Staring at my absolutely perfect 7 month old Beautiful Baby Boy with such gratitude for Dr Abdullah and his team! They helped make our miracle finally happen after 14 years of infertility! My husband and I went through many procedures with different clinics with failed rounds prior to finding this amazing team! Forever grateful for them! Special shoutout to Courtney! She made my experience incredibly special, she truly cares loves what she does and it shows!

We only have good things to say about ARC team, Courtney and Ashley are AMAZING nurses. The cost of IVF is expensive, it is better to have a health insurance during the process. Do not hesitate to ask questions, even if you think they are stupid. It is really important to understand every step of the procedure and what your options are.

Navigating the IVF journey is challenging, and choosing the right clinic is crucial. Unfortunately, our experience with American Reproductive Center (ARC) has been deeply frustrating and disheartening.During our first round of IVF, the clinic failed to perform the saline infusion sonogram (SIS), a procedure we paid for and was critical to the process. Without this, the first round was doomed from the start, and it ended in failure. Despite this oversight, we trusted the clinic to adjust the approach for the second round. However, the physician kept me on the same dosage of medication, even though there was no growth in the first round. It felt like our chances were sabotaged from the start.When it became clear there was still no growth during the second round, the doctor brought up the option of using a donor, despite us clearly stating in our consultations that this was not an option for us. At that point, the doctor recommended not to complete the second round. Given the circumstances, we were entitled to a refund, as we had already paid $18,000 upfront.We were informed of the refund dating back in January of this year, but as we approach September, we are still waiting. The financial manager, Evelyn, has been unresponsive to our numerous emails and phone calls, leaving us in limbo and deeply frustrated.To anyone considering their IVF journey, please do thorough research before committing to a clinic. Our experience with ARC has been a nightmare, and we hope to spare others from the same fate. Your time, money, and emotions are invaluable—ensure youre in the best possible hands before proceeding.

While the office is not the most organized, we had a great experience here. The team works incredibly hard and I had nothing but positive interactions. Dr Abdullah listened and responded to my concerns/questions and was open to suggestions. He did not pressure us into more expensive treatments right away (IVF/IUI) but suggested trying less invasive methods after having some fibroids removed. I am now almost 5 months pregnant and would highly recommend this practice!

I only have good things to say about American Reproductive Center. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years. We found out i have pcos and some polpys. They quickly scheduled for the removal of the polyps and within 2 months we are pregnant. ❤️ Dr. Abdallah and his staff are all excellent and caring and they go above and beyond to help you and answer any questions you may have. We will definitely be going back here for our next.

I dont know where to start so here goes. Mine and my husbands experience with ARC has been a good one we originally planned to go with a different clinic, but it was a four month wait for just the consultation and we looked to see if we could find a different clinic and it was first to pop up. We were able to schedule a consultation appointment online right away with Dr. Abdullah who is a very nice and knowledgeable reproductive endocrinologist who has a beautiful, warm and inviting office. We had originally wanted to do IUI with a donor since our complication is my husbands vasectomy he recommended that we do IVF as finding the donor for the IUI and etc. would have been the same price, but low success rate and my husband and I wanted the most for our Dollar so we went with what he recommended IVF. You can see Dr. Abdullah loves what he does he even had my husband chuckling when he could hear him outside the exam room we were waiting in getting hyped up to do a simple procedure I needed done before starting our IVF cycle. His staff is very nice as well and they always have a smile and never seem stressed and they explain everything well and answer any questions to the best of there ability he is lucky to hqve such a good staff. You can also text or call and they get back to you in a timely manner they even had me surprised sometimes by responding to a text as late as 11pm and or they would call the next morning. He was able to get my husband in contact with a urologist Dr. Spitz for a sperm extraction to be preformed on my husband who ironically was also recommended by a urologist my husband was seeing at Kaiser to get a possible reversal done at the time. Dr. Abdullah did very well on monitoring me closely to see how my follicles/eggs were developing and everything was kept on track. His surgery center is also very beautiful as well and is kept very clean you can see Dr. Abdullah is very proud of his facility. Dr. Abdullah was able to successfully take out 11 follicles and Dr. Spitz was also successful with my husbands sperm extraction. Out of 11 the facility was able to get 9 eggs fertilized, but out of those 9 only one embryo was of high quality. Unfortunately for me and my husband our only embryo which was going to be a girl did not pass genics testing as it had a missing and extra chromosome. As we are very sad that we basically lost our baby girl we are glad we did the genics test. Unfortunately right now we cannot afford to do another cycle right away. Now just because our journey was not a successful one doesnt mean yours will not be. I do recommend his facility and give ARC a 5 star as like I said our experience with the Doctor and his staff has been very good.Update 7/17/24It was very nice to see Dr. Abdullah and his staff again after a year and a half. They are always nice and welcoming and professional. I will update again in September after my IVF cycle

We are so grateful for American Reproductive Centers. Dr. Abdallah and his staff made our dreams come true. My wife and I are moms now!! I definitely recommend this office and will also be back in the future when we decide to try for baby #2. Thank you ARC!!

