I honestly cannot say enough about this team. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with our baby girl and I owe so much to Halo. We had been through years of infertility, one successful transfer followed by fail after fail. Dr. Macer was our third fertility doctor and the first one who wanted to run certain tests to found out what was going on. He wanted to learn my case and treat ME, not put me on a one-size-fits-all protocol to see what happens. He is the perfect combination of a diligent expert and just a straight up kind and approachable human. He never made me feel like my questions were dumb or out of line. He let us help guide our fertility plan which means so so much when you already feel like you have no control over growing your own family.His staff is just as amazing as he is. Kyle and Nancy are so welcoming you will have to remind yourself that you haven’t known them since high school. Kyle was my number one cheerleader and gave me so much support at a time that can feel lonely and scary. I can honestly say that while it was hard, I was joyful all along this journey because of the way Halo handled everything from bloodwork, to financing, to follow-ups and hearing our little one’s heartbeat.If you feel alone, unsupported, nervous, confused, unsure, in doubt, and you feel like giving up….please call Halo Fertility before you do. I cant speak highly enough of Halo Fertility and the team. I appreciated Dr.Macers knowledge, honesty, humor, compassion, kindness, skilled hands, and professionalism. Dr.Macer and Kyle make a great team. They went above and beyond to care for me during my procedure and f/u visits. They were easy to communicate with, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic is neat and clean. Scheduling appointments is always easy/quick, and there is almost no wait time. Many thanks to Nancy! She also did a great job providing information, scheduling, and checking in on me. I am grateful that I found this clinic, and I definitely would recommend Dr.Macer to anyone going through the fertility journey because I know how it feels to want to find a doctor who cares about you as a person and is genuine in the care provided.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr Macer and Nancy as a gestational carrier. Dr Macer and his staff makes you feel like family and are very thorough with information, next steps and always available for communication which is very much appreciated. I felt supported throughout the whole process of my journey. IVF, whether its yourself or using a surrogate, can be physically and emotionally exhausting. Having the right people in your corner can make a world of a difference. Dr Macer and his staff is the team you want to have in your corner. We went through a loss and on different occasions Dr Macer called me directly to check in, explain next steps and answer any questions I may have. Nancy is always on standby for anything I need with quick response time. Which is very much appreciated when going through this process as patience goes out the window. After trying unsuccessfully for 3 years, with no answers as to why we weren’t getting pregnant, and hearing several gynecologists through the years ignore our concerns and instead keep telling us that “you’re still young, don’t worry”, we finally stepped into Halo Fertility and it has changed our lives.If you’re battling infertility, please do yourself a huge favor and schedule an appt with Dr. Macer. In the first appt, he sat with my husband and I for almost an hour, he was so attentive and empathetic to our struggle. He listened to all our concerns, our history with infertility and we could sincerely feel that Dr. Macer really cares about his patients. He also goes in depth explaining the female reproduction, all that needs to happen for a successful pregnancy to occur and where he thought could potentially be our issue. He literally drew pictures as he explained, which was especially appreciated by my husband!Within a couple months of getting treatments, we got pregnant through IUI! Dr. Macer was able to find out what our issue was, adjust treatment to make sure I ovulated, and find the best treatment plan for us. We are now 7 weeks along and beyond thankful to the entire Halo Team. When we had our first ultrasound, it was not just my husband and I crying happy tears! That’s just how much the team cares for their patients and love what they do.I know fertility clinics might seem like a big step and even intimidating, but Dr Macer, Kyle and Nancy will make you feel right at home. The amount of care they have with us is beyond incredible and we are so grateful. Nancy has helped me numerous times when I needed help getting prescriptions urgently, going above and beyond to make sure my pregnancy continues going smoothly. She will also sit with you and go over financial plans and options that are very helpful!We cannot recommend Halo Fertility enough!!

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Macer and Nancy as a gestational carrier. Seeing as this was my first experience going through IVF and surrogacy, I was beyond grateful for the support that both Nancy and Dr. Macer had provided throughout the entire experience. My wife and I had been to other doctors without success before finding Dr. Matt Macer. His expertise and personalized approach made all the difference in our IVF journey. I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Macer and his team for helping me with HRT. Dr. Macer explained to me how to interpret my bloodwork, and exactly what was going on with my hormones. I recently received a breast cancer diagnosis and I am set to begin chemotherapy next Thursday. It’s hard to find the words to express just how truly amazing Dr. Macer and his team are. My husband and I have been struggling to conceive a second child for over two years, which has lead us down a very emotional and overwhelming road. We spent the majority of those two years in the care of other doctors who left us feeling mostly unheard and unseen, while being put through multiple rounds of medications without any true understanding of what was happening. Dr. Macer and Nancy are the best in the game!! They have made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. They are very knowledgeable and are great and what they do. Dr Macer is literally the best. I know everyone has a different experience and a different process when visiting fertility clinics but no matter what your journey is I really do feel confident that Dr Macer and his staff can get you there with the least stress. When I first decided to contact a fertility clinic, that alone was a difficult decision. Once I started actually calling around, it got worse. I started reaching a bunch of places that seemed really rushed and just uninterested in even having a conversation and going over things with me. I was about ready to give up when I found Dr. Macers office. When I called the first person I spoke to was Kyle, when I told her my situation within the first five minutes a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. She was so nice, so thorough and welcoming that I knew I called the right place. Shortly after our conversation I was able to set up a video chat with Dr Macer. Of course he too, was very thorough so welcoming I just knew I was in great hands. I know by the time people are reaching out to a fertility specialist they are already so ready to get the results they want. I was able to trust Dr. Macer and his team the whole way through and I am so happy and fortunate to have come across them. To anyone looking for any fertility needs I highly recommend giving them a call and don’t give up! they are truly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Definitely a life changing experience for me!
