I went to MD they turned me around because of my insurance is very limited biggest mistakeof the day. I came over to True Compassion Urgent Care were Mike and Daniel was able to see me and accept my co payment with me having Florida Blue, This place is truly filled with the word in its name Compassion. This urgent care is highly recommended. 10/10

If you don’t have insurance and need a great prices pre-op medical clearance exam this is the place to come! The staff is very friendly and experienced. I felt like I was under-care by professionals that actually knew what they were doing. True compassion is definitely urgent care, but with actually compassion for their patients. Whether that be for medical clearance or whatever the issue for your visit is. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have insurance or not. I had a very pleasant experience! They definitely stand out from all of the rest. This is not your typical urgent care! This is True Compassion Urgent Care!

Came in pretty close to closing and the whole staff was super nice and sweet. My doctor was Natalie and Jamie the nurse was the best got me talking and calm before the injection I got.

True Compassion definitely lives up to their name. Everyone was very nice and caring. Jamie & NP Natalia made us feel very comfortable during our visit. We didn’t feel rushed like other urgent cares . Wait time was not bad we were in and out.

Been here with my daughter twice now and both times shes had excellent care and was diagnosed correctly and given prescriptions for treatment. Today we saw Jamie the medical assistant who preformed the tests and Dr. Nathalia. Both excellent providers!

I have been coming to True Compassion Urgent Care since they first opened a few years ago. The medical team is amazing and extremely compassionate. They always get me right in and provide such a high level of service, I feel like they are so invested in their patients’ health. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for urgent care, they are the best in the Palm Beach Gardens area.

Everyone is kind and helpful, the care is top-notch, and the staff shows a level of expertise that has made all of us feel confident and later healthy. We were seen right away, the staff was friendly and caring. Pricing for X-ray was affordable and when I needed to pick up the X-rays a few days later the staff was very accommodating in having them ready for me when I called ahead to request them. We would definitely go back but hopefully don’t have to :)

SCAM - read this and other similar reviews before you go!I had an extremely frustrating experience with True Compassion Urgent Care, and I will never return. While the care I received was adequate, the billing situation has been an absolute nightmare. When I went in, they told me they didn’t support my insurance, but they would submit a claim so I could get out-of-network reimbursement. Fine. I paid out of pocket as they requested. Then, to my shock, I found out they did bill my insurance for the full amount, meaning I paid twice! My insurance told me to go back to them for a refund, and now True Compassion claims they have no record of my visit—despite charging me twice!To add insult to injury, they told me to file a dispute with my credit card company, which has been nothing but a royal pain. The credit card company keeps asking for more information, and it feels like a never-ending process just to get my money back. I’ve wasted so much time and energy on this, all because they couldn’t manage their billing properly. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and a complete disaster with billing. Avoid at all costs!

We had amazing care for True Compassion Urgent Care for my 82 year old mother-in-law. She had severely impacted wax in her ear with an infection. They were kind and compassionate and treated her initially on Sunday and then asked us to come back on Tuesday to remove the impacted wax once the medicine was able to do its job and soften the ear canal Tibet and Mindy two medical assistants were terrific. Dr. Esh was also great. Minimal wait time. Really clean and thorough. I highly recommend this team of professionals! We happen to be visiting from NJ and found them via Google.

I’ve had my fair share of urgent care experiences and this place exceeded my expectations. Although they’re a tad pricier with someone with no insurance, I see it’s because of their quality work! In my history, I’d share my symptoms and they would just treat the symptoms. However, Trust Compassion does thorough work to make sure they get the most accurate diagnosis! Not only did they work with my financial uninsured situation, the staff made me feel safe, cared for and understood. Thank you to all the ladies who took care of me today, l’ll forever be grateful❤️

I was very sick late on a Sunday this was only place open near me, so I went here. The wait time was minimal, staff were professional, efficient & caring. Testing was quick & they found me a close 24 hour pharmacy to get medications. I went back for follow up & received the same great service. Would recommend!

I came in last minute to get my 4 kids a physical. Mike and his amazing stuff went above and beyond to get them in. I literally walk in at 7:50 they got us in and out less than 30 mins. Way to go true compassion urgent care. Highly recommended 10/10.

Exceedingly kind nurses and doctors. Very fast, and very efficient. I have been there twice and have appreciated the visit both times. I even go as far as driving from lower west palm to them rather than any other urgent care clinic nearby to me. If you need to go to urgent care, do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Called to ask if I would be able to see a doctor, not a PA. I was told they only hire nurse practitioners and doctors. I drove an hour to get there, filled out papers and was told the total is $220, despite having insurance. I was going to leave, but the receptionist called their billing dept and reduced the price to $95. At this time the owner also spoke to me, and relayed his bad experiences with the healthcare system, which inspired him to found this clinic. During the visit, two attendants came in to do routine work. I believed they were nurses because of what I was told over the phone. A third person in a white lab coat came in after, introduced herself as my “provider” and diagnosed me with a sinus infection, but I came in for menstrual migraines. I was given prescriptions for an infection, but they didn’t help. Eventually the migraine went away. Fast forward a month, I have the same migraine and accompanying symptoms. I called the office back and found out that I was never seen by a doctor, but a nurse. They also took the opportunity to tell me that I may hear about money that I owe in the amount of $125. Don’t believe they are trying to help you, but believe they are compassionate…about your money.