I have had a great experience at ARC. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind and explained all of our options. His office staff are great and went out of there way to answer my questions and put up with my fear of blood draws. They really made me feel safe and did not judge. I am successfully pregnant with my first child and over the moon excited. We spent a year at another clinic with no success and where referred here, I am glad we kept faith in the process and came here. Thank you for everything you have done for our family.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. This office has changed my life forever. I saw Dr Abdallah many years ago in his old office. Then before the pandemic I was getting labs to potentially start my fertility journey but I wasn’t able at the time for personal reasons. Fast forward to this year 2022. We began consultations in May. From the start the staff is so welcoming and nice. When you call, they never sound stressed or upset. I truly feel everyone there is happy to work there and I think that says a lot about the environment and Dr Abdallah. If the girls are stressed they definitely do not show it. There are times where the waiting room is full and yet they still are able to see you in a decent amount of time. When I was in the processing of IVF, the staff and Dr. were so helpful in explaining everything and what I appreciated the most is Evelyn sitting down and answering EVERY question I had and she never seemed bothered with how much time I took asking. They want you to truly be prepared and knowledgeable. Everyone makes you feel like family and yet are very professional. I can’t count how many times I had to have bloodwork done for the process and that is one of my absolute fears. They definitely know what they’re doing and I never got sick or passed out which has happened at another place before when drawing blood. The amount of times I have contacted them after hours and someone always got back to me. His surgical center is just as amazing if you need any procedure done for the process. Dr was able to help my husband and I get pregnant and I am forever grateful to this office. It was a 5 year infertility journey for me with my regular doctor and then we finally made the decision to do IVF. I cried at my final appointment before graduating to my regular OBGYN. I will never forget this office and staff. I highly encourage anyone seeking fertility treatments or any reproductive health care to please use this office. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I would never recommend pursuing IVF at this location. We did all preliminaries and met with Dr. Amdallah. I felt comfortable and hopeful and paid $13300 to start the IVF process ASAP. I had to have a surgery to assist the process due to fibroids. Afterwards, I was told that these tested positive for uterine cancer. They got it all out but I was so scared. We jumped into IVF thinking it would be our only shot, especially if the cancer returned. My egg retrieval was devastating with no viable eggs. Dr. Amdallah’s team NEVER contacted me afterwards. Now, after repeated attempts to get a refund or a response from the office manager, no one has called me. I tearfully explained that I didn’t want to continue with IVF due to my health concerns and I was dismissed and ignored by the office staff. Many services in the $13k were not rendered. It appears that they value money over their patients. Stay away from the clinic at all costs!

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Abdallah and would recommend him to anyone looking to start a family. We tried naturally for about 8 months and no luck. Our OBGYN recommended we seek help from a specialist. After calling and talking to multiple doctors, none of them took us serious or paid much attention because it had only been 8 months and we were so young (22 years old). Most doctors said we had to be trying for a year and half before they would need with us. However, Dr. Abdallah was the only doctor that gave us the time of day and helped us when no one else would. We had a bit of a unique experience because my wife was diagnosed with Dydelphic Uterus by an MRI and Dr. Abdallah was skeptical of the MRI results. After doing an explorative surgery he was able to remove my wife’s septum and also remove polyps and fibroids. After this he decided to move ahead with IVF treatment for us because we have had several failed IUI. Dr. Abdallah put in lots of time and care to make sure we were going down the right path and made the whole process flow seamlessly due to his attention to detail. Thank God Dr. Abdallah did not persuade us to try naturally for longer because it would have been a waste of time. After our first round of IVF we were able to get pregnant with a little boy. We owe everything to Dr. Abdallah and strongly recommend him as a doctor.

I am a surrogate mother and this is my 3rd time doing so and all three times I have gone through this office. Dr. Abdallah and his staff are friendly and very responsive. In the beginning of my journey I was going through an agency and they were not ideal, I was introduced to ARC by a woman who knows the office and staff well. She was spot on and every step of the journey has been great. I wouldnt be doing this through them for a third family if I did not feel comfortable with the office and what they do! I highly recommend ARC!

Great office, great office staff, you are always greeted with a smile, very clean, and very accommodating appointments around my schedule. IVF is challenging and very personal, so I definitely did my research! This office has a doctor that is a double board certified physician who is board certified in reproductive endocrinology that you see every appointment, and when you are dealing with infertility it matters! My Husband and I are very pleased with the care provided at this facility. We had been trying to conceive for almost ten years and no luck , it was until we met Dr Abdallah and his team, they immediately provided treatment and we are now almost 12 weeks pregnant. The staff is very professional and very loving. I couldn’t imagine it any other way. Highly recommend this Fertility Clinic.

I had came to doctor abdalla after trying to get pregnant for over a year. After one month he figured out that I had a fibroid in my uterus preventing implantation, he scheduled me for surgery the following month. And after I was fully healed I got pregnant the second month of trying. Now I have my 4 month old baby boy thanks to doctor Abdalla he is a wonderful and caring doctor.

