for brow appointments with Irina. She is amazing! So funny and talented. The clinic offered a special on dysport so I decided to give it a try. Haven’t gotten my full results yet (takes 2-10 days) but the staff was SO SWEET. Will definitely be back!!

I went to the anti aging clinic on a whim and at first I was apprehensive but Dr. Ramsden listened to me about my weight concerns with PCOS and ended up recommending Ozempic for my insulin levels. As someone who doesnt have insurance it was very helpful that this clinic had samples of Ozempic to give to their clients. What was incredibly frustrating and disappointing is that we called a few days before my appointment to ask about samples and was told they were no longer doing samples and instead doing a compound injection of $350 for a 3 month supply which is quite a difference from paying the appointment fee and getting samples also keep in mind Ozempic was proving to help with my weight loss whereas this compound injection wasnt even guaranteed to do the same. It would have been appreciated if the clinic actually communicated this with their clients, giving them time to weigh out their options. Daniel Totter, FNP-BC, was very helpful throughout the 3 months I was there and I wish the situation could have been different so they could have retained me as a client.

Excellent staff, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I had facial fillers and botox. This was my first experience and yes I was nervous, Dr quickly calmed my anxiety and discussed my personal plan. I am beyond thrilled with my results and looking forward to going back for further treatments.

From the moment I walked into The Anti Aging Clinic I was impressed. The entire staff was beautiful and welcoming. Amy is highly talented and all around an amazing person. I’ve been seen there for my very first Xeomin treatment! I went back for more because the clinic was so welcoming along with the staff. Dr. Ramsden has made me feel very comfortable and I’ve gone back for Xeomin in a different area because of what a nice experience it was the first time, and the second time was no different. I look forward to trying fillers. The lady up front was very personable and the nurse was very friendly.

Dr. Ramsden and his staff have taken extremely good care of me since our move to Panama City a year ago. I came to him for hormone replacement therapy, which has made a huge improvement in my quality of life. Then he treated my Rosacea, and my face went from bright red to normal in three months. He helped me lose 40 pounds, and most recently he rushed in a prescription for Ivermectin when I was diagnosed with Covid and deteriorating rapidly. The treatment turned things around for me in just 3 days. The Anti Aging Clinic is my first stop to meet most of my medical needs.

My husband and I both have billing issues with this clinic. We were told they are in network with our insurance and they do not even have a contract with our insurance. Our copay was collected and after several visits for me, I have a large balance outstanding with the clinic. My husband also has a balance because of this billing issue.

Laser hair removal - they dont have precise equipment. Very disappointed with the package I paid for, and NOW cannot receive full treatment. Consult appointment sold me a package that they could not fulfill, because they DO NOT POSSESS the equipment, which is very common, used in the industry for 20 years. You must pay in full before first treatment. They informed me that they could not fulfill the agreed upon services after I paid and was in the treatment room receiving the first treatment. Bad business practices. Shame

Dr Ramsden and his team are top notch! The office screams this is where you want to be from the moment you enter. The front desk girls are always polite and happy to see you! I have never waited more than just a few mins. I’m often in and out in within a matter of 20 mins! I haven’t felt this good in years!

You should really research before you decide your choice of company in Bay county.My story is on Yelp and read all of the insurance complaints. I rented a room from this place right after hurricane micheal took my business building away. This byfar was the worst decision I ever made. They always respond to low reviews the same way....denial of these folks being patients its just wrong. And so much customer service issues and a ton of clients reported to insurance companies to report fraud.

I was thrilled when I found a place so close to my new home that does hormone replacement therapy. I have had no issues getting an appointment here and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is clean.

Friendly and professional. Doctor, nurse, and staff answered all my many questions about the procedure and insurance inquiries. Had Biote pellets implanted a little over a month ago. I feel so much better! Sleeping better than I have for a long long time. Hot flashes virtually non existent. No more headaches, irritability, brain fog. So much more energy! Wish I had known about this years ago, instead of undergoing the standard HRT by my family physician for the past several years. Will go back.😀