We were dealing with a very painful situation with my daughter and we have had some bad experiences in the past so I googled to see what urgent care had the best reviews. When I saw how good the reviews were and that “compassion” was right in the name we decided to try it. They did not disappoint. So happy we found this place.

I have been a True Compassion patient for several years. This is hands down the best urgent care facility that I have ever used. I won’t go anywhere else!!

Do not come here unless u want to spend an arm and a leg just to be seen. The lady in front of me was quoted $120 and I was quoted $220 JUST TO BE SEEN. We both have insurance too. You will spend wayyyy too much money here. I don’t even pay this much at my regular doc. Was just in desperate need of being seen fast.However the lady who cared for me was very knowledgeable, thorough, and listened to my concerns. I was treated properly. The whole price situation through me off and I doubt I will return due to the high cost.I also had a runny nose and they didn’t have any tissues and gave me guaze strips to blow my nose.

This was a way better experience than I had at the ER. All of the staff were very welcoming and they assisted me with my lower back pain. If you’re looking for great care I definitely recommend coming to True care!

I visited the urgent care facility on Sunday with a severe cough and fever that had persisted for a week. The office was very pleasant and clean, and the nurse was kind and courteous. Dr. Zeinab was fantastic - she quickly attended to me and prescribed antibiotics. I appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without unnecessary delays.

It was my first visit, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome extended to my mom and me. The staff did an exceptional job explaining everything beforehand, especially the front desk assistant who was very knowledgeable. Although we couldnt use our insurance, we didn’t have to break the bank either. Id definitely consider returning in the future.

Im very picky with places cause I look for fairness and respect and many places arent like that and give robotic responses.I really liked the customer service here though although I was late to go to my bank the customer service made up for it and the doctor seemed genuinely kind and thats hard to find now a daysAlso they have very comfortable couches which I loved!Highly recommend!

Never been to an Urgent care but my ear began hurting during the night. I read others reviews of True Compassion and gave them a call. I was told to just come in. I was so happy I did. I only waited as long as it took to fill out their forms on an IPad. Everyone was very kind and efficient. My diagnosis was an outer ear infection. I was given a copy of the prescription and diagnosis even though they sent it to my pharmacy. Very efficient. They took my insurance. I would definitely return if the beed arises. Only complaint, they should clean the pads after each patient. Many fingerprints on the screen.

I had a severe Gout attack and did not want to go the the Samaritan Hospital near me, so looking at the reviews we chose to go to True Compassion Urgent Care which is approx 1/2 hr away. I was in a lot of pain.From start to finish, it was a great experience. I felt heard and taken care of, gently, promptly, and with compassion.Dr. Eshwari Gurunathan, the physician who took care of me was amazing! I got into a motor vehicle accident and the doctor made me feel SO valid for everything. I was un so much pain and very scared to go to the doctor because im often told that uts nothing. She did the xrays and even prescribed me amazing medications to help my swelling. I came back later for medication and she helped me bring prices down since im a college student.Love this place, would give 10/10 if i could.

This is my 4th time coming here. They live up to their name - unlike many urgent care clinics. Pascal took fantastic care of me.

We are norwegians on vacation, and were adviced to contact True Compassion Urgen Care (TCUC) by our insurance company when our two daugthers got sick in Palm Beach. Our experience TCUC was unfortunately not so positive.First, they did not accept our insurance (Norwegian company Gjensidige with US partner GLOBAL MEDICAL MANAGEMENT INC.). We found this very dissapointing, as we could present a proof that the insurance company will cover all costs. TCUC did not even bother to contact our insurance company, and we had to pay by credit card in advance.The medical staff were friendly and effective, but their examination of the girls were incomplete due to old and unmodern equipment that did not give the full picture of the medical situation. The doctor however prescribed the correct medication and even startet treatment with first injection, so the treatment of the condition startet fast.When we left, the guy at the counter promised to send the medical records and a receipt for the payments by e-mail within 24 hours. Now, two weeks later, after several notifications from our side, we have given up any hope of receiving anything from TCUC.To others with a need of Urgent Care in this area my advice will be to try somewhere else.