Dr. Maher Abdallah is absolutely Amazing! He has giving us a Hope when everyone shut us down and had told us to seek surrogacy. He is the reason my beautiful son is here and for that I am grateful to him and his team for rest of my life. If you want a compassionate, professional and confident IVF doctor look no further. Dr. Abdallah & office is amazing!! After been seen by one of the “best” Doctors in Beverly Hills who did nothing but told me I was fat, I came across Dr. Abdallah after moving to Riverside county.I can’t be more than happy & blessed having to find American Reproductive Center & Dr. Abdallah!At first, he was very serious and straight to the point but he gets warmer with each visit! I do like the fact that he is very straight to the point and doesn’t sweet talk you just to get hopes up.My first attempt was going to be IUI but the medicine did nothing for me, so Doctor recommended IVF for better success & thank God he did, otherwise we would have been trying and trying other treatments without success as our issues were not going to allow other treatments to work.Within 5 months of starting to see Dr. Abdallah, I am now pregnant with Twins!! I would have never thought I would have this opportunity!Thank you Doctor & staff for being sooo supportive & like family!

We could not ask for a better experience. We read some reviews before we went and found that this place is worth 5 stars. We did not have any negative experience from our consultation through every visit.The staff was very helpful and got us answers to our questions when we would call in. Dr. Abdallah was very thorough, explained everything in clearly and showed great compassion for our experience. I would recommend this Dr and place to any one who is trying to conceive and can use some help.A 5 star experience, 5 star facility and 5 star staff.

I have been a surrogate with ARC 3 times (4 babies total). I can personally say that Dr. Abdallah and the nurses & staff are ALL so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. I have never had a bad experience with them. Each appointment was handled with consideration and professionalism. If I ever decided to have a 4th surrogacy journey, without hesitation, I would go through ARC again. I have such admiration and appreciation for them! 😊😊

All the girls are absolutely amazing and have been so warming and sweet to my husband and I. Dr Abdallah has been so informative and has made our process to easy and comfortable. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. We just love them!

I had very high hopes for this facility. I thought my dreams of being a mom would finally come true coming to American reproductive but I was wrong. They won’t help overweight women…I wasted over a year of my life going to this facility all to be told you’re too fat to be a mother go lose weight. I’ve accepted I’ll never get to be a mother. But don’t want another woman to go through what I did here.

Dr. Abdallah and his amazing staff are the absolute best! I feel welcome every time I come in, and I appreciate the time and care they give me. They answer all my questions and take the time to make sure I am comfortable and understand the process. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

It was a journey, but with the care of the staff and Dr. Abdallah it was one that had a happy ending. I have severe PCOS and after 6 years of trying Dr. and I planned my ovarian drilling, I was pregnant 2 months later. After that I dragged my feet, hoping I could get pregnant on my own, fast forward 4 years and I was back in the hands of Dr. Abdallah who after a few rounds of clomid allowed me to try IUI with injectables and now I sit with my perfect 2 month old twins knowing that I have completed the family I was always meant to have.

Now that I can openly express how this office is without them catching me half undressed in a room being pressured to fix my review. I went here to see why we werent getting pregnant. The doctor had the nurse come in while I was waiting for an ultrasound and said they would not see me unless I changed my review or took it down. They did test and told us we couldnt have kids without ivf and there was no other option for me. Well 5 months after I was pregnant and then after my baby was born when he was 6 months old I got pregnant again. So I would seriously consider a second opinion before assuming they are correct about ivf.

Dr Abdallah and his entire staff went over and above my expectations to ensure the entire process from from beginning to end was handled with the utmost care & professionalism. Highly recommended ARC & Dr Abdallah to any family!

After seeing Dr. Abdallah a few times we were tired of them dropping the ball on relatively simple things. Surgery was incorrectly scheduled twice, they kept calling me about my wifes results and visa-versa and took weeks to correct the change, once Dr. Abdallah called me to cancel an unscheduled surgery the day before it was to take place (but we didnt make an appointment and he called me because they didnt correct the phone numbers: this is how I found out they didnt correct the numbers after I asked them to fix the mistake).As someone who certifies laboratory safety levels for a profession I was extremely disappointed to see the nurses not wearing PPE correctly. Out of the four times I was there I only saw the blond nurse cover her face with a mask once. . . December of the pandemic.Mostly though we were not satisfied with how they answered questions and concerns. Although this is 3 miles from my house, my wife and I now drive to LA to see a different specialist. We got a second and third opinion and both offices were far and away more warm, informative, and gave an air of safety that was not reflected here.

After seeing this clinic a couple of times we decided to switch to another clinic. The reason being, after letting them know I’d be late due to a google Maps mixup, they still made me wait over 30 minutes in the exam room despite no one being around. This is unacceptable.Upon trying to receive my records from Evelyn, she sent my fiancé’s and not mine. I tried to reach out but my email wasn’t answered.

I absolutely love this office! While it was rocky at first the whole office team has gone above and beyond to fix everything for me and my husband. I feel horrible because I made a review in a haste because I was having a bad day. The office has never held it against me and we are working together to have google remove my old review. I highly recommend this office and would refer everyone to them.

The staff is extremely pleasant and that is why they are getting one star. I cannot tell the same about the doctor, who did not want to waste my time with him because of the hormonal levels he preferred to be different. They just took the cash and that is it