Actually no star is appropriate, but doesnt give that option.My husband and I both have been to this clinic on 3 separate visits each. On 1st initial visit we were asked for our insurance card, told we were in network and asked for our $35 COPAY...which we paid. On each subsequent visit, we were again charged our $35 COPAY... which we again paid. Then after visiting our patient portals, we were in shock and disbelief to find we both had enormous balances due (WHICH WE DO NOT OWE) When I contacted said clinic, I spoke to a person named Renae. When asked about the issue, she gave me some BS about our insurance company BCBS dropping doctors in the Bay County area due to Hurricane Michael, and that they were trying to get the issue resolved. Now we are getting emails, texts & robo calls from them saying we need to pay these bills. Bay County is a small town and word does get around. We have heard of several other people this has happened to, as well. We have contacted our insurance company and filed a fraud complaint... waiting to hear back. We will contact any other agency we find necessary to clear this up and encourage others effected to do the same.Response to owners response.First of all, this has nothing to do with the provider that we saw. However, you say my husband was referred to Dr. Ramseden….He NEVER saw Dr. Ramseden. Although the insurance was filled with our insurance company as him being the provider. HMMMM! Sounds shady to me!!!! What this has to do with is billing! Yes, we saw the nutritionist who parted ways with you 2 weeks ago. However, he was not the person in charge of the billing. Dr. Ramsdens girlfriend, Ranae, was the one who took our insurance card on the very 1st visit, entered it into the system and asked us for the $35 COPAY that she said we owed for the visit. We paid that upfront, before being seen by the nutritionist. The nutritionist didnt give us that information... Ranae did, and we paid what she told us to pay!It is apparent to us that the 1 star reviews over the past 2 days are due to the fact that perhaps they are getting the same emails, texts & robo calls, that weve been getting over the past 3 days saying that the bills that we do not owe, need to be paid!!!And you are very much misinformed in saying that the information given to us be Ranae, was that you were not under contract, but had applied in Sept. SHE TOLD ME DIRECTLY that the problem with BCBS was, because BCBS was dropping doctors in Bay County, due to so many people leaving the area after the hurricane, She also said (more than once) that she was very good friends with Jimmy Patronis and was talking with him to get things worked out with BCBS. If she was mistaken, maybe you need her to get better informed, before speaking for your business. But, THAT IS what she said!!!It is the providers responsibility to tell patients what they are being charged before services are rendered. We were told $35 COPAY and thats what we paid!!!This is not a smear campaign by anyone. This is for us, a matter of being charged over $1,200.00, when we were told that we only owed a $35 COPAY...which we paid upfront before services were rendered!!!We too have been in contact with BCBS to report potential insurance fraud!

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke and a scam. I have never seen a “medical” office be so unprofessional, and money hungry. Do not waste your time and go here. The front office lady is pathetic as well as the dr. Refuses to talk about made up bill from a “rescheduling fee” of $225. Don’t waste your time, because that’s exactly what this place is.

This is a One Stop Shop for me and I love it for so many reasons. Not only do they offer a wide range of services but the staff, from the Front office to Dr.Ramsden is amazing! I’m a very hard person to please, nearly impossible actually and I’ve never had one complaint.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and was told by both Renae and the Dr. Ramsden that they were in network with BCBS and that I would only have to pay a copay. So when I got a bill, I ignored it. Then I got a second bill and called the office and talked to Renae and she told me that it was just balance billing and that she would write it off. I was pleased and had no reason to take it further. I continued to get messages that I had a balance so I called and spoke with Renae again. This time she told me that it went to my deductible. I told her again that I was told they were in network and I should have only paid a copay. She then tried to school me on insurance and I explained that I worked in insurance with a doctors office as well as a hospital. I was however told a lie about the fact that they were in network. She then started making accusations that I was with some group (I asked her what group) and that she was not going to go back and forth with me on the subject and hung up on me. I am not in some group, unless there is a group of people that they lied to and told them that they were in network with their insurance and they would only pay a copay, if so I guess you can put me in that group. This is insurance fraud and I dont want anyone else to get swindled into going to them. I spoke to Renae today at 10:22 and when she hung up on me I called BCBS and left a message with the Service Advocate. If I continue to get a bill I will pursue this further with a lawyer and BCBS.

It’s pretty bad that it takes 4-5 days to call and get them to refill a medication because they’ve “left a note for the doctor”, especially time-sensitive medication.. VERY rude front desk staff causing my family member to switch doctors…. Would love to get a refill….??

I would give no stars if available. Very unprofessional office staff. When I called to make an appointment the girl tried to talk me into getting Botox by telling me all about what people I know had done. From where I come from that’s a breach of confidentiality. I will not go here because I don’t want this to happen to me or to be talked into getting something done that I’m not ready for.