I injured my foot. I needed X-rays and this was the only urgent care facility in a 5 mile radius of where I live that had an X-ray machine with someone who can operate it, daily. The front office was very friendly, the medical professionals were as well. It is a very small facility and you may have to wait. I got there shortly after they opened and was seen almost immediately I was happy with their level of service and care.

I came for a Covid test and they were able to see me very quickly and made my visit very pleasant by providing me with a box of tissue, water and everyone was very nice. SCAM....I should have read more reviews. I dont understand why this place is so highly rated... Horrible experience. We were literally the only patients in the office, and it took over an hour to be seen... The physician could not diagnose us, and he told us we were fine even though we explained that we were experiencing multiple symptoms for days. He just told us to follow up with our primary care when we got home from our vacation.

This is the best clinic I have ever been to. They are so compassionate and they relieved my pains almost instantly. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Had to drop a quick note about the stellar team here! Ran into a bit of a situation where they were dealing with some really difficult folks right before us. But, wow, did they handle it with class! It was like nothing even happened when it came to our turn — full attention and care as if we were the first patients of the day. Its this kind of vibe and professionalism that keeps us coming back. These folks are top-notch, always making sure were looked after, and do their best no matter whats going on. Big thumbs up to this crew for always being on their A-game for our family!

SCAM!!!! PLEASE BEWARE. They claim to accept ALL insurances and then instead of taking a co-pay they take the entire office visit of 220.00 and pretend to refund you the rest once your insurance accepts the claim. Thank goodness I choose amex and was able to dispute the charge.

This place was quick and easy in and out. I told the receptionist what I was here for and not even five minutes later I was in the room getting seen my the nurses and providers. I was out in less than 40 minutes!!!

Came in with a crazy spider bite! It was my first time here and was taken care of immediately and with lots care and attention. I was hesitant to even go to an urgent care, for this bite, because I don’t have the time to be waiting like that and to be disregard by other urgent care nurses who I have typically ran into in urgent cares around the area. Wonderful speed, knowledge and compassion. -From intake with Mohammed, to P.A. Dina & Dr Alejandro, they were all wonderful. Mother in law fell and had a compound elbow fracture. We were seen and had x rays in 30 mins!

Horrible experience . Took my son who was insurance that covers everything 100% (yes even urgent care visit) and they wanted almost $200 from me. The only reason we went there it was because it was early am on a weekend . After waiting an hour there while my son was in pain , she tells me I have to pay and I told her its not possible his ins covers everything. And she said they need a pre authorization. I had to go back home with my son in pain , I called my sons ins on Monday am, and they said they absolutely do not request a pre authorization for any urgent cares . After leaving this UC, we went to Nicklaus urgent care and they saw my son right away , never asked for pre authorization or for us to pay for anything . This place is horrible . Never will I go again .

True Compassion Urgent Care was extremely kind I mean it says it in there name. First visit Mr.Mike upfront take care of me and made sure i was good and even offered me a charger.

Wow! I had such an incredible experience here. clinic is clean, timely (in/out in < 1 hour on a friday and saturday night!), all of the staff are lovely and thorough, rooms have a tv and a big window so it is very comfy while you wait. I had intially paid for the visit we anticipated and when it ended up being a lower tier the refund process was quick and easy. i unfortunately had a reaction to my meds and they brought me back in, saw me immediately, didnt charge, followed up. amazing! top to bottom, fantastic, friendly service - amazing hours, reasonable cost, quick visit and great service from both admin and providers. Thank you true compassion!!! special shoutout to Nick for being kind and helpful, and Zeina for handling my reaction quickly, professionally and with so much compassion! I will be a repeat patient as long as theyre here!

Highly recommend! My family and myself have been to this clinic many times over the last few years for various medical issues. Staff is always friendly and supportive. Good follow-up after visits. Always great with my young child when she comes in. They provide excellent service and always much quicker and more convenient than dealing with my primary (or ER) for everything that comes up. Convenient hours!

I just found my new urgent care facility. First time there, selected based on the 4.9 rating after having bad experiences at other urgent cares. No appt is necessary. Marlene, at the front desk, was friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes to see the provider, Daniel, who was amazing. He explained everything, ran tests, made a diagnosis, sent prescriptions to the pharmacy and I was on my way. If you have a need for urgent care, give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

The staff at True Compassion Palm Beach Gardens is exceptional. Everyone that I encountered via phone or in person was very kind. All of my inquiries were courteously and thoroughly addressed, and my results were promptly sent to my doctor. I was even offered and received a personal phone call when my test results were faxed to my doctor. Truly True Compassion!

Reviews don’t lie! Not that we wanted to be here but they treated us great. Front staff was pleasant, they gave us a discount since we brought 2 sick people lol. What mainly caught my attention was the doctor doesn’t freak out. Their machine malfunctioned and my baby was sick with Covid but they didn’t panic and reassured me. They told me what to look out for and didn’t immediately send me to the ER or prescribe unnecessary medications.

