So helpful and the sweetest person ever. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. So happy to have found this place to help my family dreams come true. HIGHLY recommend.

I did not have a great experience. None of what my partner and I were looking for was actually covered. Went in to receive information about my significant other and it felt more like fingers were being pointed at me being the problem. We tried to speak up for ourselves and inform that we knew some of the issues. I know bigger people tend to have a harder time getting fertility help and I hoped we had found a place that would actually focus on what we wanted to find out. Instead, it was more about me than my partner who we were there for as I would have seen my medical facility that I’m covered at. However, it felt more like a way to make more money. I was also told my insurance would be charged first and there was no consideration of those terms whatsoever. The appointment was a lot for a consultation that I could have done with my primary doctors office - at $350 a visit, it seems excessive. Not to mention every appointment we made would be rescheduled. We are over an hour away, so when this happens, it’s infuriating, especially since we have jobs and other scheduled activities going on.