I love my experience here with the doctors and they are very helpful here so I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family

From the minute Marlene greeted us with her bright beautiful smile to Janelle’s welcoming and caring demeanor…we felt very comfortable taking my 81 year old dad in after he fell while fishing. I had the best experience at TRUE COMPASSION . The service was top tier. Very professional and they help me right away without any appointments. They give me good advice and were very helpful in general. Zeinab makes you feel so cared for and is so understanding. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns. Mindy was so nice when explaining the next steps I had to take after my visit and what to expect.

Dr. Arafat, to the rescue once again. She was instrumental last year in diagnosing my gout and this year she was instrumental in removing something stuck in my eye. I felt something in my eye, it looked like an eyelash however I could not remove it. Since it got progressively worse, I went to see Dr. Arafat. She confirmed it was an eyelash which was stuck in the cornea. Since she is an experienced nose and throat Dr., after a couple of tries, she was able to remove it. Saving me a trip to the Emergency room. I highly recommend her and the staff at True Compassion.

Dr. Zina was amazing. She made sure to look at all my previous records to ensure I was going to be on the right antibiotics. When I had to come back, she came in just to check on me. This place is new. Take advantage of the truly compassionate care and attention from a husband / wife team for whom nothing is too much trouble. It felt like I was chatting to friends of the family. They took care of me, tried to get me out of pain & ordered an x ray. Knowledgeable and professional people work here. Can be hard to find but once you see the number on the building, know that they’re up on the 3 rd floor - although you can call and speak to an actual human if you’re struggling to locate. I had made two attempts at finding UC when I found them this Saturday… It was so refreshing to walk into a friendly office.

This place is a scam. It does not take insurance the way normal places do. They tried to charge me $195 when my urgent care visits are only $15. Wasted my time.

This place is amazing! Amberlynn and Dr. Zeinab are very sweet and knowledgeable. I came in with a clogged ear wanting it cleaned, and the Dr. took the time to explain to me that I needed to wait for my infection to go away and my ear will unclog naturally, and if not, she even offered I come back here and she will clean it herself. Amazing experience and I feel much better after knowing what is wrong with me!

By far, the best prompt or rapid care I have ever been to. The staff here are amazing! Daniel was wonderful, Jahnel, the provider was so Professional, thorough and Very efficient. I was able to get bloodwork, x-rays all on site without having to go to an outside hospital. They have all the equipment skills and aptitude to treat any condition. being sick is never fun however, they took such good care of me, and I am feeling so much better walking out than when I walked in. Jo was so sweet and made sure I knew everything cost wise and worked quickly and efficiently in order to get me in and out of there. The doctor was also great and took my sickness very seriously. I immediately got my prescriptions. If you want to go to an urgent care where they actually know what theyre doing and are very friendly, i highly recommended True Compassion.

Honestly the best walk in urgent care experience Ive ever had. I was seen within 15 minutes of checking in, and treated pretty quickly as well. Everyone was extremely nice - the receptionist, nurse, and doctors. Honestly excellent bedside manner from everyone. Daniel was great and answered all my questions throughly, I never once felt rushed. Another bonus - I was asked for consent before getting a treatment done, and wasnt prescribed anything that wasnt affordable without insurance (and they gave me multiple things too which was great). I came for a sinus infection, which I have gone to urgent care for before, and the rigor of the prescription treatment I received was really good - not even 12 hours and Im already feeling cleared (I am used these infections taking days to clear and nothing being able to tame the symptoms so this is impressive). They know what theyre doing here and do it pretty well

After googling - I found True Compassion Urgent Care & immediately loved the name. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with Kindness. My daughter felt so comfortable there. From the front desk to the Doctor, everyone was thorough, helpful & just really good humans. Not easy to find these days. I will absolutely be back if needed. 5/5 PLUS from one Happy Mom! I really like Dr. Zaineb Arafat. I was sick for about 2 weeks and then finally decided to go to an urgent care due to a terrible stomach pain. My first time at True Compassion and I felt they really cared about me..Marline at the front desk was really attentive and Dr.Zaineb Arafat that not only gave me the confident I needed to see what was going with me, she made sure I was taken care of even though it was during the Holidays and they were really busy!!.She was really thorough with the exam and her diagnosis was on point. I dont have health insurance and I feel they have reasonable prices. I really recommend them!! Please be nice to these people, they truly care about you.

I had a good experience and felt heard and treated with care.But… I was told I was seeing an MD when I asked and zeina is actually a nurse practitioner.Everyone was lovely but the communication feels good but not great between doctor and staff. I asked to be checked for RSV and Flu based on my regular doctor’s advice and was ignored until I asked a second time when it appeared those tests were not done. I’m ok with not getting the tests if there’s a discussion but I was ignored.It is annoying that they nag you multiple times for their google review.
